Hollow Dreams has been having a little trouble adjusting to his new surroundings since he'd moved to Ponyville, and a suspicious incident with obvious source and motive hasn't exactly helped his already-less-than-great reputation. The hatred couldn't be escaped, not by anyone or anything, and Hollow finds himself relying on that hate, fighting for his very life.

With our protagonistic wallflower the unfortunate target of biased rumors, those of secret royalties and bloodthirsty tyrants among them, things aren't looking good, especially with evidence and sightings of King Sombra himself running loose throughout Equestria.
