Quite a few hundreds years after the Elements of Harmony died (Excluding Twilight), a new threat arrived. Twilight, worrying that the Elements will be needed, revives her friends. The group quickly heads out to see how the world has changed, but Rainbow Dash is uncomfortable with these changes, and the only things there that she remembers are a Timberwolf named Pine and his sister, a Manticore named Grella, both growing up with the Pegasus's niece and nephew. They tell her about a surprise and lead her into the Everfree, where Rainbow Dash learns what had truly happened to her older sister.
