You wake up to find Anon still sleeping

You are going to set out on your journey alone

But, what if Anon wakes up?

Even if he does wake up, he’s too scared to go anywhere

You carefully wiggle out of bed

Anon’s keys… where are Anon’s keys

You stuff your face in his pants pocket from yesterday

No luck

Oh well, your not gonna need them anyway

You’ll just knock

Just as you are about to walk out the door, you sniff Anon’s pants one more time

You awkwardly turn the door knob with your hooves and open the door

You shrink down to mouse size again and exit the apartment

You rush down the city streets

You see a crowd of people walk by

You’re not small enough!

You need to zip smaller

There is a downside though

You compress as much as you can without becoming a braindead zombie

You run as fast as you can through the streets

You decide to risk jumping in a car wheel

You pick a car going in the right direction and jump

The blue pony stops and looks behind her

She briskly trots up to you

“Hey there!”

“Sshh! There’s no time to talk! They’re after me!”

You pretty much know what she means

You could probably outrun her by a longshot. She is just a filly!

You fully unzip and look around

“Whao! You’re a big one!”

“Get on my back!”

The small blue filly jumps on your back without hesitation

“Don’t worry! I have a safe place for you!”

You run back to Anon’s apartment as fast as your hooves can carry you, trying to take as many side-streets or alleyways as possible

You finally arrive

“Just stay quiet!” You caution the filly as you slide her off your back

You bang on Anon’s door as hard as you can

The door swings open in less than a second

“Jackie! Oh my god I thought I lost you!”

Anon grabs you and hugs you tightly

“Aaannddd company?!” He sounded confused and excited

You shuffle the blue filly in and close the door

“I guess I have some explaining to do.”

You and Anon sit down in the living room

You motion for the filly to follow

“So tell us about yourself!”

You could tell that Anon was as excited as you were

“Well, my name is Winnie! But my owner called me ‘Eight’ I am a software pony like you, uh, Jackie.”

It was then that you noticed the windows 8 symbol on her flank

“Well, nice to meet you Winnie!

“Wait, previous owner?”

“I’m gonna go get everyone a cup of coffee.” Anon said as he walked out of the room

“So you had a previous owner?”

“Yes but… He seemed so unwilling, and something… happened.”

“Oh?”

Anon came back with three cups of coffee

“What happened Winnie?”

“I would really rather not talk about it.”

“Oh come on! We are pretty much the only people in the world you can trust now.”

“Okay… if you really want to know… MY OWNER CUT HIS DICK OFF AND I GOT FREAKED OUT AND RAN AWAY!”

Anon spewed his coffee everywhere

Winnie started to cry a bit

“There wasn’t anyone following you right?!” Anon said nervously

“Don’t worry, we were careful.”

Anon looked stressed, but really excited

“You okay Anon?”

“I- I don’t know. A lot is happening. It’s happening way too fast.”
