The Zombie Apocalypse

     Finally, the team made it to the school containing the crystal of the un-dead. "Are you sure we're ready, I mean, I have no doubts that there will be zombies" said Richard.

"Come on Richy! We faced thousands of zombies on our journey here." shouted Velvet.

"Don't call me that!" cried Richard.

"We should at least re-collect some of our memories." said Twilight.

"Yah, like the time I saved you from the zombies that ate your parents." agreed Max.

"Don't remind me of that... fine." sighed Velvet.

   *Rewind 6 months back*  "Finally, I found you Twilight" said Velvet in an excited voice.

"Now's not the time to get all happy! Help me get rid of these zombies!" yelled Twilight.

Velvet runs into battle while yelling. "Where's Spike?" asked Velvet.

Not a moment later a small zombie baby dragon walked out of the house while groaning. "Oh... sorry twilight." said Velvet in a sad tone.

"It's okay Velvet. He'll be back to normal once we get rid of the crystal of the un-dead, he'll be back to normal, so will everypony else, unless their injury is too fatal." said Twilight.

"Crystal of the un-dead?" said Velvet and Max in unison.

"It's what caused the apocalypse. Haven't both of you heard of the legend?" asked Twilight.

"No, we haven't" replied Max.

"Well, it goes like this..."

   "Once upon a time, a scientist came back from a trip to the Crystal Empire. He went their to get a crystal for an experiment that he was working on-"

"What was the experiment!?" interrupted Velvet.

"Patience!" said Twilight annoyed by her interruption. "As I was saying..."

"While he was doing his experiment-"

"What happened!?" interrupted Velvet again.

"Velvet!" yelled Twilight. "As I was sayi-"

"What happened!" interrupted Velvet, once again.

"Max! The tape!" screamed Twilight.

"What? No N- mmfh! mmmmmffhhh!".

"Finally! as I was saying..."

"While he was doing his experiment , he accidentally whacked his bottle of un-dead DNA onto the crystal, making it glow black and it turned him into a zombie. Celestia soon heard the news, she turned the crystal off, concealed it in fabric, and ordered it to be hidden anywhere. 7 years later in 'Target practice for Unicorns', a unicorn missed her target and her beam hit the crystal, surprisingly hidden in there the whole time. The crystal turned back on, and turned everypony in the room into a zombie, resulting to today's apocalypse."

"Mmmmfh!" mumbled Velvet.

"Remove the tape Max." ordered Twilight.

"Why didn't Celestia do what she did last time?" asked Velvet.

"The news didn't reach her in time." replied Twilight.

"Well, what are we waiting for? Let's go turn off that crystal!" yelled Max.

"Okay!" said Twilight and Velvet in unison.

*Flashback fades*  "What about the story where you guys find me!" yelled Richard.

"Nothing happened except us finding you under your bed sucking your hoof." answered Velvet.

Her answer caused Twilight and Max to laugh. "Stop it guys! That isn't funny!" yelled Richard.

"Well, a 10 year old colt should know better other than to suck his hoof." said Velvet.

"I know." said Richard in a sad tone.

"Well guys, that's enough memories. Now let's go turn off that crystal!" yelled Twilight.

"Yah!" yelled everypony in unison.
