Don’t own Transformers or My Little Pony: Friendship is magic.
So yeah, this is going to be another story I want to try out since I haven’t seen too many of these. And if you’re wondering how a Grimlock/huge herd is going to work, well you have to read to find out. And Grimlock will be a bit OOC in this story but not by much. So the warnings are pretty much the same, Lime and lemon scenes, violence, mild foul language, and other stuff to. And this will be after season three.

WELCOME TO EQUESTRIA TRANSFORMER
The world seem to be dark and with no signs of life whatsoever. It all feels like a dream but it still feels like you are in the real world as well, in-between the world of life and world of slumber. Then something starts to come into focus, light and shapes started to form in front of his vision. A low deep groan came from a large being made of metal, circuitry, and great power. The being was confused and has no idea what was going on. It couldn’t remember much, on its name and what it is.
“Wha…what happen? Where…where…am…can’t think straight…can’t remember anything…not even name…wait…name is Grimlock…Grimlock remembers last being at the tower and it was going to blow up. Grimlock remembers it being so bright and felt the energy overcome me plus all this green stuff……wait…GREEN STUFF!?” There's one known as Grimlock shot up in a sitting position.
Grimlock looked around and found he was in an organic place filled with trees, bushes, vines, flowers and other things as well. A forest if he remembered the name correctly was the place he thinks he’s in. However this forest was giving off an unusual slightly creepy feeling that he couldn’t shake it off, something about this place was more than meets the eye. (AN: I couldn’t help it I just had to have that line in this story. It’s a Transformers story after all, you gotta have it. I think its law to have it too. Anywho, back to the story.) But the question is how did he get here in the first place. The last place was the tower so how did he get here?
“The Space Bridge Tower was collapsing and a bright light engulf Grimlock…but…did tower bring me here? Only thing that makes sense to me so far. So the tower sends Grimlock to new planet then…scrap! Of all the times Grimlock has bad luck…but better than the inferno Grimlock suppose.” He sighed.
Grimlock looked around the forest as if he was trying to find the answer to his questions. But seeing only plant life so far he figure he might as well check out the area. Standing up he brushed off the dirt and started walking forward seeing if he can find anything remotely Cybertronian anywhere though it was a slim chance. While walking Grimlock notice his body felt different, as though it was modified somehow. He decided to do a quick diagnostic scan of his structure and organs. After a few minutes his results came up. Nothing seemed to be out of whack however it seems his T-cog is now fully operational meaning he doesn’t need to be in rage to transform.
“Nmm, at least that’s some good news. Always pain to never change when Grimlock wants to…seems though can’t scan new form…looks like Grimlock is stuck as Dinobot for now……my team! Where is team!? Grimlock to team relay your location……Snarl? Swoop? Slug? Anybot there…slag can’t get anything, radio is useless! Looks Like only Grimlock is in this whatever place alone.” Grimlock sighed as he continue his walk through the forest.
Small quakes were felt from Grimlock’s steps as he tries to find a temporary place to stay since it is obvious he was stuck on whatever planet he was on for now. Grimlock does another scan of what is still operational. Radio was useless as he couldn’t send or receive anything as all he was getting was static and not all his systems were back online thanks to that energy wave from the tower meaning his scanners as down as well. His weapons were still active as well as his basic functions plus he can transform so for now he can make do with the situation he’s in. But he knows problems will surface soon for him, however for now he’s fine.
“There’s got to something useful to Grimlock a cave or maybe a-GAH!” Grimlock felt something hard hitting the top of his head.
Grimlock looked up to see what hit him but found nothing just blue skies. He looked down and found what hit him. He picked it up and found it was a piece of metal, it almost looked like the same material from Shockwave’s base where the tower was made. Grimlock then spotted something in the tree nearby, it was a cable cord. He took it out of the tree and examined both his finds.
“Weird…how can base parts be here? Maybe…when the tower send Grimlock here it must have sent other things too. If that’s true then Grimlock’s luck may have turn. If find more parts than can make base of own.”
Grimlock starts his search for parts. Within two hours he found many different parts, circuits, components, and everything else. But then he found the motherload of all finds. In a large open area was part of the Space Bridge Tower base. Grimlock open the doors to see what was inside. In it was a computer console, a hologram projector station, a restoration chamber, some door that lead to other rooms, and the room was filled with more parts. Grimlock inspected every corner of the base, it was a bit ruined and nothing was on but a good patch work would fix that. He checked some of the rooms and found one of them was full of Energon, another had work tools, and the last was the generator room. Grimlock spots a Moleculon Fuse near the generator so he picks it up and place the fuse inside. It sparks up and the whole place comes alive. Grimlock heads to the main area and saw everything coming back online including the computer. Grimlock heads over to see what he can pull up.
“Base is comprised, repair initiating. Estimate time of competition: 48 Megacycles.” Said the computer voice.
Soon repair drones came from hatches from the walls and started repairing the place up.
“At least this is a fully functional place and can repair itself, looks like I owe Shockwave that much, but not by much from that frag’n scrapper. Maybe computer can tell me what planet Grimlock’s on? Computer can you tell Grimlock what planet I’m on?” Grimlock asks the computer.
“Unable to chart current location, scans are down and will need repairs.”
“Slag! What about this planet itself?”
“Unknown, repairs must be completed before scans can commence.”
“Grrrrr! What about defenses?”
“Offline.”
“Do you have weapons in this place?”
“Negative.”
“Any vehicles?”
“Negative.”
“THEN WHAT DO YOU HAVE?!” Grimlock shouted getting ticked off.
“Schematics, Assault and Utility T.E.C.H., audio logs, recorded Cybertronian history, biology, and anatomy, and currently a new upgrade and experimental upgrade in restoration chamber.”
“What upgrades?”
“The upgrade is a Power Infusion Upgrade that allows a Cybertronian the ability to harness the new crystal developed by Shockwave. Shockwave found a small portion of unusual Energon that was emitting very strong power readings so he converted it into a stable crystal that can be used safely that with prober modified weapons can use this crystal as it seems to have unlimited power. However through many process of trial an error, it seems only one weapon can handle it power and it is the sword belonging to the Autobot known as Grimlock.” Now that got Grimlock’s attention.
“Only Grimlock’s sword can handle power, but why?”
“During the capture and experimentation done on the Autobot team known as the Lightning Strike Coalition Force Shockwave examined and theorized the sword of Grimlock was special made to handle not only his brute strength but also be able to harness great amounts of power such as the crystal as any other weapon would catastrophically be destroyed by its power but was unable to further his theory as the Lightning Strike Coalition Force escape.”
Grimlock looked away as the painful memories of the experiments flooded his processors. He didn’t know how long he was under such torture but he remembered each and every thing Shockwave done to him and his team. His fist tighten up as the anger filled burned within him. He wanted to do so much more than just rip off Shockwave’s arm and eat it but now since he’s stuck on this planet the only comfort is that Shockwave was probably left for dead on Cybertron leaking Energon or been crushed by the fallen tower.
“Should have done more than just at his arm off…but now must survive this place and maybe try to fix voice. Grimlock hates speaking like broken droid. And try to contact team somehow.”
“Enter new identification signature.” The computer spoke up.
“What?”
“Previous program was deleted by power flocculation and now reboot protocol must have new identification signature from new owner.”
A scanner came out of the side of the computer and scanned Grimlock signature.
"Identification Signature complete. Welcome to the base Grimlock, would you like to name base?”
Grimlock thought about calling the base the Lightning Strike Coalition Force but then he remembered his team and what they are now so in honor of them he came up with a different name.
“This base will be called Base Dinobot.”
“Confirmed, I am called Sentinel would you like the full schematics of Base Dinobot?” The computer known as Sentinel asks and Grimlock said yes.
Sentinel pulled up the blueprints of the base. It was ripped from the whole base back on Cybertron but the space that was here was good enough for Grimlock and it was big enough for him too. It even shows a berth in another room across the generator room and where the upgrade were being held. Which got him wondering what else was here?
“You said there was an experimental upgrade, what is it?” Grimlock asks Bate.
“The Molecular Superstructure Modifier was the theory base on the basic knowledge of Cybertronian molecular structure and CNA to change the structure of the Cybertronian to change the size from city size or mini-con size, however past test shows it is a failure as there wasn’t enough power to fully change the size and thus end in extreme contortions of the structure which leads to deactivation.”
“Sounds like one scrap of a way to go, better stay away from that. How long till repairs are done?”
“47 Megacycles and 2100 Astroseconds left.”
“Hate waiting, going to do recon on area. Let no one in that isn’t Grimlock.”
“Affirmative Grimlock, I will notify you if anything comes up.”
So Grimlock took a few T.E.C.H. Utilities, a binocular, a scanner and headed out to the woods for recon. Though he was consider a brute and was one of the greatest warriors who fought in the Bit of Kaon like Megatron, he believes in the Autobot ways of giving peace a chance but he also believe one should fight when it counts the most. Grimlock may have his differences with how some of the Autobots, mainly Optimus, of how they handles situations but respects him greatly. So if he encounters any life forms at all he’ll steer clear away from them. He knows whatever species lives here will consider him a monster or a threat. Grimlock has a code and one of them is to never attack or hurt the innocent. But if they have the ability to fight and/or cause harm to him he will defend himself but won’t kill them. So far he has yet to find any life at all, which would be for the best. He’s sure his massive size and intimidating looks must have scared them off and he didn’t realize they were there. But he doesn’t blame them, back on Cybertron many of his Autobot ‘comrades’ were fearful of him too. Only a select few saw him as one of their own. His teammates and Optimus. Grimlock stops in his tracks as he looks up in the skies wondering if his team was alright.
“Wonder if they found Sludge? Hope so…Grimlock really misses them. Grimlock may never see them again or any Cybertronian again. Wonder if computer can make ship?”
“Come in Grimlock, this is Sentinel calling in.” Sentinel’s voice breaks the silence.
“Grimlock responding, what’s wrong Sentinel?”
“I wish to inform you that my scanners are now operational and have detected a large amount of energy emitting from the northern part of the base just 1.5 clicks. I can’t use the scouter drones yet as they need repair.”
(AN: I tried to use Cybertronian distance but fucking hell was it so damn confusing to understand that I flung that idea out of the window so I’ll use military units of distance for it instead.)
“Figures, Grimlock will check it out. Inform Grimlock when base is fully repaired and operational. Grimlock out. So there might be something here besides organic stuff. Might be useful. Good thing have brought scanner.”
With scanner in hand Grimlock headed to where the power source was coming from and along the way he scanned a few of the trees. He was picking up some energy from them but not enough to get all hyped up. But it was still weird that this place was giving of any kind of energy in the first place though what kind the scanners couldn’t say. But he was getting a large reading the closer he got to the location. About a few minutes later he was at the edge of the forest and there was a large open field with a few trees, bushes, and flowers. But they were much different than the ones of the forest. In the distance he saw buildings so Grimlock took out his binoculars and zoomed in to see it was a town. It was far from Cybertronian architect that’s for sure as most of the building look like they were made of bricks, wood, and straw from his guess. Pretty primitive but not many places were so advance like Cybertron. But this does tell him sentient life does exist on this planet and they have harness some sort of energy that was almost the same as Energon from the readings he was getting. An equivalent of it maybe?
“But where’s people? Buildings don’t build themselves……usually. Buildings look too new to be old either. So where…ah scrap it. Grimlock doesn’t care anymore, long as whoever lives there leaves Grimlock alone then won’t bother to know. Recon over, going back to Base Dinobot. Might as well help fix base up.”
With that Grimlock headed back to the base to get started on furthering repairing Base Dinobot unaware that a pair of curious eyes were watching him the whole time within the shadows of the bushes.
THREE ORNS LATER (THREE CYBERTRONIAN HOURS=THREE EQUESTRIAN DAYS)
Grimlock was once again walking in the forest looking for any parts he missed during the last few days of scouting and rebuilding. Base Dinobot was almost done with repairs as basic functions were back online plus defense sentries and energy shield were fixed too. Only 12 more megacycles left before the base will be fully repaired and functional which would give Grimlock time to figure out how to escape this planet and return to Cybertron to reunite with his team and whatever Autobots that remained on the planet though it was still a slim chance by what Sentinel said. With so little resources around it would be more than a Hekavorn or so before they could even get half of the resources they need to make a proper rocket ship for one. So leaving this planet anytime soon was out of the question. Another problem was fuel itself, converting Energon to rocket fuel takes time and special equipment which Grimlock doesn’t have either. So the only option left was to make a beacon to any Autobots that was near this part of the galaxy to come and get him. But not knowing where in the universe he was or how far Cybertron is that could also take years. So for now Grimlock must survive as long as possible on this alien world and make do.
As Grimlock was walking around seeing if he could find anything useful he notice the natural wildlife was out today just minding their own business eating or going somewhere. Yesterday he began to saw organic creatures coming from hiding and continue their normal route seeing Grimlock wasn’t going to hurt or hunt them at all. Grimlock himself didn’t mind the organic life forms either, they didn’t bother him and give him wide berth when he’s around so he felt no hostility to them. He too left them alone seeing that it was for the better. Though he still couldn’t find the life forms that made that town but didn’t let that bother him so much. Though Sentinel has told him to check out the energy readings he was still getting thinking it could be a great alternative energy source when the Energon they have eventually runs out. But since they have plenty for now Grimlock told the computer to cool it’s circuits. Grimlock explored a good part of the forest and has found some interesting things such as the ruins of a castle to the east, a swamp, and many creatures that he never knew existed. Some were just small birds, mammals, reptiles, and other critters that he deemed harmless. Though he did encounter a few creatures that weren’t so nice.
Such as this lion-like creature with a scorpion tail and bat wings mistook his head as an easy prey. Course it didn’t end well for the creature as Grimlock knocked the creature into a tree. It tried to fight back but with one good stomp of his boot hitting the ground creating a quake that scared it back into the shadows of the forest. Grimlock could have easily killed it but that wouldn’t be right, not the way of the Autobots but more of his version of right. If an enemy is weaker than you and isn’t like the Decepticons then it would be like acting as one killing creatures lesser than him in power. He wouldn’t step to their level anytime especially on this planet. But it’s kinda hard with this worlds predators keep bugging you, plus his anger was still a big issue. Another incident was a pack of these four legged creature made of wood that howl like wolves. They didn’t back down so easily like the lion creature but after a few good strikes and one hell of an intimidating roar they fled in fear and never bothered him again…so far. Grimlock knew that one of these creatures will push him too far and he’ll go into blind rage and kill any in his way like back on Cybertron, it was different with the Con’s but here it could lead to future trouble for him. After a few hours of searching Grimlock decided to head back to his base and see what idea’s Sentinel has for making his stay of this planet more comfortable.
(AN: For those of you that have been following so far are thinking ‘whoa you made Grimlock a lot more smarter and calmer than he really is in this fanfic.’ Well that’s because he’s not really dumb like his 80’s cartoon counterpart, he just can’t think straight all the time with the experiments Shockwave did to him, he’s still a standardly smart bot like any other Transformers but he has a hard time of showing it when he’s angry. Plus he’s a soldier and these are common things a soldier does, find shelter, food, resources, scout, and survive. He may not be a super genius but he ain’t a retard and yeah he’s still an Autobot and knows picking fights with other beings that aren’t Con’s ain’t his style. Ok back to the story!)
Grimlock enter through the door and sat down near the hologram station. Grimlock gave out a tiring sigh. Though he doesn’t show it he was feeling a bit lonely right now. Sentinel was decent company and has helped him a lot but Sentinel was still just a computer and not like a sentient being like Grimlock. He wished his team was here, hell even another Autobot would be great company. But he doesn’t know if any Transformer was still online or not and as much as he hated to admit it, there might not be a home to go back to. The core shut down and with no more Energon producing at all life may be gone as well. And with every bot leaving Cybertron it could be barren as well. His team would be gone to, to find him or a new home he isn’t sure. All he knows is he’s alone on this alien world and it might be that way for a very long time. So Grimlock was stumped about what to do next. He has little option and with him being alone he feels so powerless for the first time in all his life.
“Grimlock wishes something good would happen to him.” He thought.
Suddenly the alarms went off making him jump on his feet.
“What the slag!? Sentinel, what’s going on?” Grimlock demanded.
“Proximity sensors have detected six unknown objects coming near base about .9 clicks due north.”
“Great, just what Grimlock needs. Hostile?”
“Unknown but the objects are reading that they do have great power. Use caution when engaging them.”
“Very well. Looks like this place just got a little interesting.”
Grimlock headed into the forest with nothing but his Energon Sword and shield to find whoever was near his home. Grimlock took a crouching position behind some trees that was just off to the side where his home is and waited. He waited for a few minutes to see who was the intruders of his territory. Soon he spots something in the distance, silhouettes of six figures coming closer. Grimlock readies himself for whatever happens. But as the figures come closer to his field of vision, Grimlock was surprise to see what they were. These creatures were bipedal and have a Cybertronian (humanoid) shape but they had faces like animals of some kind but shorter, animal ears, tails, walk on hoofs instead of feet, and they all had different color coats under some sort of complex flimsy armor they wear (clothes). Grimlock was at loss of words. What kind of creatures were they? Looking closely he could see some of them had either wings or horns on them. And if what Sentinel said was true, then they have great power as well.
“By the Allspark, what are they? They kinda look like Cybertronians in structure…but with weird animal faces and they wear some weird armor as well. And the colors…by the Pit where did Grimlock end up!?” Grimlock thinks to himself.
“Um Twilight…is it really wise to you know…be this far in the Everfree Forest? It’s so dangerous even in the daytime.” One of the spoke in a timid voice.
This one had a pale yellow coat and long pink mane and tail. She had moderate cyan eyes and she had wings on her back. She wore a green knitted sweater that hung off the sides just below the shoulders and a long yellow skirt that reached her ankle. The sweater hugs her figure nicely making her boobs standout more as they look like DD cups.
“We have no choice Fluttershy, the creature that caused that damage at the city square the night before could attack again and this time could hurt somepony rather than just destroy part of the building.” Replied the one known as Twilight.
She had purple coat with violet mane with purple and pink streaks in her mane and tail. She has violet eyes and wore a white button up long sleeve with a dark purple vest over it and a short purple skirt that stops just above her knees and she was carrying a large satchel bag. Her breast looked like a large c cup. She had both wings and a horn.
“And boy oh boy did it made one huge mess. It looked like that one party I threw for Berry Punch that one time only with lot more cake. And holy moly was those foot prints super big! Good thing nopony was hurt.” This one said an energetic voice.
This one had a pink coat with puffy raspberry mane and tail with light cerulean eyes. Her outfit was more uncommon than the others. She wore a white and blue striped t-shirt with no sleeves with small yellow shirt over it. She had on a short jeans held by a bright pink belt with a balloon belt buckle with some pink and white strip stockings as she had a bright blue book bag sling around her shoulder. She didn’t have wings or a horn. She was bouncing around like a rabbit making her D cup breast more notice.
“Yer darn tootin Pinkie Pie, can’t imagine the creature that did it. Thing must be more silent than a mouse though cause we didn’t hear the damn thing till it started to bust up the town. Surprise it didn’t hit your place Rarity.” The next one said with a western accent.
She had an orange coat with long yellow mane and hair tied at the end. She has green eyes and white freckles with a cowboy hat on with a small red plaid shirt that went above her belly button. She had long pair of work jeans with a brown belt and hanging on her side was a lasso and she didn’t have either wings or horns like the pink one as she had a green book bag. Her breast sizes was also a D cup
“I’m just equally surprise as you Applejack darling. But I’m still puzzled as to nopony saw the brute at all, only it’s footsteps and that awful roar it made. Sounded like there was more than one though. And all we have is that trial that lead into this scary place.” Said a more refine voice.
Her coat was white with indigo mane in a fancy curled style. Her moderate azure stood out with her light blue mascara and long black eyelashes. She had a horn on her head just like the purple one but with no wings. She wore a white button up blouse with black slim jeans. She wore a small black choker around her neck and has a silver bracelet on her left hand and small satchel bag. Her shirt hugs her figure making her DD breast stand out more.
“Bet that sucker is ugly too, real mean looking to boot. But we’ll face and beat it’s ass to the ground. We’ll teach that monster about messing with our town like that.” The last one said with a brave tune in her voice.
She had a cyan coat and a mane and tail of rainbow colors. She has moderate cerise eyes and wore a black sports bra and over it was a red hoodie jacket that was opened. Short black sport pants with a rainbow color lightning bolt on the side and red fingerless gloves and a black book bag. She had wings as well and was flying over the group giving you a good look at her C cup breast.
“Hopefully we can avert any conflict Rainbow Dash. Maybe if we talk to it we could settle this peacefully.” Twilight said.
Grimlock didn’t know what to make of the situation before him, here he found the sentient life forms of this planet and boy do they look weird to him. But that doesn’t make them any less interesting or displeasing to the optics. And this creature they are talking about got his attention, besides the lion creation and those wooden wolves, there hasn’t been a decent predator that Grimlock has encounter yet without beating it under five seconds. And Sentinel did say that these creatures had some large power within them so he decided to just stay low and see what he can learn.
“But Twi, all we have is a bunch of foot prints. Now that doesn’t give us much to go on.” Applejack said.
“Yeah, we don’t know what it looks like. It could have purple skin with yellow polka dots, ten tails, seven head, five billion eyes, and his name mister bob.” Pinkie Pie added making the others look at her with a ‘what the hell’ face.
“……um yeah, so what is the plan if talking to it goes south?” Rainbow Dash asks.
“Then we’ll have to use force.” She said.
“I was afraid you we going to say that.” Fluttershy sighed.
“Don’t worry dearie, as long as we stand together we will be fine.” Rarity said comforting her.
“Yep sugar cube, we’ll have each other back no matter what.” Applejack added.
“We’re like peas in a pod Fluttershy. We’re friends to the end.” Pinkie Pie hugged Fluttershy.
“Thanks girls, I needed to hear that.” Fluttershy smiled.
Grimlock couldn’t help but make a small smile under his faceplate as he witness the bond they have for each other. Kinda like a team. His smiled faded when he remembered his team and the trust and brotherhood they made. All they been through and all the pain and glory they shared. Yeah they had their differences and fights like many teams do but at the end of the day and when it counts the most they had each other’s back no matter what.
“Holy crap, what in Equestria is this thing!?” Rainbow Dash’s voice shook Grimlock from his thoughts.
Grimlock looked up and saw the six creatures were standing just outside the bases doors.
“Frag!” He snapped quietly.
“It…kinda looks like a home of sorts. And judging by its size it belongs to a very large creature.” Twilight examined it by flying up to it.
“Careful darling, we don’t what this thing is or what it can do.” Rarity warned.
“Oh come on Rarity, I’m sure it’s actually fine.” Pinkie Pie said.
“Organics! Step away from this base immediately!” Sentinel’s voice spoke up scaring them.
“What in tarnation, who said that?!” Applejack looked around trying to find the voice.
“You are in the close proximity of Base Dinobot. By order of the owner of this base, no unauthorized personnel shall enter this place so leave now.”
“Ok fine by me, lets head back home girls. It’s almost lunchtime anyways.” Fluttershy started to walk away but Rainbow Dash stops her.
“Now don’t be a chicken Fluttershy, we aren’t going to leave cause some voice said so.”
“She right, we have to know if the creature that attack the town is here.” Twilight said.
“Organics, you must leave now or I’ll have to use extra means to convince you to leave.”
“I’ll like to see you try!” Rainbow Dash shot back.
Suddenly a hatch from the side of the door open and a double barrel gun came out and shot a laser about 10 feet away from them making the six jump in fear.
“Yer just had to say something didn’t you?” Applejack said with a deadpan voice.
“That wasn’t very nice you big meanie…voice…thingy!” Pinkie Pie said.
“That was your last warning organics! Leave now or face death!” As Sentinel said that seven more guns came out and aimed at the six.
“Please we mean no harm. We are just looking for something.” Twilight tried to reason.
“Unimportant, you will now-Sentinel stand down now!” Said a loud low voice.
“Acknowledge.” The guns then disappeared.
The six just stood there confused at what happened. Someone just stopped their deaths but who was the question. And their answer came in the form of large footsteps shaking the ground and a large shadow casting over them. They slowly turned to see a behemoth creature standing on two legs and looked like it was made of armor all over its body. It had a yellow chest with a red abdomen and silver arms that on the wrist looks like claws. Large boots and black hands that look like they seen some hard battles in fact most of its body had scratch colors and battle wounds on it. Looking closely they could see tubes and lights underneath its armor. It stood roughly as tall as a dragon with glowing red light on its body and has a red square face on the middle of its chest like a tattoo. Its body itself seemed to be in constant motion, little parts adjusting themselves on its massive body every few seconds. It gazed down with it one red eye it had an unreadable black face so the others don’t know what it’s thinking about. The six were so afraid of this strange creature that they dare not to move an inch. Grimlock notice this but he knew they would be afraid of him once they saw him. So to shorten their visit and let him be alone he decides to talk to them and ask them why they're here and when can they leave. The sooner they leave the better
“Why small organics here?” His voice was low but carried with such power.
They jumped back in fear at the sound of his voice but didn’t utter a word. Grimlock grumbled that they aren’t answering his question. He just wants to be left alone so he asks in a relatively nice voice.
“What is it you’re looking for that brings you to Grimlock’s home?” He asks again in his best nice voice.
It was Twilight that snapped out of her fright first and shakily walked up to Grimlock but was so terrified.
“Um…h-h-hello…m-m-my name i-i-is Twilight S-S-S-Sparkle and we a-a-are looking for a-a-a creature that has damage o-o-our home a f-f-few nights ago and s-s-see if we c-c-can stop it.” She tried to explain but her voice was cracking up from fear.
“Why would you do that? You’re all just small fleshy creatures. Don’t look like you can handle a drone.” Grimlock said.
“Hey! Are you calling us weak you behemoth?!” Rainbow Dash shot at Grimlock when she got over her fears.
“Yes.” He said plainly.
“Oh that’s it you’re going to get it now asshole!” Rainbow Dash flew up to him and did a strong kick in the face.
Grimlock took a few steps back from the blow. He was actually surprise that she could kick that hard, it didn’t hurt but if an organic her size could have the force to make him move back then Sentinel was right, they do have power. But he got steamed she just attack him like that and was ready to speak his mind with some good old fashion brute ways. Course his anger for her didn’t last long as he heard the yell of pain. He turned to see Rainbow Dash hopping around on one hoof holding her leg in pain. It was kinda amusing to him seeing her jump around like that, it was actually pretty funny.
“Heh serves organic right.”
“Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow. OW! That really hurts! It’s like its face is made of metal or something.” She hissed as she tries to sooth her throbbing leg.
“That’s cause Grimlock is made of metal.” He answered.
“Unbelievable! A creature actually made of metal and is sentient as well, what are you?” Twilight asks in awe.
“Remember who side your own book worm!” Rainbow Dash shouted.
“Right sorry, a time and a place for everything.”
“Are you alright Rainbow Dash?” Fluttershy asks with a worried face.
“I’ll be fine.” She mumbled.
“What a relief but shame on you brute! You could have really hurt her!” Rarity snapped at Grimlock.
“Not my fault if puny organic acts stupid and tries to attack Grimlock and gets hurt. Now leave Grimlock in peace organics.”
“Ok, now I’m pissed!” Rainbow Dash flew at Grimlock again but this time he sidesteps to the right making her miss him and he snatches her from the air by her tail.
“Not fooling Grimlock twice stupid organic. But Grimlock must say am impressed by your spirit and courage to face me. And got good kick too but should have listen to me when Grimlock said leave me alone.” He said holding her just a few feet away from his face.
Rainbow Dash was frighten at what he might do to her as he has her in his palm and could easily crush her if he wanted but all Grimlock wants is to be left alone so he decides to try talking to them again. But Grimlock then felt something on his wrist pulling him. He looked down and saw it was Applejack with her lasso on his wrist pulling him. And what surprises him even more was that she was actually pulling him to the ground.
“Now I may have no clue as to what the hell you are but no over-grown metal monster is going to hurt one of my friends!” Applejack pulled as hard as possible.
Her pull made him go on one knee letting Rainbow Dash go and fell to the arms of Pinkie Pie and Rarity.
“Are you ok Dashie?” Pinkie Pie asks.
I’m ok, can’t believe it actually caught me, the big jerk.” She said.
“And it’s a good thing it didn’t hurt you or-WHOA NELLY!” Applejack’s surprised tune interrupted Rarity.
Everyone looked over to see Applejack was having difficulties pulling Grimlock. Grimlock was impressed at how strong she was and the fact she made him go on one knee but with one quick jerk she lost her footing and she was face to face with him. She gulped in fear as her ears dropped down.
“Nice try organic, your pretty strong for something so small but no one is stronger than me. Grimlock is strongest there is!” He said proudly.
“…Well…couldn’t blame a gal for try’n.” She smiled nervously.
“You are no match for Grimlock so why don’t you all-HI THERE!” A loud voice interrupted him.
Grimlock turned to his left and saw the pink one was standing on his shoulder with a smile just waving at him, how she got there without him noticing was beyond him.
“What the?! Where the scrap did you come from?”
“My name is Pinkie Pie and I love to throw parties and who doesn’t love a good party? Do you like to party? Say what are you anyways, oh I know some sort of metal giant thingy! Where did you come from giant metal thingy land? I bet there are a lot of you there? Are you a colt or a mare, you sound like a colt? You got a cool sounding voice too! You got a Cutie Mark too but it’s on your chest mines on my flank like most ponies but you not a pony so it’s ok if you’re not your flank. I bet you way a lot.” Pinkie Pie spoke a mile a minute jumping all over Grimlock.
Grimlock was so confused by her and her going all over him was making his head spin. With the opportunity at hand Applejack leg of the rope and moved away from him. After about a minute Grimlock had just about enough of her so he quickly grabbed her but was careful not to hurt her, again he wouldn’t hurt innocents like her but her constant hyperactive talk was giving him a headache. Pinkie Pie squeaked in surprise as Grimlock caught her.
“No more talk from you organic, Grimlock’s audio processors are getting static just from your speaking.” He said.
“I’m not an organic, I’m a Pony silly.”
“A what?”
“That’s what I am, a Pony. I’m an Earth Pony like Applejack. Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy are Pegasi Ponies, and Rarity is a Unicorn Pony. Twilight use to be a Unicorn but now is an Alicorn Pony which is so cool! Don’t you think mister giant thingy?”
“Don’t really care; you ponies are really starting to tick me off. So why don’t you frag off and leave me alone!” He snapped at her.
“Put her down now you brute!” Rarity warned him.
“You want to take on Grimlock? Like to see you try little Pony.” Grimlock chuckled.
“With pleasure!” She said as her horn glowed light blue.
"And I'll lend you a hand!" Twilight says as her horn glows too.
Grimlock cocked his head to the side confused as to what the glowing ment but he suddenly felt strange. He looked at his hand and saw it was glowing the same color as their horn; in fact his whole body was glowing! He then felt his feet were no longer touching the ground as he floated in the air. Grimlock was helpless in the air with no way of breaking free from whatever she was doing. Again these Ponies surprise him on how much power they really have. Pinkie Pie easily jumped out of his hand while he was both confused and in the air and walk up to the others like nothing happened. Rarity for her part was having a hard time concentrating on her levitation magic as she finds that Grimlock was extremely heavy even with Twilight's help.
“My word he feels like he weighs 10 tons…can’t keep this up!” She gasps.
Unable to lift him any longer she releases the levitation and fell to the ground breathing hard leaving Twilight to bare the load but seeing her friend down made her let go of her magic on him to check her out. A few seconds later a loud crash and tremor was felt. The others saw that Grimlock went head first in the ground comedic style when Rarity and Twilight released their magic on him.
“………ow.” Grimlock mumbled in the dirt.
“Hey good one Rarity, didn’t know you had it in you!” Rainbow Dash said helping her up.
“Are you ok?” Twilight asks.
“A little tired but none worse for wear, that thing was so heavy I don't think I would be able to do it alone thank you so much Twilight darling. Are you hurt Pinkie dear?” Rarity asks.
“I’m good, big old metal dude didn’t hurt me at all.” Pinkie replied smiling.
“I think this would be the best time to leave, I’m positive that thing is not going to be happy once it get its head out of the ground.” Fluttershy said.
“I agree, this thing is tougher than anything we’ve encounter before and something tells me it’s holding back a whole heap load. Plus we still need to find that creature that wrecked out town. So let’s all-RAAAWWR!” But a loud primal roar stopped her as Grimlock came up to them looking mad.
“GRIMLOCK WILL CRUSH YOU ALL!” He yelled as he reared back his fist for a strike.
“Everypony scatter now!” Twilight ordered as the six split in different directions missing Grimlock’s punch.
Grimlock was not thinking straight as his anger was clouding his judgment. He would normally wave off the ‘attack’ as nothing but he was not in the best of moods this day and the ponies just made it worse. He just wanted to be left alone but they wouldn’t so he decides he’ll make them leave one way or another. Grimlock started throwing random punches and stomps all over the place hoping it’ll scare them off.
“Jeez this thing is trying to kill us!” Rainbow Dash said dodging his punch.
“We have to stop it, this crazy giant might go on a rampage in Ponyville!” Applejack added as she jumped out of the way of his slamming fist.
“Agree, I might have a spell that could stop it. Just keep it one spot for just a few seconds.” Twilight said.
“On it, let’s get it AJ!” Rainbow Dash rushed at him.
“Got your back, Pinkie quick grab my rope. We’ll hog tie this varmint two sweet.” Applejack said.
“Gotcha! This will be fun especially if there’s sweets at the end.” Pinkie Pie grinned.
“We can help too, I have an idea to subdue that thing. Follow me Fluttershy.” Rarity grabbed her hand and lead her to a few trees that had what she needed.
“Oh my!” Fluttershy gasps.
Rainbow Dash was flying circles around Grimlock keeping his attention on her while Rarity and Fluttershy were making a trap large enough to hold him. Both Pinkie Pie and Applejack circle behind Grimlock and the two carefully laid the rope around his feet. As Rainbow Dash got Grimlock closer to the trees Applejack and Pinkie Pie pulled on the rope which coiled around his legs making him fall face first to the ground. Before he could get up a large net made of twigs, vines, and moss landed on him with the end tied to the trees. The five regrouped away from Grimlock with a sigh of relieve.
“Wow Rarity, that’s some nifty craftsmanship you did with the net, didn’t know you could do that.” Pinkie Pie said.
“When you’re in charge of making bird nest for so long you know how to weave pretty much anything from nature. But I couldn’t have done it without Fluttershy here. She knows her stuff when it comes to these things as well.” Rarity gave the spotlight to her.
“Oh…well I did what I could.” She said a little embarrassed.
“And you did great sugar cube. But that net won’t stop it for long so you better have whatever you have up your sleeves ready Twi.” Applejack pointed out.
“I do now stand back girls, this is going to be a big one.” Twilight warned the others.
Twilight’s horn glowed purple getting bigger and brighter. Grimlock struggled to get the net off him but eventually ripped it in two. He stood up shaking off the net and turned around ready to confront the ponies and do harm on them. His mind was so full of rage he couldn’t give a damn if he hurt them or not. Though in the back of his rage filled mind he was very impressed by their teamwork and strategy to lure him into a trap using what they got and made do with what was in reach. If we wasn’t so pissed off right now he would congratulate them on capturing Cybertron’s strongest warrior. But before Grimlock could do anything, he saw one of the ponies glowing with power and suddenly a purple beam hit him square in the chest sending him to the ground hard. His circuits were on the fritz and his basic functions were not responding and he was on the verge of going into stasis. Twilight and the others looked at the down Dinobot letting out a sigh of relief that they were finally able to bring him down.
“Holy buck Twilight, what was that?!” Rainbow Dash asks in surprise.
“It’s an advance paralyzing spell I learn a few weeks back. It is meant to take out large and very dangerous enemies like the metal giant there as it could kill a regular Pony ten times over. It’s meant to be one of the last measurements since the spell is so dangerous to use.” Twilight explains.
“I take it only Alicorns can handle that power?” Rarity asks.
“No any Unicorn can use that spell but being an Alicorn does make it you don’t lose so much of your energy.”
“Ok so now mister bad attitude is dealt with maybe we…oh…crap!” Applejack hissed in surprise.
“What?” The others asks.
They got their answer as Grimlock slowly got back up like nothing happened. The others just gasped at the sight of him just getting up. Just how strong is he?
“T-t-that’s not possible, the spell should have made it immobile for months! What kind of creature is this thing?” Twilight whispered in shock.
“Um…does anypony have ideas cause…I think we’re dead if we don’t do something now.” Fluttershy pointed out trembling in fear.
Grimlock slowly moved to them with great anger in his optics, he was so ready to kill them on the spot. But then he saw their faces. The great fear in their eyes, the way the hold each other, and the unmistakable sound of quiver in their whimpers. They were so scared of him, they thrown everything they had at him and it did shit. They truly met their match as they were ready for death. Grimlock just stared at them for a few seconds before he let out a big tiring sigh. He walk past them and went to the other side of them as far as he could. The other were stumped as to why it didn’t attack them. Grimlock stopped next to a rock and sat down before he turned to look at them.
“Just leave me alone, Grimlock doesn’t wish to hurt you puny ponies. You fought well and have great courage but you stupid to go against me, could of kill you but will not. Leave now and never bother Grimlock again. Just want to be left alone for the rest of my life. Don’t want to spill blood of innocents like you six. Now slag off before Grimlock change mind.” He said calmly.
They stood there for a few seconds before gathering there stuff and themselves and walked away. They headed to another part of the forest as Grimlock watched them leave his base. They looked back at him one last time before disappearing into the trees leaving him alone. A small part of him wished they stayed but he knew it wasn’t a good idea. They attack him first and tried to do damage and while he was at the brief time going to do the same thing, he regained control and let them go. It was the best thing to do. Even though they attacked him first he couldn’t blame them, his smack talk did pissed them off. It was another bad trait he does, always talk down on others which lead to things like this. He knew his ego has led to most fights he’s been through over the years, many of which he’s happy to support. But times like these he wished he’d just shut up. He felt so much like a monster, partly because of what Shockwave made him but today when he lost control for a bit it just made him angry with himself.
“Perhaps Grimlock is just a mindless brute now and forever we'll be one……guess it’s a good thing Grimlock is going to alone forever now.”
“You are far from a monster for all your might, so please don’t think yourself as some plight.” Said a voice.
Grimlock turned to see another creature but she has a coat that was light grey coat and regular grey stripes with a mane in a Mohawk fashion with the black and white design and a tail that was skinny but had more hair at the end. She wore gold rings on her neck and left arm with two gold earrings, one for each ear. Her Face was a little more square-ish than the rest of the ponies he saw, her turquoise eyes held wisdom and great knowledge. And she too was bipedal being like the ponies. She had a brown cloak with a hoodie that was open to Grimlock and give him a clear few of her clothes which were quite a revealing set, she wore a brown cloth bra that seemed to just hold her DD cup breast and a loin cloth that hid her front but showed her ass nicely and on her rear was a swirling sun that looked like a tribal tattoo. Grimlock mentally sighed as he thought this one was going to be trouble too but then he remembered what she said.
“What…did Pony say Grimlock was?” He asks turning to her.
“I said you are no beast of terror or evil just a warrior with a good heart that’s just a bit primeval. And to further your knowledge of me I am no Pony metal giant, for my species is called zebra Grimlock that’s what I should complaint.” She said.
“Yeah, names Grimlock. Who are you?”
“My name is Zecora and I live in the Everfree forest such as yourself. I have seen you move around this place trying to make a home for oneself. I’ve watch you in the shadow of the forest seeing if you are what you claim to be and I am happy to say you are far from an evil being that I need to flee. You never harm an innocent and never killed an predator at all even though you could of done it easily in a brawl. You have honor and know what’s right, and have demonstrated you can withhold your power and might. But I also see a lost soul who is alone and wish to have company to depend and I would like to be that for I wish to be your friend.” Zecora said with a kind smile.
Grimlock looked at her with suspicion in her words. He may not be the smartest Autobot but even he won’t be so gullible in her fancy words.
“And why would you want to be my friend Zecora? And what makes you think Grimlock needs friends? Better off alone.” He grumbled that last part.
“Everypony needs friends even those who aren’t Ponies at all, but I can see why you are skeptical of my words and think it’s nothing but a hot squall. I believe if we get to know each other and talk then you’ll see I want to be your friend so shall we take a walk?” She suggested.
“……Guess it wouldn’t hurt to do that…but why do you speak in rhyme?” Grimlock asks as he started walking in a direction.
“It’s just one of the things I do, does that bother you?” She asks as she walks besides him.
Grimlock walked slow so she didn’t need to run to keep up.
“Not really, just seems strange. But then whole planet is kinda strange to me. But still think it’s nice and pretty like you.” Grimlock complement her without knowing it making her blush a bit.
“Why thank you Grimlock and I wish to say you are rather strange yourself but I guess that’s one of the reasons why I believe you aren’t who you think you are.” She said.
“Really?” He asks looking down at her.
“I do.”
“…Maybe Grimlock was mistaken, you’re ok in my data log Zecora. Grimlock would like to be friends with you.” Grimlock bends down on his knees and stuck out his hand for a handshake.
“I am glad we can be friends and not foes. And I wish you’ll see the others as friends someday.”
“Are you talking about those six puny ponies that attack Grimlock, big fat chance they want that……wait a astrosecond, you didn’t rhyme?”
“Indeed, you see I don’t always rhyme just when I need too or to help me with my work.”
“What work?”
“As you can see I’m not from around here, my homeland is far away in the west. I lived in a village that practices medicine and herbal healing using planets and other flora. I came to Equestria to learn it’s native plants in hopes of making new medicine to help all creatures. And this forest is teeming with many strange but wonderful plants that I only seen in books. I have gather, study, and cataloged many species of plants and I have only scratch the surface of what they can do.” Zecora explains.
“Gotta say that’s kinda cool. So this planet's name is Equestria then?” He asks.
“No, that’s the name of the continent we’re in…wait a minute, why did you say planet’s name?”
“Cause Grimlock not only not from around here, Grimlock not from this planet. Cybertron is my home planet, came here but not by choice and now Grimlock is stuck here for who knows how long.” Grimlock sighed.
“I…I don’t know what to say…I figure you were some unknown metal giant, but your actually an alien species from another world! A living machine, what wonders this life has for us…but I am sorry that you are stuck here and can’t go home.”
“Might not be a home to go back…back on Cybertron Grimlock was fighting a war between the Decepticons a group of evil and heartless Cybertronians that wish to take over Cybertron but the Autobots, which is me, fought back to save our planet…but we failed. Cybertron’s core shutdown and now the planet is dead. Many of my kind died for that war…Grimlock can’t count how many of my kind have died for that war…Grimlock was lucky to survive only because Grimlock is strong, stronger than many Autobots and Decepticons alike.” He explains.
Zecora was both shocked and awe at his story but felt sad that he went through a life like that. She never seen a war but knew what is was unlike most Equestrians, to kill in a senseless fight was an unthinkable thing but sometimes you have no choice. As they say, kill or be killed.
“But why did these ‘Decepticons’ started this war?”
“To control the rich energy of all Cybertronian life, Energon. It is our fuel, energy, and life to us. Anybot who controls it controls all. And Megatron wanted that power for himself. Megatron was the leader of the Decepticons and he was by far the worse of them all. It was him that started this war and the reason why our race is now on the verge of extinction. And worst Grimlock has no idea if my team is ok, they were like my brothers and now…may never see them again.” Grimlock spoke sadly.
Grimlock then felt a soft touch on the side of his head. He turned to see Zecora on his shoulders stroke his head to comfort him. He didn’t know how she got on his shoulder without his knowing but he didn’t think long as he felt her soft warm furry hands on his head and it felt nice. All his life he only knew cold, pain, anger, and fighting. He never felt the anything beyond war itself so this act of comfort was so foreign to him that he doesn’t know what to do. He lean forward in her touch and let out a calm growl. Zecora smiled at this making her feel good knowing she is bringing some comfort to him and she was surprise he felt warm. Most machines she felt were cold and unpleasant to touch but Grimlock wasn’t like that, maybe it’s because he’s a sentient being rather than a machine. But it was short lived as a loud roar filled the air.
“By Tartars, what creature was that?” Zecora asks looking around.
“Don’t know best check out, you with?” Grimlock asks.
“Indeed, I will accompany you, the roar seemed to be near Froggy Bottom Bog.”
Grimlock nodded and walked to the swamps. In a few short minutes he arrived at the place, it was muggy and it was many water and less land. But something felt odd like something was amiss. Then they saw it. It was a massive beast. It was taller than Grimlock and boy did it look like a nightmare. It had seven heads each with four horns what look like purple crystals and spikes than ran down its back all the way to its three long tails. They also looked like purple crystals. It had two arms with the same spikes on the forearms with large three claw razors on its hands and no legs. Its jagged teeth was pure white and also had dirty yellow eyes with no pupils in them. It’s skin was pitch black and it looked like a true nightmare. The two were shocked at the mighty beast.
“Now that’s what Grimlock calls ugly.” Grimlock says.
“By the Abyss itself…it’s back.” Zecora whispered in fear.
“Wait, you know that thing?” Grimlock asks.
“Indeed I do, this creature is known as a Hydra but I never seen one that looked like that. It attack Ponyville a few nights back and I was able to lure it away before it could hurt anypony…oh no!” She gasps in horror.
Grimlock followed her gaze and saw the six ponies from before on a little patch of land and they looked terrible. Their cloths were ripped up and they had many cuts and bleeding too. They looked exhausted and afraid.
“They must of tried to stop it by themselves…brave ponies indeed.” Grimlock thought.
“Wait here Zecora, Grimlock got a beast to smash.” Grimlock carefully put Zecora on the ground and went up to the beast.
“Shit this is bad girls…we are in some real trouble now.” Applejack wheezed in pain.
“We threw everything at it and nothing.” Rainbow Dash spoke in anger.
“And unlike that metal giant I don’t think he’ll let us slip by…are we going to die?” Pinkie Pie asks with sorrow.
“It…appears so…I’m so sorry I got you all in this.” Twilight said with tears.
“Nonsense dear, we came by choice so hush…it’ll be alright.” Rarity said in false hope.
“If…if this is our end…then I’m happy I’ll die with you all… I love you all so much.” Fluttershy said with a sad smile.
“Us too.” The five agreed.
So they all hugged each other closing their eyes and waited for their deaths. The creature smirked as it raised its claws for the final kill. It swings down for the kill when-
CLANK!
The sound of claws hitting a unusual material making the six carefully opening their eyes and gasped at what was in front of them. It was Grimlock in front with his Energon shield out blocking the attack. The creature hissed in surprise and anger. With a mighty shove, Grimlock pushed the claw away as the creature stumbled back. Grimlock looked back at them seeing their disbelieve in who saved them.
“None of you are seriously hurt right?” He asks.
“…Um…a few scratches but overall we’re ok…but why did you save us?” Twilight asks.
“Talk later, Grimlock got work to do. Stay out of way, this is going to get messy.” He said slamming his fist into his palm making a creaky metal sound crack.
The creature regain its footing and roared at Grimlock in anger while he just snorted. The creature slithered its way to him teeth baring and claws out while Grimlock rushed at it. The two met in the middle as they started thrashing each other. Grimlock was surprised at how strong and deadly this Hydra was but he wasn’t a pushover. One of the ends strikes at him as it bite down on his arm but regretted it badly as its teeth broke making it scream in pain. Grimlock slammed his foot on its chest hard making it recoil in pain giving him a chance to lift it up in the air and threw it across the bog. Grimlock ran at it ready to pound it on the ground. Seeing a chance to get to the others, Zecora went over to them to see if she can help.
“My friends I’m glad you are save and I hope your condition is not too grave.” She said in her rhyme looking worried.
“Zecora! What are you doing here?” Twilight asks.
“I have come to help you but not alone, for Grimlock will fight that beast and I believe he’ll defeat it as we shall be shown.” She said.
“Grim-who? Wait you don’t mean that jerk giant do you?” Rainbow Dash said and Zecora nodded.
“But how can you be certain he’s on our said Zecora?” Fluttershy asks.
“Cause I just do.” She said simply.
Before they could ask any more questions they felt the tremors of something big hitting the water. They turned to see Grimlock on the ground with the Hydra on top of him trying to rip him apart. Grimlock has two of the heads in a hold but the others were chipping away at his armor. Though it couldn’t bite off his armor they can attack it relentlessly. Grimlock then kicked it off of him but not without a cost. One of the heads did some damage to his left arm.
“Stupid Hydra is starting to tick me off, but have to admit it’s a strong opponent. But if it wants to play that way then Grimlock is happy to do the same!” As he said that, he took something from his waist and it grew into a large orange sword.
The others gasped at what they seen, Grimlock was packing weapons. But the beast wasn’t impress by that. It charged at him with the intent to kill but Grimlock was a step ahead. Grimlock jump to the side letting the Hydra miss him giving Grimlock a perfect opening and stab his sword into its side. The beast roared in pain as it tries to swat him away. Grimlock bats the claws away and starts slicing the beast up, but he notice something odd. The beast doesn’t bleed, at all. Like it never had blood to begin with. Grimlock was smack out of his thought by its tail sending him through trees, rocks, and water 50 yards away before impaling head first in a patch of land.
“……ow.” Grimlock mumbled in the ground before detaching himself from it.
Grimlock turned around and felt a great pain on his chest, he looked down and saw glowing purple claw marks on him. He looked up at the creature to see its claws were glowing purple.
“So you can use some sort of energy and hurt me? Not bad but Grimlock got few tricks to you slag’n ugly organic!” Grimlock roared as he slammed his fist into one of the heads breaking through its skull killing it.
The others wince at the gruesome scene as Grimlock tackles the beast going for another kill of the heads but the beast wasn’t going down that easily. The two rumbled in the waters exchanging blows and damage to one another. The others just watch the battle amazed at how strong and power Grimlock really is.
“Wowie! I never knew mister giant was this strong!” Pinkie Pie said in thrilled by Grimlock’s battle.
“But then that means he could of done us in whenever he wanted…we never stood a chance if he wanted to hurt us…and yet he held back while we hurt him…if we ever did damage to him in the first place.” Applejack realized.
“But then why save us?” Rarity asks.
“Maybe we should ask that later cause the big guy is having some trouble.” Rainbow Dash said.
Indeed Grimlock was, the Hydra got the upper hand with its attack as it seemed to carry some sort of poison in its claws that now is slowing Grimlock down. But the beast wasn’t done with pulling surprises yet. With the six remaining heads reared back and let loose a powerful stream of purple energy at him. Grimlock quickly pulled out his shield and was able to block the attack but the heat of the energy was frying his circuits. The creature swung its tail at him sending Grimlock into the air before shooting him down with another beam attack. Grimlock yelled in pain as he plummets to the water and seemed to vanish under the murky waters. After a minute of waiting for him to surface, the creature let out a victory roar pleased with killing him. The Hydra slowly turned its attention to the others with an evil stare in its eyes.
“Oh no, this is bad.” Fluttershy gulped in fear.
“We won’t be able to outrun it with your condition, and it seems we have no other volition.” Zecora said grimly.
The Hydra towered them and was ready for an attack when Grimlock’s sword busted through its chest. The creature screamed and thrashed in pain looking back to see Grimlock was out of the waters and has thrown his sword at it.
“Grimlock my friend you are ok!” Zecora said happily.
“Ok but extremely ticked off!” The creature removed the sword and threw it across the bog.
“Not good, he’s defenseless without his sword!” Twilight said.
“Grimlock doesn’t need his sword, going to show this ugly organic what happens when you mess with a DINOBOT!” Grimlock roared.
Grimlock slams his fist to the ground and he started to change. His whole body morphed and moved like a jigsaw puzzle. His legs came together making a large tail while his arms grow and became legs. His head disappeared as a yellow chest appeared with tiny arms with three claws and a massive head came out. A loud roar was heard miles away from the head with reds eyes and sharp teeth. The others were stun to see Grimlock turned into a massive beast and he was scarier than before. Even the Hydra was a bit scared of this new creature. Grimlock was now in his T-rex form as he snarled and growled at the beast.
“Now you’ll see what Grimlock can really do!” Grimlock said as he charged at the Hydra.
He head-butted the Hydra sending it into some rock before jumping on it. He grabs two if the necks in his mouth and rips it off with ease. It scream in agony as Grimlock stomps on its arm breaking it. The Hydra pushes Grimlock off and fires another beam attack hitting him dead on. But it seems it doesn’t hurt him as Grimlock just shakes it off. Grimlock roars at it as he activates his boosters on his back. They gave him an extra burst of speed as he slams his body into the monster pushing it through the bog hitting everything in their way. Grimlock them grabs it and throws it over him as the creature’s body slams into the water. It slowly gets up as it tries to attack but Grimlock let loose a powerful blast of his fire breath which was hot enough to metal Cybertron metal. The beast screams in pain feeling the fire scorch its flesh into ashes. Grimlock swings his tail and hits it square in the chest sending it to the ground. Grimlock slowly walks up to the down Hydra growling at it.
“You put up good fight but you are no match for me. You tried to hurt these ponies when they did nothing to you, you are as bad as Decepticons and do you know what Grimlock does to those who act like them?” He asks the beast and it shook its heads no.
“Simple really, GRIMLOCK DESTROYS THEM!” He roars loudly.
With that Grimlock let loose his fire breath on the beast as it lets out one last dying roar before the flames consumes the body. The body turned to ashes as the winds blow them to the air leaving nothing but boiling water. Grimlock snorted and turned to the others. They were amazed and shocked of what they just witness, they didn’t even scratch the beast but Grimlock was able to defeat it. They saw Grimlock slowly walked up to them as he lowered his head to them.
“No one got hurt while Grimlock fought that thing right?” Grimlock asks.
“We’re fine…thanks for saving our hides.” Applejack said.
“Can you move?”
“We’re pretty banged up but we’ll live though it’s going to be a bitch walking back to Ponyville like this.” Rainbow Dash said.
“We shall go to my home for it is closer and I can give you medical treatment.” Zecora said dropping her rhymes.
“Grimlock will help, climb on top and Grimlock will take you to wherever you need.” He offered and he lowered himself so they can get on easily.
“Thank you mister giant and Zecora…holy hay you didn’t rhyme!” Pinkie Pie pointed out.
“Yes, I don’t always need to rhyme all the time so I don’t. Now let me help you all up on Grimlock here.” Zecora started helping them on Grimlock.
Once they were all on Zecora sat on Grimlock’s head. He slowly got up and walked carefully out of the bog following Zecora’s directions to her home. It didn’t take them long to reach her home so Grimlock lowered himself as they all got off. Zecora went inside her home and quickly got the items she needs to patch them up. Grimlock transformed back into his robot mode as Zecora went about putting on the medical herbs and wrapping them in bandages. After ten minutes Zecora was finish.
“There we go, no life threatening injuries but I would suggest you all take it easy and rest for a few days.” Zecora said.
“Good, now Grimlock is going back to base.” Grimlock said as he stood up and walked back to his home.
“Please wait!” Twilight spoke up.
“Huh, what does pony want with Grimlock now?” Grimlock turn back to them.
“I…I want to say sorry for attacking you.” Twilight started.
“No, we’re all sorry that we attack you like that. You never hurt us and yet we tried to stop you for something you weren’t even going to do.” Rarity stepped in.
“Yeah I feel so crummy about that, can you forgive us mister giant-er Grimlock I mean?” Pinkie Pie asks.
“…Well, ok. Grimlock forgives ponies. And might as well say sorry for calling you puny and weak. You showed Grimlock you are not so weak. You all fought bravely so you’re ok with me.” Grimlock says.
“Well then since we’re all square away with saying sorry to each other why not we start over. My name is Applejack and I want to say thanks for saving us Grimlock.” Applejack held out her hand for a shake which Grimlock did.
“Hi their Grimmy, my name is Pinkie Pie but you already know that. I’ll need to throw you a ‘We’re sorry for attacking thanks for saving us welcome to Ponyville’ party! It’s going to be my best party yet! I hope we can be friends?” Pinkie Pie asks.
“Uh, sure. Grimlock will be friends with you.”
“YAY!” Pinkie Pie hugged his face with her breast rubbing on his faceplate.
“Please let go of me.” He asks.
“Ok.” She said letting go and jumping off of him.
“Please excuse Pinkie Pie Grimlock, she can be a bit hyperactive at times but means well. My name is Rarity and I wish to thank you for saving us. A bit of a brutal way for my taste but none of the less I thank you.” Rarity says.
“My name is Twilight Sparkle and I must say you are truly something else. I never knew a creature like you that can shape shift into other creatures like you can. What kind of being are you Grimlock?” Twilight asks.
“Grimlock is Cybertronian, Grimlock comes from another world.”
“Another world!” The others besides Zecora gasps.
“Oh my, do you have animals there? Oh pardon me, I’m Fluttershy.” Fluttershy says.
“Perfect name for you.” Grimlock says.
“Thank you Grimlock. Oh do you need medical help too, that wound looks really nasty.” She asks with concern.
“Grimlock will be find after a few megacycles in the restoration chamber.”
“Oh that’s good to hear…Um, I think?” She smiles though she has no idea what he said.
“Guess I’m left, my name is Rainbow Dash and even though you saved us I still don’t trust you.” She huffed.
“Rainbow Dash how can you say that?!” Twilight surprised by her words.
“First he called us weak, second he was playing with us, and third you saw how he trashed that monster like that, who’s to say he wouldn’t do it to us?” She shot back.
“But he didn’t and that should tell us he isn’t evil.”
“I still don’t trust that thing.”
“Are you nuts? Yer trying to make him mad after he saved our asses?” Applejack snapped at her.
“Grimlock says that’s a good trait.” Grimlock spoke up.
“Huh?” The others said.
“She has good reason not to trust Grimlock and that’s ok with me. That means she not gullible or stupid. Takes time to form bonds and that’s fine with Grimlock.” He explains.
“So wait…you don’t mind me not trusting you?” Rainbow Dash asks.
“Nope, Grimlock sees that you may never trust me but Grimlock understands. But won’t force you to like me.” He said.
Rainbow Dash just stares at him confused that he’s ok with her not trusting him. Her gazed went back to the ground and mumbled something the others can’t hear.
“Please excuse our friend as she tends to be stubborn at times.” Rarity said.
“Well Grimlock I guess we should head back to town now, it was nice meeting you and sorry for attacking you again.” Twilight says.
“It’s fine, have safe trip back home.” He said.
“I’ll come with you all to your town just in case, I’ll see you later Grimlock.” Zecora says as she leads the group out of the forest.
The others wave goodbye to Grimlock and he waved back. After he couldn’t see them anymore, Grimlock made a quick b-line back to the bog. Grimlock made it to the bog where he fought the Hydra and started looking for his sword. He would be damned if he leaves it as it was the very few personal things he has left from his old life. Eventually he found in impaled in a dead tree so he yanked it out and started to walk back home till he kicked something under the water. He reached in to find what he kicked and pulled out one of the purple crystal like things that was on the Hydra. He examines it for a bit not liking the bad vibe he was sensing from it, it reminded him of…no it couldn’t be…could it?
“Better get this checked out…hope am wrong.” Grimlock took the crystal and left for Base Dinobot.
“Sentinel, need for you to scan this and tell me what it is.” Grimlock spoke.
“Acknowledge, place sample in reader.” Sentinel said.
Grimlock place the crystal on the scanner as Sentinel examine it. After a few minutes the answer was found.
“Warning! Subject is crystallized form of Dark Energon!”
“No…it can’t be! How is it possible?”
“Shockwave had many samples of Dark Energon in all its forms to study its effect on Cybertronian matter and life forms. It stands to reason that some of the Dark Energon has also been transported through Space Bridge Tower when it collapses. Additional warning! Scans also detect traces of organic molecular cells within crystal.”
“How is it possible for Dark Energon to effect organics like that thing Grimlock fought?”
“Dark Energon has many unknown properties and effects that we have yet to know. It seems it could also affect organics as well. Scans indicate that takes time to do so. Reading show that crystal has been here for several decivorn.”
“Ok now that’s just one big good ole frag’n not possible!”
“It is possible since the Space Bridge technology use by the Ancients have not only be able to bend space itself but also time so to make the trip seem short in long distance. When the tower was destroyed it was unstable and could have sending anything in its explosion radius anywhere and any when.”
“Well that’s just slag’n great…this world could be in danger from the Dark Energon…and can be like my home…no. Will not let that happen here! Grimlock will go all over this planet and destroy all traces of Dark Energon! This is my promise, will not let world die because of his selfless need to rule Cybertron.” Grimlock vowed crushing the Dark Energon crystal in his hand into dust.
But for now Grimlock headed into the restoration chamber to get patch up and headed to his berth to get a well deserve rest.
Unaware of the challenges and obstacles that are ahead nor the greatest surprises.

Whelp I hope you all like this unusual story I've made, please review and let me know what you think. For those who like it or think I'm nuts for even thinking this story in the first well sorry for those who don't like it in the first place. I decided to do something different and unheard of and here it is. Yes its such a weird and maybe crazy idea and many of you are wondering how certain things have happen so far and all will be clear soon but hey, the mystery of how it happens is the fun part pIus I just want to try it and see how it goes. PRIDE WILL SEE YOUR DOWNFALL PONY
“Do it again!” Pinkie Pie said with a big smile.
“Again? But already did it like twenty times now.” Grimlock said with some irritation in his voice.
“Oh pretty please with sugar, whip cream, nuts, chocolate sauce, and raspberry on top.” She asks with a cute smile and a 'please do it' look.
It has been a few days since the attack and it seems the girls have warmed up to Grimlock. All but Rainbow Dash as she refuses to go near him. So for now it was just Grimlock, Twilight, Pinkie Pie, Zecora, and Fluttershy outside the base today. Applejack and Rarity had to do something important but said they catch up later. Today Grimlock decided it wouldn’t hurt to tell them a little about himself and the world he came from so he was showing them a little of what Cybertron is like with the base and a bit what the technology is. They asked him if he could tell more about himself and his home and what it was like; being an alien and all was so awesome to them that they want to know more about him. With that in mind, he figures since it’s painfully obvious that he’s going to stay might as well tell his new friends about himself like they ask. Which was a weird concept for Grimlock having organics like them as friends; in fact he has no idea why he agreed to be friends with them in the first place. Perhaps it was because he was lonely and wanted company. But whatever the reason here he is with them explaining all about himself and his world……or was trying to till Pinkie Pie wanted so badly for him to transform like a thousand times since she thinks it so cool for him to morph into his T-rex form at will but now he was beginning to wonder if the ‘only can transform while anger’ deal was actually more of a blessing then this.
“Um Pinkie Pie, I think you should let Grimlock rest now cause you’ve asked him to do it a lot.” Fluttershy said.
“But it’s so cool! The way his body moves into different shapes and forms plus the neat sound when he does it. I never seen anything like that before, how cane none of you not think it’s neat!?”
“We do think it’s both intriguing and fascinating but making him do it over and over can’t be good for his health.” Twilight said.
“It must be tasking indeed for Grimlock to morph so many times in a row like that, it would be wise for you to stop soon before Grimlock starts to throw a spat.” Zecora warns her.
“Ok, but can’t you do it just one more time? I won’t ask you to do it any more for today, I pinkie swear!” Pinkie Pie said.
“…Fine, but this is the last time.” Grimlock said.
So Grimlock took a few steps back and slammed his fists to the ground transforming into his T-rex form roaring to the heavens and as it carried by the winds and all could hear it miles away. Grimlock look back at the four as they ‘awe’ at his transformation. Grimlock did find it amusing that they were so fascinated by the simple thing of transforming which all Cybertronians can do. But he remembers that he is the first one they ever saw so it was understandable that they were amazed by this. But doing it over and over does get to be a pain in the ass. Grimlock transforms back and starts to lead them into Base Dinobot so he could show them around just like they wanted. The girls were amazed by all that he had even if it was just the basic by Cybertronian standers. Everything was so much bigger than them, even the simple tool in the base where about their size and weight. And the technology was millions of years more advance then any on their world too. Grimlock was a little worried that Pinkie Pie might destroy something while in her hyperactive mode but the others say they'll make sure that won't happen. But what made him really groan was the fact they had millions of questions for them which means it'll be a long day for him, he was kicking himself for doing this. He hopes his patients will last from their questions.
“So back to you were saying before Pinkie Pie got excited with the transforming thing, your world is completely made of metal, machines, circuitry, and not one little pit of plant life or animals?” Twilight asks Grimlock as she sat on the hologram station next to him.
“Yep and Cybertronians don’t need any of the things organics need to survive. All we need is Energon.” Grimlock said standing in front of the them.
"That's sooooooo weird, but in a good way. But that means you never had cake, cookies, brownies, pies, or even ice-cream? I feel bad for you Grimmy cause you’re missing out on the good stuff!" Pinkie Pie said sitting on his head waving her hooves in his face.
"So Grimlock what was life like before the war?" Fluttershy asks.
"They said it was like paradise on Cybertron. The Golden Age of Cybertron was paved in peace and the pursuit of knowledge was the backbone of all space travel. We were a very highly advance race with abilities, science, and technology that made us stand out. But even that was short lived as Megatron rose from being a gladiator of the Pit of Kaon like Grimlock to forge a small group called Decepticons. At first it was for a good reason, not all Cybertronians were treated equal since past Primes done such a slag'n job leading us. Megatron left the Pit to political ways in order to change the old ways. Many Cybertronians followed him for his words, such as Optimus Prime the current leader of the Autobots. But back then he wasn't always a Prime or leader and believed that Cybertron needed to change so all bots can be equal and Megatron's words inspired him and others. So over the years Megatron formed a strong alliance with many loyal bots and went to the High Council to demand to be the next Prime. As you can guess that didn't end as Megatron wanted. So fueled by his greed, anger, and hunger to conquer all, Megatron and his Decepticons led waves of destruction all over Cybertron that lasted millions of years. And the war ended with our planet's core shutting down, stopping it's production on Energon. Now my home is dead and my kind is on the verge of extinction scatter across the universe and Grimlock is stuck on this planet with no way off or knowing if team is still active or not." Grimlock told them as he showed them on the screen Cybertron and a few pictures of the world, technology, and the people themselves.
The others were amazed, shocked, and sadden by his tale. To hear the story of a world such as his was mind blowing with a species made not of flesh and bone like them but metal, circuits, lights, tubes, and wires. One of them has lived longer than anything on this planet alone. Grimlock himself was a least a little over 8 million years old. Now that shocked them, there isn’t a single living being in all of the entire world close to Grimlock’s age. In fact only the Princesses and the dragons are probably the very few creatures that have very long life spans but even they would be considered toddlers by Cybertronian standards. But he also said he never knew peace his entire life, he was always fighting, killing and surviving a bloody war that has taken its greatest toll on everything within and out of the millions of years of fighting. Now Equestria knew hard times as they faced them before but never a war on the scale Grimlock was in. It made them wonder if her ever knew anything beyond fighting.
“From all the fighting you been through all those years ago, wasn’t there any happiness at all that wasn’t part of your war’s fights and great foe?” Zecora asks.
“My team was the only bright side to that war…they were like Grimlock’s brothers…and now Grimlock may never see them again, don’t even know if there still online or not. Now am stuck here for Primus knows how long, there isn’t a piece of technology anywhere on this planet nearly advance enough to use to return home.” Grimlock sighed.
“Grimlock…I’m so sorry for all you’ve been through, that you’re stuck here and unable to return home but know this I’ll do everything in my power to help you get back home. This is my promise to you.” Twilight said flying up to him and patting his large shoulders.
“Thanks, nice to hear that. But how can you?”
“It might take some time but with hard work and research I might be able to find a strong enough teleportation spell to send you back home. But I’ll need to find such a spell first since the farthest teleport spell ever used was from here to the moon.”
“But until then we’ll do all we can to make you feel comfortable and accepted here.” Fluttershy said.
“So can all Cybertronians transform?” Pinkie Pie asks trying to change the sadden mood.
“Yes, there are different general types of alternate modes we can transform into. Cars, Trucks, Tanks, Weapons, Airily Crafts, and even Ships/Bases. Each has their own strengths and weaknesses. Cars are the fastest on land but have less armor; Trucks can ram objects out of their way, Tanks have greater fire power and armor, Airily Crafts are the fastest out of any alt form and can carry a little more fire power, Weapons are rare alt forms but can unleash great damage on enemies, and Ship/Bases alt forms are very rare but they have more power than any alt form a Cybertronian can have.” Grimlock explains as Sentinel showed them images of the alt forms on the screen.
“Truly your species is amazing Grimlock, the abilities you have and the achievements you made, it just so unbelievable at first. To know there is life beyond the stars but they are so different, think of all the things they could teach us and what they could bring.” Twilight said.
“That’s not always a good thing.” He said softly.
“Grimlock, what is wrong my friend?” Zecora asks.
“……nothing, just wondering how ponies were able to do things like bring me down to one knee and even almost knocked me out.” Grimlock half-lied.
He was indeed curious as to how these life forms were able to kick him back, bring him to a knee, and even levitate him in the air.
“We may be smaller than you but that doesn’t mean we’re any weaker than we look. Earth Ponies are very strong able to lift heavy objects twice their size which is how Applejack got you to go on one knee, plus your surprise and lack of being ready gave her the opportunity to do so. Pegasi Ponies have lighter bones than many which make them very fast flyers, which is how Rainbow Dash’s kick affected you, her speed gave her the inertia to make you move back. And Unicorn Ponies have magic and a lot of it so Rarity and I able to lift you was a no brainer. And then there’s me, Alicorns are the most powerful Ponies of all time so my spell may have not done its job but it was still powerful enough to almost knocked you out as you stated. So in a nutshell, we’re more than you think Grimlock.” Twilight explains.
“Guess that makes sense……well as much sense coming from organic talking bipedal colorful beings with sentient thoughts at least.”
“Well we could say the same thing for a humongous metal alien giant that transforms into a wingless dragon that’s like a zillion years older than us.” Pinkie Pie added.
“So um Grimlock…do you like it here?” Fluttershy asks.
“It’s very different from my home that’s for sure, all these organic plants everywhere makes it kinda hard for me to walk since Grimlock is heavy. Plus Grimlock has been attacked by a lion-like creature with wings and a stinger tail and a pack of creatures made of wood.” Grimlock said.
“The Manticore and Timberwolves are what they are called, they are very dangerous predators here that you have found out and I can tell you weren’t enthralled. They are but the many that live within the Everfree Forest you see, many more lurk within the shadows of this place that make many fear them and flee.” Zecora said.
“…Why do you switch from rhyming and normal speech Zecora? Wouldn’t it be easier to just talk normally?” Twilight asks.
“While rhyming is not an easy trait to use, it helps my keep my mind sharp and never let it snooze. You see to use rhyme is not only to improve one skill in finding new way of problem solving, but also makes others see the problem in another way as well without giving away too much of the resolving. Plus I just like doing it.” She smiles.
“That’s neat!” Pinkie Pie said.
“Grimlock, you told us the different Alt Forms your kind can transform. But what category does your Alt Form fall under? I don’t seem to see it here, is it like under Weapons?” Twilight asks as she looked through the form on the computer screens.
But all she got was silence. She turned to Grimlock and saw he was just standing there looking out the window with a far off gaze it seems. The others were concerned that something might be wrong with him.
“Grimlock, are you ok?” Fluttershy asks going up to him.
“Don’t want to talk about why have alt form now…that’s all.” He said in a low voice.
“Oh sorry if we asked you that was something too personal.” Pinkie Pie said.
“It’s fine…Grimlock is done answering questions for today. What else you want to do?”
“Oh I have a great idea, since you’ve been so generous about answering our questions and opening your home to us I believe we should do the same thing.” Twilight said.
“That’s not a bad idea Twilight but how should we proceed with it?” Zecora asks.
“Oh I know, let’s bring him to Ponyville! That’s a great place for Grimmy here to know more about us!” Pinkie Pie suggested.
“That’s a bad Idea.” Grimlock said.
“I’m afraid he’s right; remember how we acted when we first met him? The others back home will be terrified just like we were and might hurt themselves in the panic that will happen if he steps foot in town. But I could bring some books about Equestria society and history, it might lack the pizazz your computers has over my books but it’ll be just as informative.” Twilight said.
“And I can bring all the goodies from them bakery so you can see it, I know you don’t eat but they’re just as pretty to look at too.” Pinkie Pie said.
“And if you want you can come to my cottage. It’s near the forest and outside the town so you can come see all the cute critters I take care of…if you want I mean.” Fluttershy offered.
“Sounds…ok to me. Best if you all head home now, has some things to do.” Grimlock said.
“Very well my friend, we’ll come back tomorrow and bring items of our world so you can understand it better. Take care Grimlock.” Zecora said patting on his shoulder.
“See a later Grimmy!” Pinkie Pie gave him a big hug on his hand.
Grimlock helped them down from the counter and led them outside near the exit of the forest with Zecora headed to her home. Once they were out of sight from his optics Grimlock started his mission. Grimlock had to make sure that there wasn’t any more Dark Energon laying around for some creature to become like that Hydra he fought a few days ago. Dark Energon is a very dangerous source of power that many can’t control. Grimlock heard a rumor once that it was made long ago as a solution to make a ‘super Energon’ fuel that would be ten times more efficient, potent, and more powerful than regular Energon. After years of experimenting, researching, and failed test, they finally got what they want. A powerful form of Energon that was beyond their wildest dreams, so much so that it was uncontrollable. No one could control it without being destroyed or corrupted so the only option was to destroy the samples and data on making it, but it seems that not all of it was completely destroyed as witness by all on Cybertron. And the worst part is it can multiply like crazy so containing it was almost not an option. Grimlock was hoping that it would take time to grow since this was an organic place with little to no metal at all. But with the recent knowledge that Dark Energon can corrupted and reform an organic life form, who knows what else could it do?
“Grimlock needs to find way to locate all Dark Energon before world becomes dead and barren like mine. Hope it’s not all over the world cause that would be a pain in the tailpipe. Perhaps Sentinel can make scanner to find Dark Energon, worth a shot. But can’t let Ponies know about this or panic will spread. Need to do this under the radar so they won’t get suspicious.” Grimlock said.
As he walk through the forest looking for clues of Dark Energon, he was being followed by a certain blue Pegasus high in the air. Rainbow Dash was following him to get some dirt on him. The fact is Rainbow Dash believes he was up to something that would hurt her friends; she wouldn’t buy in the whole ‘he won’t hurt us’ deal like the others fell for. She was going to get prove he was a no good monster one way or another.
“That’s it just lead me to your no good evil plans you asshole. You may have fooled my friends but I’ll expose you to what you really are monster.” Rainbow Dash whispers with spite in her voice.
So for a few hours Rainbow Dash hid among the clouds spying on Grimlock to have proven he was a bad guy. But after a while of her watching him walk around the forest she was getting both board and ticked off that all he was doing was walking around and doing nothing. How was she going to prove he’s a jerk if he all he does is walk around?
“Holy crap this is so boring! You would think bastards like him do something exciting, but all he done is walk around the forest. I’ve could of done something awesome but no, I’m here watching this asshole when I could be practicing my flight or even do some weather control. I didn’t realize this would be a complete waste of time, well…better head back home cause nothing’s happening…wait a minute, what’s this?”
Rainbow Dash saw Grimlock was kneeling down near some bushes moving them around as if he was looking for something. Thinking this might be the lead she’s been waiting for, Rainbow Dash flew down as quietly as possible and hid within the leaves of the nearest tree to Grimlock. She silently poke her head out to get a better few of what he was doing. Grimlock pulled a few bushes out from the ground when Rainbow Dash saw it. It was a purple crystal of some kind that was glowing and it was giving off an ominous vibe. Looking closely Rainbow Dash recognize the crystal from before, it was the same one on that monster.
“There you are, good thing Grimlock found you now can do want must be done.” Grimlock said.
“Hold it right their monster!” Rainbow Dash came out from the tree.
“What the, Rainbow Dash?” Grimlock said actually shocked to see her.
“I knew you were no good and this proves it. You were the cause of that monster that attack Ponyville with those creepy crystals there. Figures, it takes a monster to create a monster.” Rainbow Dash sneered as she prosecute him.
“What?! Grimlock knows you don’t like me and Grimlock understands but you shouldn’t blame me for that. That creature was not cause of me, but you are right, these crystals are the reason that thing existed.”
“Yeah right, your just blowing smoke up my ass to cover yourself. You know what that crystal is and you knew it made that Hydra what it is so your guilty of that things existence.” Rainbow Dash snaps at him going up to his face poking his faceplate.
Grimlock just stared at her not saying a word. Rainbow Dash was getting uncomfortable hating that she can’t tell what he was thinking or read his facial expression when he basically has none. The silence grew out making her back away from him losing some of her steam. She knows she can’t take him on alone, not after witnessing the brawl he had with the Hydra.
“You say Grimlock use this crystal to change the Hydra into that monster, that Grimlock needs it for an ‘evil plan’ right?” He finally spoke up.
“Damn straight.”
“Grimlock sees.” He nodded his head.
Grimlock turns his back to her and went silent making her go on edge, waiting for him to attack her. Suddenly his sword comes out and he swings it making it look like he is going to hurt her but quickly change its direction and destroys the crystal turning it to dust. Rainbow Dash was stiff as a board so shocked that his sword almost got her, so much that she was losing concentration in flying and would fall if not Grimlock caught her. She now sits in the palm of his hands looking stun, Grimlock knew it was a bit drastic what he did but he wanted to make a point.
“Grimlock could of killed you, could of use the crystal, and could of hurt your friends but didn’t. Grimlock chooses the less violent route to solve problems, you claim Grimlock is monster…and your half right. Grimlock is no longer the Autobot he is thanks to a certain Decepticon and will never be the same again. Have done many horrible and violent things to stay online for so long but even Grimlock won’t stoop so low as to hurt innocents like you Rainbow Dash. This may not show you Grimlock is telling the truth but want you to know this, no matter what I will protect you and your friends from these crystals called Dark Energon and the harm they cause Rainbow Dash.” He spoke in a sincere and calm voice.
Rainbow Dash was stun by his words and for a moment actually thought he was telling the truth but her stubborn and pride rose up making her snort at him.
“What a load of crap, I don’t believe that for a second. And why would you want to protect me? You hardly know me or my friends so how can you claim you want to help us? I mean seriously, you’re a giant metal behemoth that comes from Celestia knows where and says they’re not going to hurt us after killing the Hydra in such a brutal way. What kind of idiot do you think I am? The fact is you don’t really see us as friends, you have no reason to even be part of our lives, and for all I care, you don’t deserve to live here! If you were ‘force’ to leave your own home then you don’t deserve live anywhere! You would just hurt my friends eventually and I will be damned if I let a monster like you harm them. Why not just die in a hole somewhere, nopony will miss you. I certainly wouldn’t.” Rainbow Dash laid down the hate on him.
Now that just pissed him off.
“And what right do you have to say Grimlock should die or where Grimlock should live organic! Grimlock knows Grimlock doesn’t belong here, might be bringing bad things, and is a brute. But didn’t ask to be what am now, a freak of nature sent to this back water planet when my species is on the verge of extinction scatter across the galaxy. Grimlock may not know much about Ponies that well but you can’t say am a monster since you don’t know me either. You don’t know what it’s like force from your home, a home that is now dead cause of a war you never even seen, a war that has killed millions of my kind, had to kill to survive, or loose the ones that matter to you! Call me whatever you like Pony but you’ll never know me or my curse. NOW SLAG OFF!” Grimlock roared at her his own voice sending her to the air.
Rainbow Dash stops herself midair before giving Grimlock a nasty look.
“Like I care about your ‘curse’ you can go fuck yourself!” Rainbow Dash gave him the bird and flew off.
“…………RAWR!” Grimlock roared in anger and slams his sword to the ground causing the ground to shake.
“What was Grimlock thinking? Of course she thinks Grimlock is nothing but a monster, why would she think Grimlock won’t hurt her…but she did say some good points though. Why is Grimlock want to be friends with them in the first place and actually protect them? Could Optimus speech of ‘helping others’ actually affected me? No can’t be. They’re weak, have no concept of the life Grimlock been through, have unusual personalities and behaviors, and they look weird…though not in a bad way. They do have some nice figures……THE SLAG GRIMLOCK JUST SAID!? Must have malfunction in Brain Module or something, need to do a maintenance check when get back to base. Guess only good thing this day has brought is found only this one crystal of Dark Energon. Best keep looking though…..later.”
So Grimlock headed back to Base Dinobot but stop when he spotted something shining in the bushes. Grimlock kneels down and move the leaves to get a better look. What he saw made his optics raise in surprise. There in the soil was a small crystal of Energon. It was about the size of his fist, not enough to convert it into cubes but what made him ponder was how did it get here?
“Guess it must of got sucked in with me too. Shockwave must have had crystalize Energon in his base for his frag’n experiments…what the scrap, might as well take it.” Grimlock dug it out of the ground and headed back home.
It didn’t take him long to return to the base as Grimlock place the crystalize Energon in a floating container next to the hologram station. Grimlock stared at it for a while thinking back when Cybertron wasn’t a complete war zone. Even as a Gladiator of Kaon he still had an ok life, he had a roof over his head and a good supply of Energon to last him a while. Plus he always loved the fights, hearing the fans cheer him when he wins the fights, the thrill of beating an opponent to the ground with his bare hands, and just being the top dog. Grimlock was known for his brute tactics and massive power, it was these qualities that got him in the war in the first place. With his large size, extreme strength, and durability to take punishments and hit even harder punches made him one of the most feared Cybertronians ever. His reputation was known far and wide on Cybertron. But now he’s here, on a world that probably never knew of what a war is. As much as he can’t stand to agree with what Rainbow Dash said about him……she was right.
He doesn’t fit here. He’s a massive autonomous robotic organism forge to fight and now is placed in a world that looked like it was made for a kids cartoon show. A sore thumb would be more covert then him. He’s larger than most life forms here, he comes from a hellish battle torn world, his temper is still very dangerous, and by all likelihood he’ll kill an innocent creature. With all that it is more critical to leave this planet ASAP. But it seem the ‘fun’ doesn’t stop there as more items of his world are popping up making the possibility of one of the life forms getting their appendages on something really dangerous that could kill hundreds or even thousands. Hell it wouldn’t surprise him at all if a Decepticon or two are also here just waiting for the right moment. But so far Sentinel’s scans don’t show any Decepticon signatures anywhere thus far. But Grimlock knows that he must find a way off this planet after he finds and destroys all Dark Energon on this planet. Now he isn’t sure why he took this little crusade to rid this world of it, might be that he doesn’t want innocents like them suffering a fate worse than death, or it might be something else.
In any case he needs to find a faster way to get them all before more problems come up.
“Sentinel, need you to do a scan for any Dark Energon signatures as far as your scanners can go. Must find them before someone else does.” Grimlock ordered.
“Acknowledge Grimlock, initiating global scan. Launching probes in low orbit of planet.” Sentinel said as the probes flew high in the skies and splitting off in different directions.
“How long will it take?” Grimlock asks.
“Approximately 3 Astrocycles for full planet scan. I will alert you the split Astroseconds when a signature is detected.”
“Good……but what am going to do till then?”
So far all Grimlock has been able to do is walk in the forest, build the base, rest, eat, and sharpen his sword while he was in Equestria. Since the base is fully repaired, he doesn’t need to eat or rest and sharpening his sword is more for fixing then to pass time. So basically he has nothing to do. Grimlock just sat in his chair trying to think he can do to kill some time, then an idea popped in his mind. Even though Grimlock can transform whenever he wishes, he still has problems controlling his Dino Mode. So why not practice using the form, this world seems to fit the bill as his Alt Form does kinda reflect on the predators of this planet. So Grimlock went outside and transformed into his T-rex form.
“Ok, gonna take small steps for this.” Grimlock said to himself.
So Grimlock started walking around the forest to get a better feel of the Dino form. It was weird for him to have a tail and little arms but in time he’ll get used to it. In his Dino Mode he discovers something interesting. It seems his audio processors, optics, equilibrium, targeting system, and these two others that he can’t seem to figure out are more acute than before. Now the first four seemed to be heightened be a great facture as he can see further and clearer, hear in much greater detail, the equilibrium is finely tune, and his targeting is better than any sniper. The other two seem to be new additions to his mode as Grimlock tries to figure out what they are based on what they seem to do. The first one seems to be a sensory that registers different odor molecules assorting them in different criteria from basics, threatening, and danger. It was wired he even has it when he doesn’t even need air. The second one was a bit harder to describe but as close as he can figure it seems to be an early warning detection system that is able to pick up danger or the unseen, something like what Red Alert has but is more tune to a different kind of unknown danger.
It was weird for these additions to be there in the first place, as though something place them there. Grimlock knew Shockwave didn’t place these functions within him that would mean he wanted him to survive. So who or what gave him these abilities?
“Perhaps it’s just one of those things that is not ment to be known. Ok, looks like Grimlock got this walking thing down let’s see how will can do with running.” Grimlock activates his boosters on his back and began running.
Grimlock weaved, dodge, and leaped over every object in his way while running at his full speed, which wasn’t that fast maybe at least 80 MPH at best. He was getting the hang of it and was actually having fun for the first time in ages. He was beginning to really like being a Dinobot.
“Must admit this is kinda fun, never had much fun back on Cybertron. Maybe being a Dinobot isn’t such a bad thing after all. And this forest is actually ok with Grimlock.”
Grimlock continues to run through the forest enjoying it greatly, so much so that he didn’t notice a green liquid substance in his path as he stepped on it. The liquid had no friction at all making the large robo dinosaur skidded across the ground at high speeds. Grimlock tried to stop himself but only mad things worst as he toppled over and started tumbling on the ground hitting everything from boulders, trees, and basically everything else till he slams head first through a large rock. His head sticks out on the other sides as his entire body is leaned over the rock in a very uncomfortable way. The liquid drips on his snout and it smelled bad, really bad. Grimlock cracks his red eyes open letting out an irritable growl.
“Take it back, hate this forest.” He mumbled.
PONYVILLE
We see Twilight, Pinkie Pie, Zecora, and Fluttershy walking in the main street of Ponyville with no real destination planned. They were talking about Grimlock’s sudden change in attitude when asked about his Alt Form.
“I hope we didn’t anger him, he seemed really uncomfortable when you asked him about his Alt Form Twilight.” Fluttershy spoke.
“Perhaps it is a result of his life of hardships of the past that made him withdraw of the question that was asked. Grimlock comes from a world of war and death so it must be hard for him to talk about it with others, his Alt Form may cause him some discomfort and he only feels that the only ones he can tell is his brothers.” Zecora said.
“It’s possible but we still don’t know everything about him and we might not know for some time. We need to give Grimlock his space and in time he’ll be comfortable to talk about it to us. In the meantime I need to head back to the Library to gather all the books about Equestria and everything about it. Maybe he’ll like to know more about Ponies as well.” Twilight said going down the list of books she’ll bring to him.
“Maybe a party would cheer him up?” Pinkie Pie suggested.
“Though your parties do being much cheer to anypony that is feeling gloom, Grimlock may not want one of your usual large parties as it would bring unwanted attention and bring him discomfort I would presume.” Zecora said.
“I figured so why not just have a small one? I really think a party would be a good think for Grimmy, he has lost so much and I just wanted to show him that he isn’t alone.”
“That’s a wonderful idea Pinkie but it’ll have to be a one with all of us though since the town may not act to friendly with him like Rainbow Dash is.” Fluttershy pointed out.
“Yeah why is Rainbow Dash being such a meanie to Grimmy? He’s nice and super cool!” Pinkie asked.
“Not really sure, perhaps it just the fact how we first met that gave her a bad taste for him? But I think she just needs time to get to know Grimlock better that’s all.” Twilight said.
“In any case how should the eventual knowledge of Grimlock’s existence be revealed?” Zecora asks.
“What do you mean?” Fluttershy asks.
“Grimlock will be found out one day and as you said it yourself Fluttershy they will take his existence in a bad way. How should we ease him into Ponyville and eventually all of Equestria?” Zecora pointed out.
“Oh your right, I haven’t even told the Princesses about him yet. It’ll have to be something simple and subtle nothing big and flashy. Let’s see.” Twilight rubs her chin as she starts thinking.
“We still have time right? Hopefully we might think up of-HEY GUYS!” Rainbow Dash’s voice interrupted Fluttershy.
The four looked up and saw Rainbow Dash zoomed out of the sky and landed near them with a stern face.
“Grimlock is a back stabbing no good jerk; he was the one behind that monster Hydra the other day!” Rainbow Dash spat out.
“What in Equestria are you talking about?” Pinkie Pie asks.
“Remember that Hydra had those weird glowing crystal spike things on its body? Grimlock was snooping around the Everfree Forest this afternoon and found one of those crystals growing in the ground. He called it Dark Energon or something. He knew what it was and what it could do. He caused that monster to attack our home.” Rainbow Dash said.
“Grimlock knew about the crystals that was on that creature’s body?” Fluttershy asked.
“Yes and like I knew all along he is trouble from the very start.”
“But that doesn’t mean he was behind it.” Twilight said.
“What do you mean ‘that doesn’t mean he was behind it?’ he knew what those crystals are!” Rainbow Dash flared her wings.
“Do you have proof?” Pinkie Pie asks.
“Well…no not really but you guys have to believe me he’s up to no good with those crystals!”
“Know the crystals and causing the beast existence are two different things. He might of know what they are but that doesn’t mean he place them here either. Grimlock couldn’t have known that this Dark Energon as it is called was here, he didn’t give a notice or reaction to them till later it seemed. He killed the creature and made sure nothing was left, so he couldn’t have been behind it, he would have needed the crystals.” Zecora said.
“Yeah maybe so but I bet he did it to cover his tracks, plus he found more so I bet he has a stash of them somewhere.”
“You said he found one in the forest today, what did he do with it?” Twilight asks.
“…he…destroyed it.” Rainbow Dash let out a grunt.
“Then that proves he isn’t a bad guy, Grimmy is all good and awesome.” Pinkie said.
“Please give him a chance Rainbow Dash, I know we had a rough start at the beginning with him but I can see he is good.” Fluttershy said.
“Well I don’t! That thing is just toying with us; he had the power to kill us all along like he did with the Hydra. What makes you think he won’t do it to us? He attack us for bucking sakes!” Rainbow Dash snapped.
“That’s where I must stop you, Grimlock didn’t attack you, you attack him first. He asked why you were near his home and, in a bit of a rude matter I will admit, spoke his mind about your attempt to locate and defeat the beast. You attacked him first and again but instead of hurting you or the others, he just simply block or caught your attacks. He even asked to be left alone but yet all of you pestered him to the point he did retaliate. Even after all you did to him he just let you all go so he can be alone. In my eyes Grimlock is no monster, he is a lonely soul that has been through so much and lost everything stranded on a world so different than his. We must have compassion for his point of few.” Zecora stepped in with a stern voice.
Rainbow Dash just stood there stun that all of them are defending Grimlock like he was sort of good guy. She just couldn’t believe it, he was a monster like the Hydra, how can they be so blind? Did he make them say those words or use some creepy robo powers on them? In any case she can see that they won’t listen to reason, they needed prove. And she will get prove one way or another.
“I can’t believe you guys are so blind! I show you that thing really is a beast.”
“In my home country we have a saying ‘those who are blind by birth or incident can see true virtue while those blinded by rage will only see vengeance.’ How far will your let pride lead you on a leash before you go too deep in the abyss?” Zecora asked.
“…I have no idea what that means but just you watch, he’ll be what I always say he is.” And with that she flew off leaving the four.
“Oh dear, I knew Rainbow Dash didn’t like him but this just on another level. She really hates him.” Fluttershy said with a frown.
“What can we do?” Pinkie Pie asks.
“I’m…not sure at this point. Rainbow Dash made it clear to us she hates him and will go to any lengths to prove her point. How far is what worries me. We have to make her see that Grimlock isn’t what she claims him to be. And we have to do it fast before she might get herself into deep trouble. Let’s go girls!” Twilight said and the others chased after her.
WITH RAINBOW DASH
“They want proof he’s a no good monster than I will show them just that. But I’ll need some help…but whom?” Rainbow Dash asks herself as she flew in no particular direction.
It was then that she notice she was near Sweet Apple Acres, the home of Applejack and her family of Ocher Farmers. The Apples have grown the best apples you ever tasted for generations and made delicious apple delights as well. Rainbow Dash thought if anyone can help her at this point than it would have to be Applejack. She may say she is Grimlock’s friend but when she tells what she saw Applejack will be on her side. With that in mind, Rainbow Dash flew down near the ground and started looking for her friend. Soon she found Applejack near the barn with a bunch of created apples. She was doing inventory on a load that was headed to town as she was looking through the papers on her clipboard when she saw Rainbow Dash land near her.
“Well howdy RD, what brings you all the way to my farm?” Applejack ask with a smile.
“I need your help on something very important.” Rainbow Dash said.
“How important are we talking about, cause I need to get these apples ready for a train that’s leaving in a couple of hours to another town.” She pointed to the creates.
“It concerns the life of everypony.” Now this got Applejack’s attention.
“Damn now that is important, just let me get my brother to handle this real quick. He’s always better with numbers anyways. Oh and mind telling me what is we’re going to get ourselves into?”
“We’re going to proof that monster Grimlock is just like the Hydra.” She said.
“…I beg your pardon?”
“All are friends think he’s some sort of good guy when in fact he was behind the whole Hydra thing with those crystals that was on the thing he calls Dark Energon.” She explains.
“And what prove do you have?”
“…Well…I really don’t have anything but I know what I’ve seen and heard. But none of our friends will listen to reason so I need to get them to see what he really is and I need your help to do it.”
“So let me get this straight, you think Grimlock is a no good beast and want to get dirt on him when you have nothing but your personal feelings against him?” She asks.
“Oh don’t tell me you don’t think he’s up to something?” Rainbow Dash asks.
“I have a good beat on when somepony…or bot in this case is lying to me. And I saw nothing that makes me think he is behind whatever fantasy plans you think he has. Look I know you have a beef with him when he made you look weak in front of us and I also know you really take offense to that but letting your pride think for you will only lead to bad things, trust me I’ve been down that road before. Look Dash, Grimlock isn’t the monster we all though he was, we jump the barrel on thinking he was a brute when we were the ones who acted like idoits. We charged at him and he could have easily killed us, but he didn’t and he just let us go. And to top it off he saved our sorry asses after all the ruckus we put him through. Grimlock even said he was sorry for calling us puny and all that, so why can’t you forgive him?”
“I can’t believe this! I thought you were my friend, but I guess I’m doing this alone.” She said darkly and flew off.
“Ah son of a bitch, better catch up to her. Hope she doesn’t do anything stupid.” Applejack sighed and went after her.
WITH GRIMLOCK
“Can’t believe Grimlock got stuck in a rock for that long. Good thing no one saw it, wouldn’t live it down.” Grimlock said as he was walking still in his T-rex form.
It took Grimlock almost an hour to get unstuck from that rock until he just started thrashing around like a wild animal before he broke the whole thing. Grimlock was also still trying to get the horrid smell off his nose but whatever this liquid was it doesn’t want to come off so easily. And it was driving his crazy.
“Oh for Primus sakes this stuff smells awful! Thought the eggs those Insecticons came out of was bad but this stuff takes the Cesium Salami. Better find…what was it Twilight called it…the stuff of clear liquid organics use to drink and wash in…oh yeah water, better find water to clear this stuff off.” Grimlock then change directions to the nearest water hold Zecora told him before.
Grimlock had a good memory of the forest and knew where he was at any given time day or night. It took him only a few minutes to find a small pond and started to wash off the liquid. It was a bit awkward since his arms were tiny but he was able to get the liquid off of him. Grimlock shook off the water and was able to breath in clean air.
“That’s better.” Grimlock grinned.
But his relieve was short lived as his ‘early warning detection system’ was kicking in. Grimlock scan the area but saw nothing, his audio processers however was picking up low growling noise coming from bushes. Zeroing on the noise Grimlock saw many pairs of glowing green eyes looking at him with anger in the bushes. But Grimlock didn’t budge or felt threaten by this at all. Grimlock let out his own warning growl that was much deeper and threatening. It did the trick as whatever creature was in the bushes left seconds later. However Grimlock was still feeling his warning system telling him something was still not right. But why, the creatures are gone so why is it still ringing like an alarm? Grimlock didn’t like it.
“Should just leave now, looks like a storm is heading this way. Looks big too…but something tells Grimlock must follow those creatures…might just follow them for a little but before storm hits.”
But how is he going to follow them was the question? And the answer came via a nasty odor.
“Gah, oh for slag’n sakes it’s the smell and it’s even worse! Guess now have way to follow…this is so going to suck.” Grimlock grunted and with displeasure of followed the horrid stench.
WITH RAINBOW DASH
Rainbow Dash lands in the Everfree Forest with a camera in hand. She quickly went back to her house and got her camera so she could get photographic evidence on Grimlock. But she had to make it quick, a wicked storm was heading this way. And this was no storm she would ever mess with, unlike the weather in Ponyville where Pegasus like herself can control the weather with ease, weather in the forest in unpredictable, extremely dangerous, and above all uncontrollable. No pony, not even Alicorns, can ever control the weather here. But the means outweigh the danger, for her it will be worth it. Now it was no secret that Rainbow Dash hates to lose or fail at anything she does and so when she was beaten by Grimlock three days ago left her angry and wanting payback. For that was her main reason in doing all of this, Rainbow Dash will go to any length and do basically anything she can to feel like she’s on top again. Her pride was hurt and now she is going to make him look bad to restore her rank. All she needs is the right photo and it’ll all be over for ‘Grimlock is a nice guy’ nonsense her friends keep saying. She knows what she’s doing isn’t the best way to settle things nor letting her pride combine with her attitude of going the extra mile to decide her moves for her but at this point she couldn’t care less. All she wants is payback and she is going to get it one way or another.
“Now where did he live again? Was it over there…no wait it was over there I’m sure of it…I think? Fuck…guess I should of went to his home when Pinkie Pie said the others were visiting him today. Maybe if I go this way?” Rainbow Dash started to walk forward hoping to find Grimlock’s home.
Rainbow Dash walked through the forest searching for either Grimlock or any sign of his home but was coming up with nothing. And with the storm getting closer by the minute visibility was growing weak too. A chilling wind blows across the forest as rain starts to fall from the black clouds above. At this moment you would think Rainbow Dash would call it quits and head homes before the storm would make it impossible to find her way home. But she was too stubborn to see the danger she is slowly walking into. Soon the forest was dark and the wind was blowing eerie noises all around her. Thunder and lightning were also in the mix making creepy shadows. The wind was blowing even harder above the trees, almost like a hurricane. But she continued on despite that this place just got a whole lot creepier and dangerous.
“I got to find him; no stupid storm is going to stop me from revealing the asshole is really a monster.” Rainbow Dash grunted as she braved the storm.
After searching for almost thirty minutes and found nothing, she decided to give up. The storm was basically on top of her and if she didn’t leave now then the storm would make it impossible to ever get out of the forest. And she differently didn’t feel like staying in this place any longer than needed. Rainbow Dash was mad she couldn’t find him but now she decides to head home. She begins her way out when she felt she was being watched and not the good way. The she heard the sound of growling within the shadows. She slowly turns around to see some pairs of glowing green eyes looking dead at her.
“Ok, this is so not good.” She gulped.
Soon a creature made of wood and leaves came out from the bushes, it looked like a wolf. It was a Timberwolf and it wasn’t alone. It was joined by four others all growling and baring their wooden teeth at her. They were drooling a green saliva out of their mouths and it smelled awful. Rainbow Dash slowly back away from them before her back was against a rock. The Timberwolves moves to her with the intent of doing her harm. She looked everywhere to find a way out before she remembered she could fly. She smacked her forehead in a ‘no duh’ expression feeling slightly stupid she almost forgot she can just out fly these guys.
“As much fun as being teared to pieces by you guys sounds, I have to split. See you later suckers!” Rainbow Dash flipped them off and flew away.
But it was short lived as the wind was blowing too strong for her to even get to the top of the trees. The wind slammed her back to the ground pretty rough. She held her sides in pain trying to ease them a bit. Once the pain was not so bad she slowly stood back up as the wolves continue to move to her.
“Ok…new plan…RUN!” She then flew away from them but low to the ground so the wind wouldn’t knock her down again.
The Timberwolves chased after her with great speed and agility. Rainbow Dash was an excellent flyer no doubt but with little light in the dark forest and so many things in her way not to mention the wind was making it difficult for her to evade and out speed the predators her situation looked bad. Rainbow Dash weaved around the trees in hopes of losing her pursuers. She took many twists and turns before she flew behind a tree. She press her body on the trunk trying to hide in the shadows. She heard the wolves running along, luckily for her the rain and wind was making it hard for them to track her down by scent. She peered around the tree while staying low to the ground as she saw the wolves were looking around for her before moving on to the next part of the forest. Rainbow Dash let out a sigh and she sat down in the mud. She was catching her breath as a lightning bolt strikes near her making her jump in the air.  
But that would cost her as a Timberwolf saw her.
It slowly moved to her without her noticing it and when it was in position it leaped on her back brining her down. Rainbow Dash yelled in pain as she felt its claws dig into her back. The Timberwolf started to attack her left shoulder making her scream. Rainbow Dash slammed her right elbow on its face making it let go. Taking this moment she bucks the Timberwolf off of her and it slammed into a tree shattering into pieces. Rainbow Dash stood up holding her shoulder, luckily the wolf didn’t dig too deep but she was bleeding plus it hurts like a bitch.
“Fuck this hurts! I can’t believe that Timberwolf got the jump on me, well it ain’t going to do that anytime soon.” She smirks through her pain.
She saw the wood of the Timberwolf started moving to a center point as the pieces came together to rebuild the wolf.
“Or you could be back up in a few minutes which would be the perfect time for me to leave!” Rainbow Dash high tailed out of the area.
The storm was now raging out of control as the rain belted down like rocks and the lightning strikes seemed to be following her. The wind was bringing the temperature down to a dangerous cold combining with the rain that was soaking her to the bone and making her freeze. The storm made this place even more dangerous and confusing to get out of and with the fact she was injured just add to the ‘this is so bad right now.’ list, but she wasn’t going to give up yet. Rainbow Dash made her way through the forest hoping to find some shelter, a hollow tree, a cave, even a freak’n boulder that was leaning over would do. But she found nothing and the situation was getting worse.
“Ah man, what the hell was I thinking? If I don’t get out of here soon I’m going to die…guess I should have thought this whole plan through. Damn the Grim-hole, I don’t know how but this is all his fault. I’m in a fucking storm in the Everfree Forest injured and freezing my tail off, can’t see how things can get any wo-WOAH!”
Rainbow Dash slipped on some slime and slid down a downhill to a large pit that looked like it was made by a sink hole. She got up looking around the hole, it was about two stories deep and about as wide as a supermarket parking space. Looking around to see if the coast was clear for her to just fly off, noticing it was safe she jumped in the air but then suddenly fell face flat on the ground. Picking herself back up she looked back to her wings and saw they were tangled up with vines, she figured the vines must of latched on when she was sliding down. She tried to remove them but they were jammed in there pretty good and with her shoulder still messed up Rainbow Dash couldn’t use her other arm and without a good grip she can’t get them off without fear of ripping her feathers along too. So she tried to climb out but again her shoulder was prohibiting her from that too with the rain made everything slippery so she just falls back to the bottom every time.
“Oh for bucking sakes! I can’t fly out or climb either, what else could go wrong?!” She snapped.
She than heard a familiar growl on top and looked up to see a lone Timberwolf looking at her with drool dripping from its mouth. She groaned making a mental note to never say that while in these types of situations.
“Ok, you can do this Dash. You may have a bad shoulder, the storm may still be hammering rain, the wind is blowing like crazy, you’re a bit tired, and stuck in a large hole but you can still whoop this Timberwolf’s stick ass no problem.” She said getting into a fighting position.
The Timberwolf just looked at her for a few moments before letting out a long howl. Even with the storm raging on you could still hear it clearly. Rainbow Dash just stood there wondering what was that all about and soon her answer was given as thirty or so more Timberwolves appeared from the forest. She paled at their numbers; she could take on one or two possibly three in her condition but over thirty. She would be lucky if there was any meat left on her bones when they are done with her. But she still held her ground; if she was going to die at least she’s going out fighting. It wasn’t long before the first wave came down in the hole and moved to her with teeth baring and the intent to kill her. One of the wolves made the first move and leaped at her. Rainbow Dash sidesteps to the right and did a strong kick to its side sending it to the wall as it shattered. Two more ran at her as she jumped on one of them and punch the other behind it. The next few she dodge their attacks and either hits and kicks them hard. It looked like she was going to win this match. That is until the next wave came and it went downhill from there. One of the wolves latch its teeth on her left arm sinking its teeth deep in her flesh holding her in place while another one head-butts her in the guts making her cough up a bit of blood.
Rainbow Dash yelled in pain as she removed her arm from the wolf’s mouth and slams her fist into its jaws. Another wolf snags her leg bringing her down to the ground as the next one jumps on her and tries to get to her throat. Using her good arm to hold it off she feels on the ground trying to find anything to use against it. She found a good size rock and bashed it over its head, using the same rock and knocked the one holding her leg off too. She got up but fell to her knees as the pain in her leg was pretty bad. Looking up she saw all the Timberwolves were now slowly going up to her, she looks around trying to find a way out. This gave one of the wolves the perfect chance to leap at her smacking her to a large rock as she hits her head on it. Rainbow Dash slid to the ground with her back on the rock as her blood runs over her face. She was on the verge of losing conciseness as the wolves gather for the final strike; Rainbow Dash lets out a sigh knowing this was it. She was going to die in this hole and the wolves will be feasting on her corps. She’s going to leave so much behind now, the Wonderbolts training, her career in Ponyville, her wonderful friends, and her number one fan and little sister Scootaloo. Oh how she’s going to miss her and feels bad that she won’t be able to teach her to be awesome like herself. Now the corners of the world were slowly going into the darkness as she sees the wolves are now mere inches away. Her eyes started watering up knowing she is going to die and she is afraid. But there isn’t anypony that will save her know and as much as it frightens her she accepts her fate. Closing her eyes for the last time she slips into the black and awaits her death.
The last she hears was the echo sound of a mighty roar.

Hey there fanfic readers of the interweb it’s me saying I’M NOT DEAD!!! Though my large absents would suggest otherwise. For that I’m truly am sorry for that, much has happened in my duration since the last update. Mostly my drive to make the chapters has been…pretty much non-existent. I just lost my inspiration to make new chapters for my stories but it seems, for me at least, I’m getting back on the horse. Now to address to my current stories, yes, I’m still doing them and hopefully they’re be up soon. I’m not a hundred percent sure when but rest assure I’m working as fast as possible.
Second motion, it seems I am in need of a new Editor and Proofreader for my stories. If anyone wish lend their services than I would happily accept with open arms. Please PM me if you wish to help me, I would really l appreciate it.
So, in sort, not six feet under, I’m back baby, could use help, you guys are awesome.
