To Love a Goddess

               It Was a beautiful day in ponyville, everypony was out enjoying the day, either swimming at the lake, meeting friends, or just going about there day. Everypony was happy, everypony, but rainbow blitz . He sat on his cloud looking out over ponyville. He sighed to himself, "all of my friends have their special somepony, why don't i?" he thought to himself. "Dusk has twilight, bubble has pinkie, elusive has rarity, AJ has applejack and butterscotch has fluttershy." He sighed again and rolled off his cloud, opening his wings and taking flight. "Maybe I can relax with a bottle of booze." he thought while winging his way to ponyville.

       Sure he had Rainbow Dash, but he could never bring himself to fall in love with her. Rainbow Dash was like a sister to him. Falling in love with her, well, it felt like incest to Blitz. As he neared Ponyville, he saw Dusk Shine and Twilight Sparkle in the market. Rainbow was gonna wave to them, but noticed they were locked in a makeout session, so he just flew on by. He landed in front of the Salty Spittoon, his favorite and only bar in Ponyville. As he walked in, he was greeted by the bartender, Pony Joe.

"Hey Blitz, how's it going?" he asked.

"Oh you know, same old" Blitz replied.

"You want the regular?" asked pony Joe.

"Yeah, but put in a bit more vodka then normal this time" said Blitz, "I'm feeling a bit down today."

"Oh? Whats up?" said pony Joe as he slid Blitz's regular down the table to him.

"Eh, its just that, even though im professionally good looking, and every mare is head over hoof for me in this town, I cant find actual love" said Blitz while downing his drink

"What about that mare Rainbow Dash?" asked pony Joe.

"I told you Joe, I cant date her, it would feel wrong" sighed Blitz, downing his drink once more.

"What can I tell ya? Ive never been good with the ladys, but I can promise you that one day you will find that one mare that you wont be with for one night eh?" laughed Pony Joe.

"Yeah, love is difficult" said Blitz, finishing his drink. "Well, I gotta fly, its time to practice for the wonderbolts tryouts" said Blitz.. As he walked out the door, he bumped into the one pony he was keeping out of his mind all the day, the one pony he didnt want to hurt, the one pony he was madly in love with, Princess Luna.
