The New Pony

~Machine waves and walks out the door~ "Well I guess I could always go see-"

~A gray pegasus falls on Machine from the sky~

"O-oh I am so sory p-please take a muffin?" The gray pony says very worridly.

"Ooooohhhh, that huurrrt a lot" Machine says with pain.

"I-I am very sorry I just seen something and I hit a tree and I was falling couldnt stop" As the pegasus starts becoming sad.

"H-hey arent you derpy?" Machine asks holding his head.

"Why yes I am ,I am the mailmare" As Derpy says with a smile

"Huh Colgate said i should try to become friends with you" Machine says with a smile as he is still holding his head.

"Colgate is a nice dentist, one day when I went to the dentist she gave me a lollipop!"Derpy says excitedly.

"Heh, she does seem like a nice pony to get to talk to" Mahchine says to himself.

"She is a nice pony to talk to" Derpy says with a big smile.

~Machine looks at derpy with a weird look on his face~

"Why are you looking at me like that? is there something on my face?" As she crosses her eyes to look.

"N-no im just wondering how did you know what I said if i spoke quietly to myself" Machine says still confused.

"I didn't" Derpy says with a smile"Whats your name mister pony?" Derpy asks with a positive tone.

"My name is Machine" Machine says with a friendly greeting.

"Nice to meet you" She says gladly."Hey Machine I am running my route right now i'm going to have to talk to you some other time now ok?" Derpy says with a smile.

"Yeah that is no problem at all Derpy i'll see you after your done working" Machine says with a smile.

~Derpy continues her route and Machine walks off the apple farms property~

"Okkk now I think I can go see Bon Bon" Machine says as he enters town.

"Ok Colgate says that she works at the candy shop near sugarcube corner sooo it shouldnt be that far" Machine speaks to himself.

~As Machine finds sugarcube corner he does notice a sweet smell but he paid no mind to it as he thought it was sugarcbe corner~

"Hmm I am a good distance from Sugarcbe corner,why do I still smell something good?" Machine speaks open mindedly.

~Machine looks around and finds another candy shop and walks up to it~

"Hey there are you Bon Bon?" Machine asks the clerk.

"Yes I am, may I ask how did you know my name? and w-what is your name?" Bon Bon asks scaredly.

"My name is Dj Wrecking Machine but call me Machine for a shorter name,Colgate the dentist sent me a letter of other ponies I should meet and try to become friends with" Machine explains calmly to Bon Bon.

"Oh well that explains it a little" Bon Bon exclaims

"Yeah sorry if I have scared you, I came from Canterlot and I am sensitive about everyponies feelings since I dont want them to feel scared or anything like I used to when I was there" Machine says trying not to get in the topic.

"It's fine I have a great amount of friends from Colgate giving where I work to other ponies for the same reason but they always lived here" Bon Bon tells Machine with a recovering sound.

"Ok,sooo I heard you liked candy a lot, is that right?" Machine asked.

"Yes I do like candy but not as much as ponies are saying Colgate has been telling everypony that I loved candy almost as much as Pinkie Pie does but it is not true I think candy is good but I don't like it as much as Pinkie does." Bon Bon tells Machine truthfully.

"Huh so I am guessing Colgate over exagerrates if she tells somepony something about somepony like you?" Machine asks.

"Yes but it is a way for them to gain friends I believe if I am thinking correctly but who knows I just sell candy" Bon Bon states.

"True you do got a point" Machine agrees with Bon Bon.

"Who else has she sent you to become friends with may I ask?" Bon Bon says with curiosity.

"Colgat has sent me to try and become friends with you, Derpy, Doctor Whooves, Lyra, Berry Punch, Octavia , and Vinyl Scratch." Machine lists off.

"Ok, Lyra? she is normaly in the park if she isnt there then she is roaming around somewhere" Bon Bon says with a helping voice.

"Ok thanks I will go ahead and check there" Machine says as he waves to Bon Bon.

~Machine makes it to the park~"So I am looking for a pony that is generally here" Machine says as he is looking around.

"I am generally here almost everyday." A voice says behind him.

~Machine turns around~ "Huh?, whats your name?" Machine says startled at first but asks curiously.

"Im Lyra were you looking for somepony?" Lyra asks curiously with a happy smile.

"Y-yes I was,my name is Dj Wrecking Machine Colgate wrote me a letter to try and become friends with you and I just seen Bon Bon so she told me where you were" Machine says to Lyra.

"Oh well it is very nice to meet you especially if it is a friend of a friend that reconmended me to become friends with" Lyra says with a squeed smile.

"That is a good thing indeed" Machine says with a smile."Well I think im going to go and figure out where Vinyl Scratch lives while it is getting a little dark" Machine states with a somewhat smiling attitude.

"Ok Machine,well I will say if you see a white mare with dark blue and light blur mane and tail that is her so you might have to really knock on her door" Lyra says in a very helpful manor.

"Ok why thank you Lyra, I will see you around" Machine says to lyra then starts to look around when Derpy comes by.

"Hai there Machine I am done with my route" Derpy says with a smile as both of her eyes are in different directions.

"Hi there Derpy I see that you are done with it"Machine says laughing to himself.

"So what are you doing Machine?" Derpy asks with curiosity.

"Im on my way to try and find Vinyl Scratch to become friends with her" Machine says to Derpy while he is looking around.

"I know where she is at I just delieverd her mail" Derpy speaks out.

"Really? can you take me to her?" Machine asks politly.

"Sure that is no problem" Derpy says as she is beggining to fly"

~After what seemed like forever we found Vinyl Scratch in her home~

"Well here we are Machine, I got to go home I'll see you soon byyeeee" Derpy says as she is flying backwards and waving to Machine.

"B-byeeee?" Machine says with confusion.

~Machine flies down adnd doesnt here music so he knocks on Vinyls door then hears hoofsteps trotting to the door and as the door opens she speaks out in a loud voice~

"Hey whats up?, w-who are you?" Vinyl says with a very confused look.

"I am Dj Wrecking Machine, Colgate sent me a letter after a party I worked at for Pinkie saying you would be somepony I would get along with" Machine says with a nervous smile.

"Oh well come on in, I dont know you yet buuutt I guess I can talk to you" Vinyl invites Machine inside her home.

~Machine come in and she closes the dor behind him~

"Huh nice place here, Not how Colgate would have described it if she were to buuuut still" Machine says but backing down a little.

"Well she describes things wayy to much,as in things being to nice than how they are" Vinyl gossips about Colgates explanations.

"She does tend to do that a lot well, with how everypony says she has been that I have talked to" Machine states.

"Yeah just a little to much,hey you dont mind if I play some music dont you?" Vinyl asks

"I don't mind, but I will be leaving before it gets to dark out" Machine tells Vinyl.

"Why dont you just stay here" Vinyl says with a blank expression.

"Well since we just met I wouldnt think that you would let me sleep here tonight,i-if you do play music can you keep it down? n-not trying to be mean or anything but I just want to sleep is all" Machine asks nervously.

"Uummm, sure here take my room, I dont have a guest room, but if I did then I would letcha sleep there if you want" Vinyl says while looking at Machine with a glare.

"O-ok thank you" Machine says as he searches for Vinyls rom then lays down on her floor and closes his eyes shut.

~Vinyl comes to her room to grab something and notices Machine on the floor~ "Hey what are you doing?" Vinyl says waking me back up with her voice coming out of no where and scaring him awake.

"W-what you said to come in here for me to go to bed? was I supposed to sleep in the bed?" Machine says.

"Yeah I don't know if I will be in the bed sleeping or not and I generally dont have guests over and I like to cuddle" Vinyl says with a smile.

"O-oh ok" Machine says getting up into the bed while he is blushing.

"Well night, Dj" Vinyl says with a wink before she turns off her light.

"Huh, I wonder why she winked at me,does she like me? eh I dont know I will just sleep it off' Machine thinks to himself as he falls asleep.
