At Pinkies party she had streamers and balloons and cupcakes (not smoking type) and cake and muffins! (Derpy was all over the muffins) Pinkies party was at town square because no pony had not enough room to store the amount of ponies the town had. Pinkie had so much fun and so did every pony else.
"thanks Twilight and Thanks friends." pinkie said with a tear in her eyes. The only pony who didn't get invited was that dumb hobo that's probably under bridge feasting on a mouse or something.
After the party Pinkie and the rest of her friends went to her house to have a giant sleepover. They unpacked their bags and Twilight laid the sleeping bags in an orderly fashion in a 2x3 rectangle. She smiled with a squeak while the rest frowned at her. after they watched a movie about the Headless Horse they were frighten to sleep so they made smores with the fire produced from Twilight's magical horn. Then after eating the smores they got in bed and took a sleeper.
While it was midnight Pinkie woke up and went down in the kitchen and get a yogurt and a plastic spoon and started eating it and thinking of what happened in the past few days. how that hobo pony did that thingy and how she was in the hospital... Then suddenly remembered she was fed the same medicine in the hospital that Twilight fed her, did this mean something? probably not. After Pinkie was done with her strawberry yogurt she got a drink of cold milk then went back to bed for the rest of the night.
When the gang awoken the birds were chirping and Equestria was doing nicely.
"I had the weirdest dream last night" Fluttershy said quietly. "But nothing too unusual" Then the gang left the pink mare's house and went their own ways. Pinkie was pondering since the medicine knocked her out, that must mean it was 5 days before she was at her house, and what happened when she was knocked out for those 10 days?
{24 HOURS LATER}
A magenta mare came to Pinkie's room and woke the pink mare up.
"Sorry" Pinkie said "I just thought it would be something different.
"i know pinkie, i had an experience like this before" Twilight said softly. A silence overtook the pink mares bedroom. A tear went down Pinkies cheek and inter her mouth that was open. She tasted the saltiness of how the cupcakes did.
"I better get the medicine" Twi said and left the mare alone.
Pinkie Pie sat and thought about Dashie and the rest of her friends. Twilight abruptly came into Pinkies room and game the medicine to Pinkie.
"Whats this?" the pink mare asked.
"its the Medicine" Twilight answered. "I brought more company with me." Twi said as the rest of her friends filled the room with balloons with Get well soon on it. Rainbow Dash got a cup of water and Twilight put a tablet in it then the drink fizzed. Pinkie watched the bubbles go up and POP! and a smile finally go on her face. Once the drink stopped fizzing Twilight handed the drink to Pinkie and she drank an centimeter from it then saying
"GROSS!"
"I know some medicine taste bad but deal with it, it will fix your problems" The Pink mare gotten used to the drink and drank the rest. Ten she fell in a deep deep sleep. The chemicals were kicking in.
{5 DAYS LATER WHICH TO PINKIE IT WAS A SECOND}
"wh- what happened?" Pinkie felt queasy as a deer running in circles.
"you are better now Pinkie" The friends said in unison.
"how long have I been out?"
"five days." they said
"three hours and 40 seconds to be precise!" Twilight added.
Pinkie went outside and no one looked at her in that weird way anymore, instead they had smiles upon their faces.
"ITS PARTY TIME!" Pinkie exclaimed! and the whole city of Ponyville had a BIG party to celebrate Pinky returned state.
