In these dreams I'm just standing in a dark room I start to look around. When suddenly giant crystals start to appear out of nowhere. The room begins to fill up with them, I start running for my life. While I'm running the crystals seem to get bigger and bigger. Now I'm scared for my life and seconds away from being crushed by giant fucking crystals but right at that moment, there was a sudden bright flash of light that destroys all the crystals and blinds me at the same time. Then this female voice that tells me " No harm, shall come to you." Not a second later wake up in a cold sweat, I tried to brash them off, or talk with my dad about them. But he never listens to me all he does all day since mom died is sit in his room in the dark, drinking his depression away. Not having a mom was depressing, but having a dad who drinks all the time is even more depressing. Three years have past since then, my brother and I have gotten over the fact our mom is gone. Our dad on the other hand still hasn't. My brother and I found ways to keep busy, so we don't bother our dad. my brother stays in his room away from everyone. I stay busy by drawing, watching anime and playing video games. I don't hang out with my old friends much anymore. To tell you the true who would want to hang out with a five foot eight lazy guy with crazy semi long blue hair. My brother and I talk every so often. He recently told me, he was a brony. I have heard about them from people in school and online, I use to think brony were a little weird. But in the times my brother would talk to me. I saw he was still the same guy. He told me there was a differences between the people that liked the show and the people who like it in a adult way. He showed me a lot of cool thing about it. I didn't know when he first showed me My Little Pony Friendship is Magic, that I would take a liking to it. One night a week or so later, I heard a scream come from his room I was going to go ask him what was going on. But as soon as I stepped out of my room. Our father was at his door yelling at him about what time it was, and asked why was he screaming. Two days after what happened that night. I wanted to check on him after his rare talk with our dad. I knocked on his door but there was no answer, I waited for a few more minutes then knocked again. There still was no answer. I normally don't just walk in his room, but since he didn't answer I opened the door to see if he was in there.   He was asleep, he might of been tried from school today or something. I wanted to wake him up to see what caused him to scream the other day. But I decided to let him, I'll just talk to him later. As I turn something catch my eye, on his computer desk. I walked over to get a better look at, It was a parchment with black ribbon hanging off the bottom of it. I pick it up for a closer look, there was a name on it Princess Luna. I thought to myself I have heard that name before, but where? I headed to my room, racking my brain on where I have heard that name before. I started to feel tried as sit on my bed thinking about that name. I take my phone out of my pocket, to look at the time. My phones clock read midnight. Maybe a good night sleep well help me.... think. I said to myself with a yawn putting my phone back in my pocket. As I layed in bed, I looked up at the ceiling trying to remember that name I saw on that parchment. Princess Luna? The only Luna I could think of was a black cat with crescent moon on it's forehead. //-------------------------------------------------------// waken in a strange place //-------------------------------------------------------// waken in a strange place It didn't take me long to fall asleep, after laying down. But was rudely waken by sounds of screams. I shot up to see that my surrounding looked like something out of anime or video game. the building were destroyed. There were big parts of the road was gone. "what's going on here?" I yelled out out I walked down the street, when I felt rain. I looked at my hand but what I saw was not water, but blood I tilt my head upwards to see what it was coming from. There was a shadowy figure with body in one hand, and with the other punches a hole thought the other person. At that same moment everything disappeared and I heard that same female voice from my dreams before say. "This is the future of my land, we need your help Sketch Pad." "Who are you? How am I suppose to help?" asked quizzically " Seek the council of the three princess." the voice responded " How will I find these three princess?" I asked " They have three specific marks. One is a sun, the second is a crescent moon and the last one is a crystal heart. Seek the princess with this marks." the voice said I had so many more questions I wanted to ask. But I was awaken by a small crystal pony who was poking with the blunt end of a spear. By the look of his armor he was a solider or guard. " You there, why are you here?" asked the crystal pony "what" I said well still half asleep the crystal pony back up a few feet. I guess, I may have scard them. But they quickly stepped right back in front in me. " Excuse me, but were might I be?" I questioned the two guards One of guards the looked at me with a strange face, Then answered my little question. "Your outside of The Crystal Empire" the guard said with an unknown expression. " What are you and why are you here?" the other guard asked with attitude in his voice. " I'm a human, I told my help was needed to save this land and that I need to seek the council of three princess. I told the guard as I stand up. the guards took a few step away. I couldn't heard what they were talking about. I tried to read there lips, but I never really good at that. It was a few minutes before they were standing in front of me again. " Human we will be taking you to Princess Cadance, she will want to hear this." One of the guards said asserting his authority. With that said I followed them to the castle. As we made our way to the there I could see crystal pony tilting there heads and looking at me with puzzled expressions.  there whispers reached my ear as we walked past, but I couldn't make out what they were saying. After about a twenty minute walk we arrive at the castle. The guards stop and turned around. " Wait here human, while I tell the princess that we have arrived." One guard said as he turn to walk in the castle. I stand there for a little bit waiting for the guard to return. The time seemed to drag on and on. I looked around to see more guards were standing around. I feel pain in the back of my head then everything went black. When I come to, I was tied to a chair in a normal sized room with nothing in it, but a table and another chair. There were guards standing to my left and right, I felt something cold and wet running down my face, from the back of my head. I was bleeding and felt dizzy. I heard the door open and the sound of hooves walking in, I look up but couldn't really see all that well cause of the bloodless, but from what I could make out to ponies. One was a white and blue blur, the other was a pink blur. "Who are you , what are you, and why are you here?"  A male voice asked. "I'm afraid I can't answer any of your question." I said " Why can't you do that?" asked the male voice in a angry tone. " First off I was attacked by one of your guards and loosed a lot blood" I yelled in same angry tone. I heard a female voice now. she told one of the guards to go get the castle doctor. I heard male and female voices talking to each other. "Shining Armor why did you tell the guards to hurt this creature?" Asked the female voice. " We don't know what 'this' creature is a treat or not! " said the male voice. I heard hooves steps come closer to me. the female said "no harm, shall come to you." As she put a hoove on my back. I heard that, before I fell unconscious again. I waken sometime later to find I'm in a bed, I get up and feel the back of my head. There was no ban-aid or anything, It's all healed like magic. I thought to myself I'm in a world full of talking ponies. A few seconds after I woke up the door opens and a pink pony with tri-colored mane, she looked like a unicorn and Pegasus mixed. She walked over to a chair, her horn begin to glow and the chair started to float. She brought it close to the bed, she took a deep breath and begin to talking. " I'm sorry for what Shining Armor did to you, he thinks your treat, but I feeling in my heart your not here to hurt us."  she giggled. " It's ok, I don't blame him for what he did. It did hurt but what I don't get is why is there no ban-aids or anything where I was hit?" I asked her while touching the back of my head. " I had the castle doctor heal you, I know you just woke up but I was hoping you could answer a few questions for me?" She wondered with a terrified look. I agreed with a generous smile as I sit up in the bed to answer the bright pink pony's questions the best I could. She begin with the same questions the other one asked me. " My name is Sketch Pad, I'm a human. A voice told me that I was supposed to help save this world from a horrible future and to seek out three princess." I explained to her " Did this voice tell you what this princess looked like?" She asked puzzled " The voice didn't tell me what they looked like, but it did say to look for those three mark." I told her. she preceded to ask me what do those marks look like? " The first one is a sun, the second one is a crescent moon and the final one is a crystal heart." As I was explaining this, the winged pony looked at her side. I stop to to ask what she was look at? She stands up and show the mark on her backside. " So your one of the three princess, I'm suppose to find?" I asked in awe. I was so happy that i was goin to get some answers to my many questions. The next thing I know was standing on the bed, with a scard princess who took a few steps back. " I'm vary sorry, If I scard princess...? Again sorry but what is your name?"  Inquire from freaked out pony. " My name is Mi Amore Cadenza, but everyone calls Cadance" she exclaimed as she took a deep breath to claim herself. When she said her name, it struck a chord in my brain. (Wait!! I'm really in the Crystal Empire. And that really is Princess Cadance, so the sun and moon marks I need to find most be Princess Celestia and Luna. The letter I found in my brother's room.) " Umm... " Oh yes, Princess Cadance I'm alright, since your a princess you know where I can find the other princesses am I right " Yes I do, but you just arrived in this world so I think you should lie-low for a bit." Stated Princess Cadance ( I don't want to freak everypony, I don't know what there reactions would be. Some maybe will be as nice as Princess Cadance or they could be like Shining Armor and not trust me, but I have so many questions I need answered. Princess Cadance is the only pony here who I think trusts me. so I'll do as she says and wait.) " There are so many questions I need answers for, but as a sign as you can trust me I will do as you ask Princess Cadance."  I say with a baw towards the princess. " There is no need to be so formal Sketch, I knew when I first saw you, that you could be trusted."  Cadance said with a giggle " If only Shining Armor felt the same way." I said while looking outside " You don't have to worry about him, this things take time." She said with reinsurance face I looked outside to the Crystal Empire and wondered what the future may held for me or Equestria. As I continued to look outside to a world I never thought to be real. Except for on TV back home, I couldn't believe that I would have actually talked to Princess Cadance. After a few minutes I heard the door open. It was Shining Armor he walked over to walk to Cadance and they started to talk about something. I didn't really pay any attention to what was said. When they were done talking Cadance made her way to the window I was looking out of. " Sketch I'm terribly for this, but there is something I must attend to. Will you be fine here? She explained " yeah I'll be fine." just as I said that my stomach being to growl. I looked back at the princess with embarrassment. She tilted her head at me. " It looks like somepo... one is hungry." She giggled putting a hoof over her mouth. She called for one of the guard to get to take kitchen. As I follow  the guard I thought to myself, (I wonder what is goin on at home. Has my brother woke up yet, what is goin to happen to this world. Why pick me I'm nothing special.)  We were in front of the castle kitchen. The guard up the door and standing in front of a stove was the chief. The guard told me to wait well he talks with the chief. He walked over and the two begin to talk, the chief look over his shoulder a few times and give a strange look. I have been in the Crystal Empire for a week now. I still haven't got any answers to the many question, I keep wondering what is going on back home. A few days ago I put my hands in my shorts pockets and found out that everything that I had in them come to this world with me. I tried to use my phone but it was no use because there was no service here in Equestria. On the other hand it was good for music when I went for walks around the castle. I felt kind of silly cause I have a bad habits of dancing when I listen to music. I ran into Cadance and Shining Armor. Shining Armor like I was going crazy and Cadance just giggled. I pulled my headphones out of my ears.I look over to the princess and ask if I could have a few words with her. Shining Armor step in front of her and give this look that sent shivers down my spine. " Sweetheart" she spoke putting a hoof on his shoulder. " Sketch is not a treat I wish you would see that." Shining Armor looked at me then back to his wife. " I have a bad feel."
