*There are ponies that go to a spa in this story. I know for a fact that some people would get shivers down their spine from the fact. If you’re one of these people, go see a therapist, because you got problems, pal. There are also ponies forced into diapers in this story, but if you didn’t know that before you came here, you really need that therapist.
“Pleeeeeaaaase, Twilight?” Rarity begged, resting her forelegs so she was right on top of the book Twilight was trying to read.
“For the last time, no!” Twilight exclaimed, sliding not just her book, but the whole table out from under her friend. As Rarity fell to the ground, Twilight tried to get herself situated where she couldn’t be distracted.
“Twilight, why not?” The slightly more pristine pony stood up and trotted next to Twilight while her lower lip quivered. “I just want you to relax and have a good time.”
“Can’t you see that I’m busy?” Twilight shoved a hoof at her book. “Princess Celestia gave me an assignment and I need to get it done.”
Rarity continued her pout.
“No. Stop it, I’m not going.”
“But why?”
“Rarity!”
Rarity flinched as Twilight snapped at her. “Okay, okay, busy! But you can put it off for a little while, can’t you?”
The studious mare grunted, at last forcing her eyes away from her reading to give Rarity a rather disgruntled look. “Princess. Teacher. Gave. Assignment. Are any of these words too complicated for you?”
“But just look at how stressed you are!” Rarity declared, placing a hoof on Twilight’s shoulder. “You’re wound up so tight, you look ready to go off at any moment.”
Twilight’s teeth grinded just a bit. “I’m only stressed because you keep bothering me. Can’t you get somepony else to go with you? Fluttershy’s your spa buddy.”
“She was my first choice, of course,” Rarity said. “But the second I mentioned the new spa, the poor thing turned beet red and backed herself all the way home. I don’t think she can stand so much ‘new’ in one place.”
“Why not somepony else then? Applejack?”
“She’ll only want the most basic of back rubs!” Rarity presented a pamphlet to Twilight. “Look at the motto, ‘To refresh and renew your being, letting your stresses fall by the wayside as innocence takes hold.’ You can’t not go full package deal with a promise like that, and it of course comes with a money back guarantee!”
“She’s busy with chores, right?”
“I try to complement your tastes...” Rarity trailed off.
Twilight rubbed at her temple. “Okay, what about Pinkie Pie?”
“Do you really think that--”
Twilight raised an eyebrow.
“Err, that is, I did ask her. She just started laughing and said she didn’t want to ruin the surprise.”
“And this doesn’t set off any warning bells in your head?” Twilight tapped at her skull. “That sounds suspicious. For all you know, this could be some prank”
Rarity shook her head with a smile. “You know Pinkie always tells the truth when somepony says they don’t want to be pranked. I made it clear I wasn’t in the mood and she admitted she had nothing devious planned.”
Twilight was about to say ‘and you believed her?’ She then remembered they were talking about Pinkie Pie. “Okay, fine, what about Rainbow?”
This time it was Rarity that raised a brow.
“Okay, okay, point taken. But seriously, I’m busy and I can’t afford to slack off. This needs to be done A.S.A.P., so why don’t you get an acquaintance to go with you? Get Aloe or Lotus and steal their ancient spa secrets or something, just let me work.”
“But Twiliiiiiiight!” Rarity whined. “I don’t want just anypony to experience this with me. This is the opening of a brand new spa! Ponyville is getting some landmarks, culture. You can’t expect me to go to a new place with anypony less important than one of my friends!”
“And yet I was the last one you asked, apparently.”
“Actually I haven’t asked Rainbow Dash yet, but that’s not important! That was before I knew how stressed out you were.” Rarity once again felt Twilight’s shoulder. “You’re far, far too tense for your own good.”
Twilight knocked Rarity’s hoof away. “Is that a bad thing when I’m doing studies for the princess of Equestria?”
“Twilight,” Rarity slowly began. “When did Celestia give you this important assignment?”
“Yesterday.” Twilight brushed her mane out of her eyes.
“And when is this actually due?”
“Umm...” Twilight rubbed the back of her head. “A month from now. But that doesn’t mean it isn’t important!”
“You’re doing it again,” Rarity said, a gentle smile on her lips. “When are you going to learn that you’re given so much time so you don’t hurt yourself while working your mind to a pulp?”
“But don’t you see?” Twilight cried out. “It’s a test within a test! She wants to see how much time I’ll waste before I turn it in!”
“And the last fifteen times she gave you more than a month to complete your homework?”
“... Giving the test more than once?”
“Twilight, that does it! You’re coming with me whether you like it or not,” Rarity said as she stamped her hoof. “You need to calm down, and this is just the way to do it.”
Twilight rubbed her eyes. “Come on, are you really going to put me through this? You know I can’t relax when there’s work I need to get done.”
“And it doesn’t need to be done.” Rarity grabbed the book Twilight was reading with her magic.
“Hey!”
“I’m not letting you continue until you are completely refreshed and have a clear head to think with.” She stuffed the book into her saddle pack. “It’s my duty as a good friend to help you, and this is for your own good. Or perhaps we should write Celestia a letter and ask what she thinks.”
Twilight let out a sigh of defeat. “Alright, alright, you win. I’ll go to the dumb new spa.”
Rarity let out a little cheer. “I knew you’d see reason. And remember, they’re having a deal to celebrate opening; Bring a friend, they get free service!”
“Joy,” Twilight said, standing up and following Rarity as she led the way.

The inside of the building was a lot more colorful than Twilight would have expected. Not that the outside didn’t suggest it was an overly peppy pile of saturated happy, but it was still much brighter than Twilight was expecting. Not to the point where it hurt her eyes. The blues and pinks were soft and triggered some kind of nagging thought in her head.
“Hmm... this is certainly different,” Rarity said, looking about. “The reception area is completely cut off from everything else.”
“Well, they have a gift rack over here.” Twilight said, trotting her way over. “Err... ‘Poudre Poulain’? ‘Crème Rougeur’?” She looked over all the bottles of... stuff, trying to figure out what she was actually seeing. “Is everything Prench?”
“I would imagine,” Rarity said, walking up to the counter and ringing the bell. “With a name like Fontaine de Jouvence, they must import everything straight from there to here.”
“I’m getting this weird feeling...” Twilight said, sniffing at the air. “Do you smell that?”
Rarity nodded. “Of course. Must be some sort of smelling salt.”
“Too sweet,” Twilight responded. It wasn’t an awful smell -- just the opposite in fact -- but it still rang a warning bell of sorts in Twilight’s head.
“Zat iz ze poudre poulain,” a soft pink pony said as she stepped out from one of the double doors. “Welcome to ze Fontaine de Jouvence, where you’ll find zat youh carez are fah, fah away az you become innocent again.”
Twilight seemed to become a bit more apprehensive, but Rarity smiled. “A pleasure to meet you. I am Miss Rarity, and this is my friend, Twilight Sparkle.”
The spa pony clapped her hooves. “Oui, oui! You are here foh ze special deal. Bring a friend, two for one.”
“Uh, right...” Twilight said. “You do speak fluent Equestrian, right?”
“Twilight!” Rarity huffed. “Please excuse my friend, she’s simply not used to the environment yet.”
“What environment?” Twilight mumbled, looking around at the near empty room.
“Non, it iz fine.” The pink pony nodded enthusiastically. “My name is Épingle Anglaise, I am ze proprietor of ziz establishment. And do not worry, Mizz Zpahkle, I understand your fears completely. When I firzt came to ziz county, I was... how you zay, fizh out of water?”
Twilight frowned at the horrible butchering of her name.
“We would love to hear all about your trails through life as we’re pampered.”
Épingle shook her head. “Non, non, we do not let little ones worry about anyzing here! You must be cared foh and leave ze worrying to youh caretakers.”
“Caretakers?” Twilight said.
Épingle walked out from behind the counter, revealing her cutie mark, at which Twilight furrowed her brow. “Yes, ze ones who will take care of your needz. Ze caretakers are ztill learning Equestrian, zo zey may have a bit of trouble wiz wordz, but ze are very caring and will shower you wiz affection.”
“Sound simply marvelous.” Rarity pulled a small bag of bits out of her saddle pack and placed them on the counter. “We’ll take the full package.”
“Oh my, you are certainly a daring one, aren’t you?” Épingle giggled. “But ze cuztomer iz alwayz right.”
“Whoa, hold on, I didn’t agree to go all out on this, you know I don’t like all the stuff you do.”
Rarity scoffed. “Twilight, it’s a free spa trip! Take advantage of it, live a little.”
“Ehh...” Épingle frowned. “It iz fine, earnestly.”
“Honestly,” Twilight corrected.
“Iz best to take small package for first timers. Are you zure you want full treatment, Mizz Rarity?”
Rarity shook her head. “It’s a spa treatment, how can it be too intense for somepony? Surely it's meant to relax a pony, is it not?”
“It iz, but not recommended. And my name is Épingle, not Shurly.”
Twilight couldn’t help but snicker, Rarity breaking out in a grin herself.
“Please, I insist! Twilight will feel much better with a complete pampering.”
“And iz zat what Mizz Zpahkle wants?” Épingle turned to Twilight and smiled. “Her treatment iz what zhe needz, not what you ask for. Zhe needz regular care, zhe getz regular care. You want ze full package, you get ze full package. Iz zimple, non?”
“Iz zimple. I mean, it’s simple,” Rarity said, shaking her head. “But if we just--”
“Mizz Rarity, zat’s enough. You may step into ze door to your left of you may leave. Zese are your optionz.”
Rarity grimaced, while Twilight gave a sincere smile. “Well,” Rarity said, making her way towards the door directed to her. “I suppose if that’s how it is, unless Twilight actually does want to come with me?” She turned her head back and gave a wide smile.
Twilight rolled her eyes. “No, I think I’m good.”
With one last disgruntled huff, Rarity walked through the doors.
“Do not worry,” Épingle called out. “You’ll both meet in ze crèche later, zen you may describe ze experience.”
Twilight gave a sigh of relief as Rarity closed the door. “Wow, you’re the first beauty pony to not listen to her when she gives orders.”
“Beauty pony?” Épingle parroted. “We do not worry about silly zings like beauty here. You must only be innocent and carefree, let uz take care of your needz.”
Twilight gave a questioning frown. “I couldn’t help but notice your cutie mark is a safety pin.”
Épingle nodded. “Oui, it iz my name. Iz Prench for that, Safety Pin.”
Twilight blinked. “Well, err, that’s an odd mark to have for somepony in charge of a spa.”
“Non, is not strange.” Épingle took Twilight’s hoof and began to lead her to the door opposite the one Rarity went through. “Iz perfect mark for ziz spa. We make you younger and happy again, I love taking care of ze little onez.”
Twilight felt more and more warning bells going off in her head. She didn’t feel like she was in danger; far from it, in fact. But she did feel like she wasn’t seeing something she was supposed to.
“S'il vous plaît, come, get in ze tub.” Épingle said, bringing Twilight to a fairly wide bath tub. The room was as pristine and lightly colored just like the reception area, but now there was something else odd about this room.
“Umm... interesting decoration choices,” Twilight said, looking at a smiling sun that looked almost like it had been drawn in crayon. There were several other pictures like it, clouds, hearts, stick figure ponies. If Twilight had to sum up the decorations into one word, it would have to be childish.
“We feel it bringz out an innozent mood, non?” Épingle lightly pushed Twilight into the back and turned the faucet on. A stream of warm water began to pour out.
“Wow, getting the water fresh?” Twilight noted. “That has to be expensive.”
“A little,” Épingle said, grabbing a bottle in her mouth and pouring a good deal of the contents into the water. She set it on a nearby shelf and stuck a hoof inside to stir it up. “But iz worth it to make sure little onez are happy and healthy.”
Twilight watched with mild curiosity as what she assumed were bath salts and other spa related mixtures began to bubble up like dish soap in her sink. “Well, that’s different.”
“Iz bubble bath!” Épingle exclaimed, the water already up to Twilight’s stomach while the bubbles were a bit higher. The pink pony took a hoofful of suds and blew, sending them all over Twilight’s mane and face.
“Hey!” Twilight shouted, wiping the bubbles away. “Jeez, what are you, my mom? I haven’t had a bubble bath since I was a filly.”
Épingle only smiled, grabbing more suds and placing a dollop on Twilight’s nose.
“Oh, real funny,” Twilight said, splashing some bubbles at Épingle.
“I zhould hope so,” she replied with an earnest smile, having the appearance of having a beard of sorts.
Twilight snorted out a laugh and took a deep breath, dunking her whole head under the water. She came back up with a tower of suds on her head. “There, how do I look?”
Épingle giggled for quite awhile before she reached over to grab a brush. “Like all youh worriez are milez away. Rarity was part right, non?”
Twilight sunk a little deeper into the tub, letting her would-be caretaker scrub at her coat, gently and calmly as her pores absorbed the delightfully relaxing suds. “I have to admit, I am feeling pretty relaxed right now. This isn’t like any other spa I’ve been to. Umm, aren't you running the front desk, though?”
“Oui, I waz. Don’t worry youh head, though, Nounou has everything all worked out. Little onez need juzt too relax.”
Twilight sighed in total bliss as her scalp was rubbed, Épingle occasionally asking her to lift an appendage or cooing something at her in Prench. More and more, Twilight felt herself falling into a relaxed state of familiarity, a sense that this had all been lived before somehow. She decided not to dwell on it, instead taking some bubbles and molding them into a sloppy rendition of a castle.

Rarity raised an eyebrow as she looked at what had to have been the strangest... whatever room it was she had seen. There were a few tubs in the room, about 5, all of them decorated as though some filly or colt had taken a box of crayons and went to town. Similar pictures were all over the walls, and the tiles and rugs gave Rarity more of an impression that she was in a bathroom than a spa.
She took notice of two ponies, soft colored coats just like Épingle, standing by one of the large tubs and preparing it for use.
“Ah, wonderful!” Rarity exclaimed, trotting over to the ponies. “I must say, these are quite, err, interesting aesthetics your spa has chosen.”
The ponies looked over at Rarity, smiling warmly. The one without a bottle of soaps in her mouth walked over to her and lightly patted her head, petting her.
“Uhh...”
“Bonjour, petit poulain,” The pony said, getting rather close and snuggling their cheeks together. “Est le petit bébé prêt à l'heure du bain?”
Rarity blinked a bit, pulling away. “Err, I would like to ask you not to invade my personal space, if that’s alright.”
The other pony looked thoughtful for a moment. “Sacrebleu, mon Équestre est pauvre.”
Rarity smiled warmly. “Ah, yes, Épingle mentioned you don’t speak Equestrian all that well. I suppose I’ll have to work as best as I can.” She cleared her throat and brought a hoof to her chest. “My name is Rarity.”
“Raritee?” The pony repeated. “Oui, je vois! Err, hmm... my name iz Douce Caresse. Iz... good to make you.”
“Meet you, darling,” Rarity said, holding her hoof out to shake.
Douce took the hoof and pulled Rarity closer to the tub, once again leaning in to invade Rarity’s space. This time she gave Rarity a kiss on the cheek.
“Goodness!” Rarity said, her cheeks flushing. “That’s, err, not something I’m used to...”
Douce giggled and tugged with a bit more force. “Aww, ressemble à quelqu'ine est un peu timide pouliche.”
Rarity took a deep breath and exhaled. “It’s fine, Rarity, you can put up with a little touching. After all, you’re about to be pampered.” She climbed into the tub, but paused a moment when she saw that it was filling up with bubbles.
“A bubble bath?” Rarity asked.
“En, en!” Douce said, giving Rarity a little push.
“Alright, alright!” Rarity said with a roll of her eyes, though she smiled. She stepped into the water and sighed as the warm water began to soak her. “It has been a long while since I had a bubble bath. Sweetie Belle used all of my bathing soaps and whatnot to try and get a spa cutie mark.”
Douce nodded as she picked up a scrub brush, while the other pony reached into a cabinet for something.
“I mean, honestly, she didn’t even ask for my permission! What kind of sister just takes things with no consideration for the other’s feelings? It’s so inconsiderate.”
“Quel bavard que nous avons, hmm, Biberon?” Douce lifted one of Rarity’s legs and began to gently wash Rarity with some of the most relaxing scrubs she had even experienced.
“Ooohhh, I’m sorry I had any doubts before,” Rarity half hummed, feeling her body taking in the sweet smelling soaps and salts.
“Pleazure iz ours, Raritee,” the other pony said, placing something in the tub. “Ah, mine name iz Biberon. Je suis heureux d'être votre mère ce soir.”
“I heard mare in there, I think,” Rarity said. “Oh, I suppose there really isn’t any point in trying to talk is there? Not when you can’t... understand...” She blinked a moment when she saw what had actually been placed in the bubbly water.
“Iz toy!” Biberon exclaimed. “Squeak, squeak. Pour le plaisir, non?”
“Umm, no thank you,” Rarity said, giving an awkward smile and magically lifting the rubber duck up and placing it on the rim. “I’m fine with fun a scrub, thank you.”
“Petite, arrêter d'être idiote.” Biberon pushed the duck back into the water.
“No, I really don’t want it.” Rarity once again lifted it back onto the rim.
Douce giggled, pouring some water into Rarity’s mane and beginning to rub her scalp. “Uh oh, on dirait que le bébé veut jouer à un jeu.”
“Oui, alors je vais devoir jouer avec elle.” Again, Biberon pushed the duck into the water.
Rarity huffed, but found it hard to really get angry with the relaxing rub she was getting. “Look, I don’t want the rubber duck.” She picked it up, again putting it on the rim.
Again, Biberon pushed it in.
“Right, this is getting silly.” Rarity picked it up with her hooves and threw it out the tub so it landed on the floor. “I. Don’t. Want. The. Toy. Do you understand?”
Biberon, however, simply walked to where the duck landed. “Un peu d'une fougueuse un, hmm?
“Un tel poulain idiote que nous avons,” Douce said, seeming to agree with her friend.
“Is this some kind of game to you?” Rarity said, again without much energy as she felt herself melt into Douce’s massage.
“Vous aimez vraiment agir comme un poulain.” Biberon placed the duck into the water. “Je suis tellement heureux que nous puissions faire pour vous.”
With a defeated sigh, Rarity picked up the toy duck and gave it a squeeze, hearing it squeak. Her two caretakers giggled and made congratulatory cooing noises at her. “I suppose it is therapeutic. A little.” The duck let out another loud squeak as Rarity pressed it. Curiously, Rarity found herself smiling and doing it again.
Douce looked up at Biberon. “Combien de temps devrait-elle se baigner? Nous ne voulons pas qu'elle soit complètement engourdi.”
Biberon shook her head. “C'est à action lente, mais elle ne devrait être dans une dizaine de minutes de plus.”
“Très bien. Elle va avoir besoin d'une couche tôt.”
Rarity closed her eyes and allowed herself to be rubbed down as Biberon joined in with another brush. She still kept squeaking the rubber ducky.

Twilight stretched, yawning a little as Épingle rubbed a towel over Twilight. “I have to admit, that was quite relaxing.”
“Good, good, I am happy to hear ziz.” The other mare took Twilight by the hoof and led her to another room.
Just like the last, the aesthetics made Twilight think of somepony had allowed their foal to draw all over the walls, except they weren’t sloppy about it. There were a few tables, rather high for a massage, Twilight thought, but she wasn’t in charge.
“Get on ze table, s'il vous plaît,” Épingle said, taking Twilight to one. It had a rubbery pad on the top, the whole thing in general again poking something in the back of Twilight’s head. Why was this giving her a strong sense of déjà vu?
“Zo, your friend Rarity iz a bit puzhy, iz she not?” A curious crinkling sound could be heard as a drawer was opened.
“She means well, but sometimes she tends to take things just a bit too much into her own hooves.” Twilight rolled onto her stomach, expecting a back rub of some sort. “Really, I should be working on an assignment for my studies, but Rarity took it upon herself to bring me here so I could ‘relax’. But I suppose this has been a rather pleasurable so far.”
“Excellent! You must let go, forget, feel ze youth come to you.” Épingle hummed for a moment. “Do you prefer plaztic or cloth?”
“Huh?” Twilight asked. “Oh, uh, whatever one is the most ‘usual’ I guess.”
“Plaztic it iz, then.” The drawer was closed and Twilight could hear the other pony come closer.
“There aren’t a whole lot of other ponies here, I’ve noticed,” Twilight pointed out as she looked around. The other tables, Twilight noted, were all bare.
“We have only been opened for a zhort while. Not many customers know about uz yet.” Épingle let out a giggle. “You zilly goose, how am I zupposed to change you when you’re laying down like zat?”
“Change me?” Twilight said. “Change me into what? Isn’t this the part with back rubs or something?”
“Back rubz?” Épingle’s voice was clearly littered with confusion. “I am confuzed, Mizz Zpahkle. Mozer’s do not normally give back rubs, do they?”
“Mozer?” Twilight turned around and grimaced, her face becoming pale underneath her fur. Held in Épingle’s hooves, against anything Twilight could possibly have guessed, was the pure white plastic padding of a rather large diaper. “I... wha?”
Épingle smiled warmly. “Yez, for ze change, non? Fresh diaper, what little ponies need.”
Twilight kept right on staring in Épingle’s general direction, though her gaze was clearly looking at, well, everything. Slowly it all came together in front of her. The decorations of foalish design, the bubble path, the playing. This wasn’t a massage table she was on; it was a changing table.
“Mozer... Mother?” Twilight asked.
Épingle’s features began to lose their previous vigor, her caring look becoming that of worry. She frowned. “Oh dear. You were not ezpecting ziz, Mizz Zpahkle?”
“Well, no, I can’t say that I was. You don’t go to a spa and have somepony put you in a diaper.” Twilight sat up, though didn’t jump of the table. “What’s going on here? Because one of us is clearly confused, and there’s a good chance it’s both of us.”
“Oh, non, non,” Épingle said, taking a step back. “Iz specialty spa! Iz like crèche. Eh, how you say, nurszery? Letting you go back to your youth. Did you not read the brochure?”
Twilight tilted her head. “Well, I didn’t. My friend Rarity did. Or she might have just glanced at the cover.”
The lighter pony’s face flushed as she covered her eyes with a hoof. “Mizz, I am zo, zo zorry. There haz been great mizunderting. We treat ponies like foals, here. Zey are treated like children, made to relax. Oh, and you’ve already had ze bubble bath...”
“Hey, hey, no big deal, right?” Twilight said, smiling mostly at herself. “It wasn’t that bad. Actually, it wasn’t bad at all.”
“Iz not ze problem.” Épingle held the diaper up, revealing that the front had a night sky themed plastic covering where the tapes were most likely meant to go. “Ze soaps and zalts, zey do zings to you. Oh, non, pleaze do not be mad, but zey are made to help you relax.”
“Uhh, okay. And how’s this a bad thing?” Twilight snickered. “Isn’t that what any spa does? Okay, so you’re different. I’m actually kind of curious! You couldn’t have started this without you knowing there would be demand. How many ponies would have to come for you to keep in business?”
“Mizz, pleaze,” Épingle said. “I’m afraid you need to put ze diaper on now. Ze bath, it relaxez you much more, ehh, litterally iz ze word? It makez you weak. Like foal.”
Twilight blinked, her face once again draining of color. “Wait, you mean I’ll... lose control?”
Épingle nodded, her face’s color in direct contrast to Twilight. “Well, it waz only little dose. Weak one, not powerful much. It will make it hard, not impozzible. Maybe you can hurry home. I’ll ezcort you.” She offered a hoof to Twilight.
Twilight, however, still found herself unable to panic at the situation. She felt like she was supposed to be worrying. Having a panic attack, freaking out about losing control of her bladder, baffled that such a place could exist even in concept. But once again that sense of familiarity filled her chest and worked its way into every part of her being. Except now it seemed just a little bit more familiar.
She looked at Épingle’s remorseful eyes and smiled, the color slowly coming back. “Okay, okay, this is kinda weird. Apparently, I’m going to have to wet myself whether I like it or not. Maybe it would be smarter to just put on the diaper until the reaction wears off. How long is it supposed to last?”
“All afternoon. Maybe until tomorrow morning.”
With a small cringe, Twilight nodded and took a breath. “Then I guess I’m going to be in diapers until then.”
“Mizz Zpahkle, are you zure? Maybe if we hurry we can, err...”
“Even if I get home, I’m going to be wetting myself anyway. Might as well do it here. Rarity did pay for this, I’m already inside where it’s safe. I mean, you weren’t planning on hurting me, right?”
Épingle vigorously shook her head. “Non! I would never hurt ze little ones. Ah, not zat you are ze little one.”
“Maybe not now, but I can be.” Twilight smiled just a bit wider. “I’ve liked what you’ve done so far. The rest can’t be any worse. And... you really do kind of come off as a loving mother.”
Épingle’s blush softened, her cheery smile coming back if a bit more bashful than before. “I like caring for ze little ones. It makez me happy, fills with joy. I want to make little ponies smile.”
Twilight took a deep breath, calling back to remnants of long forgotten memories where everything seemed strange and gigantic. She closed her eyes and tipped back onto the changing table. Her tail flicked about, and her heartbeat picked up a little bit. “Then we both benefit. I’ll make you happy, and you’ll make me happy. Win, win, right?”
“Oui, oui!” Épingle clapped her hooves together, making the diaper she was holding crinkle. “My promize, I will be gentle like kitty fur.”
Twilight allowed herself to giggle, not sure if she were imagining the youthfulness in her voice. She remained relatively still as she listened to Épingle unfold the diaper, the soft plastic crinkles echoing in her ears. Again, the sense that she should be doing something rang in her thoughts, but... well, it was difficult for her to put into words, even for herself. Something in her memories made this all seem right somehow.
Épingle slipped the diaper under Twilight’s bottom, making sure to slip Twilight’s tail through the hole. Twilight melted a little further as the soft padding touched her rump. A little squirt noise was heard and the next thing Twilight knew, her private area was softly touched as Épingle rubbed some sort of cream onto her.
“Ooohh, that’s cold!” Twilight yelped.
“Iz juzt for the moment,” Épingle said, her voice a soothing coo. “Makes no boo boo for wet pony. And we know you will be wet pony.”
Twilight’s cheeks turned red, and she found herself instinctively covering her eyes with her hooves. “H-Hey! I can’t help it!”
“I know.” The sweet smell of foal powder filled the air as Épingle shook a bottle over Twilight. “Iz because you are tiny pony. You need diaperz. But zat’z fine.” With the practiced movements of a mother who had done it many, many times, she pulled the front of the diaper up and wrapped it around Twilight, who once again shivered. Épingle took the tape on the left side and wrapped it up snug, then did the same with the right. She then pulled Twilight up so she was sitting on her now well padded bottom.
“You are little one, and little one needz diaperz. Nounou will be here to make sure you’re safe and warm and happy.”
Twilight scooted around a bit in her diaper, hearing it rustle with the slightest movement. “Wow, it’s a lot thicker that you’d think it would be.”
Épingle giggled, helping Twilight onto her hooves. “Alwayz are. But you are big little one, so need big diaper.”
The slow pitter patter of Twilight’s hooves sounded out as she practiced walking with her new garment on. The thickness forced her hips to sway a bit, her gait widened. Much to her amusement, apparently, because she found herself giving a little smile.
“This is so weird, but not a bad weird.” Twilight giggled and wagged her tail before Épingle came up and took her hoof.
“Nounou iz zo happy to hear you like. I think. Ztill not zo good at Equeztrian.”
Twilight giggled again and followed Épingle with a light bounce in her step. “It’s good, don’t worry. May I ask what Nounou means? If you know, that is.”
“Ah, yez. Equeztrian word, iz ‘nanny’. Nanny iz good word, oui?”
“It’s a very good word,” Twilight said. “Nounou.” The word came out as a coo as Twilight tried to imitate Épingle’s accent a bit. She leaned against her shoulder, humming a tuneless song. She looked up suddenly. “Umm, hey, I’ve got a question. I didn’t know about the spa, so there’s a good chance Rarity doesn’t either.”
Épingle froze in place a a look of horror covered her face. “Oh, non. She ordered deluxe treatment.”
“Deluxe treatment, right.” Twilight raised a brow. “Should we go and help her?”
Épingle covered her face with a hoof. “Iz too late for her. Ozzer pony friendz, they will have already bathed her. Zhe will loze much more control than you. Oooohh...”
“More than... oh my.” Twilight blushed. “Will she be okay?”
“Yes, zhe will be fine. Zey would never hurt her.” Épingle shook her head. “But she might not like what she paid for...”

“Back! Get back!” Rarity yelled, picking up a pink diaper and throwing it at Biberon, who was reaching up to grab Rarity.
Biberon was taken aback for a moment and rubbed her nose. “C'est un floue!”
Douce, on the other hoof, let out a giggle. “On dirait que nous avons un poulain méchant sur les sabots de l'extérieur. Je n'aime pas ceux-tant.”
Shaking her head, Biberon rubbed her chin. “Elle va faire un tas de choses à plus d'un titre bientôt.” She looked back up at Rarity. “Nous devons obtenir une couche sur elle maintenant ou nous allons avoir des ennuis.”
Rarity looked back and forth between her captors, another diaper in her hoof ready to toss. “Oh, Rarity, what have you gotten yourself into this time? I can only imagine what Twilight is going through. She was already stressed, there no way her poor heart could take it!” She looked over at the door she had been led through. “Don’t worry, Twilight. I’ll save you from whatever horrors these vile ponies have inflicted upon you!”
“Biberon, vous préparez la robe. Ses muscles sont liés à affaiblir rapidement, puis elle sera facile à saisir.” Douce picked up one of the diapers Rarity had tossed at them.
“Oh no, you’re not getting that tacky thing on me!” Rarity hissed, arching her body a lot like a cat.
Biberon walked over to a nearby rack of horrible clothing, picking out a frilly dress that, admittedly, would have matched Rarity’s mane decently, but that was beside the point! The two ponies trying to perform their perverse torture were distracted. This was Rarity’s chance.
With a fierce battle cry, Rarity expertly leaped onto Douce’s back and and bounded towards the door. She stopped in front of the door and gave a cheeky grin. “Well, it’s been awful, ladies, but if you’ll excuse me, I have a friend to save.” With a laugh, she reached her hoof up to turn the knob.
She grimaced when her hoof slipped off. “Wh-what?” She tried again... and again. And again. No matter how hard she tried, Rarity couldn’t get a good grip on the doorknob. She realized her hoof felt like it had lost a bit of its dexterity. Her horn lit up with magic as she tried to concentrate, but almost immediately the magic fizzled out. Another attempt proved to have the same results.
Biberon snickered. “Aha! Semble que le petit est ne sait pas comment ouvrir les portes.”
“Temps pour votre fessier,” Douce added, advancing on Rarity with kind, sincere smiles.
Rarity gulped and pressed herself against the door, trying to gain even the slightest bit of distance between herself and the madmares that had her trapped. They surrounded her on both sides and each hooked a leg around her to drag her closer to one of the changing tables. She struggled against them, but she was weakened somehow. She felt like... like...
Like she’d been reduced to a foal.
“Why is this happening!?” Rarity squealed, trying everything she could do to escape, which wasn’t a whole lot at this point.
“Vous montez,” Biberon said, as she and Douce gently lifted Rarity up onto the table.
In retaliation, Rarity tried to hold her legs closed to prevent the application of the horrible undergarment, but it was futile. With hardly enough force to knock over an empty cup, Biberon held her down and Douce forced her legs apart. Despite her flustering and attempts to fight back, the two ponies simply smiled and cooed at her.
Face flushed, Rarity moaned in embarrassment as Douce lightly applied what Rarity assumed was rash cream, followed by a liberal sprinkling of foal powder. So slow that it felt like eternity was passing Rarity by, the diaper was slipped under her and tenderly wrapped around her, every crinkle and rustle like a bomb going off in her ears. It was wrapped around her and taped tight, a chain that bound her to this situation she had wound up in.
“Why are you doing this?” Rarity whined, kicking her hooves to the best of her abilities.
Douce patted the front of the diaper, making it crinkle even more, and Biberon leaned down to give her a kiss on Rarity’s rosey red cheeks. “Voilà, tout est prêt pour les accidents, hmm?”
“Accidents?” Rarity said as her ear twitched. A grimace sank deep into her features. “You can’t honestly expect me to... to... to soil this, can you?”
Of course they did. She was their foal now. Well, Rarity would get the last laugh when they never had a diaper to change! They couldn’t keep her here forever, right?
Right?
As the horrifying thought of being stuck like this forever passed through Rarity’s mind, Douce leaned forward and blew a raspberry onto her stomach. With foalish squeals, Rarity tried to push her off. Of course, she couldn’t, and burst out laughing.
“S-Stop it!” Rarity yelped through her fits of giggles. “This i-isn’t how you treat a lady!”
Her cries fell on foreign ears, as they seemed to take her laughter for earnest merriment. Biberon proved to be her savior after a few minutes of torture, though, as she said something that got Douce to pull away. Rarity took a few moments to pant, a grin stuck on her face.
“Don’t do that again,” Rarity puffed out, though followed up with another giggle.
Biberon gently pushed Rarity up and presented to her the awful dress. “N'est-ce pas faire joli? Il répond à vos yeux.”
“Soyons le petit prêt pour le temps de jeu,” Douce added.
Rarity sighed. “I don’t really get a choice in the matter, do I?” Despite saying this, Rarity tried to slip off of the changing table one last time, but Biberon held her in place. It suddenly occurred to Rarity what she must have looked like to them and sighed in frustration. In a matter of moments, she had been stuffed into the baby pink -- she cringed at the thought of baby -- dress, which proved actually be quite soft and fluffy. Had it not been so garish, it might have actually been comfortable to wear.
Both of her caretakers doted over her and gave her lots of quick kisses. “Aww, n'est-elle pas précieuse?” Douce said.
Biberon picked Rarity up and sat her on her diapered bottom. “Les sels prendront pleinement effet bientôt. Elle va être encore capable de marcher, non?”
Douce nodded and gave the top of Rarity’s head a pat. “Oui, mais ne vous attendez pas la couche pour rester propre pendant trop longtemps.” The two ponies shared a giggle together.
“Amd just whatsh so funny?” Rarity said. Her eyes widened and she smacked her lips a few times. “Amd whatsh sho... Mmm whatzzz sho... Oooohh, yoo’ve gotts tah be joknng.” She slapped her face with a hoof. “Wat did’joo put in dat baff, anywaysh?”
If the other two ponies took notice of Rarity’s rapidly degrading speech, they didn’t show it. Biberon picked Rarity up and placed her on Douce’s back, and the diapered pony felt herself wobble. Her balance had been skewed as well, as if this day couldn’t possibly get worse, and she had to hold onto Douce’s neck not to fall off. This earned some ‘d’awws’ from the foreign ponies.
“‘Mm not huggng her,” Rarity moaned. “Ugh, why mm Ah even twynng? Dere’sh no way dish can get worshe.” As if fate had forgotten a little something, Bibberon plopped a pacifier into Rarity’s mouth while she was distracted. “Ah courshe.” Rarity shut her eyes tight as they led her into the next torture chamber. At least sucking on the dummy was surprisingly soothing.

Épingle gave a sincere smile as she led Twilight into the room, who looked with around with interest at all the toys and things inside.
“Welcome to ze playroom,” Épingle said, coming to a stop before what looked like the biggest teddy bear Twilight had ever seen.
“Wow.” Twilight looked at the bear and the many other stuffed animals that were lying around. A quick glance around the room allowed her to see the many, many other objects and activities available to her. There was a table with crayons and paper, another little area full of building block of different variations, and even a big playground type area with lots of tubes to crawl around in. Even some toys geared for newborns were in one little corner, though that didn’t really interest Twilight all that much. She did find herself curiously attracted to the giant bear.
“You like?” Épingle said, giving Twilight a playful shove that caused the bear and Twilight’s nose to collide.
“Mmmph?” Twilight said through a face full of fluff. She took a step back and gave Épingle a fake glare.
The motherly mare giggled. “It’z not going to eat you. Hugz, it feelz good.”
Twilight’s rolled her eyes and turned back to the bear, lightly touching it with a hoof. She grinned and slowly wrapped her forelegs around the giant stuffed toy, giving it a large squeeze. Memories of holding a long cherished toy of her passed through her mind, and Twilight found herself rather easily snuggling into the bear’s faux-fur.
Épingle smiled and trotted around the toy, giggling as she began to manipulate the arms of the bear so it wrapped Twilight in a return hug.
“Huh?” A splash of panic hit Twilight as she felt something on her back. She noticed it was the toy bear, and a sly grin formed on her lips. With a shake of her padded rump, Twilight jumped and climbed over the toy to look down at Épingle. With a shout of, “Boo!” Twilight batted at Épingle’s mane.
“Ack!” Épingle shouted, though it was obvious she was playing. “Little one scared me!”
“Got’cha, Nounou.” Twilight slid down the back of the bear, her head on the floor as she leaned against the stuffed toy, blushing as she realized how silly she must have looked. Her diapered rump stuck high above her, plain as day.
Épingle seemed to take notice of this and laughed as she poked Twilight’s diaper. “Oh, hello. Have you zeen Mizz Zpahkle? I’m watching her for ze day.”
“I’m right here!” Twilight said, with a lot more energy than she had meant to. She scrambled onto her hooves and gave Épingle a shove. “How could you lose me like that?”
“Ah, how zilly of Nounou.” She leaned forward and kissed the tip of Twilight’s nose, eliciting further blushing from Twilight. “That adorable face is impossible to mizz. Zo, iz zere anyzing little one would like to be doing? We have many gamez and toys for you.”
Twilight’s tail flicked about as her eyes wandered around the room. It rather suddenly occurred to her that the general unorganized nature of the room didn’t bother her in the slightest. “Huh... that’s weird.”
“Hmm?”
“Oh, uh, nothing,” Twilight said, giving her rump another shake just to hear her diaper crinkle. “I’d kind of like to try building something.”
“Oui, non issue.” Épingle once again took Twilight’s hoof to lead her.
Twilight almost mentioned that she didn’t need to be led by the hoof everywhere but that was sort of the point of this play acting, wasn’t it? At least that’s what she asked herself as she gave a tiny smile.
Before they even took three steps, though, they heard another door open. Épingle seemed to know what door had opened by its creak alone and cringed. “Oh... Mizz Rarity is here.”
Twilight turned her head to see two new ponies trot into the room. On one of their back lay a big poofy pink thing. After Twilight shook her head, she realized it was Rarity in a dress and a diaper. A few snickers escaped through her nose, but Twilight remained mostly silent.
“Biberon, Douce.” Épingle looked between the two ponies, and Twilight assumed those were their names. “Je vois que vous avez ... pris bien soin d'elle?”
The other ponies nodded happily. The one with Rarity on her back, whom Twilight assumed was Douce, titled forward to let Rarity slid off. Once on solid ground, Rarity made at attempt to take her diaper off but was having a hard time getting through the puffiness of her dress and apparently the tapes themselves.
“Oui, ce petit est un bon bébé. Un peu difficile cependant,” Douce said, tussling Rarity’s mane.
“Les filles, nous avons un problème. Celui-ci n'a pas lu la brochure.”
Biberon and Douce immediately lost their bright disposition. “Excusez-moi?” Biberon said.
Épingle nodded. “Ils ont tous deux pensé que c'était un spa régulière.”
“Oh non.” Both of Épingle’s employees looked at Rarity, then back at their boss.
Twilight, meanwhile, trotted up to Rarity, snorting a little bit. “So, uh, have you been enjoying yourself?”
Rarity gave up on her diaper and suckled a few more times on the pacifier in her mouth before getting the idea to spit it out. “Ee coulda been bedder.”
“E-Excuse me?”
“Twiwight, yoo havta help mees!” Rarity said, working her jaw. “I can’t worr mah hooves at aww, an mah mouff has gone aww loopy!”
Twilight giggled a bit more. “Well, the good news is that you aren’t it any danger.”
“Ah’m een danger of asshaulting shomepony!” Rarity yelled, flailing her hooves about. “Ah didn’ pay foh dish!”
“Well, technically you did,” Twilight said, sitting down with a loud crinkle. “Rarity, you didn’t even look at the brochure, did you?”
“Ah coushe Ah did! Eet didn’ adva... adveeer... show any of dish.”
“Really?” Twilight raised a brow. “You didn’t just look at the cover, get excited at the idea of a spa, and automatically decide that you had to go because that’s what you always do?”
Rarity’s eyes shifted. “W-well... Ah at weast wooked at da back.” Rarity groaned and scrunched her lips. “Whah ish dish happennnng to mees?”
Twilight sighed and pulled her friend into a hug. “Because you paid for it. Literally. The basic treatment is very simple foal stuff, diapers and, well, slight loss of bladder control. You got the deluxe treatment, which looks like,” Twilight snickered again, “like you’ve been turned into a full fledged foal.”
Rarity’s eyes went wide at ‘bladder control’. “Yoo means yoos gonna...”
“Wet myself? Looks like it.”
Rarity sniffled and frowned. “Oh, Twiwight, wat have Ah done to yoo?”
“Uh, I’d worry more about you. Deluxe means that, well, you lost a whole lot more control.”
Rarity felt at her jaw. “Ah can shee dat.”
“Rarity... more control than that.”
“More dan not benng able tah wok a doorknob?”
Twilight nodded.
“Wat mowe can dey...” Rarity’s pupils shrunk to pinpricks. “No... no...”
“I’m afraid so. That diaper is going to be pretty well used before you get out of it.”
Rarity’s lip trembled for a few moments before she tipped back into a faint.
With a raised brow, Twilight said, “Well, she took that better than I thought she would.” She fanned Rarity’s face with a coloring book she levitated over.
Épingle and her two employees all sighed and nodded, turning back to their charges. Douce and Biberon gasped after noticing Rarity and rushed over, cooing at her and gently picking her up.
“Oh dear...” Épingle said, moving to stand next to Twilight. “Will your friend be alright?”
Douce and Biberon kept on fussing over Rarity, checking her pulse and things of that nature, and Twilight couldn’t help but smile.
“She’ll be just fine I’m sure. Now, you were saying something about blocks earlier?”
“Oh! Oui, if you still want.” Once again, Twilight was taken by the hoof and led over to the building blocks. With a light hop, Twilight raced over to a box of wooden blocks and another full of plastic. As she looked over the array of shapes and colors, Twilight's natural urge to categorize each and every block by color and shape flared up for only a few moments, only to instead knock both containers over into a chaotic mess.
“Can I build a bridge?” Twilight asked. A blush formed on her cheeks. “Oh, I guess I don’t need to ask, do I?”
Épingle giggled and tussled Twilight’s mane. “Non, but doezn’t mean it hurtz. Firzt zing to do iz start.” She picked up two arch shapes pieces and set them up perpendicular to each other. “Once you have beginning, end iz zimple. Just let mind fly away.”
Twilight’s eyes darted about the pieces, and before she even realized it, her analytical mind started to create an idea of what she was going to make. But instead of waiting until she finished her mental plan like she knew she usually would, she began to pick up blocks and set them up one by one. As Twilight built up her bridge wider and bigger, with a color coordination that might nag at Rarity, her smile grew as well.
Rarity, meanwhile, slowly awoke, her head spinning a bit. Her first instinct was to get up and check to see if what had happened was a nightmare. Panic washed over her when she felt that there was a pacifier still in her mouth, which she was sucking on unintentionally. She opened her eyes to the sight of Biberon looking down at her with a remorseful smile.
“We, ah, do bad,” Biberon said.
Douce leaned in Rarity’s vision, her expression mirroring her coworker's. “Very bad.”
The weakened pony tried to spit out the pacifier, but her jaw was still under the effects of her bath. As she struggled to get up, she found that her limbs were constricted by a soft material. A groan escaped her as she fell back, realizing she was being held like a foal by her captors. She felt the soft touch of the quilt they had wrapped her in.
Like swaddling a foal, Rarity thought to herself, sucking on the pacifier a few more times. She could feel she was still wearing the dress and the thick diaper between her legs as she wriggled about while she was hugged all across her body by either her clothing or the blanket, constrained and unable to escape.
Biberon leaned down to give Rarity a kiss on her nose. “We are, ah, sorry, Mizz.”
“Ish fine,” Rarity said in a sigh, turning her head in a poor attempt to hide her face within the folds of her soft cage. With her nose stuffed into the cloth, she was able to get a fairly large whiff of the foal powder that they had covered her in. At least she thought is was foal powder. It was certainly an odd thing to smell it in a quilt, considering its purpose. But if she had to have her nose filled with something, maybe this wasn’t so bad.
Douce patted the top of Rarity’s head. “Mmm, mmm. Play?”
“Do Ah have a choishe?” Rarity replied. Biberon gently unwrapped the quilt from the grown-pony-turned-foal, and they allowed her to stand on wobbly legs. “Dish might be eashier if Ah washn’ in a diaper.”
Of course they didn’t understand and instead helped her toddle closer to Twilight and Épingle. The blush on Rarity’s cheeks seemed permanent as her entire outfit rustled from the frills to the crinkling of the plastic around her bottom. “Redushed to a foal. Guesh yoo’ve got nopony but yourshelf to blame,” Rarity mumbled.
Her two caretakers helped her sit down next to Twilight, then ran off quickly. Perhaps ashamed of what they had done? A more cynical part of Rarity hoped that was the case. She turned towards her friend and Épingle to see they had constructed a fairly complex bridge.
Twilight seemed lost in her playtime, adding block after block with the same calculated carefulness she used whenever she tackled anything. Except, while her tongue stuck out with a look of concentration on her face, Twilight was smiling.
“Twiwight?” Rarity asked.
“Shhhh,” Épingle said, hoofing Twilight a green cylinder. “Zhe is almozt done.”
Rarity looked over to the boxes that were completely empty, and a dwindling pile of blocks. “How wong have yoo been at dish?”
“Few minutes,” Twilight said as she placed a cube at one end of her work.
“Hmm...” Rarity picked up one of the few remaining blocks, a pyramid shaped piece, and lightly placed it at the top of a tower at one end of the bridge. She took a look at her meager accomplishment, scratching the side of her head.
“Done!” Twilight said. She brought her hooves into the air while Épingle clapped.
“Iz good job,” Épingle said.
Rarity scrunched her lips. “Oh, hmm...”
Twilight snickered. “That was fun. Can we do it again?”
Épingle nodded. “But what about your bridge?”
“We call the construction crew! Rarity, would you do the honors?”
Rarity blinked and shifted about in her diaper. “Twiwight, are yoo otay?”
“Yeah, I’m fine. Why do you ask?” Twilight turned to her friend and suddenly laughed. “Oh my goodness, you look pretty silly.”
Rarity huffed and was about to make an indignant response, but froze. He ears twitched as she heard Twilight laugh, and it became infectious as she giggled as well. “Ah shuposhe Ah do.” The bridge tumbled to pieces as she swept a foreleg under the base, a rainbow of blocks tumbling around them.
The avalanche pushed its way to their diapers and Twilight grinned. “I didn’t realize there were so many. Guess I was having too much fun.”
“At weasht one of ush ish,” Rarity said with a roll of her eyes, grabbing some pieces and beginning to form a tower.
Épingle smiled as she watched the rather amusingly dressed ponies get lost in their playtime. As she patted them both on their heads, giving both a kiss on their noses, Douce and Biberon walked in, carrying some jars and silverware.
“Eh bien?” Épingle asked.
Biberon held up the jar she was carrying. “Nous, ah, le déjeuner leur.”
“Rien de solide?”
“Vous savez, elle ne peut pas manger des aliments durs comme ça.” Douce said, holding up a bottle full of milk. “Elle va même besoin d'une bouteille après cela.”
Slapping her face and dragging her hoof along her muzzle, Épingle sighed. “Très bien. Little onez, it iz lunch. Twilight, can you pick up after Rarity? Zhe cannot be ezpected to help.”
“Ah can help!” Rarity pouted. In a desperate attempt to prove she was still a big pony, Rarity tried to work up a spark of magic. When that inevitably failed, she struggled to work her hooves to grab one of the blocks. After a few slip ups and some very careful balancing, Rarity managed to wobble a block into a box. “Ah did it!” She flew her hooves into the air.
Twilight snorted. “Might want to check again.” She pointed to the label on the box.
Rarity’s cheeks burned as she noticed that the wooden block she picked up had been put into the ‘plastic’ box. “Sh-Shaddap! Ah am a big pony!”
“You are, you are,” Twilight said. “I’m sorry. You’re not any less of a pony for being in need of some help.”
“But... but...” Rarity whined. Douce reached down and worked her way under Rarity to slip her onto her back.
“You haz butt,” Douce giggled.
“Ah am a big pony...”
“So, lunchtime?” Twilight asked as the toys were picked up and put away in a matter of seconds.
Épingle’s jaw dropped at the display of power. “Goodness.”
“Oh.” Twilight blushed and rubbed the back of her head. “I guess you wouldn’t be used to that.”
“Non, I am not.” Épingle trotted to the cleaned up boxes, and grinned as she reached in to pull out a few blocks in the wrong boxes. “But it seemz you are still little one.”
Twilight’s eyes went wide. “I... I made a mistake.” She rubbed her forehead.
“Little one? Are you fine?”
“I made a mistake.” She became silent for a few seconds and looked around as though trying to find something. After a few seconds of slightly heavy breathing, her expression calmed down. “I made a mistake. And everything is okay.” A smile creeped its way onto her lips, spreading wider until it was a wide grin. “Everything is just fine.”
“Of courze, little one.” Épingle took Twilight by the hoof and pulled her up. “Everypony makes miztakez.”
Twilight leaned her head against Épingle’s shoulder. “Sometimes I forget that.”
Épingle raised a brow, but nuzzled Twilight through her mane and pulled her into a side room. “I know you didn’t get much play time, but we start late. Nummy food, more play, then nap, oui?”
“Oui,” Twilight said. “Thank you, Nounou.”
“Anything for little one.”
“No!” Rarity shouted. A clash sounded throughout the room.
Twilight turned her head to see that her friend was strapped into a high chair built for a grown pony. Had she not been snickering, she might have noticed that there was a second one set up in the kitchen-like room.
Biberon winced, and Douce tried to shush her. But their pleas fell on what looked like a spoiled filly, at least to Twilight.
“Ah don’ eat foal food!” Rarity tried her best to grind her teeth, her pacifier removed, and it was clear she was having a tough time at it.
“Êtes-vous sûr qu'elle n'est pas un poulain?” Douce asked, opening an jar of orange mush. “Elle est aussi difficile comme un seul.”
“Elle est un moment difficile. Mlle Rareté ne m'attendais pas à finir comme ça.” Épingle took Twilight to the other high chair and lifted her up to set Twilight inside. Her diaper rustled and crinkled, which seemed to be the cause of the giggle that ensued.
Biberon yelped as Rarity whacked the spoon she had been holding in her mouth. “Devrait avoir lu la brochure,” she grumbled.
At the word ‘Brochure’, Rarity’s ears twitched. “Ah don’ need ta be fed, an’ Ah don’ eat mush.”
“Now, Rarity,” Twilight began, “It’s important for a foal to have nutritional meals at regular intervals.” No sooner had Twilight finished her sentence when the scent of apples and cinnamon filled the air; Épingle had just opened another jar.
“Bu’ Ah’m not...” She sighed and put her face in her her hooves. “Ooohh, wash da point?”
Biberon got a new spoon from a nearby drawer and dipped it in the jar Douce was holding, a scoop of orange mush at the ready.
“Voici le train. Choo, choo,” Douce said while Biberon brought the spoon closer.
“No!” Rarity shouted.
“Oui. Définitivement une pouliche,” Biberon said around the spoon, followed by a giggle.
“Ish not funneh,” Rarity moaned. “Ah wan’ real food.”
Twilight opened her mouth and allowed Épingle to place a spoonful of applesauce on her tongue. She licked her lips, looking rather satisfied. “It is real food. Just mashed up so you don’t overwork your jaw chewing. It really is quite tasty. Is this home made?’
“Oui!” Épingle declared, getting another scoop ready. “Iz mozer’s recipe. Made it for me when I waz little one. Made me snuggly.” She patted her fairly pudgy stomach and giggled. “Iz bezt for the hugz, non?”
“Oui!” Twilight clapped her hooves together. “Nounou has the best hugs ever.”
Rarity pursed her lips. “Ah fink dish is gettin’ to yoo more dan me.”
Épingle sighed and she fed Twilight some more applesauce. “Rarity, you need to eat. What can I do to make thingz eazy?”
“Nofing. Ish not fair. Orange will stain my coat, an’ then Ah won’t be pristine anymore.”
“Ah, so you like pretty things?” Épingle snickered. “Elle aime être jolies choses, les filles. Essayez de dire diamant.”
“Yeah, Ah do. Ah make dresses at my shop. Bett den dish monshteshe- monshter- grr, this bad dress.”
“Iz diamond!” Biberon suddenly shouted.
“Diamonds!?” Rarity gasped.
With the filly-like mare’s mouth open wide, Biberon stole this moment to push the spoon into her mouth. Rarity sputtered a few moments, the carrot flavored mush spilling out of her lips and dribbling down her chin.
“No fair! Yoo twicked me!”
But Douce merely took a washrag out while Ciberon tried to scoop up some carrot from the drips using the spoon.
“C'est bon pour vous. S'il vous plaît arrêter s'agiter.” Douce leaned forward and kissed Rarity on the nose.
“Awwww, you look so cute, Rarity,” Twilight sing-songed after swallowing another gulp of sauce. “Just like a real messy foal.”
It suddenly clicked in Rarity’s head what had happened and she instinctively brought a hoof to her face. She whined as she felt the mushy goop, and sniffled a bit when she saw it on her hoof.
“Une telle mangeur désordonné.” Douce said. “On dirait que vous avez besoin d'un bavoir.”
“Bavoirs!” Épingle said. “Ah, we forgot bibs! Little ones are such messy eaters, after all.”
Though Twilight was clean, she made no attempt to fight back as a plain white bib was tied around her neck. Rarity made a bit of a fuss, but it could have been worse. At least they were decent enough to let her have a plain one, too.
“Mah coat...” Rarity whined some more, rubbing her cheeks. “It’ll take weeksh to wash dish out.”
“Stop being a spoilsport,” Twilight said, playing with Épingle’s hoof, the elder mare giggling. “It can’t taste that bad, can it?”
Rarity smacked her lips. If she were to be honest, it tasted a lot better than anything she could cook herself. She wasn’t really in a honest mood. “Ish foal food, sho ish not goo’ fo’ mees.” She sat with an indignant look on her face, though ate some more regardless. “If Ah gotta eat dish, Ah shant enjoy it."
“Can I try some carrots, please?” Twilight said, looking over at the orange jar. Biberon seemed to pick up on the question and stuck the spoon out for Twilight to lean over and gobble up the food. “Mmm, Rarity, I don’t know what you’re talking about, this is delicious! It’s some of the best carrots I’ve ever had.”
“Oh, Biberon, il semble que vous avez un fan.” Épingle smiled and presented the applesauce to Rarity.
Biberon blushed and giggled. “Bezt iz for babies, oui?”
With a giggle, Twilight nodded and stole another bite.
Rarity smiled, if not for her own enjoyment, then at least Twilight’s. A bit begrudgingly, she took a bite of applesauce. “At weasht dish ish a bit bettah. Bu’ can’t Ah have somefing elshe? Even jusht a wamama?” Rarity’s cheeks turned red for what felt like the millionth time that day.
Biberon and Douce gasped and squealed not unlike schoolfillies themselves, hugging Rarity tight and each giving her a kiss on a cheek. Rarity moaned, while Twilight and Épingle giggled. Twilight reached out to her Nounou, smiling hopefully.
“Hugs?”
“Hugs,” Épingle replied, pulled Twilight into a hug after pulling her out of the high chair. “Zuch good little one, ate all her nummiez. Rarity iz ztill having troublez, it zeemz.”
Through their tight hug, Biberon and Douce managed to feed Rarity more and more of the carrot mush. Oddly, Rarity seemed to be relaxing more and more with each bite, a complacent look making its way onto her features. Though after a few more bites, a look of frustration appeared again.
“Mah face ish shtained and Ah look like a foal. To make fings worshe, my mouf hurtsh.” She brought up her hoof to rub her jaw, and sighed in frustration as her not-stained hoof suddenly became stained.
Épingle opened her mouth to say something, but Biberon had already reacted. Picking Rarity out of her chair, Biberon cradled her tight while Douce hoofed her a bottle of milk and squirted some cream into the washrag.
“Weawwy?” Rarity said, more defeated than belligerent at this point. “I don’ need a bottle.”
Douce wiped Rarity’s mouth and hooves with the rag, a smidge of fussing coming from Rarity. When the rag was pulled away, all the stains were gone.
“Wha’s da point? It’s not like...” Rarity’s eyes widened as she looked at her perfectly white hoof.
Twilight blinked. “Whoa.”
“Homemade!” Douce cheered, holding up a bottle that Twilight was sure was in the little shelf area in the front of the spa.
“Ish gone... Dat should have stayed fo’ daysh...” Rarity was too preoccupied with admiring Douce’s work to notice Biberon slip the nipple of the bottle into her mouth. Instinct had her suck on the bottle, and she was met with cool, sweet milk. Blinking her eyes a few times, Rarity shifted about. To Twilight, it looked a bit like she was trying to get more comfortable as her padded bottom was given a few loving pats.
Twilight smiled and tugged at Épingle’s mane. “Um, Nounou? I wanna baba too.” She smiled sweetly up at her caretaker.
Épingle’s return smile was warm as sunshine as she carried Twilight to the nearby fridge. opening it and retrieving a bottle of milk.
Twilight reached out for it eagerly, and hummed in satisfaction as she began to suckle her drink down.
“Iz cute foalz!” Biberon exclaimed as the caretakers carried their charges back to the playroom. They all plopped onto beanbag chairs, rocking the diapered ponies, patting their poofy bottoms, cooing at them. Both Twilight and Rarity seemed to get lost in the moment, Twilight especially.
Once the milk was gone, Twilight hugged Épingle tight, while the elder mare patted her back. Twilight’s face turned red as a little belch escaped her.
“Excuse me,” Twilight said as she covered her mouth. “Forgot about that part.”
Rarity seemed a bit too lost in the moment to have noticed, half asleep as she nuzzled into Biberons chest. Douce patted Rarity some more as she pulled the bottle out.
“Rahrahtee?” Douce whispered. “Naptime?”
Rarity snapped her eyes open and jumped a bit. “N-No, I don’t need a-” and just as she said that, a decent sized belch forced its way out of her throat.
Twilight bursted out laughing and almost tumbled out of Épingle’s swaddling hold, and Épingle couldn’t help but chuckle as well.
Biberon and Douce, though, smiled proudly at Rarity and showered her with more hugs and kisses. “Good foal for Mommies.”
“Ugh,” Rarity said, though oddly seemed to almost tilt her head to make it easier for Douce to kiss her cheek. “How mush wonger musht Ah fashe dish torshure?”
Épingle set Twilight on her hooves and patted her bottom and reached out for Rarity. With a sad sigh, Biberon gave Rarity to Épingle.
“Little one... Ah, Mizz Rarity, the treatment laztz for all night. Weak knees. Zo zorry, but we take good care. Oui, nous allons prendre soin de vous, les filles à droite?”
A chorus of ‘oui oui’ came from Biberon and Douce before the two looked thoughtful.
“Oh, peu on aime s'habiller, pas vrai?” Douce asked.
Twilight scratched her head. “What?”
Épingle said, “Ah, zhe iz azking Mizz Rarity if zhe would like drezz up. Iz agrreable?”
Rarity perked up. “A chanshe to get outta dish outfit? Shure.”
Once their boss nodded at them, Biberon and Douce ran off to a corner of the playroom. Douce had grabbed a large chest, while Biberon had pushed a rack with lots of outfits varying from what looked like a bunny sleeper to an even poofier version of Rarity’s current outfit. When Douce opened the chest, more costume-like clothes tumbled out.
Rarity slapped her face. “Wha’ more could Ah eshpect?”
Twilight seemed a lot more eager about the latest activity presented to her. Wiggling her bottom, she waddled over to the rack and began to nose her way through the clothing, magically shoving some aside once in awhile. “So much to choose from. Hmm, ooh, I don’t think I ever wore that as a filly.”
“Pwease don’ see dat, pwease don’ see dat, pwease don’ see dat...” Rarity muttered.
“Hey, Rarity, you should try this one on!”
“An’ she shaw it.”
Twilight magically pulled out a princess outfit that at least doubled the poof that Rarity was already stuck in. Complete with a pointy hat and swishy lace, it was truly the epitome of Rarity’s shame for the evening.
“Ugh, do Ah have to?”
“Please?” Twilight pleaded. “It’s not as much fun playing by myself.”
Rarity sighed and brushed some of her mane away. “How can Ah say no to a fashe wike dat?” Épingle let Rarity crawl out of her hold, and Twilight squealed in excitement as she pulled Rarity’s current humiliating outfit aside. Rarity squeaked for a moment when she was barren of wearing anything besides her diaper, and instinctively tried to hide the thick article with her curly tail.
As Twilight fussed with her friend, Épingle made her way over to the clothing rack and began to hoof her way through the outfits. Biberon and Douce began to sort through the costumes, giggling as they found what they seemed to be looking for.
Rarity did not look amused as Twilight flattened out the creases in the princess dress. “Ah eshpect free spa trips fo’ monfsh.”
“Don’t be a whiner, Rarity, have some fun! You look adorable.”
“Adorablable, huh?” Rarity said, not even trying to control her mouth properly anymore. She gave Twilight a playful push. “Ah shure feel wike a fiwwy.”
Quite suddenly, something thumped at Rarity’s hooves. The diapered ponies looked down to see that Douce was quite literally groveling at Rarity’s hooves, dressed like a pre-Celestia peasant.
"Oh, s'il vous plaît, ne nous enfermer pas dans le donjon, votre magnificence!" Douce cried, kissing Rarity’s frill covered leg.
Twilight started to laugh uncontrollably as Biberon did the same thing with Rarity’s other leg.
“Nous n'avons jamais voulu vous insulter, oh belle!” Biberon cried.
Rarity stood flabbergasted for a moment, looking between the two groveling mares. “Uh, yeah... Ah, an’ don’ do it again?”
“Now I know I’m not the best when it comes to playtime,” Twilight said, “but maybe you should say it more like a princess would.”
“Wike a pwincess?” Rarity parroted. She looked again at the peasant-dressed mares. Ever so slowly, a smile began to form on her lips. She cleared her throat and in a much more refined, though still foalish, voice said, “Mah dear subjects! Ash wuwer of da pwetty pony kingdom, Ah declare dat, uhh... dat dere be bottles and diapees for everypony!” She covered her mouth as she said the last line, but it was to stifle a giggle. Biberon and Douce laughed as well, bowing before their new princess and laughing along with her.
“But Pretty Princess Rarity, what about the pacifier tax!” Twilight cried, kneeling before Rarity as well. “We can’t live without pacifiers!”
“Neigh, Ah shay, neigh! Now bring me all yo pashifiersh or it’sh off to de dunge’n of time outs!” Rarity laughed out loud. “Oh, Ah guesh dish could be fun.”
Douce and Epingle ran off and started tossing pacifiers at Rarity, apparently picking up on the word ‘pacifier’ even through her garbled speech. Twilight fell to the ground laughing, her diaper crinkling as her legs flailed about, as Rarity struck a snooty pose while picking a pacifier up and plopping it in her mouth.
Épingle moved to stand over the giggling Twilight, smiling down at her. “Are we having fun?” The caretaker asked.
Twilight laughed a few seconds longer before she looked up at Épingle and grinned wide. “Oh, lots of fun, Nounou.”
“Iz good!” Épingle said, taking Twilight’s hoof and pulling her up. As she did so, she placed her hoof on Twilight’s diaper. “Hmm, still dry.”
Twilight blushed. “Uh... not for much longer, I think.”
“Oh? Zen zhould we wait for dress up time?”
It was at this point that Twilight noticed the Épingle was holding something to her chest with a foreleg, some sort of white outfit Twilight didn’t immediately recognize. “We can have dress up now! I mean, we can play dress up! I mean... gah.” Twilight giggled.
“Nounou knowz what little one meanz,” Épingle said, placing a hoof on Twilight’s lips. “You zay you have little outfit time as filly, oui?”
“Oui,” Twilight cooed.
Épingle unfolded a white two-piece sailor suit, complete with a tiny cap. “Iz uzzually a little colt outfit, but filly can wear, too. Iz very foal clothes. Want to try?”
Twilight didn’t need to be asked twice. She barely needed to be asked the first time. Letting her Nounou slip on the outfit was pleasant, and more fond memories without any images to put them to danced through her mind. Over her head, each leg through a sleeve, and stepping into the little shorts, Twilight felt herself slip even further into the mindset she had slowly been weaving out of the day’s experiences.
Épingle kissed Twilight on her nose and stepped back to admire her work. “Iz cute, non? You are zetting zail, going on great trip! Port to port, lotz of cheeze.”
“Cheese?” Twilight giggled and spun around, trying to get a good look at herself. Her cap fell off as she ran. “I feel so... so good. I don’t understand why, but I’m so happy.”
“Iz because you are little one,” Épingle said, patting the top of Twilight’s head. “Little one, wants to play. Be young again, sweet, innocent.”
Twilight hummed happily, but frowned a little bit. She shifted her back legs a few times, listening to her diaper crackle.
“Zomezing wrong?”
“No, no, nothing’s wrong,” Twilight said. Though she kept looking back at herself.
Épingle tapped her chin. “Little one, I am confuzed. What iz izzue?”
Twilight sighed and kicked her hooves, blushing profusely. “It’s silly, really. It’s just, uh...”
“Juzt, aah, what?”
“Well, it’s just.. now you can’t tell, uh, that... that I’m wearing a diaper.” Twilight’s face turned completely red. “I... I kinda like it so that you can tell, you know? Now it just looks like I’m wearing pants. Not that there’s anything wrong with that! Just, you know.”
Épingle blinked and tilted her head. “You mean you want diaper to be zeen?”
“Not that, exactly. Just that I kinda want it to be obvious I’m wearing one. It’s no big deal, honest.”
“Obviouz? Obviouz...” Épingle’s eyes lit up. “Ah, obviouz! Nounou can fix it.” Épingle trotted over to a cabinet on the wall and opened it up. Inside were several more fresh diapers and powder, no doubt for emergency changes. Épingle grabbed about three of them and closed the cabinet back up, trotting back to Twilight.
“Lay down, pleaze,” Épingle asked.
Twilight raised a brow, but did as she was told.
Épingle gently tugged Twilight’s shorts down, with caused the latter mare to blush all over again for some reason. “Heh, still not really used to this.”
But Épingle didn’t say a word in response and performed her clearly practiced movements of unfolding a diaper.
“Wait, what exactly are you doing?”
Épingle slipped the diaper under Twilight’s already padded bottom, pulling the tail through the intended hole, and wrapping it around the first diaper. Once taped snug, Épingle patted the front of the layered diapers.
Twilight blinked and wiggled her legs, feeling the extra thickness already. “I, w-what?”
Bit still Épingle continued with the next diaper, unfolding it too, wrapping it snug, taping it tight, and giving it a loving pat. Unfold, wrap, tape, pat, one more time. When the last diaper was on, Épingle pulled the shorts back up, though had a little bit of difficulty getting them over the layered diapers, and gave the bulk one more pat.
“Iz obviouz, oui?”
Twilight’s blush continued to cover her face as she stood back up with even more difficulty she had before with just one diaper. There was no hiding that she was wearing a diaper now as the mega-diaper bulged in her shorts. She took a few steps, her gait huge compared to what it had been.
“Now zere’z no hiding what little foal you are. You want all poniez to know you are little one. Nounou’s little one.”
Twilight’s lips creased into a wobbly smile as she waddled over to Épingle and wrapped her forelegs around the elder pony’s neck in an embrace. “You always know just what to do, Nounou,” Twilight said, leaning her head up to give Épingle a kiss on the lips.
Épingle blinked for a moment, but leaned in to kiss back. A motherly kiss given to a foal, it felt like to both of them. The elder hugged the diapered pony back, giving Twilight’s bottom one more pat before pulling back and picking the cap off the ground to set it back on Twilight’s head. “You really are little foal, aren’t you?”
“I... I think I might be,” Twilight said, red faced. “Am I a cute one, at least?”
“Like button.” Épingle poked Twilight’s nose. “I zink you make good foal, sweet like candy.”
Twilight wiggled her rump a little bit more, just to feel it rustle between her legs and the sailor bottoms. Épingle smiled and nosed Twilight, giggling a bit.
“Now, I zink we need to make cheeze delivery.” Épingle pointed behind Twilight at a fort made out of chairs, pillow, blanket, and ornamental teddy bears.
“Citizens of da Pwetty Pony Kingdom!” Rarity declared, “Yoow new wuwer demand aww yoo finesht goodsh and lotsh of cookiesh. Bwing me aww da cookiesh!”
“Oui, oui!” Douce and Biberon shouted in agreement, now dressed like rather flamboyant navy generals.
“What the...” Twilight said, but giggled along with Épingle.
“We do not zurrender to your tyranny!” Épingle said as she tossed a stuffed dog and hit Rarity in the face. “Prepare ze canon, first mate Zpahkle!”
Twilight picked up a bear, or at least tried to. Her attempt was met with her struggling to manage her diapers and wound up falling onto her thickly padded bottom. She had the bear, though, and held it at the ready. “Cannons armed!”
Rarity rubbed her head where she had been hit, a faux look of rage on her features. “Pwepare fo’ yoo doom, peashantsh!”
Biberon and Douce picked up their own stuffed weapons. Thus ensued the great war for the playroom of Fontaine de Jouvence.
It came to pass that, on the second year of Luna’s return, within the great halls of Fontaine de Jouvence, the princess Rarity came to meet the leaders of the resistance, the mighty Mother Épingle and her first mate, Twilight Sparkle, and was defeated by their hooves after much name calling, shouts of tacky outfits, throwing of plush object, and the occasional diaper wedgie.
Though the official records were lost to the ensuing chaos, those that would do their best to remember it would be pretty sure it ended something like this;
“Oooohh, ooohhhh,” Épingle said, rubbing her forehead and dramatically splayed out on the floor with two of her enemies. “I can fight no more. Her power iz zo great.”
“Aha!” Rarity shouted, waving her plastic spoon scepter in Twilight’s direction. “Yo forces are depleted, an’ dere ish nofing you can do againsht mah pwettinesshh!”
Twilight laughed, her hat and her entire outfit rather disheveled. her shirt had rolled up part way in the tussle, exposing her bare tummy, and her diapers were poking out of her shorts.
“Oh yeah?” Twilight said, panting and wiggling her bottom about like a bull preparing to charge. She giggled a bit as her diaper rustled, but put her serious face back on quickly. “You can’t possibly defeat me. Not when I have Nounou’s love to protect me!”
“Yo Nounou can’t pwotect you,” Rarity said while fixing her mane. “She cood not even pwotect herself. An yoo awe jusht a weak widdle diapee pony.”
“A weak diapee pony? Ha! This isn’t even my final form!” Twilight grinned triumphantly. “For I am not just a diapee pony...” She looked around. “Uh, timeout, costume change.”
Rarity giggled. “Of courshe. Anypony elshe?”
Biberon and Douce’s ears twitched, taking notice of the slowdown in action. They both leaped up and ran to the costumes, tossing some aside.
“Est est temps pour Rareté à être vaincu?” Douce asked as she looked between two pieces of cloth.
Épingle laughed and stood up, stretching her aching limbs. “Il était temps. Little one, come here, let Nounou change you.”
Twilight bounced over and allowed Épingle to slip off her sailor suit. A blush formed on her cheeks as her Nounou gave Twilight’s rump a small hug.
“Sho, how will yoo defeat da pwetty pwincess, hmm?” Rarity asked.
Épingle picked a crown out of the piles of costumes and placed it on Twilight’s head. Once it was on straight, Épingle then picked up a pair of faux wings and stuck them onto Twilight’s back. “You muzt now face ze wrath... of pretty diaper princess, Twilight Zpahkle!”
Twilight snickered a bit before she took a dramatic pose. Leaping back into the fray, Twilight laughed with renewed vigor. “Yes, I am the mighty diaper princess!” She wielded a bottle of foal powder not unlike a unicorn carrying a blade. “You can’t possibly hope to stand up to my sweet smelling power!”
Rarity brought a hoof to her forehead and swayed back. “Nu, nu! Yoo wadienshe ish too much fo’ me! Ahhhhh, Ah’m melting, melting!”
Everypony giggled at the absolutely terrible acting. As Rarity was forced back, Biberon and Douce snuck up behind Rarity with an outfit, winking at Twilight. Twilight winked back.
“No, Princess Rarity, your punishment shall be much worse than that!” Twilight declared.
“Oh, weawwy?” Rarity said, snickering and seemingly completely unaware of the two ponies sneaking up on her. “An’ wha’ ‘horribable punishment’ doos yoo have fo me?”
“I curse you to spend the rest of your days toiling away in the mines as... a mule!”
“A mule?” Rarity asked, right before she was pounced by the mares behind her and the princess outfit she was wearing was pulled away. “Nuuuuu! Ah’m not a mule!”
“You will be when we’re through,” Twilight said before she leaped into the madness and pulled Rarity’s skirt away. “If it makes you feel any better, you’ll be a pretty mule.”
Épingle smiled and laughed, about to jump in and help them with Rarity’s transformation. However, out of the corner of her eye, she took notice of the time. A fairly contemplative look came over her as she sighed, trotting back to the cabinet where she had gotten more diapers for Twilight. She pulled out some bottles and two diapers. Looking thoughtful for a moment, she grabbed three more and closed the cabinet up. She then leaned down and picked up two plastic mats with her mouth, walking back over to the heap of ponies and setting everything up.
Rarity’s pout looked fairly genuine as she tugged at the floppy ears of the latest atrocity she had been forced into. “Ah’m not a mule...” she half whined and half cooed.
“You’re right, you’re not.” Twilight spun her hoof around in the air.
Rarity gave a little ‘meep’ as Biberon and Douce turned their charge around so her backside was facing Twilight.
The pretty diaper princess magically lifted a strip of cloth that looked suspiciously like a tail with a bow tied and it and stuck it onto Rarity’s behind. “There, now you’re a mule.”
Rarity ‘harumped’. “How coowd yoo do dish to me? Now A-Ah’m not pwetty anymore...”
Twilight started to make another playful jab, but Biberon and Douce had already started hugging and doting over Rarity at the sound of her distress.
Douce cupped Rarity’s chin with a hoof and smiled, rubbing her nose against the donkey-dressed pony’s nose. “Ne vous inquiétez pas. Vous êtes la plus jolie âne que nous ayons jamais vu.”
“Plus beau que mille diamants.” Biberon hugged around Rarity’s neck.
“Ish funneh...” Rarity said, nuzzling the both of them as best as she could. “Ah have no cwue wha’ yoo’re shaying. Bu’ Ah feel shafe.”
Twilight brought a hoof to her chest, silently observing the gentle strokes the little set of caretakers and foal shared. Épingle sauntered next to Twilight and planted a sneak kiss on Twilight’s cheek.
“Nounou!” Twilight squealed right before she gave a kiss back. “Where did you go? You missed Rarity’s transformation into a ‘beautiful’ donkey.”
Rarity suddenly broke out into a fit of giggles and gave a ‘hee-haw!’ along with a playful buck. Biberon immediately ran to the costume chest and began to pulls out cowboy hats and lassos made of translucent nylon strips.
The elder mare sighed and held up a diaper. “Nounou knowz routine well. Clock is a great mazter for some thingz. You are wet, non?”
“Huh?” Twilight’s was confused for no longer than a second before her face become a deep crimson color. Épingle removed the first three layers of diaper, and each peel revealed to Twilight the truth. The final diaper was soggy and mushy, and Twilight realized the other diapers had pressed it too close for her to notice the heavy, moist feeling against her nethers.
“You are wet,” Épingle said plainly.
Twilight reached a hoof back to feel her diaper, taking in the bizarre sensation as she pushed her false wings aside. “Well, this is, uh... odd.”
“I am zorry.” Twilight’s Nounou took her hoof. “We make you helplezz. It iz our fault, not yourz.”
“It’s not bad,” Twilight said, her hooves in a bit of a shuffle as she walked with Épingle. “It feels... right. It just fits with everything, you know?” Her smile was tiny while her blush seemed to cover every bit of her head.
“Not zure that I know. But if you are okay, Nounou iz happy. Come, we get you changed.”
“I guess that’s the point, huh? Don’t want to stay in a soiled diaper for too long.” Still, though, Twilight wiggled her rump to and fro for a bit, feeling her diaper sway as it sagged.
Épingle giggled as Twilight bounced, but sighed. “I am happy, really I am, but your friend...”
Twilight’s expression fell, though the blush remained. “Oh, that’s right.”
Rarity, meanwhile, was doing her best to avoid lassos that were tossed at her. Given what a light material they were made from, Rarity had little trouble dodging her would-be capturers, sticking her tongue out at them each time they missed.
“Little varmit!” Douce shouted with a horribly garbled approximation of a cowpony’s accent. With a laugh, she flung her lasso again.
Rarity stood on her hind legs a moment, kicking her forelegs. “Can’t catch me, hee-haw!” She shouted. However, she suddenly grew still as a churning sensation surged through her insides. “Oh no...”
Biberon’s lasso lightly fell around Rarity’s neck during the moment of Rarity’s distraction. “Ah, j'ai faire, j'ai faire!” she cried out.
Douce tapped her friend on the shoulder, then pointed at Rarity. “Je pense qu'elle est sur le point d'avoir un accident.”
Rarity shook a bit, a rather strong look of embarrassment and discomfort on her features. Her legs were crossed and her breath was a bit ragged as she seemed to struggle with something.
Biberon’s expression sank like a rock in a pond. “Oh là là.”
“Nuuuuu, p-pwease... Ah wash havin’ fun...” Rarity moaned. Eyes shut tight, she didn’t notice as Biberon and Douce ran to her sides, letting their hats fall away. But Rarity did feel them pick her up and carry her away. They laid her down on a mat of some kind, but Rarity wasn’t paying much anything attention beyond her rumbling gut and trying to clench.
One hoof gently stroked at her stomach, while another hoof caressed her cheek.
“S'il vous plaît, bébé, il va bien se passer.” Biberon’s voice, from Rarity’s left.
“Nous allons prendre soin de vous. Nous ne laisserons rien te faire du mal.” That one was Douce, from the right.
Rarity’s breathing was still shallow, but it very slowly calmed down as their voices reached her ears and their hooves danced along her body in the most relaxing massage Rarity had ever received. “Ooohh... pwease, talk to me moar...”
Both of her caretakers didn’t relent in their cooing and light touches. Ever so slowly, Biberon and Douce each worked a hoof onto one of Rarity’s legs and pulled their way. Rarity gave a little yelp and tried to clench again.
Biberon kissed at Rarity’s ear. “Il va bien se passer,” she said again as she tugged.
Douce kissed Rarity’s cheek. “Il suffit de se laisser aller.”
Rarity’s muzzle scrunched as the allowed her legs to be spread apart. Little moans and whines escaped her as inch by inch, she lost her one and only way to control herself at all.
Douce’s hoof worked its way into the hood of her costume, pulling it down to allow Rarity’s slightly frazzled mane to fall out. “Oui, c'est ça, vous avez presque fini.”
Despite how little she seemed to move, Rarity’s brow was covered in sweat which Biberon quickly wiped away. Her diaper rustled and crinkled underneath her suit, and a bulge began to form.
After what seemed like an eternity, Rarity’s form completely relaxed, her limbs like limp noodles. Biberon and Douce worked the Donkey suit off Rarity’s body until she was lying there in nothing but her full diaper.
“I messhed mahshelf...” Rarity whimpered, a little sniffle escaping her while she opened her eyes.
As Douce and Biberon busied themselves with preparing a fresh diaper, Rarity felt another hoof touch her foreleg. Turning her head, Rarity saw Twilight was in a similar position just across the way, legs spread as Épingle cleaned at such a private, intimate spot with not a single care.
“It’ll be okay, Rarity,” Twilight said, a wide, if nervous, smile adorning her cheeks.
Rarity looked back and forth between Épingle and Twilight, taking in their calm expressions, their absolute trust in each other.
Épingle did have a care. She cared about Twilight.
Once again, Rarity shut her eyes tight as the tell-tale ‘rip’ sound as the tapes of her diaper were pulled away, her muscles once again clenching. The smell of Rarity’s shame filled the air as Biberon rolled the diaper open. Douce had picked up some wipes and a tingle surged through Rarity as the cold, moist cleaning took place.
It was also around the time Rarity realized she could tell Biberon's and Douce’s hooves apart.
Rarity kept her eyes closed, but allowed peace to overcome her as her two caretakers spared no bit of effort to make sure Rarity was as clean as when she had first walked into the building.
The diaper was pulled away from Rarity’s rear, most likely by Douce since Biberon was helping Rarity hold her bottom up. A few more wipes and Rarity suddenly felt cleaner than she’d been in a long while. She was set back down on a fresh diaper, Douce applying cream to her, Biberon rubbing on foal powder.
Before Rarity even knew it was done, the fresh diaper was wrapped tight around her and taped snug. Her legs kicked a bit and she giggled from the giddy feeling that filled her body.
Biberon and Douce pulled Rarity up to stand, kissing the diapered pony all over her face.
“Nous sommes désolé de ce qui s'est passé, mais c'est fait.” Biberon wrapped a foreleg around Rarity’s neck.
“J'espère que vous pourrez nous pardonner.” Douce did the same, accompanying it with a nuzzle. “Même si vous ne pouvez pas nous comprendre.”
Rarity’s blush wouldn’t leave her cheeks, but she happily returned the hug they gave her. “Yoo were wight, Twiwight. It wash okay.”
Twilight was already up, her diaper changed and quadruple layered again, her face also stuck being red. “A lot of things turned out to be okay, huh?”
“Better than okay,” Épingle said, nuzzling Twilight and Rarity in turn. “I know it waz not what you were ezpecting today. Pleaze, I hope you can forgive uz.”
Twilight returned the gesture. “All is forgiven, Nounou. I promise.”
Rarity yawned and swayed a bit. “Dat wash a bit moar tirwewing den I fought it woowd be. Ishn’t ‘naptime’ a fing foalsh do?”
Biberon and Douce were already lifting Rarity up and pulling her towards a very large crib-like area, no doubt meant for several patrons to rest at once.
“I really did have a good time today,” Twilight said, grabbing at Épingle’s hoof before the elder mare had a chance to do the same to Twilight. “I really did feel young again. I felt safe.”
Épingle kissed the top of Twilight’s head. “You make me feel like mozer. It haz been long time zince I take care of zuch zweet little one. Come back anytime, oui?”
Twilight’s face fell a bit, and she turned her head away before Épingle could see. She saw Rarity being put into a baby-blue sleeper. She’d been so caught up in the events of the day, Twilight had forgotten that this was still a business. Épingle and her coworkers had to make bits somehow. How much of today had been genuine? She wanted to believe it had been real, more than just a ‘treatment’.
But before Twilight could let such thoughts fester for too much longer, Épingle added, “Zpecial little one dizcout. They zay, four hoof dizcount?”
“Oh, Nounou...” Twilight smiled wider than she had all day and leaped onto Épingle’s back. “I love you.”
“Oh, my little one, Nounou lovez you, too.” Épingle carried Twilight the rest of the way to the giant crib and laid Twilight next to Rarity, who had already been given a pacifier and a stuffed dragon to cuddle and looked halfway asleep already.
“Sleep tight, little ones,” Épingle said as she pulled a blanket over the two foal-like ponies. “All our heartz for you.”
“Night night,” Biberon said, giving Rarity a kiss.
“Tight sleep,” Douce said, patting Rarity’s bottom.
“Zee you zoon,” Épingle said, giving Twiligh a kiss on her lips.
Twilight and Rarity hummed in reply as they closed their eyes, somehow Rarity managing to pull Twilight into a tight hug as they fell asleep.

Dear Princess Celestia,
I’ve learned that sometimes, the best things can happen when you break out of your comfort zone and allow yourself to do things you never thought you’d do. Even a misunderstanding can lead to something wonderful, as long as you open your eyes and open up to new experiences. I’ve recently found a very special part of myself because I didn’t know what I was doing, or what was happening.
But I also learned something else. Sometimes, words aren’t enough. Try as I might, no amount of words, no matter what ones I choose and what order I put them in, can describe the wonderful feelings I get from a very special friend I’ve made recently, and now that I think about it, all of my friendships are the same. The special things aren’t in the words and can’t be told in any way that conveys the love I feel. It’s in little things and big things, actions and favors that have a deeper meaning than one might think by just observing. For all my attempts to quantify and measure these things, I cannot. Quite frankly, I don’t think I want to try.

Twilight’s horn dimmed as she rolled up the scroll and levitated it and the quill into her saddle pack, hissing a bit as Épingle applied some sort of moisturizer to her bottom.
“Zis is why you come to Nounou sooner, zilly little one.” Épingle gave a playful ‘tsk’ as she set the tube she had been using aside.
“I’m sorry, I was having too much fun with Miss Peachbottom and Rarity. It’s easy to forget when your game of tag lasts that long!”
As if to emphasize this, a cry of “Get back hewe!” followed by a shout of “Can’t catch me, sugar!” resounded throughout the room, the hooffalls of several ponies stomping about as the chase ensued.
Épingle rolled her eyes. “And ziz is why Nounou has to check diaperz all day. Little one iz too little to do it herzelf.”
Twilight blushed at that, and even more so as Épingle leaned down to kiss Twilight’s cheek.
“But zat is why you are Nounou’z little one.”
“Ack, Chazer, get here now!” Douce cried, leaping up to grab at one pony’s tail.
“Come on, is that the best you can do?” Cloud Chaser said as she crossed her forelegs. “Aren’t earth ponies supposed to have strong legs? Jump for it!”
A loud thump was heard.
“Okay, I guess you got me. Can I have a cookie before you change me?”
“You, Rahrahtee, always cookies,” Douce said, giving Cloud Chaser a little noogie.
Épingle sighed as she slipped a new diaper on Twilight’s bottom and taped it snug. “Nounou needz to help her friendz. Be back for story time in a few minutez.”
Twilight levitated a book out of her bag. “It’ll be okay. I’ll wait as long as I need to for your hugs and kisses. They’re always worth it.”
“You make Nounou’z head get big. One zpecial kizz, then.” A quick peck on Twilight’s lips, and Épingle ran off to assist Biberon with a particularly bouncy pony that kept tossing toy blocks into the air.
A sigh of content left Twilight’s throat as she fell into a beanbag chair and cracked open her book, Lucid Dreaming for Eggheads, and began her latest study ventures.
