Rainbow barreled through the hundred meter marker for what seemed like the thousandth time that day. She immediately tried to hold her arms over her head in a desperate attempt to regain air in her lungs as she slowed her momentum and came to a stop on the track. The truth was that Rainbow was wishing this new coach would let up on them too. She just didn't want to show it.
