   "Rainbow Dash," Sky asked three weeks later at breakfast, "Do I have to go to school?"

   "When it comes around." Rainbow said, shoveling some of her cereal into her mouth, "I suggest you meet a few ponies before."

   Sky gulped, he hadn't made friends with a kid since he was one. "I'm not sure how." he said.

   "Just ask to play with them if they seem nice." Rainbow said, "If they aren't, move on." She leaned back in her chair.

   "Alright, can you fly me down?" he looked at his wings.

   "Sure."

   "Hi," Sky said to one colt, who seemed alone, "I'm Golden Sky. Do you wanna play?"

   "I'm S-" he started, before catching his mistake and restarting, "I'm Onyx." Onyx was a white unicorn, with a brown mane and eyes. His cutie mark was a book that seemed familiar to Sky.

   "Come on, let's go play with this ball!" Onyx's purple magic levitated a beach ball.

   "Okay!"

   "And then we tried to play tag, but there were only two of us." Sky said.

   "It's good to have friends going into school." Rainbow Dash said, "I had this one friend, stood up for her, BAM! We both get our cutie marks!"

   "Can you tell me another story, Rainbow Dash?" Sky asked.

   "Have I ever told you about how I did a Sonic Rainboom?" she asked, "I broke the sound barrier, around your age. The most amazing ring of rainbow ever." Rainbow Dash pulled out a picture, "See?"

   "Wow..." Sky said, "Bet it looks more amazing in real life."

   "How about I teach you to fly?" Rainbow Dash asked.

   "Really?" Sky asked.

   "Your a pegasus, it's in your blood." Rainbow smiled.

   "Thanks, Rainbow."

   "No problem, Sky."
