Fluttershy woke with a stir, looking around frantically while breathing heavy and deep. She sighed sweet relief as she realized it was just another dream...or nightmare.

She threw her covers off and got up off of her bed to take a walk. She walked quietly downstairs, and out the door for she did not want to disturb the peaceful slumber of her many animal friends.

The shy mare took a deep breath of brisk night air. The darkness outside reminded her of her recent nightmares. She knew they were just that, bad dreams, they couldn't hurt her. She exhaled when she realized she was holding her breath.

Her dreams had started about 2 days ago. There is no logic to them, she's in a very large ground that looked equipped to go to war". There are few people giving her dirty looks while they mumble under their breath, most likely not nice things about her.

She starts out on a platform, lights cascading down on top of her and the other people with her. There was a big white furry monster, that she has never seen anything like before. It had a child on its back gleefully riding as if it was some sort of carnival ride, a human child, In fact they were all human. She only knew what a human was because Princess Celestia told her and her friends there are other worlds where different species and whole different worlds exist.

With knowing that she looked around some more. There was a human male carrying a large rifle with three barrels, he had a very not excited look on his face for she suspected he had to work with the beast and the child. There was a human female wearing very revealing clothing for a human and had all sorts of small throwable blades strapped to her body, she looked to the left of the woman to see another male who was very muscular and was clad in a mixture in armor and cloth that represented something she was not aware of. He looked big and burly wielding his giant sword with ease, but he was also easy on the eyes, someone you could trust without saying a word to them.

"We should probably head off" The rifle man said, "ok!" The boy on the beasts back said. "Ye got the wards?" The woman grimaced, "he better have them I'm not going another match without someone warding!" and what is the league thinking?! Letting in a pony?" With a disgusted look and sound they moved off

The man approached Fluttershy with a smile "Hey don't worry about her she may seem tough and mean, but she has a sweet side" The man said smiling to reassure the pony. "Well we should be off, start walking up that lane over there ill meet up with you". The man smiled at the pony making her smile back.

So without any explanation or reason she walked to the place no one else did, she just now noticed the large building with a giant floating gem atop it, She admired the absolute perfection and enormity of it all.

She decided to keep walking
past the perfect building and past little ones with a cone of light shooting out an opening atop of it, in front of that there was a very large stone tower made to look like a stone warrior standing tall with his strong vigilant eyes over the land ahead.

The lane she was told to walk to consists of a left wall that blocks off a gigantic forest that goes on for so long you cant see the end of it through the trees, and another less sizable forest with a few entrances she knew she didn't want to go into.

She walks down the lane passing gigantic stone towers accompanied by gigantic blue gems on their just as equally gigantic staffs, she can only imagine spike would just love to get his hands on these gems. The stone towers looked very menacing. But she still had a feeling they were there to protect her, she took some comfort in that fact.

As she walks she keeps noticing her sight is obscured by a fog that only moves out to reveal more of the ground when she gets closer. She reaches what she believes to be the last stone protecter and she waits contemplating to go any further.

She takes a few steps forward and sees gigantic bushes ahead on her left and a very shallow river on her right. She inches forward only to here a faint sound that sounded like a hoarse whisper, it felt like it was inside of her head. She looks back only to realize how far away from her stone protector she is, as she looks to her left at the bushes she sees a dark figure with gigantic blades on his or her arms float out, for it also has no legs. The figured lunged forward at impossible speed blades turned outward towards the pony with the intent to kill behind it.

Fluttershy shut her eyes tightly and heard a loud sound *clang*. When she opened her eyes a gigantic sword was in front of her. She looked up in shock to see the man she talked to only briefly blocking the shades attack. With much strain in his voice and the shaking of his arms he said "leave her alone! Fight me!". The shade backed off

It chuckled with delight. The shade had no mouth but for some reason she felt it would of been smiling. The man glared at the thing, "Nocturne, you weren't in this matches roster what are you doing here?". Just then the pony and the man heard a sound coming from the river, hooves splashing in the water.

The man and the pony looked behind them only in time to see a flash of blue flames engulfing the man. When the flames subsided the man had a huge halberd impaling him through the chest. Blood dribbles from his mouth, as he says "Demacia forgive me" He trailed off and the thing lifted him in the air and threw him off the weapon.
The body of the man flew and hit the the water skidding once and coming to a stop the second time.

"No! I didn't even know his name" the pony said tears forming as she rushed over to the body tears hitting the mans unscathed face. She looked to his eyes that were shut wishing she could at least thank her hero for being there for her. "His name was Garen, pathetic thing didn't even put up a fight!" The creature with hooves said laughing. "Why am I here, why did you kill him?" the pony said in a calm as can voice trying to not show weakness. "These are the fields of justice, where weak fools like him come to face Legends like me!" He said laughing and obviously gloating.

Fluttershy finally got a good look at him. He looked like a pony except much larger and his body led off to a whole different form one of a human his body secreted blue flames in unnaturally patterned and shaped holes in the armor he wore as far as she could tell that's all he was a suit of armor around blue flames.

They both were something out of a horror story, (or at least she thinks, she doesn't read any). She curls up into a ball and can't think straight for fear takes over her mind as they both laugh down at her examine and enjoying their newly found prey. Her only comfort the lifeless body of her hero, she sat as close as possible to him.

The monstrosity on hooves looked down at her as he approached her.
She feels her mane being lifted and realizes that the monstrosity was lifting her by her hair. Sharp pain ran through her scalp as she could feel the weight of her body trying to get back down on the ground. Tears of agony well up in the mares eyes "Let me down! Please!". "No, you amuse me" the pony man said. With that he pressed his gigantic halberd up to her throat and made a small slice barely making her bleed but enough for pain to seep through her spirt. She grit her teeth chocking back a scream trying to be strong.

"Haha! You are a strong one!" "You'll last longer than that welp Garen!" he said throwing her on the ground with force that made her lose her breath and possible broke a rib. She sat there trying to cry and catch her breath only to be laughed at by the creatures.

That is where she wakes up that's all that's happened so far. She doesn't want to sleep again for she is afraid it might go really bad. She starts crying at the thought of having to go through something like that again. She feels tears stream from her eyes as she whimpers softly to her self. She tastes the salt of the tears as they hit the corners of her mouth.

She looks around at her surrounding darkness and tries to reassure herself it was only a dream and it can't hurt her, as long as she didn't let it hurt her.

Just then she hears a familiar voice cutting through the dark and can only feel it was directed at her, "Darkness" it says in a hoarse whisper that manages to get in her head "All alone" it follows up with, just then the sky disappeared and same with all of her surroundings. Her house was gone when she turned around. She again felt more tears start pouring from her eyes.

With another chuckle, the being shows itself again only to laugh at the poor mare, "Leave me alone!" Fluttershy says with all of courage she could muster, The being chuckled again "No"
