It’s just heartbreaking.” “Maybe I should have held on. If my parents decided a divorce was imminent, why would I just leave crying? Even more why would I run into the most feared place everypony knows: Everfree Forest.     Well, I’d tell you this: If I had one parent, and the other one I won’t see ever again, no matter how much he/she loved me, it would feel as if I had no parents at all. In ponyville, if a divorce happens, you choose one parent at your own will, or kept by one until you’re old enough to decide, and the other gets little time with you. That feels like they weren’t your parents in the first place. It feels like they're treated as if something bad would happen. I only did this because they would both understand, and not hate me because of a mere forced choice.     So here I am, sitting here, writing all of this so whoever knows this existed would also know why I left.” -Bass Drop      I stand up, and put away my paper. Without the glow of my horn, this cave was pretty dark, with the exception of the sun just about setting. Looking around the cave, there’s something definitely off. It looks as if it was part of the cave, but it’s definitely breathing. The only thing that gives it away is the black tail.. Is that another pony?     If it is another pony, I really don’t want to wake him/her. I got to think of something clever, so that this creature doesn’t think I’m a threat. If I levitated up some sort of tree where would I be noticeable, would I be safe from the other creatures? Well, at least I came prepared with a hammock. And so I set up in a tree in front of the cave and slept.
