Prelude

Where one story ends another starts…

Crystals, the very essence of magic were created by the lunarians and was used to protect them. Life was peaceful until one lunarian sought to use the crystals power for his own gain. He had caused mayhem wherever he desired until a group of lunarians caught him and imprisoning him within the moon. The lunarians fearing of someone misusing the crystals power once more built a ship to sail through the stars. They had taken the crystals onto a nearby blue planet hiding them within caverns, the underworld, and bestowing them to trustworthy kingdoms.

Along their travels one lunarian had fallen in love with a human woman. They gave birth to one son and were to expect another soon. During the pregnancy of their second son the father had fell ill due to a foreign virus and died shortly. The mother was depressed though out the pregnancy while the older son took care of her. When she gave birth she too had also passed away only leaving their sons, all alone.

Stricken with grief the older brother cried until he heard a voice unlike his own within his head. The voice woven lies in his mind saying it was his brother’s fault for causing him such pain. The older brother has taken his newborn brother to the outskirts of a kingdom leaving him there. Wracked by guilt the older brother fled to the border lands, to hide from others eyes never to be seen again. Right when he left the king of the land had found the newborn taking him in and raising him as his own.

The younger brother had grown into a proud knight under the leadership of his king, soon after years of serving his king he became the leader of the redwings. His king had sent him on a quest to retrieve a crystal from Mystdia, a neighboring kingdom of mages over the seas. Having to strike down people who did not lift a hand in resistance, he left Mystdia questioning of whatever happened to the proud and noble king he once knew. Bringing this matter up with the king he ordered the younger brother to be stripped of his leadership of the redwings. The king had given the younger brother a task to deliver a ring to a town of men who call eidolons--summers with his companion from the dragoon unit.

They traveled through a cavern and fought the Mist dragon that roamed within it. Upon reaching the town the ring glowed with a darken flame and soon the flames had turned into bombs torching the town leaving only one survivor. Witnessing the chain of commands his king had given proved more than enough that he had to spread the word of what had happen here. His travels had leaded him all over the world meeting many companions and learning the king was after the crystals. Deciding to stop the king his only chance of doing so was to become a paladin. During his travels he learned that his former king was nothing more but an elemental fiend disusing himself as the king all this time.

He planned a course to Mount Ordeals with his companies and traveled to the top only to be confronted with one of the elemental fiends. Defeating this foe was no easy task but was rewarded the power of light and thus became a paladin. He endured many hardships of fights, loss of companions, and betrayal of close friends. Stopping a man in clad of darkest armor twice. To collect all the crystals before, the man in darkest armor did so.

Learning that their hard work was in vain, in order to save one of their companions meant to relinquish them all. They headed toward the Tower of Babli where they confronted one of the elemental fiends until the friend who betrayed them decided to aid them. By the time they finished fighting the man in darkest armor had escaped to the underworld. Chasing him into the underworld of the blue planet they confronted of one the elemental fiends defeating him, but sadly he got away escaping to the moon. Thinking that all hope was lost the kingdom of Mystdia decided to help the younger brother and friends. By gathering all of the mages they summoned a ship that could sail through the starts, from the very depths of the sea. It was decided that the only thing to do was to follow him and to see who was behind all of this.

Upon reaching the moon a lone elder lunarian who lived there told them that it was Zemus, the one who was lock away inside the one who was causing these problems. Most of his power was restored by the power of the crystals but not enough to break free. Instead he had sent some of his power to The Tower of Babli to awaken a giant who was asleep all this time to destroy what they loved. Rushing back to the blue planet to stop the giant they noticed that the Red wings, the dwarfs, and all the kingdoms of the blue planet sent their military to fight. Determined to fight more than ever, they entered the mechanized giant having to fight all of the elemental fiends again. Winning their battle they continued up the giant navigating themselves up to the brain and destroying the CPU.

Then he came again the man in darkest armor willing to fight but the elder lunarian sensed the power Zemus was controlling him and with a blinding light restored his mind. At that moment the man knew that the paladin was none other than his younger brother. The younger brother was in shock as his older brother told the story on how he was consumed by Zemus will and leaving him behind. Asking not for his forgiveness but was more than glad to see his brother survived the ordeal turning his face away. With that said the older brother left to fight Zemus alone until the elder lunarian went with him incase Zemus tried to take his mind again.

The only family he had left meant to die, deciding to help his older brother he traveled to the depths of the moon as well. Upon reaching the cavern of Zemus he found his brother and the elder lunarian collapsed on the floor, close to death. Enraged at the torture that his brother had went through he fought with Zemus with all his might and in the end were victories. Upon returning home with his brother he offered him to live within the kingdom of Baron for a permanent stay. He accepted the kindness of his brother and stayed until a few years later…
