A dark grey unicorn with brown hair wearing a red jacket snuck across the streets of Ponyville. He didn`t know what time it was, but it was almost dawn. He started to panic and rushed through the alleyways until he came to a dead end. His name was Revan RavenHoof, and he had a mission. He was a mercenary, but some called him a demon. They just couldn’t trust his intense blood-red eyes. He didn’t mind, even though his eyes had gotten him kicked out of the academy when he was suspected of studying black magic. Not that he did, of course. He was actually a really nice guy, at least as far as mercenaries go.
The plan was to sneak into the Canterlot palace and steal the amazingly awesome sword of alliteration. Revan really thought that was the stupidest name for a sword ever. Those thoughts lead him to inspect his own sword, Kverst. He had stolen it from a necromancer a couple years back, on his very first mission. It was enchanted, and looked really badass.
He thrusted his horn through the bricks and turned his head like a key. The wall spilt apart revealing a tunnel, which he then entered. He continued down the tunnel until he reached a rather damaged wooden door. He kicked it in with little effort and proceeded into the shadows before him. He lit his horn, so he could see, but all he could manage was a dim flicker. That was unusual. He was one of the most powerful unicorns in Equestria, and he couldnt even make a light!? “Damn... so this place IS cursed.” he said under his breath. Then he remembered he had a lighter in pack, and sighed in relief. “Thank Celestia”. He lit his lighter and held it up, and realized that something wasnt right. “why are you here!?” a voice demanded. The unicorn had lighting reflexes, and immediately took out his sword, and threw it in the direction of the voice. The unicorn`s red eyes pierced the spot where the stranger lay. He gasped as soon as he saw the strangers face. He had killed princess Celestia. He dropped to his knees and fainted.
Revan RavenHoof suddenly awoke to the sound of ponies yelling and somepony carrying him across his back. He opened his eyes and saw a crowd of ponies in front of him, along with a pony who looked like a judge, but he couldn`t tell because he was still half asleep. “what the- “ he muttered. Then he remembered what had happened, and jolted himself upright. The judge noticed, and said “you have been charged with the firsthoof murder of Princess Celestia.” “Do we assume correctly, or did we miss something?” “it was a a a... accident” Revan stammered. “Accident or not, you were trepassing in the underworks of the royal castle, were you not?” “I rule the defendant guilty, and sentence him to death by hanging!” “wait!” Somepony yelled. A dark blue blur tackled Revan with a hug. “Princess Luna?” Revan thought “What the Fu-?” but his words were drowned by the collective gasps of the crowd.
“You killed my sister!” screamed Luna. “Thank you so Frickin much! I Love you!” “Now I can be Ruler of Equestria!” Luna then punched the shocked judge in the face and said “He`s with me.” Luna then jumped into the air, and dragged Revan , who was paralyzed with shock, behind her.
Epilougue
Luna went on to be a tyrannical but well-loved dictator, and pretty much forced Revan to marry her and become her king.
Revan was shocked and a little bit creeped out by Lunas insane obsession with him, but he didnt want to be killed and replaced by a straw dummy of himself, so he just gave in. He was never quite right again.
