“Please, don’t. No, no, don’t do it. Come on, You can fight this! Or, rather, I can fight this... Nononononononoono!”

As she broke down crying, staring at the despicable sight before her, her stomach filled. She would have caused herself to stop eating, but she couldn’t move anything at the moment. The cocoon around her was constricting her every move. At least she could see. As she stared at herself eating, she began to vomit. And, to her horror, the vomit came red, mixed with raw flesh and aquamarine fur. And the strangest thought came to her.

I wonder if I get more?

She really should leave. So she set to work. With tooth, hoof, tail, she struggled to loosen the bonds around her. And then, her oh-so-powerful brain kicked in. Use magic! Duh! And she did. However, as the bonds loosened, she felt something wrong. Very wrong. So very, very wrong. She stared down at the cocoon binding her, and watched as it fell away. Her fur, her mane, her entire body, was white. All of it. Her cutie mark was bleached to invisibility, and she could barely tell her hooves from the rest of her body. And she felt... different. So different. Wait, not different, but indifferent. She continued to watch the scene before her, and to her non-surprise, she didn’t care. And then she left, as she didn’t care to go into details.

Twilight woke up, and looked at Kordis sleeping on his stone chair. She walked away, and said only one thing.

“Meh.”

“Come on, let’s go.”

The trio walked to the forest’s edge, and went to town square.

“I still can’t believe it’s only been three weeks since it happened. No contact from Kyle, and no movement by Evil Twilight either.”

Ponyville was slowly rebuilding. Apparently, there was more trust, if not loyalty, among the ponies since the Element of honesty was back in the realm of Equestria, and the communities were slowly coming back together. But there was always something different. Always an air of distrust. Always something to miss.

“Hello? Can you hear me?”

“Huh?”

“Hey, she’s waking up! Get over here, Kazuhiro!”

“Really, Shigeo?”

“Yeah.”

Fluttershy blinked for a few seconds, and tried to get up. She was on all fours, as usual, but it hurt her back more than usual.

“Hey, why you standing like that. Get up, come on!”

He pulled her up to her standing on her hind hooves, but it made the pain go away, so she didn’t complain. The air was crisp, and the scent of cherry blossoms filled the air, and she lost herself for a moment. She looked down at her yellow turtleneck she was wearing.

"Hello," said Fluttershy. "I'm Sakura."
