Rainbow dash.

Hello. My name is Cosmos. Currently i live with my father in Ponyville.

My parents divorced when i was a very young colt. My father left.

I stayed with my mother in Canterlot. Recently my mother became

very ill, apparently it ran in the family, she died two nights ago in her hospital bed.

I was able to talk to her while at the hospital. She kept reasurring me that

she'd be fine and not to worry. She would always try and push me to make friends.

But honestly i had no desire for friends. I got enough enjoyment from

looking through my telescope at the beutiful, star-lit, night sky. Well after the doctors

gave us the news of her passing I needed to start packing. I wasn't very shooken from

my mothers death. She was a woman who wouldn't want anyone

to grief over her. I hopped on the next train to Ponyville. I walked through the carts, looking for an empty booth.

I finaly found one near the back. I sat down and dropped my backpack.

I unzipped it and pulled out my favorite astronomy book.

One on how the constilations were named. Very interesting book i might add. Well after an hour or so of traveling i slipped into a slumber. I awoke to a blowing whistle and the conducter telling me to wake up and get my shit off of his train. After gaining full consuiousness i put my back pack back on and walked down the three little steps at the front exit. The sun was bright. It was the start of spring and ponies still seemed to be wrapping up winter. I dropped my pack at the  trainstop and took out my map. I finally had figured out where i was, when i heard a soft voice.

"Hi Cosmos."

I looked up over my map. The sunlight shined between her multi-colred mane. Creating a rainbow of colors to shine on my face. Her eyes were a redish purple. As if they were constructed out of rubies. I'm not totally sure but thinking back on it my mouth MAY have been dropped.

"Princess Celestia put me in charge of giving you a grand tour of Ponyville! Wait, You are Cosmos right?"

"Uhh..y-ya thats me." I babbled.

"Ok then lets get started!" she said with a smile.
