An Average Tale Of an Extrodinary Adventure

    Equestria: a rather savage place after recent unpleasantness of a king being overthrown. Even ten years after the fall of Discord many ponies simply think a single pony ruler either won’t be enough to keep everything in order, or will end up bringing another few centuries of even more unpleasant circumstances.

    The lands are rife with crime, and monsters are around every corner, almost literally. This time of crime and monster attacks isn’t all bad however; it is a prime era for adventurers to go off and either become rich or die most horribly to bandits, dragons or snake-like creatures.

Questing has been on the rise ever since Discord was thrown out. This is also made it very easy for ponies with any money at all to be very lazy. Most adventurers are completely broke and are willing to do just about anything for a small amount of coin. Though most end up dieing before they make it big, some do retire early with a decent savings.

    Before I continue however, I feel that I should mention something. If you are here looking for an epic tale of clashing kingdoms and lost love or a thought provoking narrative meant to incite some sort of philosophical debate, I regret to inform you that you’ve come to the wrong place. This is simply an average tale about an extraordinary adventure and it all started with an interrupted cup of tea.
