"Just ask to play with them if they seem nice." Rainbow said, "If they aren't, move on." She leaned back in her chair. "Alright, can you fly me down?" he looked at his wings. "Sure." ******** "Hi," Sky said to one colt, who seemed alone, "I'm Golden Sky. Do you wanna play?" "I'm S-" he started, before catching his mistake and restarting, "I'm Onyx." Onyx was a white unicorn, with a brown mane and eyes. His cutie mark was a book that seemed familiar to Sky. "Come on, let's go play with this ball!" Onyx's purple magic levitated a beach ball. "Okay!" ******** "And then we tried to play tag, but there were only two of us." Sky said. "It's good to have friends going into school." He started wandering around, only to find nothing. It was empty. There was nothing else there. "Good to see you've finally arrived." Adam heard a voice behind him. "Who are you?" He asked the pony. He was identical to him, except his eyes glowed the color of butter. "Is your memory truly fading?" the doppleganger said, "Did you forget why you wore that amulet in the first place?" "What-" Sky started to say, but realized. "You need to find that amulet." the doppleganger said, "Or else your home is gone." "Who are you?!" Sky yelled again. "Just searching for revenge." then it all became clear to Sky. "NO!!!" he said, "I won't let you!!" "No, no, you got the wrong idea." the doppleganger threw his hoof around Adam, and gestured his other one as if presenting something, "I'm not killing the others, I'm not even after them. Nor you. No, I wandered many years before settling. This was one of these places. Ah, such good memories." "No..." Sky said, "Last time..." "Last time was no biggie, right?" the doppleganger asked. "Last time you almost killed my friends!" Adam stomped his hoof on the ground. "But it wasn't exactly your friends, was it?" the doppleganger asked, "If I remember correctly, it was their other-" "Personalities, yes. But if the vessel dies, so do the consciousnesses inside, dumb ass!" Sky said. Sky refused to look at the doppleganger. "What else do you know?" Adam asked after a long silence. "Because we are each other." ******** Adam awoke from the nightmare, sweating. Little did he know, in two other parts of Equestria, two other colts had just experienced similar dreams. Chapter 4: Map To The Caves Adam panted from his nightmare. He checked his neck quickly, and realized the amulet wasn't there. It had never been. He was coming back. Sky quickly realized there was a sip of paper on his bedside table. He picked up, and saw it. Marked in a cave, was his amulet. The next day: "Onyx!" Adam ran up to the colt, "Onyx, I need your help." "G-Golden, what's wrong?" Onyx asked. "Look, if I don't do this, the world is doomed." he panted, "And I need you to come with me." "Golden, what's going on?" Onyx asked. "No time to explain... We have to go." "Alright." ******* There was a knock at the door. Twilight reluctantly answered it, though she was in panic mode. Twilight said frantically, "This colt I was taking care of hasn't come home, and he left this morning to play with his friend." "Twilight-" "Why would he run off? "You don't know what that amulet does!" a neon green pegasus flew up to him. His mane and eyes were brown. His cutie mark was the headset. "Of course I do!" he smiled, "It's MY amulet." Jason crossed his arms, "The hardest part will be knowing we've crushed so many people. Almost 6,000,000. All of them, just... ruined." "He's not gone yet." Wither said. "But he will be soon." "What about-" Deadlox pointed at the screen. "He will not prevail, I'm contacting the last consciousness." The Ender Dragon walked away, leaving the Lox's alone. ******* "Skybrine!" Sky was his blocky self again, "Show yourself!" "It was fun while it lasted, Adam." Skybrine said, also blocky, "But it's time to go." "You're not winning." Sky said, "I will." "You fool." Skybrine's left arm extened, and a sword appeared, "Don't you know what happens when you defy me?" "No please." though they were in the void, there were walls around them. Sky backed into one. He felt Skybrine's hand pin him to it. "You're nothing without me." Sky said, "I'm part of the reason you exist!" "And I'm the reason you died." Skybrine said, before jabbing his sword into Adam's stomach, turning it, and pulling it out. He walked away, but heard a groan. He saw Sky, holding his wound with his right hand, and trying to get up with his left, though it was shaky. "Still alive are we?" Skyrine asked, "Well not for long." "P-please..." Sky whimpered, "H-help... i-it hurts... s-sorry... j-just h-help me... please." Tears started forming in Sky's eyes. "You're already dead." Skybrine said, and he walked away as Adam fell limp. ******* "Jason, are you okay?" Mitch helped him up. "No..." he saw Rarity. "What just happened, why are these colts calling you Jason?" she asked, "You have a lot of explaining to do, Star Guide." "That's my name, Jason." Minecraft Universe said, "And I have these... consciousnesses inside me. Wither and WitherMU. So do Ty and Adam. They're friendly, though I can't say the same for Sky." "Why?" Rainbow asked, "What's wrong with Sky's?" "Jason, what happened?" Jerome asked. "Skybrine killed Sky." Jason sighed. Sky's Letter to Rainbow DashDear Rainbow Dash, I know I ran off with little explanation, and I'm sorry. Skybrine would be much better if he cooperated. Herobrine is actually better than you'd expect. I've got my best scientists trying to find out what went wrong with Skybrine. Not much has turned up yet. The rest are researching what happens when you combine butter with a fire essence. We've been having a great time back home, and our lives have changed from the experiences we had with you guys. Seto has made entirely new spells from what Twilight taught him. Because of you, I can now protect my home even better. You opened my eyes to aerial views. Butter planes and jetpacks are in process as I write this. It's all thanks to you, Rainbow Dash. Now, the squids'll know to stay away. I realize you may wonder who Skybrine is, so this is an explanation. Many years ago, I was fighting yet another battle with the squids. I turned around when I heard a cry for help, and felt a jab of pain in my back. When I looked down, I saw a bloodied sword, sticking out from just under my ribs. My vision blurred, and I blacked out. I awoke in the void, then I saw him, Herobrine. I'd saved him years earlier, and he'd returned the favor. He told me, that my friends, Ty and Jason, had also almost died. But Wither and Ender Dragon had saved them, same as Herobrine. But, they did it their way. Merging with us. This also created a third conciseness, a mix between Herobrine and I. Skybrine. I eventually learned to live with it, but it was never the same. Skybrine was different than WitherMU and Enderlox. We think that may be from Herobrine, considering violence is in his nature, but he can contain himself. So, it's obviously a mix of my recklessness, and Herobrine's violence. I send with this, a recent picture of all of us, taken when we arrived back home. Seto's the one with the purple fire. Ian's on his left, and that's me on his right. Ty's the only other guy next to me, and then there's Mitch and Jerome. That's Quentin, chilling in the water, and Jason, flying above us. She had aqua hair, grey eyes, and something that resembled a ladybug shell on her back. Her shirt was pale blue. Sky read the letter, and rubbed his head when he finished. "What's your name?" he asked her. "Cookie." she said, "Pleasure to meet you." "How many missing?" Sky asked. "Four." she noticed Sky looked stressed, "Is something wrong, sir?" "What? Oh, yeah, just I'm sorta friends with one of the missing. I just hope it's not like when I disappeared." Sky said, and Cookie left. When she was in the hall, Cookie pulled out a walkie talkie, and said into it, "Subject 239 is suspicious, keep a closer eye on him." She put it away. Don't worry, it's alright. a voice said, it had an obvious french accent, The monster is gone. You're safe. Everything is alright. Chapter 1: Golden Sky "Ugh, my head." Adam stood up, but fell over, "Woah! I'm a... pony?" He looked at his tail, brown. His fur was yellow, and, almost immediately, he realized he'd lost his sunglasses. His eyes, oblivious to most, were blue. There was a picture on his rear, a stick of butter. He had also acquired a pair of wings. "W-where am I?" Adam asked. Suddenly, his friend Mitch's voice ran through his head. Alright, we're all bronies here, what's your favorite episode? His head pounded, then he realized something. His own voice sounded... younger. But how was that possible? Could he have somehow de-aged himself? "I blame Seto." Adam said to himself. "Hey, kid!" he heard a voice, "Are you lost?" Adam looked up, and saw a rainbow-maned mare. "Y-yeah." he said shakily. "You seem cool, what's your name?" she asked him. From what little he knew about the show, Adam knew their names were... unique. Chapter 6: Once and For All (Music to go with this) Youtube Video "I feel him leaving..." Wither said. "Same." Jason frowned. He was blocky again, which was a good thing, but his friend... "There was nothing you could have done..." WitherMU said, "You'll be fine, right?" "I-I honestly don't think it'll be the same." Jason's voice was shaky, "Things were different after... this happened. But we were still the same, just... And now, one has revolted. Done this." Jason crossed his arms, "The hardest part will be knowing we've crushed so many people. Almost 6,000,000. All of them, just... ruined." "He's not gone yet." Wither said. "But he will be soon." Minecraft Universe sighed, "He was a good friend." "Nobody should have to go through this." WitherMU said, "Especially almost 6,000,000." "How come those guys can't get along?" Wither asked, "I know one never met the other, but still." "They're all going to cry." Jason said, "Some might even go to extremes. It won't be the same for them. He has become a part of their lives. "Goodbye, and WitherMU, I don't blame you." Minecraft Universe said, "I blame Skybrine." Jason stepped through a portal, and he was gone. ******* "He's really gone..." Enderlox said. "What about-" Deadlox pointed at the screen. "He will not prevail, I'm contacting the last consciousness." The Ender Dragon walked away, leaving the Lox's alone. ******* "Skybrine!" Sky was his blocky self again, "Show yourself!" "It was fun while it lasted, Adam." Skybrine said, also blocky, "But it's time to go." "You're not winning." Sky said, "I will." "You fool." Skybrine's left arm extened, and a sword appeared, "Don't you know what happens when you defy me?" "No please." though they were in the void, there were walls around them. Sky backed into one. He felt Skybrine's hand pin him to it. "You're nothing without me." Sky said, "I'm part of the reason you exist!" "And I'm the reason you died." Skybrine said, before jabbing his sword into Adam's stomach, turning it, and pulling it out. He walked away, but heard a groan. He saw Sky, holding his wound with his right hand, and trying to get up with his left, though it was shaky. "Still alive are we?" Skyrine asked, "Well not for long." "P-please..." Sky whimpered, "H-help... i-it hurts... s-sorry... j-just h-help me... please." Tears started forming in Sky's eyes. "You're already dead." Skybrine said, and he walked away as Adam fell limp. ******* "Jason, are you okay?" Mitch helped him up. "No..." he saw Rarity. "What just happened, why are these colts calling you Jason?" she asked, "You have a lot of explaining to do, Star Guide." "That's my name, Jason." Minecraft Universe said, "And I have these... consciousnesses inside me. Wither and WitherMU. So do Ty and Adam. They're friendly, though I can't say the same for Sky." "Why?" Rainbow asked, "What's wrong with Sky's?" "Jason, what happened?" Jerome asked. "Skybrine killed Sky." Jason sighed.
Sky's Letter to Rainbow DashDear Rainbow Dash, I know I ran off with little explanation, and I'm sorry. Skybrine would be much better if he cooperated. Herobrine is actually better than you'd expect. I've got my best scientists trying to find out what went wrong with Skybrine. Not much has turned up yet. The rest are researching what happens when you combine butter with a fire essence. We've been having a great time back home, and our lives have changed from the experiences we had with you guys. Seto has made entirely new spells from what Twilight taught him. Because of you, I can now protect my home even better. You opened my eyes to aerial views. Butter planes and jetpacks are in process as I write this. It's all thanks to you, Rainbow Dash. Now, the squids'll know to stay away. I realize you may wonder who Skybrine is, so this is an explanation. Many years ago, I was fighting yet another battle with the squids. I turned around when I heard a cry for help, and felt a jab of pain in my back. When I looked down, I saw a bloodied sword, sticking out from just under my ribs. My vision blurred, and I blacked out. I awoke in the void, then I saw him, Herobrine. I'd saved him years earlier, and he'd returned the favor. He told me, that my friends, Ty and Jason, had also almost died. But Wither and Ender Dragon had saved them, same as Herobrine. But, they did it their way. Merging with us. This also created a third conciseness, a mix between Herobrine and I. Skybrine. I eventually learned to live with it, but it was never the same. Skybrine was different than WitherMU and Enderlox. We think that may be from Herobrine, considering violence is in his nature, but he can contain himself. So, it's obviously a mix of my recklessness, and Herobrine's violence. I send with this, a recent picture of all of us, taken when we arrived back home. Seto's the one with the purple fire. Ian's on his left, and that's me on his right. Ty's the only other guy next to me, and then there's Mitch and Jerome. That's Quentin, chilling in the water, and Jason, flying above us. My friend Ryan was just here, said something about a couple of people disappearing in the south. I'll send some troops to check it out. Goodbye, Rainbow Dash. I hope I get to see you again one day. Golden Sky/ Sky/ Adam "Sir, an apprentice of Seto the Sorcerer requests an audience with you." a lieutenant said. "Send them in," Sky said, "Seto doesn't contact society much, so it has to be important." "I come with a letter from Seto." a girl said. She had aqua hair, grey eyes, and something that resembled a ladybug shell on her back. Her shirt was pale blue. Sky read the letter, and rubbed his head when he finished. "What's your name?" he asked her. "Cookie." she said, "Pleasure to meet you." "How many missing?" Sky asked. "Four." she noticed Sky looked stressed, "Is something wrong, sir?" "What? Oh, yeah, just I'm sorta friends with one of the missing. I just hope it's not like when I disappeared." Sky said, and Cookie left. When she was in the hall, Cookie pulled out a walkie talkie, and said into it, "Subject 239 is suspicious, keep a closer eye on him." She put it away. Don't worry, it's alright. a voice said, it had an obvious french accent, The monster is gone. You're safe. Everything is alright.
Chapter 1: Golden Sky "Ugh, my head." Adam stood up, but fell over, "Woah! I'm a... pony?" He looked at his tail, brown. His fur was yellow, and, almost immediately, he realized he'd lost his sunglasses. His eyes, oblivious to most, were blue. There was a picture on his rear, a stick of butter. He had also acquired a pair of wings. "W-where am I?" Adam asked. Suddenly, his friend Mitch's voice ran through his head. Alright, we're all bronies here, what's your favorite episode? His head pounded, then he realized something. His own voice sounded... younger. But how was that possible? Could he have somehow de-aged himself? "I blame Seto." Adam said to himself. "Hey, kid!" he heard a voice, "Are you lost?" Adam looked up, and saw a rainbow-maned mare. "Y-yeah." he said shakily. "You seem cool, what's your name?" she asked him. From what little he knew about the show, Adam knew their names were... unique. In a rare act a genius, knowing most of the would call butter 'gold', he said, "Golden Sky." Something in Rainbow Dash's mind shifted gears. She, for some reason, wanted to give this foal a good home, maybe temporarily, maybe not. "Where are your parents?" she asked. "I don't have any." Sky said, being a genius again. "Why don't you come home with me, if it doesn't work out, it doesn't work out." Rainbow Dash smiled, "Maybe it'll be permanent." "Maybe..." Sky tried playing the part of a foal. ******* That night, Sky laid in the extra bed at Rainbow Dash's house. If all went right, this could be his room. He would grow up again, go back to school. He could make friends, it could be nice. Don't tell me you've forgotten about me, Sky.
Chapter 5: Return of Skybrine The pony who wore the amulet laughed. Followed by the others next to him. The laughed menacingly, as if they knew what the others didn't. "You thought we were gone." MinecraftUniverse said, though his eyes were now blank, and a sort of spike curved around certain parts of his body. "You were wrong." Deadlox smiled. He unfolded huge black wings, and his eyes glowed purple. "We are back to kill you." Sky said, his eyes glowing yellow. "Jason?" Sundee asked. "Ty?" Bajan asked. "Adam?" Seto asked. "G's?" Jerome asked. "That's not us." Sky said. "No..." Seto said, "Not-" "Not what?" Sky asked, "Not Skybrine? Oh I'm so scared. It's. Fucking. Skybrine." "Same here." WitherMU said. "Ditto." Enderlox said. "Golden?" a voice said. "Onyx!" another said, "Are you okay?" "Fridge, what in tarnation were you thinkin' runnin' off like that?" Another voice came. "Oh my, Deadset, what happened?" a quiet voice said. "Star Guide, darling, what are those?!" a shocked voice stated. "Sun Dial!" an excited voice said. "SHUT UP ALL OF YOU!!!" Skybrine said, "It's not Golden Sky, or Onyx, or any of those FUCKING names!! It never was!!!" "Golden..." Rainbow said, "What happened to your eyes?" "I SAID SHUT UP!!!" Skybrine said, "I opened that portal for one fucking reason, to kill those two!!!" He pointed at WitherMU and Enderlox. "No way!" Enderlox shouted, "I'll kill you!!" "Excuse me, but what's going on?" Fluttershy asked Mitch. "They have these... 'alternate' personalities inside them." Mitch said, "They always fight." "How?" Rainbow Dash asked. "Because Sky saved Herobrine." Seto said. "And Jason and Ty saved Wither and the Ender Dragon." Quentin said. "How do y'all know 'bout this?" Applejack asked. "We aren't from here..." Ian sighed. "Sun Dial?" Pinkie asked. "I'm sorry, Pinkie. It's... Ian." he didn't look at her, "And that's Mitch, Seto, Jerome, Quentin, Adam, Ty, and Jason. But now..." He looked at his three friends fighting. "It's Skybrine, WitherMU, and Enderlox." Jerome frowned. Meanwhile in Sky's mind: "You ass! Get out! Don't kill them!" Haven't you caused enough damage? "I'm not letting you kill them!" Skybrine suddenly stopped fighting. "I'm ending this once and for all." he said, and fell to the ground. "Oh shit." WitherMU held his head, before going limp. "I guess..." Enderlox went limp, at last. "He's gonna kill him!" Seto's said in shock.
Chapter 6: Back Home "W-what." Sky mumbled. He remembered what had happened, and bolted straight up instantly. He felt a sharp piercing pain as he did so. "Lay down." Herobrine said, "You'll be fine, you just need rest." "You saved me." Sky said, "Again." "It's Skybrine... god damn him." Herobrine sighed. ********* Ty mumbled something "Speak up, Ty." Quentin said, "I SAID BLIND LIAR SON OF A BITCH!!" Ty said, "Sky will live. Ender Dragon contacted Herobrine, it'll be alright." "It's time to leave." Seto said. "Leave?" Twilight asked. "We aren't from here." Ian said, "Our home is Minecraft." "Why can't you stay?" Rainbow asked. "We have out duties there." Mitch said, "Sky leads and army, Seto's a sorcerer, and I own a pretty awesome arena, if I do say so myself." "CO-own." Jerome said a bit loudly. "Co-own an awesome arena." Mitch sighed. "We can stay in touch," Seto said, "But this'll be the last time we ever see you, probably." "It was fun." Pinkie said. "I-I'll miss you, Fluttershy." Deadlox said to the mare. "Expect to hear from us." Jason said, "Open the portal, Seto." "Tell Sky..." Rainbow thought, "Tell him, he was great to be around, and he's and all around awesome guy." "Goodbye, Jason." Rarity said. "Goodye, Deadset." Fluttershy cried. "Goodbye, Fridge." Applejack said. "Goodbye, Sun Dial." Pinkie sobbed. "Goobye, Onyx." Twilight said. "Goodbye, Sky." Rainbow whispered to the knocked out foal, "Take care." "Goodbye random ponies we don't know!" Jerome and Quentin smiled and waved. They stepped through the portal and left.
