The second War of the Sun and Moon had long broken into the far reaches of space, and now an unsteady peace dwells between the two factions.

The Solar Empire has occupied a great many planets, while the Lunar Republic has stayed within the reaches of space, preferring the company of themselves than other species. Anypony and anything that want to stay out of either groups way will make a living out on their own, and if they need a job done, but want to keep it silent, they turn towards one other source.
