The Apocalypse Has Come

The gang finally arrived at Twilight house, which was near destroyed. Going inside they found Spike downstairs hiding under some books.

"Spike are you okay," asked Twilight.  Coming out the books Spike looked up and tears of joy came down his face.

"Oh Twilight, I was so scared that something bad happened to you."

"I'm sorry Spike that I left you here alone, I promise next time I won't leave you."

The gang stayed at Twilight's house since there was some peace and quite for now, but they questioned what is going to happen next.

"Well girls lets head out and see if we can find anymore survivors."

So they got packed and went back outside to see if there's anyone left. They split up so they can cover more ground faster, since no one knows how long it's going to stay peaceful. Applejack, Twilight, and Spike checked all the local shops, while Rarity, Sweetie Belle, and Pinkie searched all the homes.

After countless hours of searching they found a total of fifty ponies alive. They brought everyone to Twilight's house and from there Twilight treated the wounded.

Hours past before Twilight is able to treat everyone.

"Whew, finally i'm done."

Twilight when over to her bed, well what was left of her bed anyway, and lied down. Her friends went to go check on her.

"Alright guys we need to find some food while we have the chance cause i'm sure everypony is hungry. Me, Spike and Sweetie Belle can stay here and watch over everypony while Rarity, Pinkie and Applejack go find food from the stores."

"Sounds like a plan," said Applejack ready to go.

They got some saddlebags to hold the food and went off.

"Okay Spike lets clean up this place while they're out getting food, we don't want to have a huge mess while everypony is eating."

"Okay."

"Sweetie Belle go downstairs and check on everypony try to make them feel it home."

"You got it Twilight." She went off down stairs happily ready to put smile on everyone's face.

"Okay Spike lets get to work"

"Oh my hooves are killing me, how long have we been walking," Whined Rarity.

"We only walked for 20 minutes and so far we only found a hoofful of food."

"We can go to Sugar Cube Corner and get some sweets." said Pinkie who still wasn't happy or full of joy.

"Great idea darling."

So they dashed off towards the store.

"Quickly lets gather as much as we can, but we might need to get some apples too."

After they gathered what they needed the went off to Sweet Apple Acres to gather some apples.

"You guys get the apples i'm going to go check on my family."

With a nod of understanding, Applejack took off to her barn to see if her family is still alive. When inside she wondered around looking in the corner they first, there she saw them still alive and well.

"Granny Smith!"

"Oh Applejack thank Celestia you're still alive."

She ran towards them and gave a group hug.

"I came to get some apples for some survivors we found left in Ponyville."

"Well that's good."

"Glad to see y'all still alive, I be right back Granny I going to help my friends get the apples. Y'all stay here i'll be back."

After that she went to her friends and got the saddlebags full of apples.

"Alright y'all lets get back to Twilight's to give the ponies their apples."

As they were taking off the clouds appeared to began to swirl around really fast. The wind started to get faster and faster. When they looked up they saw a giant tornado forming right near Sweet Apple Acres. Seeing this Applejack dropped her saddlebag and towards the barn to warn her family.

"Wait Applejack!" Yelled Rarity.

"Y'all stay there I need to save my family."

Applejack ran faster then she ever did dodging flying debris. As she got closer she notice the tornado had already hit the ground and was on the move towards her barn. She made into the barn,

"Granny, Granny are you here! We need to get out of her now."

"Applejack is that you, please come help a column fell on Big Mac and we can't move it."

Applejack bolted where they were and tried to push the column off, but no matter what she couldn't.

"Go Applejack take them out of here don't worry about me, just go!"

"No big bro i'm going to get out of here."

"Please lil sis you have to leave or we are all going to die."  Applejack looked at her big bro crying.

"I'm sorry big bro, i'm so sorry, but I won't leave."

Big Mac looked up and said,"So this how it ends for us. Well if it is then I well say I love y'all so much and Applejack don't be

sorry you tried and that's all that matter love you lil sis."

"Love you too big bro."

The family then got close together as the tornado ripped right through the barn sucking in everything in its path.

While all this going on Rarity and Pinkie stayed where they were and watched as the tornado ripped apart the barn knowing Applejack wasn't able to make it out.

"Applejack i-is gone, no she can't be gone."  Rarity trembled down on her knees sobbing at the death of her friend.

"Rarity hurry we must go the tornado is getting closer!" yelled Pinkie.

Rarity manage to snap out of it and grab the saddlebag Applejack dropped and went to warn Twilight of the tornado. They bolted right through Twilight's door out of breathe.

"Girls what is it."

"A tornado is coming this way."

"What!? Are y'all okay where's Applejack?"

"S-she didn't make it."

"Not her too."

"We manage to bring back food."

"Good, quickly go it to everypony but don't tell of the tornado i'll make a barrier around my house to protect it from the tornado."  They nodded and went off downstairs as Twilight makes the barrier.

After she made the barrier, she downstairs to help her friends give out the food.

"Does everypony have some food."   Everyone nodded.  "Good."

As soon as they passed out the food they sat down to relax.

"So what happen with Applejack?" asked Twilight.

"She went back and tried to save her family but it was too late for the tornado had already reached their barn and torn it apart."

"Well at least she died knowing she was with family, rest in peace our friends."
