Dearest Twilight Sparkle,
We have recently received a patient into the Canterlot Infirmary, who isn't exactly…normal, if you know what I mean. He has a strange disability in his brain, which makes him unable to cope with reality. All we can really know for sure is that his condition is magical in nature.
Which is why I'm writing to you, Twilight Sparkle, I believe you can do what none of us can, with your vast knowledge of magic. I would take care of it myself, but I have other duties to attend to. I hope you will help up, you will receive all our information upon arrival in the Castle.
