The Time War Comes To Fluttershy's Back Yard
Fluttershy was whistling "Conventional Lover" by Speck and shakin' her booty whilst she dusted her home when she noticed Angel was acting odd.

"Oh! fuck me!" Angel thought to himself, "I've had her believing that I couldn't speak for so long because I didn't want to engage this whore in a conversation. I just had to blow it. I was doing so well. Fuck! I'm gonna have to talk to her now."
"Oh my God!? I can speak!" Angel pretended to be surprised.

Angel knocked over a pot causing it to hit the floor and shatter into a million pieces. Then he hid behind a shelf and watched as the mare came running to see what had happened.
Fluttershy gasped, "Why has everything been falling over today? Is someone messing with me? I've had to bend over so many times today! I'm tired of cleaning messes up and sick of picking things up off the floor just to have them mysteriously fall back over when I turn my back to them!"

One day, out of nowhere, a giant mother ship appeared over Fluttershy's house.
She was standing in her garden.
"Fuck it's the IRS!" Fluttershy muttered.
All of a sudden what looked to her like giant, talking, toaster ovens on wheels started teleporting in all around her.
"Exterminate!" they all started saying whilst approaching her. The light bulbs on them started lighting up and they all started pointing lasers at her.
When Angel heard this he kicked open the back door and yelled, "STOP! That's an order!"
They all stopped trying to obliterate Fluttershy with death lasers.
"I didn't call you guys in just to have you murder her!"
"We are Dalek! We exterminate!" about a third of them said at the same time. Then the rest said, "exterminate!"
"NO! You're not going to exterminate her! The deal was that if you helped me restrain her and rape her you could probe her and then exterminate all life in Equestria."
"Then what? Does she live? Do you live?" one said.
Then several others started saying, "Does she live? Do you live?"
"Yes. We will both survive the apocalypse you bring to Equestria."
"What can you do to stop the Dalek!?"
Then others, "Dalek!"
Angel spoke, "I gave you the coordinates of a whole world! They are weak! It will be easy! Spare us!"
"Fair enough."
Then all of the Daleks said in unison, "fair!"
"Now, restrain her and beam us both up to your ship!"
"Yes! Then we shall exterminate!"
"Exterminate! Exterminate!" they all sounded off.
Then Fluttershy asked Angel, "why?"
Angel didn't answer. As soon as he looked away, one of the Daleks shot a beam at her that put her in a purple bubble.
Fluttershy screamed and kicked as she struggled to get out but she was powerless.
"Don't do this Angel!" she yelled (this was a real yell).
"Exterminate!" they all chanted as the bubble started floating up towards the ship.
"No! Not exterminate. Rape" Angel corrected them.
They shot a bubble around Angel too.
As Angel started rising, they started using the rockets under them to slowly ascend with Angel and Fluttershy.
"Rape! Rape! Rape!" was yelled by every Dalek as they neared the ship.
All of Ponyville could be seen crowded around Fluttershy's house starring with their mouths open at the phenomenon that was happening above them.

The Dalek ship was basically one giant stainless steel room with light bulbs on all of the walls that kept flashing. The giant room was like a stadium. There were rows and rows of hundreds of Daleks in what were basically stands. Angel and Fluttershy were in the middle in what was basically the field of the "stadium." They were still in purple bubbles.
All of a sudden the Daleks started flipping a shit and lighting up and hopping and yelling "Rape!"
Angels bubble disappeared and he fell to the ground.
So did Fluttershy's, but shackles appeared out of nowhere and restrained her.
"Rape!" they cheered.
A tear ran down Fluttershy's cheek.
Angel grinned and got a boner.
