Chapter 1:“The unexpected information”
It was beginning to become dawn.The first few rays of light and warmth came through Spike and Princess Twilight's room.Princess Twilight woke up first and brushed her mane,fur and tail to prepare herself for the new day.Spike,on the contrary,was still sleeping peacefully in his bed.He soon did get annoyed by the sunlight hitting him,so all he did was cover himself completely with his covers,turn to his right and sleep again.The lavender alicorn noticed this and woke up her assistant by taking off his covers and by tapping him lightly on his left shoulder.
“Spike,wake up.”,cooed Twilight.
“Do I have to?”,asked the green and purple dragon,obvious that he was still sleepy.
“Yes,we have a lot of work to take care of.”,replied the alicorn.
“Give me 5 more minutes…”
“Come on Spike!Wake up or else I won't let you eat any sugar sweets.”
“Alright,Alright.I'm up.”,and with that,Spike woke up,got off his bed and then prepared himself in the bathroom for the day as well.
Spike soon took a nice,warm shower to soothe and clean his scales.Once he was done,he used a long,white towel to wipe his scales and spikes dry.He then looked at his reflection at the mirror and did what he usually did when he was alone in the bathroom.
“Lookin' good Spike,lookin' real good.”
While he was finishing,Twilight knocked on the bathroom door and asked if he was done.
“Hold on…”,he replied and then walked out of the bathroom.
“…Now I'm done.”
“Hurry,or we will be late for what Princess Celestia wanted to show us.”,said Twilight.
As if on cue,Spike coughed up a scroll from the sun goddess,Princess Celestia.Spike took the scroll from the air and read aloud its contents…
“My faithful student Twilight Sparkle,
I am aware that I have requested your presence for what I was going to discuss to you and your assistant,Spike about Equestria's upcoming Winter Wrap-Up.However,due to sudden circumstances,that must be delayed for awhile.Please send Spike as for I have some information he must know immediately.

Princess Celestia”
Spike asked if he should go to the princess right away.
“You can go Spike.Whatever the princess has to tell you,it must be important.”,said Twilight.
With that statement,Spike left the room into the main corridors of the castle.After what has been for like 15 minutes of walking past corridors,stairs and doors,he finally halted outside Princess Celestia's throne room.It was guarded by two guards who stood there expressionless.As soon as he stepped closer to the grand doors,the guards slowly opened the grand doors leading into the luxurious and spacious throne room of the ruler of Equestria.
As soon as he entered the white alicorn's throne room,the guards closed the door,leaving behind a small audible slam.Princess Celestia looked up from her big stack of scrolls and smiled warmly at him.
“Greetings Spike,please come forward”,the princess said while signaling him to be right in front of her.Spike obeyed the princess's command.He soon asked while bowing…
“You summoned me your highness?”,he stood on his hind feet again.
“Yes,I have very important information that you may want to know and please Spike,just call me Celestia.You do not have to bow before me and be so formal every time we are alone.I see it quite tiresome.”,sighed Celestia.
“Alright Prin-err…Celestia.”,struggled Spike to say.
Celestia giggled a little at this and continued to say that they were getting off-topic and should get back to what she was trying to say to him.
“Alright,enough of that nonsense…”,She chuckled lightly and continued…
“Now,the reason I asked for you to be here is that I have found what type of species you are,what abilities you can do,new features you will soon do and what position you serve in the dragon classification.”,said Celestia.
“Really?”,asked Spike
“Yes.I have spent some time dedicating on looking up more new information about Dragons and their customs.Do you wish to know the new information?”,asked the white alicorn.
Spike only nodded in response.Unable to contain his curiosity,he couldn't answer verbally to the princess.
“Join me at my desk over there…”,she pointed with her right forehoof at a large and spacious wooden desk with lots of stacked books put at the left side while there was a candle to right side of the large desk.“…I'll join you shortly.”,Celestia said while walking near a high shelf and levitating some scrolls with her magic.
She then walked over to Spike and sat on a pillow.Spike watched solemnly as the ruler of Equestria unrolled the parchments.
“These parchments contains my recent research about your race.I have found out a few new interesting details that I believe you will want to know…”,Celestia stated.
“What does it say?”,asked Spike.
“Here…”
Celestia gave Spike the parchment she was holding with her magic and Spike carefully read every single word for a few minutes,trying to understand what it meant.
While Spike was reading,the princess of the morning left Spike to read the parchment while she went to a nearby table that wasn't very far from the drake.She poured herself a glass of wine and began drinking.She abruptly stopped and asked Spike if he wanted wine.Spike stopped reading the scroll briefly and replied that he didn't want any wine,even though he is a fully grown teenage dragon that is immune to almost any alcohol he still didn't want the alcoholic drink.
Time passed on…
As he got finished reading the parchment,he looked at the princess in total confusion.
“I don't understand…”
Celestia paused for a mere second and then continued on.
“Come with me Spike,I'll explain everything along the way...”
