The Elements of Harmony have been proven very effective as a last line of defense against Equestria's foes. Time after time, they have managed to unite in the face of a common enemy of their nation. Without them, Equestria would be much more vulnerable to the forces of darkness.

But the forces of darkness always find a way. What if the Elements were no longer quite so harmonious?

Enter five, extremely unwilling humans. They are quite possibly the least harmonious bastards on this side of the universe. When one of them performs a Satanic ritual he found in a book given to him by a guy that sounded a bit like Q from Star Trek, they are warped into the magical world of Equestria, where magical horses roam, talk, and do people things.

How joyous.

Instead of being in their normal bodies, as they would most likely prefer, they find themselves transplanted into the bodies of each of the Elements of Harmony, all except for the body of Twilight, which is less than ecstatic about its friends being possessed by psychopaths.

Will they be able to find their true friendship and magical potential before Equestria's darkest day is upon them?

Yeah, probably not.
