Dead Space Flash's Endurance

The patrol ship crashed into a building near the space elevator and now the surviving crew was now stranded on Hoofveast 7.

“Ah, nice landing Sentinel!”  Octimus said sarcastically.

“Well thank you Octimus for me saving all of our flanks!”  Sentinel said.  Octimus just stared at him.

Everything was quiet before Gilda spoke up.

“Trixie, status report.”

“Most of the ship is a wreck, and half of the crew is dead.”  Trixie said.  “Guess you didn’t save all of our flanks corporal.”

Gilda went to the ships com system and said.  “Alright every surviving crew pack up and get a weapon.”  Then she looked at Flash getting up.  “That’s means you to Sentry.”

“Wait he’s just an engineer captain.”  Sentinel argues with the Griffin.

“He also saved us from being blown to bits corporal.”  Gilda said then turn her head to Flash.  “He’s a fast learner.”

“Alright captain.”  Octimus said.  “What’s next?”

Gilda thought for a moment before saying.  “First we need to get of this ship and head to the space elevator.”

“Why?”  Trixie asked with a concerned face.

“Because it’s connects to the Fillymora.”  Gilda said.

“Ah, no offence captain, but YOU do realize that they tried to kill us!”  Octimus said.  “And why would we want to go aboard.”

“Because the Fillymora must have a ship we can steal and we’re still here to raid them remember.”  Gilda said.

“But wouldn’t they just fire at us again?”  Sentinel questioned.

“Those turrets were designed to shoot ships not elevators.”  Gilda answered.

After that the pirate crew left their wreck patrol ship to head towards the space elevator.  It was quiet till Sentinel spoke.

“Hey do you think it’s weird that security hasn’t come yet?”

“Nope.”  Gilda not looking at Sentinel.  “I think it’s weird that we haven’t encountered any one, not even a single mouse.”

As the crew was walking down the hall Flash saw something off of the corner of his eye.  He thought he saw Sunset Shimmer, so he went into another hall way to check, nothing was there.  When he was going to regroup, the door behind him shut tight and wouldn’t open, the crew noticed when they heard the door shut and Flash banging on it.

“Flash!”  Gilda said.  “You alright?”

“Vitals saying that he’s okay.”  Trixie said.

“Dam I can’t get the door open.”  Sentinel said whiling trying to open the door.  “Aahh it’s no use, it’s in lockdown.”

“Flash, it looks like you need to go another way to the space elevator.”  Gilda said be hide the door and then said.

“You can find your way by pressing the blue button on your wrist, it will show a light arrow for you can follow it.”  Gilda said before leaving with the rest of the crew.

Flash got going to the direction the light arrow was going.

Flash followed the arrow to a shower room where he saw some of the colonist, at least not in one piece.  There was blood all over the room with body pieces scattered all over.

“Oh shit.”  Octimus said into his com looking at another brutal carnage with the crew.  “Cap are seeing this.”

“It looks like a wild animal did this.”  Gilda said looking at the room they were in. “Keep your guard crew!”  Gilda yelled to the crew.  “I got a bad feeling about this.”

Flash kept walking till he saw an open locker in the shower room and walked to it.  He looked into the locker and saw a holo recorder in it.

“Hey Flash my sensors indicate that you pick up a holo.”  Gilda said through his com.  “Try to find more and listen to them.  They might give us some clues of what the buck happened here.”

Flash then activated the holo and listen to it.

“Hey mom, it’s me Flim!”  Flim said into the recorder.  “You won’t believe what we found her on Hooveast 7.”  Flim said.  “I can’t tell details because they might fire me if I do but a will tell you that this will be the biggest find since the discovery of the first Marker that landed on Trinity.”  Flim said.  “So that’s about it, oh and tells Flam that I said hi.”  The message stopped.

Flash then walk on trying to figure out what Flim meant by ‘Biggest find since the discovery of the first Marker’.  Then he stop realizing what he said ‘The first Marker’ there has only been one unless.

This raid just got a lot more complicated.
