This Sure Ain't Earth We're On..
A Magical Occurrence
Load Full StoryIt was a cold Friday night when it happened.
Nilesy sat at his desk, the rain hitting the window behind him. He sighed, waiting for his best friend, Panda, to arrive. Yes, they both did have 'normal' names, but since they were used to calling each other by these names, they didn't bother. Finally, the familiar voice of Panda came flooding into his ears.
"Oh.. hey Panda."He said, his Scottish accent thick. The other laughed a little in reply."Well then,we ready to play?"He continued. He heard a replying murmur, and their game began.
It was about midnight when it happened. The rain had become a storm, and it was affecting the computer. He played on, until, suddenly, a surge of energy hit him, from the computer. He fell back against the wall.Judging by the scream on the other side, Panda was experiencing something similar. That was the last thing the Scotsman heard before blacking out.

Nilesy opened his eyes.It was sunny, and the colours around him were vibrant. He yawned, before looking down at his..what.
The shock brought him up to full height. Hooves. He had HOOVES. They were a light blue, like pool water. High Quality, naturally. He stumbled, adjusting to walking on four legs.
There was a familiar scream behind him, and he whipped around, to see a black and white pegasus flapping about wildly. The stallion had a brownish mane and tail, and blue glasses. He called out the the other pony."Panda! Is that you?"
The pegasus stopped his wild flying, and cried out in joy.
"Nilesyyy!" He shouted, flying crookedly towards him."Look! I'm a pegasus!"He grinned."And, you're a unicorn."He stated. Nilesy looked up.There was indeed a horn there, matching his coat. On instinct, he looked to his flank. There was a bucket. He looked at Panda's. A panda with an eyepatch. The newly announced unicorn began stumbling along.
"Come on Panda. We need help." On the way across this landscape they were on, he noticed a puddle. He looked at his reflection. A grey mane fell over his face, a horn pushing through. He was wearing red glasses.
Nilesy sighed. He carried on, the pegasus behind him finally getting used to his wings, flapping at a less frantic pace.
They soon reached what looked like a village. Nilesy began to gallop toward the village, and Panda followed.Suddenly, the pastel unicorn stopped. When Panda questioned him, he turned to his friend, and with a completely serious expression, replied with:
"We need Pony names."
