//-------------------------------------------------------// The Fight To Free Equestria -by andrewsiefker- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 1 //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 1 My name is Sgt, Paul Johnson my team SSgt barns , PFC Phillips, Sgt  Jason, and PFC many. We are the first recon battalion in the United Stats Marine Corps. We where sent in with 9 hummves , 3 armed with MK19 grenade launchers, and 6 armed with Miniguns, 2 M1A1 Abrams, 1 Stewart, and 3 fuel tankers. We where sent by the pentagon to a Russian research facility in eastern Russia. “where in the hell are we!?” asked barns in the gunner seat. “we are 3 mikes south of the facility.” says Jason. “Why are we going there any ways?” asked Philip. “I don’t know All I know is they need the recon." I replied. *Overlord radios in* “Hitman 2-1 We have 3 Russian scientist willing to talk we will fill you in when you get there Overlord out.” “ok you heard him lets move out.” says barns. I remember joining the corps 3 years ago all of us. Barns joined because of his family wanted him to. Many joined as he promised his dad in his will. Jason joined after a bully at school kicked his ass twice, he did it so he will never be fucked with, right after he got back from his rotation he found the bully and beat his ass. Philips joined at the same time as i did. we did it as a beat to see if we would make it. First stage is 3 weeks long. So is 2nd, 3rd, and graduation. I remember 3rd stage the 3 weeks called hell week the hardest and challenging of them all. Then graduation we where called for a meeting. We where going to first recon, I was confused and happy at the same time. We all new what we where getting into, after Afghanistan we where sent back to america do to the invasion of the united states by Russian. We almost lost the war because of how unprepared we where. They started off by hacking into our radar, then hitting us from the east cost via airdrop. Manhattan and Washington DC where the worst that we're hit. The 75th ranger regiment 1st battalion and usmc first recon went after Washington DC, delta and 75th ranger regiment 2nd and 3rd battalions went for Manhattan. With in a month the eastern seaboard was taken back, and we where sent to Russia for a counter attack. In a year we controlled Russia and china because the Chinese fought with the Russian so the rangers and delta split up, the rangers went with the first recon to Russia, delta and the navy seals went for china. With in a month china surrendered to the united states. But strangely the Russian military vanished, without a trace. Not even the civilians know where they went. There where no tanks, no armored personnel carriers. We where scared that we where going into a trap. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 2 //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 2      Later At the facility the scientist told us what was going on. They told us it was a portal to a land they called equestria. We though he was lying. They showed us the portal and how it worked. It was long enough and wide enough to fit a cargo aircraft like a c-130. They said if we go through that we will have to be ready to fight our way out of the area. We got 3 extra hummves and put mini guns on them and a striker A.P.C. "We where told by HQ we have to go in for recon for invasion forces." I told my squad. "All call signs  report in" said barns " "Hitman 2-2 calling in" "Hitman 2-1 calling in" (and so on a so forth) my call sighn is hunter 2-1 actual. "ok we don't know what we are going into so charge your weapons, don't throw rounds out there. only shoot what you can hit. we don't know about toxins in the air so oxegen mask on." I said over the radio. my hummve is first in. I chamber a round in my m4a1 and I turn my helmet calm on. The portal gets closer and larger and than I ask my self what have I gotten my self into. A bright white flash goes by than suddenly I open my eyes and we are in a forest no one is around. We pull up so the others can go through the portal all we can hear is birds and the wind. I radio in saying go ahead "Hitman 2-2 this is hitman 2-1 go trough it's all clear. keep your mask on, i still need to chack the air." than one by one the convoy came trough the portal. To our surprise it was quiet,too quiet. We proceeded to drive trough the forest then we came across a little town, ponyville to be exact. "Mask off the air is all good." i said over the radio as i took off my oxegen mask. We stopped there for a map, to our surprise it was like a ghost town. Me ,barns , and many dismounted and scouted out. What I saw scared the shit out of me. "I'll go east and scout out you to stay here and try and find a map" I sed as barns and many started to look for a map. I found a sighn that read sugar cube corner I proceeded down that road I heard a horse walking behind me I turned around to finding a pink pony. I cold not level my gun fast enough before it darted to a building. I rubbed my eyes and thought it was a dream and kept walking I heard it agin but I was tackled to the ground and held there by a pony with wings with a rainbow mane. "wha-what the fuck!?" I said softly as the mare jolted into the air and vanished. I hearted over the radio my call sighn "hunter 2-1 are you ok what in the hell was that" called barns. "i-I don't know."  I replied.  my helmet cam cough the video I did not stop recording. We decided to set up camp for the night in ponyvill, that is when "they" came out. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 4 //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 4 We have arrived at sweet apple acres, "there are a lot of damn apple trees here" barns said as he picked an apple and began eating it.  "you see that barn up ahead, everypony is in there." said pinkie pie.  We approached the barn and opened the door to see 5, ponies one walked up to me, she had a white coat and purple mane. "why look at your fashion, it is to die for, digital camouflage, oh I'm sorry my name is rarity." said the white pony.  behind her has a orange pony with a blond mane "my name is apple jack y'all are welcome to stay as Long as you like." said the orange pony.  "thanks we won't be long we must get back after we talk." I said as a lavender pony walked up to me.  "my name is Twilight sparkle, you must be the marines fluttershy told us about I am happy to meet you." said the lavender pony.  in the corner of my eye I saw a blue figure dart in front of me "I'm rainbow dash the most awesome pony you will ever see." said the blue pony. I rolled my eyes and walked to twilight. "My name is Paul Johnson this is Josh barns and this is John Philips and yes we are marines. We have to ask some questions about Russian activity In this world." I said.  twilight  answered " you mean the mean guys with red banners and big machines." "Yes. where did they go" I asked. "To canterlot, the Castle on that cliff side over there." she pointed at a huge cliff side  "Is there a road leading to it?" I asked "Yes but it is a steep incline." Twilight said. I radioed in "All call signs this is hitman 2-1 we have a positive location of a Russian stronghold. We will go and soften them up over." "We have to go thank you for helping us." I said as me barns and Philips ran toward the convoy to start the assault.  We ran into a red colt with a blond mane. " y'all don't look like ya are from around here." he said  "My name is big Macintosh y'all must be them marines pinkie keeps blubbering on about." he said  "Yes we are. My name is paul Johnson this is Josh barns and this is John Philips, it was nice meeting you."  "eeyup." he said as we made our way back to our hummve.  I called over the radio. "All call signs let's move out, lock and load don't throw shots out there only shoot what you can hit over." //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 6 //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 6 There was heavy resistance in the western part of the city, there are T-90s and B.T.Rs we left our tanks at the portal along with our Stewart, than we heard over the radio the best sound ever, we had A-10 close air support along with 2 AH-1z vipers. " ground this is deadly 2-1 we will wait until hammer head does his run over." said one of the viper pilots. "thanks for coming, going west there are 3+ T-90s and 4+ B.T.Rs, don't fire on the ir strobes that is up over." I replayed back . we heard the bullets hitting the ground with a loud thud but 1000+ times than a loud and faint buzzing from the A-10 warthog it repeated 5 times then the hog left the area "ground this is hammer head we have to return to bed we will be back in eta 30 mins over but for now deadly 2-1 will take over." said the a-10 pilot.  "Ground this is deadly we are eta 3 minutes from you position, turn on ir strobes over." the viper pilot said over the radio.  "ok boys we are fighting until the vipers get here turn or strobes on so they can identify us." I said over the radio. I could hear the helicopter coming in to assist, it shot the rockets first to soften them up then shot its 30mm mg on the front the second viper came within seconds behind the first one doing the same rockets then mg. " do you see anything deadly 2-2 over." Said deadly 2-1 "negative we got em'." replied deadly 2-2.  "thanks for the assist, we cane take it from here over." I said "Roger that hunter 2-1." said the pilot as they flew off to we south toward and past ponyvill we now hold canterlot but there are still Russians not giving up but they ran out of ammo fast,the fight for canterlot only took 6 hours, 3,000 Russian soldiers died and 100 P.O.Ws we lost 3 marines and 2 where evacuated via helicopter. We look around and we found a map of Equestria, apparently we are in a world called Equestria and we where do west of a place called Manehatan. It was the main stronghold of the Russians and needed to take it ,if we took Manehatan we will gain Dominic over the Russians but for now we have to get a base of operations going we now have Canterlot and we gave it to the ponies as a piece offering to let them know we are here to help. In the plains is where we are set up we have a airfield with no pavement it is just packed down dirt, along with portable hangers, we have ainti air batteries along with artillery,and mortars ,15 hummves, 20 m1a1 Abrams, 15 strikers, and 10 Stewarts. We have 20 A-10 warthogs, 20 F-18 hornets , 15 AH-1z Vipers, 15 CH-46 sea knights, 15 UH-1Y venoms, 15 MV-22 volts, and 15 UH-60 black hawks, and 6 Lockheed AC-130u Spookies. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 8 //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 8 The sound of explosions from artillery woke me up 2 minutes before we had to attack. "ALRIGHT LADY'S GET UP, GET UP WE ARE MOVING OUT." yelled the commanding officer. I started walking Dow the long hall, to the right down the hall was the exit. The ground, walls, and steeling where shaking like the walls where going to give in and collapse. "On your feet Marine, we are oscaremic." barns  told Philips as he tossed how m16a4 to him. The sounds of the A-10 flying around and doing gun runs and enemy mortars hitting around the bunker was rumbling through the bunker. We made our way out of the bunker to see fellow marines firing at a 10 story building on the top left corner of the building was destroyed but standing, we could see javelins being fired at our tanks and a sniper rifle shooting at the gunners.  My call sign was called over the radio "hunter 2-1 your squad needs to take that crows nest in that building thay are takeing our tanks out over." called the UAV drone controller.  "roger that, we are on our way over" I replayed.  "that's our call lets move out." I yelled. We where walking through trenches marines that where giving us suppressing fire where being killed left and right. The 60 that we had at the beginning was brought down to 52 before we could get in side the building and 2 more where killed when we walked in. "RPGs ON THAT BALCONY OPEN FIRE OPEN FIRE." yelled Philips.  it was heavy fighting when we got to the seconded floor it got worst was we got to the 9th floor. The 5th floors we lost 10 men. The fuckers where in a hole in the wall took 5 of us to get him. The other 5 where killed takeing the crows nest. But we took it. "hunter 2-1 we have enemy tanks moving on to the bunks and medical evacuation sight you need to use the enemy javelin to take out the tanks." said the UAV controller.  "Roger that." I replayed.  "Barns, Philips take the javelins I'll get the .50 call and take out enemy ground troops." I yelled.  "Roger that." replayed barns and Philips There where 6 tanks " I'll take the ones on the front you take the ones  in the back." barns said to Philips  " ok on your mark." Philips replayed "2 targets 11:00 on the move clear a back blast." yelled barns as he fired the javelin followed by Philips shot. "2 tanks down 4 left." said barns  " 2 targets 12:00 one on the move one still, clear a back blast." yelled barns as he fired the second shot followed by Philips shot.  "2 left I repeat 2 left." yelled barns happily but still angry after watching most of our guys get slaughtered in front of him.  " targets 1:00 on the move clear a back blast." barns yelled as the last shot went followed by Philips final shot.  "targets down I repeat targets down good hit." yelled barns as he through down the javelin. "Hunter 2-1 you have massive enemy troops moving to your position, there is evac on the roof waiting for you and your squad, you are need at the docks to aid in he assault we will give you more info on your way." said the UAV controller.  "Roger that. Squad we have to go now!" I yelled as we ran for a door leading to the roof.  a soldier with a shotgun shot the door hinges and kicked in the doors as what was left of first recon ran to the roof. There was little resistance toward the roof. There where only 20 of us left 10 of us got onto a black hawk the other 10 got in to another behind us. They pulled up beside us. We could here evac sights being told to get guys out. There was to much resistance. We heard over the radieo from HQ."evacuation order april, i say agin evacuaton order april get the hell out of there." happen next brought a tear to my eye and made barns scream. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 9 //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 9 "NO!" barns yelled at the top of his lungs as the black hawk next to us was hit by an RPG, burst into flames, and hit the ground with a large explosion.  "Black hawk down, black hawk down." the black hawk pilot said over the radio to command. "get on that mini gun and take out those RPGs in that building." the pilot said to me.  I started firing at anything that moved on roof tops and in windows that were firing at us. Than we had 2 RPG, 1 hiting nicking the tail of the black hawk.  "RPG HANG ON TO SOMETHING." yelled the pilot as the RPG Nicked the tail. "We still have pressure on the pedals." said the pilot  "hunter 2-1 there is a very large anti air missile post on the building above you." said the UAV controller. "We are loosing altitude. Said the pilot. " take us above the building if we die we take as many as we can." I said. I looked at every one in the helicopter and they nodded knowing we where going down eather way. they knew dieing from a helicopter going down or die heroes they pointed ther guns out the right side doors ready to fire.  "OPEN FIRE OPEN FIRE." I yelled as everyone opens fire. "We are hit and going down." the pilot said as the tail rudder blew out and we went into a clockwise spiral to the ground. " mayday mayday we are going down In Zulu exray fox-" said the pilot right before we hit the ground. I woke up to see barns, Philips, many, and Jason fighting, defending the downed black hawk. many looked at me and handed me my M4 " take this and stay down." his final words right when he was shot in the back of the head. I started firing at silowets running towards our position.  Philips looked at me and said " Johnson last mag make it count."  "tracers 3 rounds left." yelled barns as he stook his head out and look for targets, he was shot in the head but his mich 2000 helmet saved his life.  I popped the magazine into my M4 and started firing at the Russian soldiers. There where Russian transports fast roping in troops to kill us and there was a attack helicopter with a spot light looking for us to show our position. The light was bright it looked as if the gates to heaven opened up to let us in. Suddenly the light went off and I looked in the sky and saw a big ball of fire and a rings of fire, than all of  the helicopters fell out of the sky, a f-18 hit the building to the left of us, Jason moved the chunk of propeller from on top of my legs so I could run.  "Holly shit!" yelled barns as helicopters where falling out of the sky like rain.  "get off the streets now!" I yelled  "WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!?" yelled Jason  "JUST RUN." I yelled "WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON!?" Barns asked "EMP!" Philips yelled.  "over there get in side!" I yelled as the 9 of us ran to a hole in the ground floor of a building.  Then a loud explosion rang out and made all of us hit the ground.  " Russians got us out numbers shits falling from the sky we are screwed man war tot-." I enturupted barns  "shut up our guns work so we can still kick some ass." I said.  "Stay here." I said as I opened the door. " you going out there are you nuts?!" said Philips. "It's clear c'mon we still have a war to fight!"I said  as we walked out the doors.  barns asked me " are your optics out."  "yeah my sight is out" I replayed. "my sight is out to this is weird." Said Philips.  "I never thought Id say this but I wish I had my iron sight right now." said Jason "thanks for reminding us." I said as me, Philips, and barns, and Jason took our optics off and flipped up our iron sights.  "We never leave with out em'." I said. We turned a corner to se a downed AC-130. "Oh man there isn't a street light for miles." said barns  "Philips take point." I said to Philips. "OORAH." Philips replied. "Stare...stare or we will fire on you." said Philips to a us marine.  " I don't remember the damn countersign I'm just a runner." said the marine. "the answer is Texas, soldier." I told him. "you need to get to the stock extange corporeal James is planing an attack on the extange." said the marine as he started to run of toward the bunker where we came from.  " where are you going?" I asked "to tell the others." said the marine. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 10 //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 10 The marine disappeared into the night.  "you heard the man lets get to the stock exchange, let's move." I called to what's left of first recon.  There was a building we had to go through to get to a bunker leading in front of the exchange. "All coms are down not a damn light for miles." Said Jason.  " I hope they got out before the attack." said barns. "I don't know if they did, but who ever sayed is dead." I replied. "now common we wave to get trough this building." Philips said. "Jason take point." I said.  "Roger that." he replied. On the Seconded floor was a double doors leading to 2 rooms and we had to get to them. The last room was hit by our artillery. "Jason take point at the door." I said.  "Roger." Jason replied. He tuned the doorknob a said "star" as he opens the door but only to be gunned down by Russian soldiers. Philips threw a flashing into the room as we rushed it and all Russians where wiped out with in seconds. Room 2 was harder but we wiped them out in minutes.  "there dead right!?" Philips yelled.  "I think they are." I replayed as we jumped out of the hole in the building leading to stares to a parking lot. There was a dead marine laying on the ground. "Philips your up, check for vitals." I said as Philips checked for a pulse. "he's gone."said Philips "alright, let's keep moving." I said. It started to rain, and the temp dropped.  "I don't know what's worst, man dodging falling helicopters of freezing my ass of in a street." said Philips  "contact, 3 foot mobiles on top of that BTR" I whispered to every one. "Get closer and get a beater shot." said barns.  "Target in rang." replayed every one. "take em' out." I said as everyone took a shot hitting there targets. "what about the ones in there?" asked barns and pointed to the BTR.  "what about em'." Philips replayed. There where 5 more Russians in the street. "Contacts." said barns. I picked up a flare and threw it at them and yelled "Stare." we gunned them down before they knew what happened. "I'll take point."I said.  we made our way to a bank with an under ground bunker for storing money. "I'll take point." I said as we walked into the building.  "feet dry." said barns jokingly  "OORAH." said Philips.  We made our way to stairs they lead to a long hallway than making a right to another stair case leading down to the bunker. "Dude check out the door, this thing could stop a nuke." Said barns.  " man eather way this place is history, hope they got out." replayed Philips. We jumped down and made our way down a bombed out bunker and made a right to see corporal James he bind cover with binoculars looking at the stock exchange. "The exchange is the only thing with a working radio we need to get in there if your squad can retake it." said corporal James. "Roger that squad on me we need to take there left flanke." I yelled.  loud "OORAH!" was let out by the remaining 8 of us. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 11 //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 11 We started to make a plan. "I say we should run to there left flank and have the guys on the M240 bravos give us covering fire." said barns.  "That's a good idea." I said. "we should do it." said Philips. "alright everyone that has a M240 bravo ,a M60e4 or a M249 give us covering fire on my mark." the 8 of us prepared for the final push to take Manehatan. "COVERING FIRE'" I yelled as MG fire rang out and we ran to there left flank. "Don't stop keep going." yelled barns. "Enemy on the roofs." yelled Philips.  We took out the the MG nest on the balcony of the Exchange before we got to it. We opened the front doors to see a huge office on the right. We entered the room and on the radio was the worst message to get.  "120 seconds till weapons release." said an f-18 pilot.  "barns get the door." I yelled. "dude are you getting this?" he asked.  "that's why we have to move now get the door." I yelled.  Barns shot the lock leading to the main lobby leading to a broken down escalator. But there was heavy resistance.  "barns 3 enemy's to your right." I said.  "got it got it!" he replied.  "We have to move we have 90 seconds." I yelled.  We shot up the escalators and to a staircase leading to a hole in the building that was hit by a rocket. But there was 5 rooms before that. "30 seconds let go let's go!" I yelled. "green flares for friendly fire over." said a f-18 pilot. "Get your green flares out." barns said as he pulled his out and lighting them by hitting the wall.  I grabbed my flares. the 2 of us started waving them so the fighters would not level all of Manehatan. "Abort! Abort weapons drop!" we heard over the radio was the f-18 pilot.  As the jets shot by we looked over what was left of the city. Where green flares and green smoke in buildings saying they are clear. "when do we go home?" asked barns. "not soon enough." I replayed "when the time is right, barns, when the time is right." said Philips. We made our way to the roof for evac. We where happy we made it out. But we all gave a moment of silence for the 52 marines in the first recon that died today. "the dead will be sent home tomorrow." I said. "Those men died for a reason I'd give anything to bring them back. we should have died at the black hawk. But remember we have to carry on, for them, for the corps, for America, and for Equestria, what we have done today changed the tide of this war. The men that died today earned the right to be called heroes, so have we. Today we fought hard we saved lives. Never forget what happened here today. Semper fi." I said. The black hawk picked us up and we where taken back to the airfield. We where flying back then, I say a blue Pegasus flying right next to us. "rainbow dash." I said as the Pegasus flew to Ponyvill.  " Johnson you look like shit man." said Philips. I was starting to tear up. And was almost about to start sobbing but I couldn't fight it. I started to cry just knowing people i have known for years, just died in one day and I couldn't do anything to bring them back. We arrived at the airfield. We took off our vest and helmets and we all went to sleep after doing the 21 gun salute for the fallen. there was not a dry eye that Knight. The marines are the toughest but we still have hearts. Thousands of marines died today, men that I have fought with for years my family, dead and I can't do anything to bring them back. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 12 //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 12 The next day we went to Ponyvill to tell the ponies what had happened. We sooted up into our gear, vest, helmets, everything. We left in a hummve with a .50 cal mounted on top barns took the gunner seat. Philips sat in the back left seat. The drive seemed like hours, going through the woods. We arrive at ponyvill to be greeted by twilight and the others, the mayor called for a meeting. "Alright everypony settle down we have a message from the marines." said the mayor is I stepped up.  "Manehattan is under our control fillydelphia will be attacked in 3 days then we will leave Equestria. Manehattan or what's left of it, will be given back to Equestria, we will help rebuild Manehattan. The Russians will be the ones to pay and rebuild. We will be here for 3 days and then we will go to fillydelphia." I said as I walked off the stage. We walked around Ponyvill and wound up going to twilights place. She asked us questions. " what are you exactly." asked twilight. " we are humans." I said. "I looked into what you call earth it says there are countries. What country are you from." she asked. " United States of American." said barns. "it also said there are stats in America, what state are you guys from?" she asked. "I'm from Georgia." said barns.  "me and Philips are from Alabama. We graduated together and went though basic training together." I said.  "where are the other 2?" twilight asked. "they died yesterday taking Manehattan." I said  "oh I'm sorry." she said as the other 5 walked in to see the 3 of us. "Well I'll be y'all came back." said apple jack. " look at your uniforms they are filthy let me wash them." said rarity.   "you look hurt and tired." said fluttershy. "Let's throw a PARTY!" screamed pinkie pie. "why throw a party?" asked rainbow dash. "because these are our friends and they are freeing us from the mean russians!" said pinkie. "what ever." said rainbow. " I saw you guy on the flying thing going back to your base, that thing is fast but is i-" said rainbow as I cut her off "yes it is 10x faster than you." i said as she laughed. "We have to go back to base we will be back tomorrow." I said. We went back to our hummve and made our way back to base for the night. The eyes of many burned into my memory haunts me to this day. My friend died in front of me, he looked me dead in the eyes, as he was shot in the back of the head. He had a wife and son. //-------------------------------------------------------// chapter 13 //-------------------------------------------------------// chapter 13      The next day we retuned to see the 6 ponies along with Princess celestia and luna. "I see you have taken back manehattan, I also see you are suffering from depression. What happend?" asked celestia. “ I just lost almost all of my men last night. My closest friends many and Jason died, many was shot in the head and I looked him in the eyes when it happend, I see his eyes every time I close my eyes." I said as I began to tear up. I fought the tears as hard as I could. “We are sorry that that happend, no one should ever go through that. Fillydelphia has some ponies left. They formed militias to fight but the this army you are fighting is to strong.” said Luna “In 24 hours the battle in fillydelphia starts. We are geting reinforcements in 5 hours. We will leave once fillydelphia is under our controll." I said. “ will you occupie us once you do get fillydelphia." asked celestia. “No. We will have men help rebuild equestria. After that the telaporter will be destroyed." I said “you can't we need some one to help protect us incase it happens agin." said twilight. I thought about it then I realized that my squad can live in the everfreen forest. But then agin we won't be able to see our families. “we can try and have a occupational force here or at lease train some of you men for combat.” said Philips. “What happen to barns? Why dose he have a bandage on his head for?" asked fluttershy. “ he got shot in the head, fuckin bullet magnet." I said as barns started laughing. “aww. Are you ok?" asked fluttershy as barns started blushing. We made our way to the everfree forest. It was not long befor we found a hut. A zebra walked out a talke to me. “ I haven't seen you in des parts befor. Are you the reason pinkiepie keeps talking about you three. Any way my name is zecora." said the zebra “Listen we need you help for my friend. He is hurt bad." Bragging rights actually." said barns as he put his helmit with the bullet hole in it back on. “ thank you zecora. We must leave. And drove back to base. //-------------------------------------------------------// prologue //-------------------------------------------------------// prologue        After the invasion of the united states in October 21st, 2015 by Russian forces we made a counter attack but what we did not know is what we where about to witness. During world war 2 two German scientist by the names DR. Fredrick Austerlitz and DR. Edward Beckenbauer. The German scientist where research for transportation and weapons for the German military during ww2. Both scientist didn't expect to build a portal. They tried to build a teleported to get troops to the battlefield quickly and in the process built a portal. The telaporter was built for transportation purposes that did not expect the portal to open. On  the other side of the portal stood what called its self a “Pegasus”. The scientist where confused as of what they where witnessing. Experiments was done to the “Pegasus” as a result the creature died. It was near the end of the war and the Russians where moving fast. They destroyed the portal and hid it away in a cave system in eastern Berlin. On November 3rd, 2012 the Russians found the portal and rebuilt it using the blueprints they found on sight. In august 3rd,2015 the Russians invaded the United States of America and was nearly lost by the Russians but when delta forces pushed the Russians back to the east coast the fighting in America ended as a counter attack we invaded Russia. It was than we discovered the portal we captured the men that where station there and they told us what it was. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 3 //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 3 "Barns you here that" I said. "don't get out" barns said as Philips got his M16a4 and got out. "don't get out I'll be back in a sec" Philips said as he left the hummve. We heard gun fire so me and barns ran to see if Philips was ok he was behind a tree wheezing, he'd had the look of fear in his eyes. a yellow creature walked over to us. " i'm sorry for scarring you are you ok?" the yellow creature said. " HOLY SHIT!" barns screamed. I slapped him and told him to shut up. " my name is Paul Jonson, this is Josh Barns, and this is John Philips. We are unites stats marines." "oh so nice to meet you I am Flutter shy my friends Pinkie pie and rainbow dash told me about creature that walks on its hind legs and is tall, my friends would love to meet you." said Fluttershy. "can it Waite till morning." Cried barns. "oh that's fine." Fluttershy said. The next day the 3 of us woke up to a pink pony standing in front of me, it scared the shit out of us. The pink pony said happily. "you must be the marines Fluttershy was telling us I am so happy to meet you I'm Pinkie pie." said pinkie pie. "i am paul Johnson, this is Josh barns, and this is john Philips, and yes we are the marines." I told pinkie pie "you have to come and meet my friends." she said happily. "can you let us get ready give us 5 minuets." I told Pinkie pie  "ok I'll wait" said Pinkie pie. " Soo where do we go?" asked barns.  "sweet apple acres, that is where every one is." Pinkie pie said. barns said under his breath " I could go for a beer."  "what's a beer." Pinkie pie asked  "you don't have alcohol in this world?" asked barns  "oh yes we do we don't call it beer we call it Cider for adults." Pinkie pie said as she skipped along.  "I could go for some right about now." barns said as he took a drink from his camel bak.  " when do we get to shoot something." Philips asked me "not soon enough." barns replied. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 5 //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 5 "Target 1 click north lets stop here and check weapons and ammo and batteries for night vision and flashlights, I.R strobes and IFF tabs and IFF flag patches on this is not Afghanistan." I said.  every one checks there gear loads in tracers after the 3rd round so we know to reload. "the target is canterlot, it is one of many strong holds here, if we take canterlot we have a good chance on taking equestria." I said. "We will have 2 Ah-1z vipers for close air support but it will take a while so a soon as we take canterlot we have a head quarters as well. Let's give em' hell."i said as a loud yell came from the whole battalion "OORAH". "Mount up and move out" I yelled. All hummves started up and began moving it felt like seconds and we could see canterlot. When we rolled up it was empty....or so we thought. we made it past the gate than an ambush happened. "Do you see em' do you see em'." yelled barns  "Roger that roll em' up roll em' up." Philips yelled.  the mini guns opened fire followed by the Mark-19. "3 story building to our right 2nd floor open fire open fire." I yelled. "RPG" barns yelled as a RPG rocket shot by followed by 3 more.  an RPG rocket went off in front of my hummve but we kept going. "target 12:00 high 2nd floor" one marine yelled to another "Got it got it."the marine yelled back. We finally reached the main courtyard and we dismounted leaving the gunners and drivers in the hummves.  "Hallway clear." I yelled "Clear right, clear left" barns yelled. "Stairs clear." Philips yelled. I heard over the radio that we found a dungeon under canterlot. We made our way to the dungeon. "Contact hold your fire." I yelled there laying on the ground unconscious where to alicorns as twilight told me one white and one a night sky color. "Are you ok" I asked the white one. "Y-yes ...wait who are you what are you what is going on."asked the white alicorn, "It's ok what's your name?" I asked "I'm princes Celestia, and this is my sister Luna, those things brought us down here after they killed my guards, who are you, what are you?" Celestia asked "We are marines my name is paul Johnson, this is Josh barns, and this is John Philips" I said. The battle was fare from over the russians still fraught hard till there dieing breath. We may have won the battle but not the war. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 7 //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 7 24 hours after we gave the go ahead a full invasion force came in the us army, the 75th ranger regiment, delta force, navy seals, air force, and marines. The navy seals went on a kill or capture mission for the Russian officers and generals. Delta and rangers went for fillydelphia but the assault there doesn't happen until manehatan is under our Control. The air force is split up between the rangers and delta and the navy seals, the marines do not need the air force because we have our own trained pilots. There is 60 total in the first recon and 24,000 other marines total and another 24,000 on the ready we will fast rope in via black hawk and evac will be by air via black hawk or sea Knight as well. We will have A-10 close air support as well as AH-1z viper close air support. F-18 fighter jets will be in the air to take out any enemy jets.we will have 2 AC-130u gunship support as well. Our plan will be to be entered in the south of the city at a bunker the Russians built but was abandoned and forgotten for some reason so we are on our way there. "All call signs get ready we are ETA 60 seconds from the drop zone over." I said over the radio  "how big is the city sir." asked barns "we don't know but what we do know is there are A.G.M missiles in the city so we will not be able to be evacuated until the sights are out." I said "30 seconds" said the pilot.  I turned on my helmet camera put a mag in my M4a1 and chambered a round and turned on my acog. The black hawk slowed to a stop and we dropped the ropes and one by one we fasted roped out  "go go go go go." I yelled as we left the helicopter one by one.  It was all over within a minuet or two. We made our way to the bunker to be met by us marines at the bunker . They called the counter sign "stare!" yelled a marine from the bunker.  "Texas" I replayed. "go ahead" he said back as we moved forward and we got to the bunker. "our assault will be tonight as dawn, so rest up, get batteries for night vision and flash light, get ready to fight as soon as we leave this bunker because there is a crows nest with javelins and a .50 cal sniper." said one for the marine in charge of the assault.  "what if things get to hot, is there a evacuation order?" asked barns.  "yes the code word is evacuation order April." said the man in charge. "Roger that" replied barns.  "get some sleep every one we attack in 2000 hours." said the officer in charge.  "OORAH" said every marine in the room. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 14 //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 14      We retuned to the base to brief the new men who where sent in we had a meating to brief every one on the mission in fillydelphia. We had a good bit of the army and mariens sent in including all of the usmc's first, second, and third recon. Along with the 75th ranger regiment first, second, and third battalions and delta force. “Alright, here is the plan." I said as I tuned on a projecter with pictures of fillydelphia. “Delta and rangers will be airdropped in via black hawks and little birds. The mariens will come in through the fields on the north, west, and south. Delta and rangers will take out mg positions and provide sniper fire, we will clear the streets and get any civilians out. There are militias that have gone into hiding so try not to shoot them. We attack at 1200 hours tomarrow so get some shut eye. We will have little birds armed with mini guns and rockets to provide close air support and ac-130 along with A-10s. There are tanks so the A-10 will do what there can. We will have Abrams to finish what's left of enemy tanks. That is all." I said to all the men and women in front of me. I upgraded to a scar-h and a 1911. I will keep the acog on it and I'll put a ford grip on it along with a suppressor. I left the flip up sights on it just incas. It's starting to get cold, guess its fall.
