Jake West and his friends are transported to the Land of Equestria and don't know how to get back to Earth. They must find a way to get back before the Great Old Ones takes over and destroys their universe and the universes after it. Twilight Sparkle and her friends must help them before all hell breaks loose in their universe, but little do they know that a champion of the Elder Gods has followed them and will reek havoc upon Equestria. Now, it's up to the Occult Force and the Main 6 to defeat this evil and send it back to wherever it came from.
