Chapter Two: A Lack of Harmony Between Ponies

Eighteen Months Later

So, yea. It’s still Rainbow here. I just wanted to tell you guys about whats been going on the past year and a half. Twilight is holding Trixie’s Alicorn Ceremony at Canterlot on Saturday this week. Twilight really seems to bond with that pony. It took us all a while to get used to having Trixie around, but we knew it was for the best. Trixie learned all of her magic really quickly, like way faster than Twi. It took Twilight little over three years to become an Alicorn, and it only took Trixie two. She did do a lot of magic before she was Twi’s assistant though, so that might have helped, but most of that was just a sham! Anyways, I just thought it was strange that Trixie was learning magic so fast. Applejack left for Manehatten to find more ponies for the army, you know, to help defend against other possible attacks. She’d been keeping good contact with us. That is, up until three months ago. We sent our usual message, asking how it was going, but she never responded. We waited a couple days, then a week, and then we waited another. She still never responded. We sent out a small team of Wonderbolts to find her, but they haven’t returned yet either.

On the other hand, some good things have been happening. about a month ago, Ms. Cheerilee and Big Mac got married, so that was awesome! We all attended, had cake specially made by Pinkie for their marriage, and it was all around pretty cool. Rarity left about a month ago on a job call to Canterlot for some pony named Fancy Pants. I don’t really know him all that well, but knowing Rarity’s crowd, he’s gotta be a snob. Anyways she was called up by him because his wife, Fleur de Lis, wanted a new coat made for the coming winter, so we’re all happy for Rarity, because that’s like her dream.

Now about me. About three months ago, I was nominated to become a Wonderbolt! Awesome, right? Well, at the nomination ceremony, they drew my name! Mine! I was becoming a Wonderbolt! The Royal Wonderbolt Coronation was held in Cloudsdale, and there were Rainbow colored streamers everywhere, the Wonderbolts were there (of course) and all my friends were there too! It was so much more than I could have ever asked for, and that is when she did it. The only thing that could possibly make my day any better than it already was. Fluttershy walked up to me, asked me into one of the many sky-houses, and told me to wait there. She walked out, then shortly after came in with a blindfold and put it across my eyes. She said I couldn’t take it off until she said to. She left once again, coming back in pretty quickly. I could hear some scuttling, but I knew I couldn’t take my blindfold off just yet.

‘You can take it off now, Dashie.’ I slowly lifted the blindfold from my face, and immediately I was met by the faces of Rarity, Twilight, Trixie, Pinkie Pie, and, of course, Flutters. They all hugged me, and I didn’t know what was going on, but something was gonna happen. ‘Oh Rainbow! I’m so happy for you!’ Twi said, wiping a tear from her eye. ‘Yes dear, this is a day to remember. I hope it’s going as well as Pinkie and I planned!’ Cried Rarity. ‘Yea! I just know it’s amazing, because me and Rarity planned it to be! Hahah I’m almost more happy then you are!’ Squealed Pinkie, ‘What’s going on?’ I asked, slightly nervous for them and myself. ‘Why are you all crying?’ and then she did it. Flutters walked up to me, took my hoof in hers and said, ‘Rainbow Dash, you have been there for me anytime I ever needed you. You are my best friend, and the love of my life. Will you spend the rest of your life with me, as my wife?’ She smiled at me shyly, and I looked at her, in awe at first, but then it quickly changed to glee. ‘Of course I will! I love you Fluttershy!’ She got up laughed and then we both began to cry into each others arms. The others gathered around and hugged us, and Derpie flew in to take a picture to send to Applejack, wherever she was.

That was three months ago. Fluttershy and I are getting married in a month from yesterday. It’s gonna be April, when all the best plants, animals, and rainbows are out. We are getting married in this little area Twi and Trixie call Paradise. I haven’t been there yet, but Flutters claims she discovered it at least fifteen years ago. I didn’t know how that was possible, since she had only just gotten her cutiemark like a year or two before that, but she still says she found it first.

Pinkie Pie has been supplying all of the food items for all of the parties, galas, weddings, coronations, ceremonies, and pretty much anything else that has to do with food. It seems like way too much work to me, but she loves the attention. Plus, she doesn’t mind the additional bits it’s been bringing her way. She built on to Sugar Cube Corner, buying out the houses around the shop and breaking the walls between them to add more pantries, ovens, and a room for these things called ‘Refrigerators’? Pinkie and Twilight came together to make it. I guess it’s used to keep foods safe for longer.

Well I’m gonna let Rarity take over for a little, so he- ‘What was that Twi? I can’t hear you! No you come over here! Fiiiine!’

I rushed down the stairs, and found Twi waiting there for me. ‘What was so urgent you needed to speak with me right away?’ ‘Rainbow, I needed to talk with you!’ she replied. ‘I know. You already told me that.’ ‘Oh right. Anyway, the princess sent a letter to me, and it said that Discord will be here soon, to have his yearly check up with Fluttershy.’ ‘I needed to know this, why?’ I asked. ‘Because silly! Your gonna be her special Somepony soon, and I thought you would want to know things like this.’ ‘Oh, yea your right. I keep forgetting about that. Don’t forget to tell Fluttershy.’ ‘I already did, don’t you worry.’ She giggled, and with a little bounce, left the building.

‘That was strange,’ I thought to myself, but Twi always was a little different. But I couldn’t shake the feeling something was off. I decided to head to Fluttershy’s cottage to see her. When I got there everything was in ruin. Flames had burned half her house down! Angel was outside, crying. I ran to the bunny, picked it up in my arms and raced into the sky to look for Fluttershy. ‘Fluttershy! Fluttershy! Where are you!’ ‘I’m down here, Rainbow!’ she replied with a laugh. I rushed to the ground to find her talking with Discord. ‘What have you done?!’ I screamed at him. Fluttershy, taken aback by my sudden outburst nervously responded, ‘What? Don’t you like it? Me and him redecorated the house! I thought we needed to make it better, if you were going to move in.’ I looked at her with a slightly disgusted look. ‘First, burning the cottage down is not redecorating. Second, we were going to move into my Sky-House, not your cottage anyway! What are you thinking?’ I picked up a fishing bucket next to one of Fluttershy’s many ponds, and filled it with water to put onto the house.

‘Stop it Rainbow! I said me and Discord are redecorating!’ ‘Oh yes, Rainbow Dash you really should stop it. You're just going to make her angry, and you’ve seen her angry. She’s not as fun as she is when she’s happy.’ I stared at him in awe. He was trying to make this my fault! ‘I should stop? Me? You should stop trying to take Fluttershy away from me!’ I turned away to continue pouring water on her cottage. ‘Um Fluttershy, a little help please?’ ‘No! Stop! I don’t want you to put the fire out! If I wanted that we wouldn’t have started it in the first place.’ ‘She does have a point Rainbow pony.’ Smirked Discord. A little black smoke went from his mouth to Fluttershy’s. I bolted at him. ‘Stop messing with her head! What are you doing?!’ He flung me off of him and strutted towards me. ‘Oh Rainbow Dash, you always were the hardest one to change.’ I looked to Fluttershy for help, but when I looked, her skin had changed to a more gray type of yellow, and her hair wasn’t as pink as it was moments before.

‘Fluttershy! You have to get out of here!’ ‘No! Don’t tell me what to do!’ She retorted at me. ‘You have to get Twilight! No get the Princess! Princess Celestia!’ I looked at her with sadness, a sadness that was suddenly overcome with a lot of don’t care. ‘Actually, Fluttershy. Do whatever you want, as long as you don’t bother me.’ And with those words, I closed my eyes and fell asleep.

Is it my turn yet! Yay! It’s myyyy turn! Okay it’s Piiinkiiie Piiiiie here to tell you about what went on with that meanie Discord.

I was in my little shop, cooking some of my world famous cupcakes for some important pony’s baby shower when Applejack ran in. ‘Pinkie! I need your help right now! The grass is shrinking and the sun is blue, and the the ground is super mushy!’ ‘Ha ha silly! What pills did you take this morning?’ I laughed. ‘I’m dead serious Pinkie just come out here and look!’ ‘Well, I’m kind of in the middle of making cupcakes, so can it wait a little bit?’ ‘Ugh!’ Applejack groaned and grabbed me by the tail, dragging me out of the shop. ‘I just told you to wa-! What is this?! Mashed potatoes for the road? This has gotta be the best prank yet!’ I squealed, excited to tell Rainbow Dash about it. ‘This ain’t no prank, Pinkie! Look!’ I looked up at the sky and saw the blue sun she was talking about. ‘You weren’t joking, were you.’ I mumbled, just a little confused about it all. ‘Oh!’ I yelled to AJ, ‘I know what’s going on! Discord must be in town!’ I giggled, I loved Discord. He was like the pranking master!

‘Well no shit Pinkie! But if Discord is doing his chaotic stuff he does, obviously Fluttershy didn’t do her job!’ ‘Oh! Your right!’ I chortled. We galloped to Twilights place to get help, but she wasn’t there. ‘Spike, have you seen Twi?’ AJ asked. ‘Naw she went off to Dashie’s to give her a letter from the princess.’ ‘Oh. Um, do ya know when she’d be back?’ ‘No, AJ. I do not. How about you just go look for her yourself?’ ‘Yea AJ! Lets do that!’ I jumped up into the air and sped out of the library. I ran so fast, I got to Flutters cottage before AJ had even left the library! ‘Come on slow poke! Huh!’ I gasped at the remains of Flutters cottage. It was just ash, ash everywhere. ‘Fluttershy! Flutters! We can play Hide and Seek later! We need to find Discord first!’ I giggled. I loved Hide and Seek. ‘Looking for me, pretty one?’ asked a voice recognizable by anypony. ‘Discord! Hi! Wait, I’m supposed to be mad at you! What have you done with Fluttershy and her Cottage?!’

‘Oh honey! Don’t you worry! I have lots more room to love each and every one of you cute ponies!’ He smirked when he saw the look on my face. ‘I asked where they were!’ I pulled my sad face, and he looked at me for a second, then mockingly said, ‘Oh Pinkie! Don’t worry! They are fine, see look!’ He pointed to a little hill, and on the top I saw two ponies sleeping. ‘But, what...what about her Cottage? Why isn’t it there anymore?’ ‘Because darling, she had me redecorate it for her. It does look better like this, doesn’t it?’ ‘No, Discord, it does not look better this way. Her house is gone! Where is she going to live now? I mean, I don’t have room for her, AJ sure can’t fit her, Twilight is already full with Spike, Rarity...well...I don’t know about Rarity. Oh! Wait! I have the best idea! She can move in with Rainbow Dash! They are getting married after all.’ ‘They are getting married?! Why wasn’t I invited?! I mean, am I not cool enough for you guys anymore? I thought we were friends!’ ‘No Discord, it isn’t like that! It’s not for another month anyway! They were going to invite you when it got closer! I promise! But they wont if you dont’ put things back to normal!’ I gave him a stern look, but he just shook it off.

‘Pinkie, you know I can’t do that. Things have been set in motion, the Griffon army attacking, then me. Theres a natural order of things, even for the king of chaos. I don’t get to go around doing whatever I want you know, I have to do what my superiors say. Oh I almost gave away the big surprise! They would have never forgiven me for that!’ ‘What are you two talkin’ about?’ AJ asked as she ran up to me. ‘Oh me and Discord were just talking about the upcoming wedding, and how he has superiors that none of us are supposed to know about!’ ‘About that Pinkie, I was lying. I don’t have any superiors. None at all. I am Chaos itself after all.’ ‘Oh don’t listen to him Pinkie. You can’t trust a word he says, except for the chaos part. He’s right about that.’ said AJ.

‘AJ! He isn’t that bad! He’s actually pretty nice when you get to know him!’ ‘No Pinkie! He isn’t! He’s just tricking you into thinking that he isn’t bad!’ ‘Come on Pinkie! How can you trust someone with a name like Apple Jack?’ Giggle Discord. ‘How can you trust someone with a name like Discord!’ Retorted AJ. ‘How can you trust someone with a name like Pinkie? Oh wait! I’m Pinkie!’ I fell apart laughing. ‘What? I just wanted to fit in with you two!’

‘It doesn’t matter’ Discord yelled, ‘All that matters is that you two need to stop being normal and be chaotic. It’s what the masters demand!’ He laughed and poked both our heads with his hands, and thats where Rarity will have to take over for a while because I can’t remember the rest.

Ooh it’s my turn is it? Momma’s gonna make you guys proud!
Okay! I hope you ponies are ready for the real stuff because, unlike the others, I’m not gonna censor any of it.

Where to begin. Lets start with the letter from Celestia. When I got home today, I ran into Spike, who, of course, automatically blushed. ‘Oh Spike! I didn’t see you there.’ ‘No Rarity, it was my fault.’ Of course he would say that. He idolizes me. No that’s not the right word. He adores me beyond the biggest fanboy of Celestia’s plot. But it’s not like I don’t know why, I am amazing. Anyway, ‘Oh Rarity, umm the princess sent me a letter and told me to give it to you! I don’t know what it is.’ ‘Oh thank you Spike. Is that all?’ ‘Oh um, yes I think it is.’ he replied softly. ‘Well then, I guess I will see you later.’ I walked off, towards the Carousel Boutique.

I opened the front door and who was waiting for me but Opal! ‘Opal, do you want dinner? Is that it?’ I walked to the cabinet, pulling her favorite meal, tuna delight, from the cabinet. ‘If Fluttershy knew what I fed you, she would skin me alive.’ I thought outloud. I sauntered over to my couch and laid on it. I laid there for a minute, trying to remember what it was I was going to do. ‘Oh Yes! Celestia’s letter!’ I tore it open, and pulled the letter out. ‘

My Dearest Rarity,

It has come to my attention that you are making clothes for one Fleur De Lis? If this is correct it would be magnificent if you could make me a dress while your at it? You must know of the upcoming Gala next month, not to mention Fluttershy’s and Rainbow Dash’s wedding. I just must have a dress for them. Actually make that two, one for the Gala, one for the wedding. Don’t want to attract unwanted attention, wearing the same dress twice. I do hope Spike remembered who to give this too. I had one other thing I wanted to speak with you about, but I would much rather you come and see me yourself, but only after you have finished the dress.

After I read that last line, I looked in the envelope, and sure enough, there lie 500 glistening bits. How could I turn that offer down. ‘Opal? When your done with dinner could you fetch Spike for me?’
‘Meow?’ ‘Spike! You know, the green and purple dragon that is always around Twilight?’ ‘Meow.’ ‘Thank you sweetie.’ Sweetie...where had I heard that before. Oh yes! ‘Sweetie Belle! Sweetie?’ ‘Yes Rarity? What is it?’ she called down the stairs. ‘I was just wondering where you were.’ ‘Oh. Thanks I guess.’ and she walked back to her room.

I don’t think the others have talked at all about the Cutie Mark Crusaders, but they aren’t really the best of friends anymore. Here, I’ll just start this about nine years ago. About a year and a half after Twi had become an Alicorn, the CutieMark Crusaders had finally gotten they’re cutiemarks. Apple Blooms was, surprisingly, about music. She moved off to Canterlot to work with Octavia. Scootaloo pursued her dreams of being just like Rainbow, so her’s was a rainbow between two clouds. She took this as a sign that her and Rainbow were meant to work together, and so did Rainbow Dash. They work in Cloudsdale now. Scoots has gotten considerably better at flying too.

Now on to Sweetie Belle. She got her cutiemark, but it’s not what she wanted. Hers turned out to be a thread spool, and she was born to be a designer, just like me! I adored the idea, simply adored it, but she didn’t. She doesn’t really like me that much. I mean she loves me because she’s my sister, but that doesn’t mean she enjoys it. I have been trying harder and harder to make her happy about her cutiemark, but nothing is working.

Back to the present matter. ‘Rarity? Opal came and grabbed me. I don’t speak cat, but I’m pretty positive she meant that you wanted to speak with me?’ ‘Yes Spike, that is correct. I need you to write a letter to Celestia for me.’ ‘Oh. Okay. What do you want it to say?’ He asked, a little sadly. ‘Oh Spike don’t be sad! I’ll give you one of my jewels if you help.’ ‘Alright fine, but only because your a good friend.’ ‘Thank you Spike. Put as follows.

My Beloved Princess Celesia,

I am pleased by your offer and will begin on your dresses immediately after I am finished with Fleurs. And what of this other topic you wanted to speak with me about? I am quite intrigued, and I can only guess it is about my dressmaking? Perhaps you would like me to come before I am done with your dress, so you could tell me a little more about how you would like to look?

‘That will be all Spike. Oh and here you go.’ I pulled a gem from my bag and handed it to him. He smiled and left.

Everything went just delightful for the rest of the day until something dreadful happened. The color outside changed so suddenly. It was a normal sunset, and then everything went blue. I stepped outside to find the floor all mushy, and the grass was pulling itself back into the ground. The worst part was the sun was blue! Blue! Celestia must have been drunk again. But that wouldn’t explain why the ground was mushy, and why the grass suddenly hated everypony.

‘Opal! Sweetie! Stay in the house until I get back! Momma has to go for a little run over to Twi’s place!’ I galloped as fast as I could in those conditions, each and every step hard because for some strange reason my feat were sinking into the ground after every step. I finally made it to the Library. I opened the door and walked in. ‘Twilight? Spike?’ ‘Rarity?’ came Spikes voice from upstairs. ‘Spike where is Twi?’ ‘She ran to Rainbows to give her a letter from the Princess...whats going on? Applejack and Pinkie Pie just came through asking the same thing.’ ‘I don’t know Spike, I don’t know. When did Twi leave?’ I asked. ‘She left about five hours ago. I wasn’t really that worried, I just thought you guys went on one for your adventures.’ Spike said, a little worried. ‘Did AJ and Pinkie say where they were going?’ ‘No, but I think they went Fluttershy’s place. I don’t know why, but I can feel it.’

I left immediately for Flutters Cottage. When I got there everything was in disarray. Her house was burnt down, the trees were gone, the grass was replaced by sharp rocks, and all of her animals were now vicious. ‘Hello? Ponies? Hellooo?’ ‘Oh. Hi Rarity. Why are you looking for me, huh?’ asked a voice I could easily discern as Pinkie. ‘Pinkie Pie! What is going on? Where are the others?’ ‘Does it look like I care? I have my own problems.’ she snapped at me. ‘Pinkie? What is your problem?’ Yet another voice came from behind me. ‘You are her problem, obviously.’ It was none other than Discor. ‘Discord. Of course your involved in all this. What is going on? Change everything back to normal! Right now!’ ‘Oh Rarity, your little rants are so cute! I could just gobble you up.’ ‘What’s your problem man? Why can’t you just stay nice?’ ‘Oh because I have to make sure certain events happen, otherwise the world just wont play out in my favor. You understand, don’t you Rarity?’ He asked, in a rather charming tone. ‘

‘No Discord. I don’t understand. Please, explain to me why you had to come and make everything so hard? Fluttershy and Rainbow are getting married soon, we just barely finished with the Griffons, Pinkie has a new job as a cook for everypony in Equestria. I am a dress designer for Fleur De Lis and Celestia herself. Umm...AJ didn’t really accomplish anything, but thats pretty normal.’

‘Rarity, why are you so mean to your friends? Actually, I like you this way. Your so much more, oh I don’t know. Whats the word I’m looking for. What is the opposite of generous? You must know, being generosity in itself.’ Discord taunted.

‘I am not being stingy. I am being truthful. Applejack really does do nothing. She just makes apple related things. We could all live off of Pinkie’s foods and we know it. The only reason Applejack is here is to entertain the other ponies with her “Cow Wrangling” skills.’ I retorted.

‘But Rarity, you aren’t being the usual you. Don’t you find that, oh, Unusual? Maybe a bit Chaotic?’ He laughed at his own little joke. ‘Don’t think I...Don’t think I don’t...um..What were we talking about, Discord?’ and after that I blacked out.

I awoke what seemed like seconds later, but everything was missing. I was alone in a field of black. Fires were growing all around me, and the ground was splitting. ‘I must be dreaming’ I thought to myself. ‘Yes. That must be whats happening. If I just fall into one of the cracks, I will wake up.’ With that I walked forward, taking it one hoof at a time. I took one deep breath, and then I jumped. Just before I hit the ground, I woke up for a second time, but I knew it was real this time.

‘Rarity! Rarity!’ Twilight was yelling at me to get up. ‘Rarity we have to go now! The world is going to fall apart, and Discord is behind it!’ ‘I know Twilight! I have been looking all over for you! Where are the others?’ I asked. ‘I thought they were with you! Discord must have them!’ She jumped to her hooves and flew into the air to look. ‘Twi! Wait up! I can’t fly you know!’ I called to her. ‘It’s okay! I’m just going to find the others, then I will be right back!’ ‘Hmph.’ I sighed. She was going to be gone awhile. Might as well make myself useful.

‘Fluttershy? Rainbow? Where are you guys? Applejack? Pinkie?’ I called out to them. No response. I tried again, also to no avail. Where were they? ‘Rarity. You don’t know what he’s done. You don’t know.’ a voice called to me. ‘Pinkie? Is that you?’ A little pink figure slowly walked out of the fog before me.

‘Rarity. There is nothing you can do. It’s all over. Discord already won.’ Her normally fluffy, bouncy hair was straight. ‘Pinkie, you can’t think that way darling. We’ll think of something!’ I tried to calm her, but she wouldn’t have it. ‘You don’t understand. The others. They’re gone. He took them from us.’ ‘What are you talking about?’ I asked.

‘Rarity I’m sorry. He already did it. It’s already over.’ ‘Did WHAT?!’ I screamed at her. I was getting furious very quickly. ‘It’s not your fault Rarity. It’s mine. Thats why I have to do this.’ She took a rope from her pocket and threw it over one of the remaining limbs on one of Fluttershy’s trees. She tied a noose from it, and stood on a stump nearby. ‘I hope you can forgive me, Rarity.’ She said, putting the noose around her neck. ‘Pinkie stop it! We can stop him together!’ ‘I’m so sorry.’ She looked at me sorrowfully. She jumped from the stump, and the rope snapped her neck.

‘PINKIE!’ I screamed and ran towards her lifeless body, swaying in the wind. ‘No! No...no...Pinkie Pie! TWILIGHT!’ I screamed for her, ‘TWILIGHT! TWILIGHT!’ ‘Rarity whats wro-’ her voice was cut off by her gasp. ‘Pinkie. Oh Pinkie...why? Why would you do this?’ We looked at each other, tears streaming down our faces. ‘What...why? Do you know why she did this, Rarity?’ She looked to me for an answer, something, anything. ‘She said that Discord already won and that something had happened to the others. She said there was nothing we could do to stop it.’

‘We have to find the others, and we have to stop Discord.’ She told me. A look of complete confidence on her face. ‘Weren't you listening? If the Element of Happiness, Laughter, Joy, doesn’t think we have a chance, how could we?’

A loud screech and crash of metal on metal came from Ponyville. ‘Come on Rarity! Lets go!’ We hurried to town hall, only to see everything in disarray. ‘Push! Okay one, two, three! Push!’ Came the voice of the mayor. ‘Mayor? Where are you?’ Twi called. ‘I’m over here. We galloped to her voice, only to find Big Mac’s left leg stuck underneath a rock, obviously crushed. ‘Okay ponies! One, Two, Three! PUSH!’ The other ponies finally pushed the rock off of him, but his leg was destroyed beyond repair, even that of Celestia.

‘Mayor! Have you seen any of the other six?’ I asked. ‘I did see Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash walking on the hill over yonder. Why? What’s going on?’ She seemed oblivious to the Blue Sun, the mashed potato ground, and the hiding grass. ‘Um. Nothing. We were just wondering. Thanks!’ Twi called to her. We sped off as fast as we could to the hill the Mayor had pointed to.

‘Flutters? Dashie? Darlings?’ I yelled. ‘Where are you?’ Twi asked. We heard soft voices coming from over the hill. ‘I do.’ ‘And do you take Fluttershy to be your lawfully wedded wife?’ ‘I do.’ Dashie replied. ‘Then you may kill the bride.’ Discord said. We ran over the hill, only to find we were too late. ‘Oh more children! More children equals more fun for Discord!’ On the ground next to him lie Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy, both dead with knives sticking from their chests. ‘Discord!’ Twilight charged him, and just before she had rammed him with her sharp horn, he teleported. ‘Oh darling, have you learned nothing? If Celestia and Luna could only freeze me in rock, what do you think your going to do?’ He asked, nonchalantly.

‘I’m going to kill you!’ She screamed at him, once more charging. This time he just snapped his fingers, and a big hole appeared where she was running. She fell in, and he snapped his fingers again, closing the hole. ‘Rarity! How are you here? I thought I already dealt with you? Anywho, it doesn't matter. I will just do it again.’ He chuckled. ‘Where did you put Twilight…?’ I asked nervously. ‘Oh that doesn’t matter. All that matters is where I am gonna put you!’ He grabbed me in his clawed hand, and squeezed my head. Just when I thought the pressure was going to burst poor Momma’s skull, he exploded.

Only it wasn’t normal exploding, all different colors burst from his body, and then got sucked back into him. The scene was melting away, becoming white. Everything before me was white, and I was scared. I was genuinely scared. I closed my eyes to escape everything, and when I opened them, I was at home.

I’m gonna let Trixie explain what happened after that, don’t worry Momma will be back soon with more, erotic, intentions.

The Great and Powerful Trixie will now explain what happened after Rarity failed at being a hero.

I was sitting at my trailer, when Twilight knocked on the door. ‘Yes Twilight, what is it? You know I have to work on my magic for my Alicorn Coronation.’ ‘Oh yes I do, and what work it is. But I have a...actually...now that I think of it, I don’t know why I’m here.’ She told me. ‘Well, if that is all, maybe you should leave me to do my work?’ ‘Oh yes, okay, umm if you see rainbow tell her I am going to her house.’ She left without another word. It wasn’t five minutes before there was yet another knock on my door.

‘Spike? What is it?’ I asked. ‘Where is Twilight? Have you seen her? Something is terribly wrong! Applejack and Pinkie Pie, and Rarity all came by looking for her!’ ‘Spike its okay, she was just here not five minutes ago.’ ‘No! That can’t be right! She left for Rainbow’s about six hours ago, and I can’t find her anywhere!’ He looked as though he was gonna cry. ‘Spike! Don’t cry! The Great and Compassionate Trixie is here to show you what's going on. Look at the clock on my wall. She told me just before she left that she would be going to Rainbows.’

‘Really? And she was just here five minutes ago?’ he asked. ‘Now six minutes, but yes.’ I replied. ‘Okay I think I should probably go to Rainbow’s house to see if she is still there.’ He said, ‘I will accompany you,’ I assured him.

We left for our short journey to Cloudsdale. ‘How are we going to get up there?’ He asked. ‘Magic, duh.’ I teleported us to Rainbow’s front door. ‘Rainbow are you in the-’ Spike stopped talking when the door slightly opened and we found a sleeping Twilight and Rainbow Dash. ‘See Spike. I told you everything was okay.’ He just giggled and walked over to wake them up. ‘Guys, wake up. You sure scared us!’ he told them. ‘Not me, The Great and Powerful Trixie doesn’t get scared by such small things.’ I assured them.

‘How long was I asleep?! Did I miss my wedding?!’ Rainbow cried. ‘Don’t worry, you weren’t out for longer than ten minutes.’ I told her. ‘The wedding is the least of your troubles. We still don’t know where Rarity, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, or Fluttershy are.

‘Well then lets split up,’ Twilight said. ‘I will go to AJ’s farm, Rainbow you go to Fluttershy’s cottage. Spike you head over to Sugar Cube corner, and Trixie you can go to Carousel Boutique to see if Rarity is there. Sound good? Everypony know where their going? Good.’ She left, along with the others, leaving me in the doorway. ‘Okay! Sounds good.’ I yelled to them. I teleported back to Ponyville and was halfway to Rarity’s when I realized I could just teleport there too. ‘This magic stuff really is quite magnificent.’ I mumbled to myself.

When I got to Rarity’s I walked through the door, which was open. ‘Odd.’ I thought, Rarity really isn’t the type to leave her door wide open. I didn’t take more than three steps before I tripped over her. ‘Rarity?! What are you doing on the floor?!’ She was asleep, just like the other ones. I woke her up and, without a single word from her, we walked out the door to Ponyville.

We found the others all at Sugar Cube Corner, eating cupcakes. ‘I found her!’ I called out to them. When we had arrived, I found them all talking about the strangest dream, ‘And Pinkie killed herself,’ ‘and Rarity didn’t do anything to stop him,’ and other comments like, ‘my cottage burned down,’ and ‘Trixie wasn’t even there.’ After Rarity heard all this she said, ‘What?! You guys had my dream?’ ‘You mean you had my dream.’ Pinkie said.

‘No you mean you had my dream.’ Rainbow told them. ‘Be Quiet!’ Twilight yelled. ‘We all had the same dream, but we don’t know why. Spike? Write a letter to the princess saying that we all had the same dream, but Discord was in it.’ ‘Is that it, Twi?’ He asked, ‘Yes, thats it.’ ‘But I was going to make a dress for Celestia!’ Rarity moaned. ‘Does this mean she doesn’t want one after all? Buck you dreams! Buck you to Hoof!’ ‘It’s not that big of a deal…,’ Fluttershy mumbled. ‘Not that big of a deal? NOT THAT BIG OF A DEAL?! I was going to be making dresses for the PRINCESS! THE PRINCESS!’ ‘It’s fine, I’m sure she would love to have dresses made by you, in fact, Spike? Add that to the letter. Is that better Rarity?’ Twilight asked.

‘Much, much better.’ She told her. We all sat around, talking about the dream they had had, and after about, oh I don’t know, lets say five minutes a letter came from Celestia. It read,

Dearest Ponies,

Discord has once again been wreaking Chaos on Equestria, but my sister and I have already dealt with him. He is stone once again, and this time we won't be changing him back. I am sorry he invaded your dream world, he does this to ponies quite often. Luna wanted me to add that it was her fault he had access to them. He told her he wanted to make your dreams interesting, Fluttershy’s in particular. She shouldn’t have trusted him. Anyway, hope everything is going well, and yes Rarity, I would love to have a dress made from you. While you're at it, how about you make four, two for me, two for Luna?
