Earth…But not as we know it…

Sev was a young man who left earth to live in the "Other World" As many call it…A world inhabited by strange people…A world of magic and peace. No one knows what lies in the "Other World"

But due to a freak accident, Sev, his wife and his five friends were sucked into a portal that led them to Earth…But Earth has changed…It is ruled by an evil dictator who wishes to see all men suffer, and all women rise above them.

The world for men is desolate, bleak and unforgiving…But in the underground, there lies rebels, both men and women who want to fight against the dictator and her insane rule.

Sev will have to join with them and fight to find and rescue his wife and friends then return to the other world…Home…To Equestria.

Will he succeed?

This story is based on a music video I watched which was very similar, a world ruled by women. This also contains story elements based on Metro 2033.

The "Other World" mentioned in the story is an alternate Equestria/EqG universe, the characters are EqG-Based, but live in a human-like Equestria and can use magic. So it's not entirely pony-on-earth.
