Sailor Twilight

Twilight had just awoken from her sleep. Already smiling as she peeks through her window, the sun shined brightly in her face. every thing was perfect in Ponyville, the birds chirping and the flowers blooming. She even saw many friendly faces minding their own business as they walked around.

"What a beautiful day to wake up. My Ponyville is just a real sight to see in the morning".

The lavender mare then got up from her bed and gently trotting down the stairs. She was still a bit sleepy due to the fact that she just woke up. But then saw Spike cooking dinner in the kitchen.

"Good morning Spike", Twilight greeted as she sat down on the table."Mmmmhh, Spike that smells delicious". She said as she sniffed the Aroma coming from Spike.

"Oh, hey Twilight. Got some pancakes here. There's nothing like a great breakfast to start off a great morning". Twilight chuckled a bit.

"Well thank you very much chef Spike", she complimented him as he put the pancakes in front of her.

"It's really nothing, just something I've whipped up. Oh and Twilight, Rarity said she wanted to see you this afternoon". Spike said, just remembering the news Rarity told him before.

"Really, what for"? She asked with a curious tone.

"I'm not really sure. Something about trying a new dress".

"Well then, if Rarity is asking then I better see what it is".

"Sooooooo, do you think Rarity would like a sombrero or a top hat"? Spike asked which hat would Rarity like. Twilight only chuckled as they continued talking."Come on Twilight, I need to know if Rarity is into these type of things.

"Just keep eating romeo", Twilight said while she rolled her eyes. Once she was done, she set off to Rarity's place for whatever business was needed there.

"So what did you want me to do again"? Twilight asked Rarity. After Twilight got to the Carousel Boutique, Rarity has been just all over her.

"It's something very special darling", Rarity answered with excitement in her voice."For the next Canterlot fashion show, I have made a new masterpiece".

"Well then, Seeing as how you've made it, I'm sure it would be pretty promising. But why do you need me here"?

"I need you to try it. You are the only mare for the job and I just thought you would look lovely in it". Rarity said as she went through a door."Stay right there".

As she came out, with her was a manikin. On it was a white gown-looking dress, with some midnight blue collars around it. It had many starts on it, a very pretty bow in the middle with a pink gem. On the bottom was a skirt with the same blue and stars as the collar and bow. It also has white gloves and leggings around it. With 6-pointed stars at the bottom.

"Here it is darling. I just made it and it sure matches you in every way".

Twilight could only blush in slight embarrassment."It's really nice Rarity, but, but doesn't it look kinda girly".

"What ever do you mean Twilight? This is my new sailor dress and I just really need you to try it".

"But it's really not-... Before Twilight could finish her sentence, Rarity gave her puppy dog eyes.

"Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaasse", She said dramaticaly."I know it's not your style but I just need somepony to try it out.

"Fine", was all Twilight said as she leaned her head down in exhaustion.

"Alright Twilight, you can come out now", Rarity called to Twilight who was behind some white curtains.

As Twilight stepped out, she couldn't help but blush even more than last time. This really wasn't her style. She looked all cute, and fluffy, and girly.

"Don't you just look smashing", Rarity through in a compliment."I'm sure to win the fashion show now.

"It's really nice Rarity but how long do I have to keep this on"?

"Just about 20 minutes. That should be plenty of time for me to examine it".

Twilight only sighed.

Just then, Rainbow Dash walked in the room."Hey girls, whats happening"?

"Oh, nothing much", Rarity responded."Twilight is just helping me out with my new sailor dress", She said as she pointed to the lavender mare.

"Hahahahahahahahahaha", Rainbow only laughed as she witnessed Twilight in the girliest dress she had ever seen."Wow Twilight, I didn't know you were into that kind of stuff.

"Hey, I am not", She argued."I'm just helping Rarity with an outfit of her's".

"Doesn't she just look amazing as a sailor", Rarity added.

Just when things couldn't get any worse, Spike walked in."Hey Rarity, check out my new sombrero", He said as he pointed to the Mexican hat on top of his head. Then he looked at twilight.

"Hah, That's a good look for you". he said with a teasing tone.

Twilight only blushed harder."Will you guys stop it."I'm even into this kind of stuff. Like I said before", Twilight said but with an angry tone.

"Oh hush darling, You look splendid". Rarity said as she got some more jewels.

Then Celestia walked in the room."Hello my fateful stu-... she was cut short as she looked at Twilight."My my my, I didn't know you were into fashion Twilight".

Then they all started laughing as Rarity added some gold ribbons on the dress. Twilight sighed and lowered her head."This is gonna be a long day".
