Annabelle is a mare living in the city of Manehatten, and in her life so far, she is having some trouble. Blessed with a disability that doesn't allow her to use the bathroom properly, she often finds herself alone in her apartment. Who would want to talk to a diapered pegasus anyway? Her story starts with a journal. It is said that this journal could help her by dealing with her feelings. The more she writes, the more she figures out about herself. Annabelle finds that this simple composition book, is about to turn her life around.
