Twilight became frustrated at the variented creature made of many different body parts. He wasn't even trying! He just laughed. Twilight shouted at him, "Unless you want us to turn you back to stone, you'll zap those animals back the way they were, pronto!" she stamped on the ground.
Discord sneered, "Oh, you wouldn't dare ti turn me back to stone and risk disappointing your precious princess." he floated in the air in front of Twilight.
The cyan mare shot up and flapped her wings angrily on Discords level. "Try us dip-cord!" she shouted, getting closer. Then she plopped to surprisingly hard grassy area. She shook her head in confusion. Somepony gasped.
"Dashie! Your wings!" Pinkie Pie shouted in panic. Rainbow Dash had pulled her head around to see what was wrong. Rainbow nearly fainted at the sight. They weren't sprained nor broken, it was way worse than that. They had vanished. Immediately, she whipped head to Discord. He slowly floated to the earth, laughing so hard he cried.
"You should see the looks on your faces! Priceless!" He rolled around the ground.
Everypony frantically looked at each other, noticing their horns and wings were gone too. They all panicked, but not so much Applejack or Pinkie Pie. They had all had become earth ponies. Twilight glared at the childish Draconequus. She forcefully stepped forward, "Give us our wings and horns back!"
He stopped laughing and began to float again on his back, hands behind his head and legs crossed. He started to explain "That wasn't me, I had absolutely nothing to do with it." He closed his eyes, ready to doze off.
"I don't believe you!" Rainbow exclaimed jumping up trying to fly, forgetting she couldn't. Everypony gathered in closer causing a ruckus of noise.
Discord yawned and rolled over in midair, "Well, you should, because whining about it isn't going to fix anything." His hearing had improved while trapped in stone since it was one of the few things he could actually do. He flipped back over and sat up as if he was in a chair. Tilting his head towards Ponyville, he could hear everypony panicking. He saw two pegasi screaming as they fell through clouds. Oh, the chaos! Discord floated higher and snapped his paw. All six of the new earth ponies were trapped in a cage together. "I'll show you that I am not the cause of this wonderful chaos, for once." Snapping again, Spike was gone with a scream.
Twilight gasped, "What did you do!? Bring him-" Discord waved his claw and a zipper was placed over Twilight's mouth. The cage floated behind him as he lead them to town.
"You see, I wouldn't steal everypony's abilities when I just want the elements! But, I do wish I had thought of this before. This is complete and utter chaos!" Discord laughed happily as a few houses began to float and the roads were soapy again. He whistled. The six ponies in the cage were confused, but too afraid to ask because they would get their mouths zipped. Twilight backed up as a tall black mare with a long turquoise mane landed in front of Discord. The other five ponies didn't recognize the mare, but Twilight had read about the Changelings and their queen. She tried to shout her name, but no noise was getting past the zipper.
"Hello again, old friend." Queen Chrysalis smiled evilly.
Discord smiled back, "Long time, no see." he turned to the trapped ponies. "I would like to introduce you to Chrysalis, the Queen of the Changelings."
Chrysalis wasn't facing them anymore. She had turned away and faced an army of Changelings that seemingly appeared out of nowhere, "Feed, my children! Feed!" She motioned for them to attack Ponyville.
Discord laughed, "Oh, more chaos." He tapped his foot on the ground and all the ponies changed colors, "I love bringing chaos to the universe." He jumped up and continued floating upwards, followed by ponies; Discord had turned off lowered gravity, and soon the ponies started drifting towards the ground again. Eventually everypony was standing still, afraid to move because they'll float again. The Changelings started flying towards all of the terrified ponies.
Suddenly, even though it was the middle of summer and blazing hot outside, snow started falling. There was so much chaos and none of the six prisoners could do anything. All they could do was watch in horror as their town was attacked by Changelings and being turned upside down-literally. More houses started floating and started to rotate. Discord looked into the cage to see the different colored ponies cowering towards the back. "Purple isn't your color, Applejack. Goodnight everypony. I'll see you in the morning..." Discords voice disappeared from their minds as, slowly, the six of them drifted off into a deep slumber.

When Twilight awoke, she screamed out "DISCORD!" and attempted to get up and gallop away frightened by her nightmare. But she made it a third of the way across her bedroom towards the window before collapsing. She turned and noticed a chain on her back right lower leg, reaching out and into her wall. She shook her head, it was no nightmare. She sat up and looked into a mirror nearby, no horn still. She looked down at her wood floor, disappointed. "Sorry princess. I have failed you." A small tear formed as it ran down her face and fell. Twilight noticed her room got dark, their were pink clouds outside her window, raining chocolate rain. Pinkie Pie would be having a blast.
But, in fact, Pinkie Pie was not having a blast. For the millionth time she tried to eat the chocolate chain that was around her hoof attaching in Twilight's kitchen.
~
Pinkie kept on biting into the chain, only for the chocolate to reform full again. There were all of the necessary ingredients to make cupcakes displayed on Twilight's kitchen counter. Next to the ingredients were lots of already made cupcakes, and other sweets that Pinkie Pie loved. She gave up on the chocolate chain and tried to reach for the cupcakes and ingredients. The chain was just too short! She heard Discord's laughter ringing through her mind. In one final attempt to get the cupcakes, Pinkie screamed, "I'm HUNGRY!" Finally, realizing that nothing she could do was going to work, she fell to the ground, defeated. She knew where she was, but she didn't know where her friends were.
