Rainbow Dash walked in. The library was a bit dusty and out of place. There was a book on the floor, and therefor that's considered out of place. "We've been waitin' for ya" said Applejack. "So what was the recruit for" " I have to defend my kingdom against another, in a "Will we see you again" asked Rarity. "I might not" said Rainbow Dash. "We'll, I have to go get my saddle bags, hopefully I'll see you soon" She hugged all of them and walked out the door. She flew up,up,up. she looked around to see Cloudsdale,then, there it was. she flapped rapidly to see if any damage had been done alredy. Just miner, the cemetary was fine thank goodness. "SETTLE DOWN EVERYPONY, SETTLE DOWN" Then, she saw the Wonderbolts enter the stage, along with a Commander looking pony, and an announcer. "ATTENTION" said the Announcer. "MAY ALL FIGHTERS COME ONTO THE STAGE" Rainbow Dash led the line up to the stage, and they stood in a straight formation. "THIS IS WERE WE WILL CAMP BEFORE BATTLE, UNPACK YOUR TENTS. I WILL GIVE YOU A PARTNER AND YOU WILL SLEEP IN THE SAME TENT AS THEM. NOT WITH THEM IN THE SAME TENT, DO I MAKE MYSELF CLEAR" that last part sounded angry. "YES" the crowd of ponies said in sync. He put people with partners, "BLOSSOMFORTH AND CLOUDKICKER, HOLLYDASH AND DERPY HOOVES, DAISY ROSE, AND SILENT WIND, WHISPER WINGS AND RAIN CRACKLE, AND RAINBOW DASH AND LIGHTNONG DUST" UGH!!! Were paired up again though Rainbow as she troted over to the green tent the commender geustured her to. Lightning Dust was waiting there for her. "You're slower than last time" she chuckled at har own joke. "And you're snottier" Rainbow Dash combatted. After that combat Lightning Dust didnt speak. The night was cold, and Rainbow heard,................. Speaking. She looked over to see Lightning Dust talking in her sleep. Her hoofes were running in place as she spoke words that were just clear enough so Rainbow could here. "no mother dont... your...... you said youd be there for...... The ponies rose to their feet. It was a morning were they wished a more bright and distant one would come come. But the war hadnt even begun, so they had a long way to go. Life felt still. The morning was Uneasy, and lonely. It was scaring the crap out of Blossomforth, as she jumped everytime somepony walked by her. Rainbow and Lightning walked side by side. They both hade to admit, but they were scared as well. Life felt stil. Suddenly, Rainbow saw a shodow in the bushes. She looked around there it was again. She saw yellow glowing eyes beneathe the brush. Suddenly, a pony jumped on her, the shadow pony. It screamed, "ATTAAAAACK" One by one a bunch of ponies jumped out of the bushes swiftly. They all jumped on everypony in site, as ponies started falling to the ground. They were pinned to the ground as the ponies attacked each other. Rainbow, started to be suffocated when she could breathe again. She looked over to see Lightning pinning the pony down. "Fly" said Lightining ergently. Without hesitation, Rainbow pulled up beating her wings rapidly. She neede to use the dive strategy, as to were shed pin a pony to the ground by dive bombing them. She let the strong breeze carry her as she looked bellow her. All she saw were a bunch of ponies bellow, to stupid to use there wings. She looked around to see a pony gang up on Lightining, when she already have 2 ponies toppling her. Rainbow dove down fast, it was the only way to catch the pony. She went down, down, down, until she felt flesh on her hooves. she pinned the pony to the floor putting one hoof on the ponies head, and the other on her back. The ponies spine flexed as it struggled to get out of Rainbows grip. Luckily, Rainbow had a firm enough grip to clunk the ponies head to another. She flew back up to see if anypony needed help Lightning trailed behind Rainbow. "Thanks" said Lightning panting. "No problem, you didnt do bad yourself" Moments later, they both found a target to dive in on. Rainbow had a pony pinned, when she heard the Kingdome Cloud pony commander shout, "RETREAT, RETREAT" All the ponies that did not belong to Cloudsdale ran in the direction of left, were there commander was. The commender was the first to leave. Cloudsdale won the first battle! Chapter 7With that death, they new, Cloud Kingdom had to go. They new it was to soon, but the final battle had to come. They dragged Blossomforth back home, since all their wings were tired. They comforted Cloud Kicker who still had tears running down her green looking cheeks, when all the sudden, she hurled and the floor. It was from all the crying. Then, she fainted. The Commander had to carry her back to the tent base. Rainbow though, 'what if AJ died' to feel more sympathy for Cloud Kicker, but she was to drained of any emotion, to feel no others but her own. When she got into the tent, she collapsed onto the sleep bag. She woke up in the middle of the night to see Lightning training. Rainbow decided to check on her. "Lightning, what are you doing, it two in the friggin morning" said Rainbow Dash tiredly. "Training" said Lightning focused on her work. "Why, your already a fantastic flyer. "No I'm nothing compared to you" realizing what she just admitted, she stopped her work. "You really think that" said Rainbow astounded. "Yes thats why i pushed my limits in Wonderbolts Academy" "Is it because i broke the record, thats nothing" "No its because I heard you were already friends with the Wonderbolts, and you preformed the legendary SONIC RAINBOOM" Rainbow and Lightning just stood their for a moment. "Well Im going to bed" said Lightning Dust. Now it was Rainbows Turn to train. The Final ChapterRainbow awoke to the sound of beeping. 'BOOP BOOP BOOP' she opened her eyes, her friends were waiting. She needed to cry. She hadn't in days, and in those days, she collected all her tears, so in the end, it would just be a fountain. "The world isn't fair, you meet a friends, or become on with and old rival, then they just die. She dug her face in the pillow as it became wet. Her friends lifted her chin. "Listen Rainbow Dash" Celestia looked at the sky past the window. "You're home town is in war with Kingdom Cloud, because Kingdom Cloud wants to control the weather. But Cloudsdale refuses, and they have the right to refuse" "Yeah" said Rainbow Dash. "So Cloudsdale asked for the strongest flyers from the 'worlds below' as they said. Chapter 3It was Lightning Dust, the same one that was in Wonderbolts camp, and got kicked out for reckless behavior. The same one that almost killed her friends. After the roll-call, they were put in cabins. In Rainbows cabin, there was Cloud Kicker, Blossomforth, Lightning Dust, and Sassaflash. They were all in Cabin Room 72, there were 5 rooms in each Cabin. The cabin was full when Rainbow got there, everyone was saying there goodbyes, Rainbow already did back in Ponyville. After a while, Cloud Kicker, and Blossomforth came in. They were talking about tomorrow. "So, were training tomorrow" said Cloud Kicker. "Yea" said Blossomforth. Rainbow didnt want to train. She just wanted her home town back. She tought about how proud her mom would have been, her dad would not have cared. He didnt care about anything, except his job. He helped make Rain. Rainbow was in cheery mode. They were going into territory of the Kingdom Cloud, and the hop was to sneak attack. They wanted to though, quietly and sneak through the territory of the weakened foe. About 2 of their fighters died yesterday in their poorly planned sneak attack. So at the moment, Cloudsdale had the upper......... hoof. "They snuck into the cloud woods of Cloud Kingdom" chuckled Lightning, who was narrating their, 'epic adventure' into Cloud Kingdom territory. They got in when, they heard a yelp in the back off the traveling group of ponies. They turned to see Cloud Kicker weeping next to the dead Blossomforth, with a spear stabbed in between her wings....... Chapter 8The night seemed like an extra day. Rainbow had gotten enough sleep, and training. Everypony was ready for the fight. They took the route they did last time, although this time, more stealthy. Except for Commander, who was flying. He flied for a while, until they saw a bullet shoot at him. He came down, down, down, falling loosely as a limp body. It was time. Although when it was time they all looked at Rainbow in fear, and Lightning Dust nodded. She knew what this men't. Rainbow was Commander now. All the ponies lives depended on her, they trusted her. She shouted... "ATTACK" As ponies from all directions started attacking. Rainbow was pinned. She flapped her long wings rapidly, as they smacked her opponent. She was suddenly loose.'This will be the slightest bit easier than I though' she though. She flew up high, then dove on a turquoise pony with a black main, and yellow body. She kicked the pony in the jaw, as then moments after it began to bleed. The pony fainted, probably from blood lose. she pulled up and dove down on many ponies. Then she saw Lightning struggling to get a pony off of her, Rainbow didn't think, she just acted. She jumped on the pony, not realizing it was the Commander of Cloud Kingdom. She had no chance, his hooves beat on her back as she proceeded to vomit on the floor, for the hard hits. Her hair was sticky with vomit dripping from her mouth, and blood running down her back like a gory shower. 'I guess the Commander though I was dead' Though Rainbow. Because the Commander was walking away. Again, without thinking she jumped on the Commender, and started pounding him. He bit here ankle, and she screamed, but kept pounding. Suddenly, his chest stopped going up and down. She, had won. She checked around, there was on last pony from Cloud Kingdom still fighting hard. Rainbow flew up into the sky, she gestured the secret moment for watch out. Her team flew with her, she flew high, and they flew higher, to be safe. Rainbow heard cheering below. The other team though they won, how cute. Rainbow started to fly down at high speed, tears in her eyes, color forming behind her she flapped her wings raipidly and when she was about to hit the ground BOOOOOOOM. THE SONIC RAINBOOM HAPPENED. The Kingdom Cloud ponies, where dead. Rainbow heard cheering ringing in her ears. She became dizzy. "VICTOR....." she blacked out.

Without hesitation, Rainbow pulled up beating her wings rapidly. She neede to use the dive strategy, as to were shed pin a pony to the ground by dive bombing them. She let the strong breeze carry her as she looked bellow her. All she saw were a bunch of ponies bellow, to stupid to use there wings. She looked around to see a pony gang up on Lightining, when she already have 2 ponies toppling her. Rainbow dove down fast, it was the only way to catch the pony. She went down, down, down, until she felt flesh on her hooves. she pinned the pony to the floor putting one hoof on the ponies head, and the other on her back. The ponies spine flexed as it struggled to get out of Rainbows grip. Luckily, Rainbow had a firm enough grip to clunk the ponies head to another. She flew back up to see if anypony needed help Lightning trailed behind Rainbow. "Thanks" said Lightning panting. "No problem, you didnt do bad yourself" Moments later, they both found a target to dive in on. Rainbow had a pony pinned, when she heard the Kingdome Cloud pony commander shout, "RETREAT, RETREAT" All the ponies that did not belong to Cloudsdale ran in the direction of left, were there commander was. The commender was the first to leave. Cloudsdale won the first battle!
Chapter 7With that death, they new, Cloud Kingdom had to go. They new it was to soon, but the final battle had to come. They dragged Blossomforth back home, since all their wings were tired. They comforted Cloud Kicker who still had tears running down her green looking cheeks, when all the sudden, she hurled and the floor. It was from all the crying. Then, she fainted. The Commander had to carry her back to the tent base. Rainbow though, 'what if AJ died' to feel more sympathy for Cloud Kicker, but she was to drained of any emotion, to feel no others but her own. When she got into the tent, she collapsed onto the sleep bag. She woke up in the middle of the night to see Lightning training. Rainbow decided to check on her. "Lightning, what are you doing, it two in the friggin morning" said Rainbow Dash tiredly. "Training" said Lightning focused on her work. "Why, your already a fantastic flyer. "No I'm nothing compared to you" realizing what she just admitted, she stopped her work. "You really think that" said Rainbow astounded. "Yes thats why i pushed my limits in Wonderbolts Academy" "Is it because i broke the record, thats nothing" "No its because I heard you were already friends with the Wonderbolts, and you preformed the legendary SONIC RAINBOOM" Rainbow and Lightning just stood their for a moment. "Well Im going to bed" said Lightning Dust. Now it was Rainbows Turn to train.
The Final ChapterRainbow awoke to the sound of beeping. 'BOOP BOOP BOOP' she opened her eyes, her friends were waiting. Rainbow lifted her head. As soon as that happened her friends came rushing to her side. Suddenly, she got overwhelmed with questions. "ARE YOU OKAY" "DID THE COMMENDER REALLY JUST DIE" "WHYD YOU BEFRIEND LIGHTNING DUST" "IS IT TRUE YOU PREFORMED A SONIC RAINBOW AGAIN" "WHY WERENT TO GONE SO LONG" "POOR BLOSSOMFORTH DID SHE REALLY DIE" "KINGDOM CLOUD REALLY HAS NO RIGHT TO SRGUE NOW, OR ELSE, THEY WILL GET THERE BUTTS KICKED" Rainbow couldn't take it. "Everyone hush" Everyone was suddenly quiet. "Can I ask two things first, more important thing" said Rainbow. Her friends nodded in sync. "Were am I, how long have I been here, and how is Lightning Dust, is she okay?" she blurted out as fast as she could. "Thats actually three questions" Twilight corrected Rainbow. "It does not matter can I please know the answers" said Rainbow. "Well your in the hospital" said Pinkie. "And, you've been in a comma for 4 days" There was a long pause. "And what about Lightning Dust" asked Rainbow worried. Applejack stepped up, "Well, sugar-cube, I'm afraid to tell you but, Lightning......... died from blood loss" Rainbow sat for a minuet, to process what she just heard, than she screamed, and cried . She needed to cry. She hadn't in days, and in those days, she collected all her tears, so in the end, it would just be a fountain. "The world isn't fair, you meet a friends, or become on with and old rival, then they just die. She dug her face in the pillow as it became wet. Her friends lifted her chin. "But, you still have use" said Applejack. Rainbows tears faded. "Yea I do" she cried tears on joy as she put her head on there shoulders. The friends were glad to reunite with there 'friendly neighborhood Rainbow Dash' the one that was so loyal, she'd be by their side forever. And they would do the same, for her. The End/Fin
Chapter 1It was Beutiful, the sun in her face, the breeze in her main, and the birds chirping like a song in her ear. She was ordered to go to Canterlot. The princess had to tell her something. Rainbow Dash saw the Princess waiting on a balcony on the castle below. Rainbow Dash tilted slightly, and then dove down, she pulled up, and flapped rapidly landing behind the princess. The princess turned around to see Rainbow Dash standing there. "Hello Rainbow Dash" said the Princess. "Hello" said Rainbow. "Follow me" said Celestia without hesitation. They trotted down the hall to the thrown room. Celestia looked back to make sure Rainbow Dash was following her. Celestia kept walking. She walked to her thrown, and sat down. Rainbow Dash walked to the middle of the room, all the stain glass windows colors reflecting on the floor because of the sun hitting them. "Listen Rainbow Dash" Celestia looked at the sky past the window. "You're home town is in war with Kingdom Cloud, because Kingdom Cloud wants to control the weather. But Cloudsdale refuses, and they have the right to refuse" "Yeah" said Rainbow Dash. "So Cloudsdale asked for the strongest flyers from the 'worlds below' as they said. "And so, you think I'm one of the best" "Yes, so I'm sending you" Rainbow Dash though. If she went she could die, but it was her home town, were her mothers grave was. So she had to, to make sure the grave was still in peace, and she had friends there. "I'll go" said Rainbow Dash. "To fight for the honor of Cloudsdale" And she ran out the castle, and took of into the sky, to visit her friends before she were to go, into war.
Chapter 3It was Lightning Dust, the same one that was in Wonderbolts camp, and got kicked out for reckless behavior. The same one that almost killed her friends. After the roll-call, they were put in cabins. In Rainbows cabin, there was Cloud Kicker, Blossomforth, Lightning Dust, and Sassaflash. They were all in Cabin Room 72, there were 5 rooms in each Cabin. The cabin was full when Rainbow got there, everyone was saying there goodbyes, Rainbow already did back in Ponyville. After a while, Cloud Kicker, and Blossomforth came in. They were talking about tomorrow. "So, were training tomorrow" said Cloud Kicker. "Yea" said Blossomforth. Rainbow didnt want to train. She just wanted her home town back. She tought about how proud her mom would have been, her dad would not have cared. He didnt care about anything, except his job. He helped make Rain. Her mom, was a sweet kind pony Rainbow Dash remembered the day her mom though her to fly. "NOW JUST OPEN YOUR WINGS" SAID RAIN DANCER. "OKAY OPENING MY WINGS" "START FLAPPING RAPIDLY" HER WINGS STARTED BETTING LIKE HER HEART PUMPING. SHE HAD A HUMMING BIRD SPEED HEART, SO THEY WERE BEATING LIKE CRAZY. "NOW WHAT" SAID RAINBOW DASH. "FOLLOW YOUR OLDER SISTER, FIREFLY" RAINBOW DASH LIFTED OFF THE GROUND HIGHER, AND HIGHER. "HOW DO I GET DOWN" "PULL" RAIN DANCER MADE THE MOTION OF PULLING UP BY LIFTING HER HOOVES AND SLOWING HER WINGS. RAINBOW PULLED. SHE LANDED ON THE GRASS WITH A SMILE. "LOOK, I DID IT" "GOODJOB" SAID FIREFLY AND RAIN DANCER SYMOTANIOUSLY. Rainbow Dash wished those days still excisted. But her mom was always in her heart, right.
Chapter 6Rainbow awoke with sore shoulders from the fight the other morning. Lightning was snoring, but really loudly, its sounded like she was drowned in her sleep. "Wake up" said Rainbow. "Lets get an early start" "What" said Lightning groggily, as she awoke. "LETS GET AN EARLY START" Rainbow 'whisper shouted' in Lightning ear. Lightning got up and trotted out the tent door. "WHAT ABOUT BRUSHING YOUR TEETH, AND GETTING YOUR UNIFORM ON" A moment later, Lightning trotted back in. "Will do" she said a bit embarrassed. The day was warmer than normal. It brought a subtle happiness to the day. Commander Current even smiled as he trotted, and he never smiled. "ROLL-CALL TIME" Shouted the Commander. They lined up, and did the usual. Rainbow was in cheery mode. They were going into territory of the Kingdom Cloud, and the hop was to sneak attack. They wanted to though, quietly and sneak through the territory of the weakened foe. About 2 of their fighters died yesterday in their poorly planned sneak attack. So at the moment, Cloudsdale had the upper......... hoof. "They snuck into the cloud woods of Cloud Kingdom" chuckled Lightning, who was narrating their, 'epic adventure' into Cloud Kingdom territory. They got in when, they heard a yelp in the back off the traveling group of ponies. They turned to see Cloud Kicker weeping next to the dead Blossomforth, with a spear stabbed in between her wings.......
Chapter 8The night seemed like an extra day. Rainbow had gotten enough sleep, and training. Everypony was ready for the fight. They took the route they did last time, although this time, more stealthy. Except for Commander, who was flying. He flied for a while, until they saw a bullet shoot at him. He came down, down, down, falling loosely as a limp body. It was time. Although when it was time they all looked at Rainbow in fear, and Lightning Dust nodded. She knew what this men't. Rainbow was Commander now. All the ponies lives depended on her, they trusted her. She shouted... "ATTACK" As ponies from all directions started attacking. Rainbow was pinned. She flapped her long wings rapidly, as they smacked her opponent. She was suddenly loose.'This will be the slightest bit easier than I though' she though. She flew up high, then dove on a turquoise pony with a black main, and yellow body. She kicked the pony in the jaw, as then moments after it began to bleed. The pony fainted, probably from blood lose. she pulled up and dove down on many ponies. Then she saw Lightning struggling to get a pony off of her, Rainbow didn't think, she just acted. She jumped on the pony, not realizing it was the Commander of Cloud Kingdom. She had no chance, his hooves beat on her back as she proceeded to vomit on the floor, for the hard hits. Her hair was sticky with vomit dripping from her mouth, and blood running down her back like a gory shower. 'I guess the Commander though I was dead' Though Rainbow. Because the Commander was walking away. Again, without thinking she jumped on the Commender, and started pounding him. He bit here ankle, and she screamed, but kept pounding. Suddenly, his chest stopped going up and down. She, had won. She checked around, there was on last pony from Cloud Kingdom still fighting hard. Rainbow flew up into the sky, she gestured the secret moment for watch out. Her team flew with her, she flew high, and they flew higher, to be safe. Rainbow heard cheering below. The other team though they won, how cute. Rainbow started to fly down at high speed, tears in her eyes, color forming behind her she flapped her wings raipidly and when she was about to hit the ground BOOOOOOOM. THE SONIC RAINBOOM HAPPENED. The Kingdom Cloud ponies, where dead. Rainbow heard cheering ringing in her ears. She became dizzy. "VICTOR....." she blacked out.
