She was out cold, laying on the floor with a long and heavy ball and chain combo wrapped around her neck. Her wings were restrained by a long metal Pegasus cuff that held her wings together so that they won't move. After a few hours, the light moved onto Rainbow Dash's eyelids causing her to wake up, and regain her consciousness. Her eyes opened slowly, but began to close again. Once the sun's gaze made contact with her eyes again however, she was up for good. She once again moved her eyelids open slowly, but this time she fully opened them. This was followed by a groaning noise that came from the cyan Pegasus. ''Ughhh.... where.... where am I?' 'What's this thing around my...'' Dash screamed, she screamed for a long time in shock of having a ball and rusted chain around her neck. ''AHHHHH!' 'WHATS THIS THING DOING AROUND MY NECK!?!?' 'SOMEPONY, ANYPONY, HELP ME!!'' Rainbow's cries were so loud they hurt her ears and made her fall back down. She fidgeted for a while trying to get the thing off her, but it was no use. She was tied down, like a dog in the garden. Soon after she heard the clop of hooves down the corridor of her cell. Rainbow didn't care who it was, she just wanted someone to help her get out. ''HEY! HEYYYYY! HELP ME!'' They continued to come closer ''Help me! I'm trapped in here.....'' Rainbow was cut off by the all very similar voice of a mare. A voice that seemed too familiar to her... ''Is that... are you??'' The darkened shadow of the figure came into view. It was Applejack. ''AJ?!' 'What are you doing here?! You know what, it doesn't matter. Just help me!'' AJ, the most dependable of ponies, just gave Rainbow a smug look. ''Why should ah help ya?'' She said glumly as she stared down at her shaken Pegasus friend. ''After what you did to Pinkie, I don't think so.'' Rainbow could feel the tears coming. After Applejack said those words, the rest of her friends walked in, all giving Rainbow the same glare as Applejack. ''Whats going on? Why are you here?'' Rainbow asked, and she wanted an answer NOW! ''AJ, Twilight.... Whats....'' Applejack cut her off. ''Don't you call me ''AJ'', Dash.'' AJ's voice was sharp with hate and anger as she looked into the cyan ponies magenta eyes and even her very soul. Twilight's eyes did the same, as did Fluttershy's and Rarity's Rainbow suddenly noticed that Pinkie Pie wasn't there at the towering fences of her cell, confusing her but also making her worry. ''Where's Pinkie? D-Did something happen? Where is she?!''' They all gave her a dark look, except Fluttershy, who just burst into tears. Rarity comforted Fluttershy by patting her gently with her hoof on her shoulder then pulling her into a hug, letting her cry on her silky coat. Rainbow still gave them her same sad expression as they all still gave her a darkened look. Twilight stepped forward, standing just a few centimeters from where Rainbow was sitting. ''Rainbow, the reason Pinkie Pie isn't here...is...is because...'' She choked back on a few tears before looking back at Rainbow. ''You killed her.'' Rainbow Dash felt her heart sink. ''W-What did you just say...? I-I k-k-killed Pinkie?'' Applejack looked at her sternly, still keeping that glare in her eyes as they met Rainbow's. ''Y-You don't remember? Not anything?'' Applejack said slowly as a tear slid off her cheek and onto the floor. Rainbow shook her head, not looking back at Applejack's face as she kept her gaze on the floor, herself soon welling up with tears. She put her hooves in her eyes and sobbed quietly. AJ put a hoof on her shoulder through the bars and petted her rainbow mane attempting to calm the weeping Pegasus. ''Shhhh..... Its okay Rainbow....'' Rainbow didn't buy it. ''Its not, okay, Applejack.'' Rainbow cried, tears forming a small pool beneath her. ''P-Pinkie is dead! I killed her! My own friend! I don't even remember what happened! Maybe I am insane...'' ''You are not insane, Rainbow, darling.'' Rarity reassured. ''We are you're friends, and we still love you, no matter what.'' Rainbow was flush of emotion and tears, her face was wet with all the crying, and the reassurance of her friends didn't seem to do much good in her current situation. ''I....I just want to go home.... I don't want to be alone....'' She had more sadness in her voice than she had ever had before. Rarity escorted Fluttershy out of the door of the prison cell block and was silent when they trotted out. Not one of them said a word. They just couldn't bear seeing their friend like this. Twilight and Applejack were the last two in the room. Twilight told Rainbow about what happened and how she got here. Rainbow was brought to the prison after she gutted Pinkie in the Sugarcube Corner kitchen as if she was a psychopath possessing her body, making her do inhumane things. She said she fainted after the shock when her sanity came sweeping back to her at the sight of her bleeding friend in front of her. All of it was because of her nightmare of Pinkie giving her cupcakes and torturing her for her flesh for more cupcakes. Twilight brought her to a doctor and that's were Pinkie had died. She died in the hospital bed from pain and blood loss. Rainbow on the other hand went into a coma, and lost consciousness, until she woke up. ''Twilight, why am I here? That wasn't me doing those terrible things! I-I'm not crazy! I would never hurt any of my friends like that! You know I wouldn't! I'm your friend!'' Twilight saw Rainbow's sobs coming back. ''Rainbow, I know you aren't crazy. The thing is, everypony in town thinks you are insane and a monster for doing that to Pinkie. You're here because others see you as some kind of threat to safety. Don't worry, Rainbow. We promise we won't let anything happen to you. As long as we remain friends, we will always be here for you.'' Just then the intercom buzzed and a Stallion spoke over the speakers. ''Visiting hours are now over. Please proceed to make your out of the building.'' AJ and Twilight both said their goodbyes to their friend and left the room. A faint tear stroking Rainbow's cheek dripped to the floor. She mumbled under her breath ''Goodbye guys....'' She was alone now. More alone than ever before. She just wanted it all to end so she could go back to her normal life, but could that ever happen? The Evil Within (rewritten)The night sky's darkness crept through the bars of Rainbows cell meeting her now blood shot eyes from both crying and no sleep. She was sat in the corner, still buckled up and crossed arms and legs up and crying. ''No... I can't of done it.... I just can't of killed Pinkie....she is my friend...'' Her voice was croaky and dry. Her tears streamed their way down her face forming small puddles of sadness from her tormented soul. She put her hooves over her eyes and began sobbing even more than before. She wished that her friends didn't leave her alone in this dark, bug ridden cell that made her feel claustrophobic and separated from the world. She needed her friends more than ever. If there was anything that could help her dark side, it was the love of her friends hearts and friendship. But now that wasn't going to happen. As the tears swept through Rainbows cyan fur down to the cold, hard ground below her, she heard a voice. The voice sounded familiar, but it wasn't Applejack nor Twilight, it was the voice that drove her to where she is now. ''Kill...... kill..... KILL!!!'' The devilish voice sounded dark and demanding. Rainbow couldn't make heads or tails of it. Rainbow had had enough of this voice the first time, this voice drove her to insanity. Was it here to turn her back into the blood craving monster that she once was? Rainbow started to thump her head. ''Shut up, shut up, shut up, SHUT UP!!!'' Her voice was now stained with anger and sadness. ''Why won't you leave me alone?! JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!!!'' Rainbows voice echoed through the jail cells walls. ''You know you want to kill... I can make you.... hehe... I WILL make you kill!'' Rainbow could feel her sanity drifting down the dark path that was her dark side. ''No... you won't... as long as I'm here, my friends are safe....'' ''That's what you think.... You never were sane.. you always had this dark personality..'' The voice stopped, leaving Rainbow in crazed thoughts. Rainbow began to feel her sanity go down the dark path again. Her insanity was sweeping back. ''NO! DON'T! I DON'T WANT TO HURT ANYMORE! I WANT TO BE FREE OF THIS NONSENSE!'' ''Too bad! YOUR MINE!'' The voice growled through Rainbows brain, sending a shiver down her spine. ''NO! PLEASE STO.....'' Rainbow was frozen. Her body was starting to heat up with that maniacal feeling. Rainbows voice suddenly changed into that dark voice she had once had. ''Giggle at the ghostly...hehe...'' Rainbows voice was darkened by the devilish voice that consumed her soul. The voice then disappeared, letting Rainbows sane self come back to her. She could feel her tears coming back. The tears were instantly running down her sliky, cyan fur coat. 'Why?! Why me of anypony?! JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!'' Rainbows tormented voice was echoing more and more down the cell block with every loud scream, making it almost impossible to hear her own voice. ''LEAVE ME ALONE! YOU RUINED MY LIFE, MY FRIENDSHIP AND MURDERED PINKIE PIE WITH ME TO TAKE THE BLAME! IT WAS YOU! YOU'RE EVIL! LEAVE ME ALONE!!!''' Rainbow covered her ears to block out her echoing cries but it didn't do much good. The screams kept coming and coming... The next thing Rainbow felt was the air moving gingerly through her hooves. This was odd. How could she be in the air? her wings were.... Rainbow then realized that she was being held up by the force of the devils power through her body. ''No... NO! Please don't..... PLEASE, PLEASE STOP! DON'T!'' The voice ignored her, and in a matter of seconds she was being repeatedly rammed into the wall, each thrust stronger than the last. ''Give up! I own you, Rainbow! Disobey me and the pain will never stop!'' The devilish voice was tormenting her even more. The laughter coming from the voice made Rainbow want to cry. The pain was growing more sharply painful with each thud against the wall. Rainbows blood now stained the once bare wall in front of her, some of her teeth were cracked upon the impact almost making her pass out from the pain. ''STOP! STOP! PLEASE STOP! I DON'T WANNA DIE!'' Rainbow saw blood flow from her mouth with each word she pronounced. Her teeth fell out and clanged against the stone floor with a rattle. However the pain didn't stop there, she was still being rammed into the wall with more force. She blacked out from the pain and blood loss from her minorly mangled mouth after she was dumped onto the floor with an even louder thud than from the wall she was being slammed into. Rainbow was now stone cold and unconscious. ONE DAY LATER - Rainbow was still out cold, but she could only just hear the voices of four mares and a colt. The voices echoed quietly through her ears as they tried to adjust to the sound. Dash's eyes slowly opened and she soon could make out the faces of her friends. ''Ughhh.... what happened....?'' Rainbow Dash's voice was full of pain and dryness. She was about to sit up but found she couldn't move much and was soon pushed gently back down by a set of hooves. The doctor came into view as Rainbows eyes came into focus. When she looked down at her hooves, she found them to be tied down to the bed she was in by leather restraints. ''Just relax, Miss Dash. Try to relax.'' Applejack stepped forward towards the doctor with concern. ''Tell me, Doc, is she going to be alright?''' Applejack's face was filled with concern. ''She should be fine in a few weeks. When she was brought in, she had severe head damage and had a few broken and missing teeth, not to mention she lost quite a bit of blood. We just can't figure out how she got that injured.'' The doctor said with a frown. All of Rainbows friends faces were all plastered with sad expressions. ''It...argh...it was...him...'' Rainbow interupted their silence. Their eyes were all focused on Rainbow Dash's innocent magenta eyes. Twilight was the first to speak. ''Him? who's him?'' Dash could clearly tell they had no idea what she was talking about. ''The... voice.. the devilish voice that consumed my soul...'' Dash continued. ''The thing that made me kill Pinkie Pie..'' Twilight said nothing more but went beside Dash and pulled her into a hug. A few minutes later, she broke from the hug and looked her in the eyes. ''Rainbow, I know you didn't kill Pinkie. She was your best friend, you would never do that to her, and I know you wouldn't for a fact. I've known you a long time, Rainbow, but don't you find it a bit strange that when the doctors here diagnosed you, they didn't find anything wrong with you?'' ''Twilight. You don't understand. There is something wrong with me. I'm a monster. I killed my bestest friend! You all think I'm insane! I think you'd be better off not knowing me...'' ''Now, that just isn't true, sugarcube. You're our friend, and we won't ever let anything happen to ya'll. We love you, Rainbow.'' Applejack told her, hugging her with the rest of her friends. As they hugged Rainbow, she felt an odd burning sensation grow around her chest, slowly getting hotter and hotter, making her cringe in pain. Her blood oozed down her lip and down her face, running down her body and onto the white bed sheets. She put her hoof to her lip, looking at the blood now staining it a shade of red. ''Ow...'' Rainbow exclaimed with a light yelp. Just then she felt her inner soul being ignited more intensely by ''Rainbow.... are you... ok? You look pale...'' Twilight asked in a concerned tone. Rainbow didn't answer. She was clutching at her heart with a strengthened grip. ''OH MY, AHHH! GET AWAY FROM ME! AHHH!!!! IT BUCKING HURTS!!'' All Rainbows friends shot backwards toward the door, but the doctor didn't want to retreat to the door with the rest of the cowarding ponies. He tried to use a shot of morphine to calm Rainbows inflamed pains. But as he got close enough, Dash's arms flung out of the restraints of the prison hospital bed with a menacing growl and knocked the doctor off of his hooves to the floor, dropping the needle. Dash quickly grabbed it off the floor and smiled evilly as she approached the now scared doctor. He tried to climb to his hooves, but just as he was able to get up, Rainbow grabbed him by the back of his head and brought the needle close to his eye, just until it was barely touching his pupil that was now the size of a pin tip and stabbed it in, causing the doctor to instantly tremble with pain and bleed heavily, some blood splatting on Rainbow's face. Rainbows voice had turned from her original voice to the darkest voice any of her friends have ever heard. ''Bleed..... bleed... BLEED!!'' Rainbow was craving every second of the doctors agony as he eventually died from the blood loss. Rainbow knelt to the floor and wiped her front hooves in it and licked the blood off with her tongue. Her friends puked in disgust as they watched their friend perform the acts of a mentalist in front of them. Rainbow seemed to have gained a lust for blood when the darkness takes over. Rainbow walked with a twitch in her eye up to the medical tray beside her bed and took out the scalpel and bone saw. Rainbows face displayed a maniacal grin. Her teeth soaked with the blood from the doctors eye. 'Who's next?!' She grimaced in a dark tone. Her friends just screamed and barged their way out of the hospital room door screaming in terror as their cyan friend raced after them, bone saw and scalpel in hoof. Guards lower down the darkened hallway were patrolling around on their rounds to check on the prisoners when they heard screams of terror and fear pass through their ears. They both looked at each other in confusion and wonder. ''What was that?'' The second guard replied with a confused look and a shrug. ''Its probably just the rainbow haired pony who was found knocked out and injured this morning.''. His voice was deep with traces of fear in his tone. It was at that moment they saw four ponies running down the hallway screaming. It was Rarity, Fluttershy, Applejack and Twilight, All equally frightened and tears flowing down their faces after seeing what their friend did in front of them. Twilight ran into one of the guards, making him topple over onto his back with her on top of him with fear all over her face and in her eyes. ''Help! Please, our friend has gone mad! S-She killed the doctor! You have to try and stop her!'' The guard still had the same look of confusion from when he heard their terrified screams. ''Huh? What? Why? Whats going on.... AGH!'' The guard stopped talking with a sharp pain and small spurts of blood finding their way out his mouth and down his face. It was Rainbow Dash. She had tossed the bone saw with such lethal force and little effort that it had gone straight into the guards back, making him collapse to the floor like a bag of bricks with a loud thud. The others, including the guard stared in horror and disgust as they watched Rainbow Dash trot up to the bone saw in the guards back and pull it out with her teeth. Upon pulling it out of the now dead guards back, Blood dripped off the razor-sharp blade revealing little bits of torn flesh in its teeth. Rainbow licked her lips at the sight and began licking up and down the blade, cleaning it as the teeth grinded across her tongue making it split in little places, but she didn't care. She was enjoying the blood feast too much to even care about her injuries. All of her friends faces went half way to pale and puked all over the floor in front of her, all except the guard who was standing next to them, eyes fixed both on Rainbow and his dead friend on the floor, blood flowing from his mangled back. His face suddenly changed from disbelief of his friends death and the rainbow maned pony who had commited the crime to a face of hate and anger. With a loud roar he caught Rainbows attention, making Rainbows eyes gleam at his own green eyes with her maniacal stare. ''You bitch! I'm taking you back to your cell, dead or alive!'' Without thinking, the guard plunged himself onto Rainbow and began throwing punched at her face that didn't even seem to faze her one bit. Rainbow just took the hard hits and laughed uncontrollably at the pain and the guard. ''Hehe, You think pain hurts?! Lets see how you like this pain then, pretty boy!'' The devilish voice howled in madness as Rainbow still had the scalpel in her other hoof and began jabbing at the guards side, making him bleed uncontrollably. The guard cried in agony of his deep wound and began hitting harder at the crazed pony with more strength in each strike as the blood poured out of his cut. Twilight and Applejack's faces both looked the same way the guards did, but didn't know if they should fight back with him, or watch and do nothing. They had just about had enough of watching their friend stab the defenseless guard as he threw more punched in Rainbows face. They saw it as a chance to run. The guard was obviously either going to pass out from blood loss or die and become a new victim of the crazed pony. They all looked around, looking for any possible exit to retreat down before Rainbow goes for them next. All the hallways seemed to be locked down, and behind them was no way out, either. Just more medical rooms. Soon enough, they found an open hallway and wasted no time in running down it, away from their former Pegasus friend and off to find a way out of the prison. Heartache'It's not over, Rainbow.' The evil voice laughed, 'It will never be over...' Dash was back to herself and in the corner next to one of the guards she had brutally slaughtered. *Twitch* 'But... why? Why do you come back? Why won't you leave me alone....' Rainbow's voice was sad and terrified at the thought of being unable to control herself, and that this demon was going to harm her and her friends further. 'Why me...? Why did you choose to be me...?' 'Because you are the strongest host I've ever found' the voice within her interrupted, 'You are the one I chose to become my voice. TO BECOME ME!' Rainbow couldn't believe what she was hearing. She was frozen with fright and slowly began rocking back and forth next to the wall, bashing her head on it lightly with each pull. 'No.... no..... You won't.... I will never let you take me over and destroy Equestria and my friends...' The voice just laughed. 'HAHAHAHAHA! DO YOU THINK YOU CAN TELL ME WHAT TO DO?! I CAN DO WHATEVER I WANT!! I OWN YOU NOW! THERE IS NO ESCAPE! YOUR FRIENDS WILL DIE ALONG WITH EQUESTRIA!!' 'No. They WON'T!!! YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO CONTROL ME... YOU KNOW WHY?' The voice didn't respond. 'You will NOT be able to control me because I still have the bone saw in my hoof, and do you know what THAT means?!' Dash's voice was serious. The voice just cackled. 'Yeah, I do. Sweet dreams...' The voice took control of the hoof bearing the saw. 'WAIT! what are you...? AHHHHHGHRRRHH!!!!' The uncontrollable hoof swung the bone saw into Rainbow Dash's wing cutting the whole wing clean off from her body. 'BLEED, BLEED! BLEEEEEEEEEDDD!' The voice cheered with glee seeing Rainbow's wing now on the floor, making blood pour from the joint like a fountain, covering her cyan coat with her own blood. Rainbow grabbed her wing joint trying desperately trying not to let it bleed too much so that she passes out. '*sniffle* MY WING!!! AHHHH! WHY?!?! WHY?! WHYYYYY?!?!? I'D RATHER BE DEAD!!! JUST FUCKING KILL ME ALREADY!!!' The evilness withing the voice just cackled out loud as Rainbow tried to put her hoof onto her wound to stop the blood from coming out. 'In time my dear.... Hehehe.... In time...' MEANWHILE, 1 HOUR LATER, IN SECTOR B The 4 friends were still running and exhausted, but they kept on going, trying to find a safe place to rest. Eventually, they reached the end of the corridor, and found the exit door. Unfortunately, it was sealed shut by the titanium riot door that stretched all the way down the door to the end. From what they could tell it had to at least be 7 inches thick, and of course very, very heavy. Applejack sighed out loud, trying desperately to breathe. 'Consarnit! What da we do now?!' 'There is nowhere to go... She'll find us eventually!' Rarity walked up to AJ and placed a hoof on her shoulder. 'Calm down, Applejack. There has to be someplace where we can get out of this dirty prison and then we can....' Rarity stopped. There was an evil sounding laughter coming from around the corner at the other end of the corridor. It was Rainbow Dash. She had snapped back into her evil side. She had obviously found out where her 'friends' were. 'Oh god, she's found us...' Rarity squirmed. All of them gulped hard and found a place to hide. Rarity and Fluttershy of them went into an open shipping box and placed themselves inside it. Twilight and Applejack had nowhere to go however, so Twilight used an invisibility spell to turn both her and Applejack transparent. This way the crazed Pegasus wouldn't see them. They stared cautiously at the wall at the end of the corridor to see if Rainbow was coming around the corner. The maniacal laughter got louder and louder by the minute and eventually her shadow could be made out on the concrete wall before them. Twilight and Applejack's eyes both filled with fear as they saw the terrifying figure stumble around the corner, blood still flowing intensely out of her mangled wing joint. She was giggling to herself as she scanned the dimly lit corridor for her targets. 'Come out and play... Hahaha.. *twitch* Dash had a very disturbing grin on her face with blood staining her teeth making her look like a wolf after the night feast. 'Rarity..... Raaaaaaariiiiity.... Come out and play with me! Hehehe....' Rainbow's maniacal smile got wider and her eyes narrowed downwards even more than before as she kept her crazed and bloody look. 'Twilight.... hehehe... COME OUT! Come help a friend... Hehe.. You'll be sorry you ever brought me here!' She snarled and sounded demanding as she started drooling both spit and blood from the side of her lips. Rainbow had had enough of playing hide and seek with her targets and started to get violent. She began by tossing and throwing boxes or anything that she could find. She began grunting and growling more and more. The blood in her mouth bled its way out faster and faster until she looked like a blood thirsty rabid dog. 'WHERE ARE YOU ALL?! COME OUT! COME OUT AND BLEEEEEEEEED!!!' Rainbow laughed menacingly as her pains grew stronger, making her act more mental each minute. All of the ponies were petrified at what had become of their friend. Applejack was nearest to her, and that didn't make her feel safe at all, it just made her feel extremely UNSAFE and also made her breathe heavily. Heavily enough that there was no way Rainbow couldn't hear her. The sound caught Rainbows ears and she turned around. Twilight stuck a hoof in Applejack's mouth to stop her. 'I KNOW YOU'RE THERE AJ! I CAN HEAR YOU!!!' Rainbow snarled. Applejack stuttered as she responded without being seen, under the influence of Twilight's spell. 'R - Rainbow! Stop what y'all doin'!' 'You aren't your self, sugar cube, Calm yourself down!!' Applejack tried to sound calm but still sounded demanding. Rainbow twitched again. *Twitch* *Twitch*. 'Applejaaaaaack.... where are you? I've got a present for youuuuuu!' Rainbow lied. Her so called present was the scalpel. She would surely slash AJ's throat out if she ever found her. 'Rainbow! Put the scalpel away! Why don't you listen to your friends?!' Applejack sounded quite sad but still angry with what has become of her friend. Rainbow snarled a horrific growl onto her face. 'FRIENDS?! FRIENDS?!?!?' Dash continued to growl. 'YOU'RE NOT MY FRIENDS! WHAT FRIEND WOULD DRAG ME TO A PRISON! RRRRRGGGGG! I WANT TO BE FREE! AHAHA HAHA!' Rainbow continued her maniacal rampage and this time not just threw random structures and objects everywhere, but started swinging her scalpel in Applejack's direction, one swing nearly grazed her cheek bone. 'HAHAHA! I'LL SHOW YOU THE TRUE MEANING OF PAIN! HAHAHA!' Rainbow's crazy grin was now at full size, giving her a more disturbing look that made her look more of a cannibal with blood and flesh between her teeth, Twilight and Applejack had less space to move in upon all the thrown junk and pieces scattered around from their rainbow maned friend. Rainbow was now moving rapidly with the scalpel in her hand, swinging it repeatedly around, cutting Applejack's cheek as she did so. Applejack let out a loud cry of pain as the blood started to drip from her graze. The cut wasn't that deep, but it did indeed hurt. 'ARGH!' AJ held her hoof to her left cheek, applying pressure to the wound to attempt to stop the blood coming out. The yelp of pain caught Rainbow's attention and soon she heard the dripping of the blood fall to the floor and splat upon impact. 'Mmmmm.... I smell your essence..... your blood smells lovely...' Rainbow hissed under her breath. Applejack and Twilight's eyes shrunk to the size of pin-tips as they grunted in disgust of what they heard her friend say. They both had a thought about what they could do while they were not visible to Rainbows eyes. They both were trying to think weather they should try to reason with the tormented Pegasus or knock her out. But how? Just then Twilight had a thought. Applejack had a strong kick right? She is strong enough to buck trees for their apples, so why not to help a friend? Of course the most loyalist of ponies was no longer loyal due to her current insane state. Would a mind spell work if they knocked her out, or would it fail? It happened with the Discord accident, so why not on a friends tormented soul? 'Hey, AJ?' Twilight muttered from under her breath in a faint whisper. Applejack responded quietly (If they're invisible, they can't really SEE each other, so I changed this)'Yeah, Twi?' 'I have an idea, but you'll have to help me in it.' Twilight was still eyeing the cold blooded Pegasus 'Sure, Twilight. What is it?' 'Do you think you could knock out Rainbow by bucking her into that wall?' This caused AJ to let out a quiet gasp. 'Buck Rainbow?' 'I don't know, Twi. She may be insane but i don't wanna knock her down.' Twilight rolled her eyes. 'AJ, I know you don't want to, but it's the only way we are going to get out of this. She'll kill us before long.' Applejack repeated her pained look as she stared at where she presumed the purple unicorn was. Thinking about what she had been asked to do to one of her friends. Applejack let out a quiet sigh. 'Okay, Twilight. I'll do it.' Applejack got line up with Rainbow and the wall and cocked her powerful legs to push her strength into them both. She bucked them back with full strength followed by a loud grunt sending Rainbow back-first into the thick concrete wall behind her. The blow instantly knocked Rainbow off her feet and made her crumple onto the floor with a thud. Rainbow moaned in pain as she turned back into her normal self once she landed. She saw Twilight and Applejack come into view as the invisibility spell was deactivated. All Rainbow said before blacking out was, 'Ngh... Twilight....' Pains and FriendshipRainbow had been knocked out cold, and was badly hurt. However, there was one thing that hurt her more than the possessing demon inside of her, and it was the heartache of knowing it was going to kill her friends. A few hours have passed since Applejack bucked and knocked her friend out and now there was a bigger problem other than a knife wielding, blood thirsty Pegasus. They had to decide what to do with her. The day had passed into night and there was nothing to do with the broken down Pegasus other than to drag her body into an open cell. 'T-Twilight... her- her wing... it's missing' Fluttershy spoke in a quiet tone, pointing to the missing limb's bleeding joint. 'Oh my god.... Could she of done....' Twilight was interrupted by Rainbow's groaning as her eyes slowly opened as she regained consciousness. Twilight hesitantly used her magic to seal the prison cell's non-functioning door, making it impossible for Rainbow to escape. They all watched as their friend squealed in pain as she tried to move her wings to aid her in getting up. Rainbow's head slowly tilted her head only to shoot up off the floor in horror in discovering that her wing had been sliced off, clean from her body. 'AHHHH! MY WING! WHERES MY WING?!?!' Rainbow's eyes started to tear up as she held her wing joint. Rainbow Dash, the loyalist and toughest of ponies was crying over the loss of her wing and torn apart soul. Fluttershy was the first to speak. 'R- Rainbow? Is that you?' Fluttershy spoke quietly and softly as she tried to talk to the now weeping Pegasus. 'F- F-F-Fluttershy...?' Rainbow's cries grew silent at the sight of her long maned filly-hood friend. Fluttershy let out a weak smile and a light blush of joy as she heard her friend say her name. That was just the indication that she needed to know her friend was back to herself. Applejack was the next to speak to Rainbow. However, AJ still kept her look and looked at Rainbow with eyes of sorrow. 'Rainbow, what happened to y'all?' Applejack continued, 'You look terrible...' AJ's eyes transformed from a look of sorrow to a look of concern. Rainbow's cyan coat went pale at that question she was asked. Of course she had to tell them the truth, anything that would possibly help her get from were she is now back to her normal life, back in the sky, cloud busting and relaxing as she fly through and sleeps on clouds. 'That... T-t-t thing.... did this to me... He wants to.. take my soul over so....' Rainbow paused a moment. She was now staring at all of her friends intently with her large magenta eyes. 'He... he... he... wants to.... kill you... and destroy Equestria..' All of her friends gasped at what they just heard. Their jaws dropped in horror of what might become of her friends and Equestria if this.... thing gets control of Rainbow Dash. 'B-B-B But how...? How?!' Rarity cried, still in her usual drama-queen voice. Rainbows eyes looked directly into Rarities cold blue eyes, and into her very soul. Her voice darkened in sadness as she was about to give her the answer she would dread hearing. 'By... using.... me as his host body....' A single tear swept down Dash's cheek. Again all of their expressions turned to those of horror and fright. 'Rainbow are you saying....' Fluttershy softly mumbled. 'Yes.... he wants to kill me...' 'I.... don't want you all to see that happen.... as long as he's in me, you all are vulnerable to his attacks if he comes out...' Rainbow continued, 'I don't want to see that happen to you all. I want you to be and stay safe..' Tears began sweeping out of the corners of Rainbows eyes as she was about to ask her dearest friends to do her one last favor. 'Twilight, Fluttershy, Applejack, Rarity.... I want you to do this for me... Don't refuse to do this for me... its something i want...' All of her friends eyed her cautiously at what she was going to ask. 'What... what is it..?' Rainbow took a deep breath. 'kill me...' 'I.... don't care how, but....' Tears began to form in the corners of their eyes. 'But... but... Rainbow....' Fluttershy began. 'NO. No buts, Fluttershy. I don't want you or any of you to die, let alone Equestria.' Rainbow reached out to hug Fluttershy through the bars of the cell. Fluttershy put her hooves around Rainbows back, being careful not to reignite her pain from her wing joint. Rainbow slowly rubbed her own mane and face into Fluttershy's as she caressed her back gently. As they hugged each other about to say her goodbyes, Rainbow felt her internal pains reignite. The power of the evil within her was coming out again, to kill her and her friends.... 'AGHHGGHHAAH!' Rainbow squealed out loud in agony as the pain became stronger and to the point were it got unbearable. Fluttershy quickly repelled herself away from the cyan Pegasus as she watched her transform into the dark killer within her. 'NGH! Fluttershy.... RUN! PLEASE! PLEASE,PLEASE RUN!' Rainbow screamed through gritted teeth. Fluttershy didn't hesitate to argue, she ran back towards her friends. All of them quickly began to weep and tears flushed down their faces. Blood began to pour out the side of Rainbow's lips and trickle down to the floor with a plop and splat. Her eyes suddenly started to change colour from her lovely, heavenly magenta to a satanic blood red that gave her an insanely menacing appearance. 'He... hehehehe....Bleed.... FEEL THE PAIN!' The voice that was once Rainbow Dash's turned into an evil cackle that made her friends get a cold shiver down their spines. Rainbow growled at her friends which was so horrific it made Rarity faint in terror. He... hehehe... Hush... now,quiet, now.. its time to rest your sleepy head, its time to go to sleep...' The soul that was once Rainbow's was suffocated with darkness and suffering. She gave her friends a blood craved look, which admittingly made Twilight cringe as she stared at her with her blood-shot eyes. She stared at Twilight for a while before giving her a blood-toothed grin. 'Your Next!' She snarled. Twilight's body froze, her eyes still fixed on the cyan Pegasus. After the voice said those words, Rainbow's body collapsed to the ground, sucking all the life out of Rainbow as it happened. Rainbow's body now lays on the cold, hard ground of the cell, not showing any signs of life. Was she unconscious? Was she knocked out? Did all her energy get drained out of her, making her sleep? Seconds later they could all see her breathing, she was breathing very slowly in pace and looked almost dead. Her body was still a pale shade of cyan, her coat a blood-red dyed down her side and lips. 'Twilight! Help her!' Applejack yelled as she cried. Twilight used her magic to unlock the cell door and rushed to Dash's unconscious body to help her. The first thing Twilight did was take some bedding off the mattress on the prison bed and rip it to form a small bandage to apply pressure to Rainbow's wing joint. She was surely losing enough blood as it is. She had already lost one third by the time it had been cut off, now she was down to at least half her blood left. 'Come on, Rainbow, don't die on us! I want you to live!!' Twilight's face became a flow with tears as she attempted to bandage up her small, mangled wing joint. 'Rainbow! Can you hear me?! RAINBOW!' Applejack couldn't express what she was feeling right now. Fluttershy had the same look plastered on her face as she cried. She didn't want to lose her filly-hood friend, the one whom made it possible for her to get her cutie mark, the one who stood up for her at flight camp in Cloudsdale when she was being bullied. All of the memories they had together were drifting one by one into her mind like they were being relived all over again. Dash's breathing stopped. Her body was getting colder very fast. She was near being ice-cold. Fluttershy went to go assist her friends in reviving her friend. If there was anypony who could make her wake up, it was Fluttershy's love and voice that couldn't be mistaken by her friend. 'Rainbow... Wake up... I need you.. Don't die...' Fluttershy's voice remained quiet and dormant. Fluttershy could already feel the pain that was loss. 'RAINBOW! WAKE UP! WAKE UP! DON'T LEAVE ME!' Fluttershy raised her voice, in hope that it would go through her friends ears to her sleeping soul. Twilight tried to use her magic to generate electricity into Dash's body hoping it would revive her. The electricity came in a purple light jolting through Rainbow's insides, but didn't seem to do much. Twilight searched for her pulse around her neck, but it remained dead. She repeated the spell with a higher charge and felt for a pulse again, in the same spot. She could feel a very low, and very faint pumping feeling. Her pulse was going a little bit faster. Rainbow still stayed on the floor on her back, with no sign of life. Fluttershy just wanted her friend back and immediately started to try and pump Dash's heart up again. 'Come on, Dashie! COME ON!' Her voice was starting to get more and more saddened by the minute. 'DON'T DIE ON ME DASHIE!!!' Fluttershy started to pump at Dash's heart faster and faster, but it was no use. She then tried to perform CPR. It had to work. It just had to! Fluttershy pushed down Dash's nose gently, trapping air inside and started to blow air into Dash's mouth. After a few tries Dashie's eyes slowly opened as she gave off a heavy groan, breathing for air. Fluttershy wanted to grab her and pull her into a tight hug, but resisted for the lack of oxygen she was getting to her lungs. All of her friends sighed in relief of having Rainbow Dash back. Fluttershy instead gave her usual soft 'Yay'. Rainbow, despite her pains, hugged Fluttershy and rubbed her head against hers with a tear in her eye, making its way down her cheek. 'Fluttershy...I won't leave you again! I PROMISE!' Both Fluttershy and Rainbow cried together as they rubbed each others backs. Applejack and Twilight joined the hug as they gave their revived friend a welcome back cuddle. 'RAINBOW! YOU SCARED THE HAY OUTA ME!' Applejack cried with joy 'ME TOO!' Twilight added. Dash paused noticing that her wing was bandaged up. 'Twi? Whats this?' Dash asked with a confused look. 'I bandaged your wing while you were dead... You should be fine if you get it cleaned up.' 'Try not to injure yourself more than that demon already has.' Twilight gave Rainbow a big grin followed by a squee. Rainbow returned the smile. 'Twilight?' Dash began, 'We still need to find a way out of here, before the guards come for us and lock us all in with the lock down system.' Twilight began to look worried. 'AH! You just reminded me that we can't get out that way to the left. The door is sealed shut and is at least 7 inches thick of titanium.' 'As for the A Sector, I don't know, but we need to check.' 'Sounds good to me.' Looking for a way outRainbow was back with her friends, including Rarity who was still out cold. They all searched for a way out of the prison, but had no luck. They looked up and down of B Sector's long, dimmed corridors that now smelled like the rotten corpse's flesh and blood. Rainbow and the others walked by, but something stopped Rainbow, dead still in her tracks like a statue. Shivers went up Rainbow's spine as she eyed the work of her possessed soul, not believing in her mind that she could have done this. Her eyes looked at the two bodies with sorrow and pity for what she had done to them. 'Rainbow? Are you okay?' Twilight asked in a concerned tone of voice. Rainbow didn't answer. She was too horrified by the crime she had committed. Twilight repeated herself. 'Rainbow? Are you okay?' This time Rainbow responded in a scared tone. 'Y-Y-Yeah... I.. I'm just scared...' There was a slight hint of sadness in her tone. 'Can we please carry on, Twilight..?' Rainbow's voice sounded as though she was near fainting by the sight of blood and gore she was staring at. Without a response, they all continued onward, Rarity on Applejack's back. They continued down the corridor which led them into an even darker corridor. The whole section of cells were dimmed and darkened due to the current power outage inside the prison. Just the feeling of being there made all of the ponies cringe as the cold air that swept through each of their coats. The foulness in the air made it every bit as worse as they took another step after the other. 'Alright, y'all, just stay close and we should be fine.' Applejack's voice was slowly cut silent by Rainbow's whimpering and moaning. 'Ngh! Ow....' Rainbow clutched at her chest with her hoof at the pain that surrounded her heart with a burning sensation that felt like a knife was slowly piercing her heart. 'Rainbow? You okay?' Applejack placed a hoof on Rainbow's shoulder and looked into Rainbow's magenta eyes with her large, emerald eyes. 'I.. Ugh.. I'll be fine... I'm just hurt by what I did to them guards.... Don't worry about me...' Rainbow didn't even look up to Applejack, she just clutched to her chest and whimpered. 'Come on Rainbow, you gotta keep moving, it will get even worse if you don't move around.' Applejack gave her a reassuring smile. Rainbow returned the smile. 'Yeah I guess you're right. Lets keep moving.' The group of friends carried on down the hallway, still in full concern of Rainbow's current condition. The deeper they went in, the more the smell turned foul, it smelled almost the same as the two now rotting corpses of the guards, but was some how even stronger and more putrid. 'UGH! WHAT is that smell?!' Twilight said under her breath. 'I dunno, Twi, but....' Applejack began but was interrupted. 'It's um...' Rainbow stuttered, 'Its the smell of the doctors corpse....' Rainbow said in a quiet tone. 'Don't you remember..? I.... took his eye out...' Rainbow reminded everyone quietly. Her friends looked at her with the same sadness she was being suffocated by. They could all tell what she was feeling. They were her friends, and would do whatever they could do to get her back to herself, and back to the way things used to be. But it didn't look like it would be like that in the end. The thoughts of her nightmare and memories here would still be burned into her mind like a tattoo on skin. They all saw a tear sweep its way down Rainbow's cyan cheek and drop to the floor with a plop. Fluttershy was walking next to Rainbow, hoping to make her feel safe and comfortable as she did so. '...Um....Rainbow?' Fluttershy looked at Rainbow. Rainbow lifter her head slightly, without looking back at her friend. 'What...um... what happened to you?' Fluttershy kept her expression the same. Rainbow continued to look at the floor, trying not to make eye contact as they trotted along. 'Before I was possessed by the' she paused there and gulped 'the demon that now has control over my soul, I was having horrific nightmares of Pinkie Pie torturing me, and butchering me with knifes and such to harvest my organs and....' Rainbows heart pounded faster and faster as she went pale. Fluttershy looked at her now pale friend, eyes wider than before with concern at what Rainbow had said to her. 'She was cutting my organs for... for cupcakes. She wanted to kill me to make cupcakes for herself and her friends, with my heart as the 'essence' of the flavouring. I saw it all as if it were real...it was just so...' A track of tears flowed down Rainbow's face, making her cheeks become wet. Fluttershy was sorry that she had to go through that tormenting every night. Fluttershy couldn't bare to see a friend go through anything like that, much like how Rainbow can't stand losing at sports or the Iron Pony contest. 'Fluttershy?' Rainbow stopped looking at the floor and gazed upwards into Fluttershy's eyes that now formed a tear. 'Yes, Rainbow?' 'I won't leave you again.... I promise...' Rainbow gave a weak grin through all her lowered strength and pain she was feeling. 'I won't leave you either, Dashie...' Fluttershy gladly returned the smile. The group of friends finally got to the bend in the corridor. What they saw was a shock to their eyes. The sealing point of the door was still open, but had the warden and his guards next to it. There was at least six guards, armed and vicious. They all gasped out loud. Rarity fell off Applejack's back and regained consciousness after landing. 'Oh.. my... my head...' Rarity's voice was pained by the hard awakening. 'AHHH!' Rarity screamed upon seeing a guard hold a gun firmly next to her head. All of them froze. Rainbow just gave her same look at the guards and the warden with stone cold eyes. She knew what they were going to say, and it wasn't going to end well at all..... The warden was first to speak. 'Miss Rainbow Dash.' he began, 'You escaped care and killed the doctor along with two of my best guards. These criminal offences would extend your sentence, but that's not what's going to happen.' The eyes on all of her friends turned into a look of confusion at what the warden meant... they hoped he didn't mean... 'Miss Dash, you are sentenced to execution later today. You are clearly too dangerous to keep in prison walls and the land of Equestria.' 'Guards! SEIZE HER!' With the command the warden said, the personal guards didn't hesitate to grab Rainbow Dash, guns still in hand. Rainbow didn't move, she remained still as a stone and kept her hard look on all the guards. As the guard reached out to grab her by the mane, she let out a horrific snarl and growl and bit the guards hoof, causing it to bleed. The bite wound was deep and caused the guard to let out a scream of pain as he held the bite mark, trying to stop the blood. Within all his pain, he dropped his pistol, unfortunately, it was right next to Rainbow Dash. Rainbow Dash grabbed the gun off the floor and pointed it at the guard. Rainbow's mouth began to become a flow with drool and blood once more as she gave a maniacal grin at all the guards and the warden, revealing her blood red teeth. 'COME NEAR ME, I'LL PAINT THE WALLS WITH HIS BRAIN!' she snarled. Her voice now as dark as it was before. The guards didn't bother to argue or obey to the commands Rainbow wanted. Instead the guards knew better to back down and opened fire, all bullets focused on Rainbow. Most of the bullets missed Rainbow as she ran around trying to dodge them coming towards her. Very few rounds hit her, grazing her cheek and hitting her in the chest and left fore hoof. Rainbow screamed in agony after the bullets scratched at her skin with each shot. Eventually she fell down, blood pouring from her hoof wound. The bullet that hit it went straight through like nothing. Rainbow collapsed by her friends, preparing for the final blow as she turned back to herself. Her friends knew what she wanted. She wanted to die because she was a danger to them. But danger or not, she was still their friend. Her friends couldn't bare to watch her die in the most painful way right in front of them so they all got in front of Rainbow, shielding her from the spray of bullets that was going end her, this time, for good. 'MOVE OUT THE WAY!' the warden demanded. They could all tell he was serious and wouldn't hesitate to shoot through them, but they didn't care. Their friend was more important than they were, especially in the condition she was in. 'NO!' they all said in unison at the same time. 'LEAVE HER ALONE! YOU ARE NOT HELPING HER THE WAY YOU SHOULD! YOU ARE MAKING HER WORSE!' Twilight said, face red hot with anger at what they were going to do. The guard still came forward and were about to shoot them all without hesitation. Before anything happened, Twilight used her teleportation spell to beam them all behind where the guards were standing, and locked the door behind them. All of the friends grunted in relief, apart from Rainbow who was now caked in her own blood. Her mane was splattered with specs of blood in small areas and her hoof was bleeding uncontrollably, leaving a big red stain down her fore hoof, but the worst was her chest. She was losing too much blood from her wounds, but she was bleeding a more from her chest than anywhere else. Blood from her chest wound was splattered everywhere around her chest area and down to her back legs as she laid down on her back. 'RAINBOW! NO!' They all yelled as they saw Rainbow's eyes slowly close before deaths cold embrace. When Death Comes For YouRainbow was deeply caked in her own blood, and she could feel the pain growing slowly as she was near her time of death. Her last sight was her yellow skinned, pink maned friend next to her side, crying uncontrollably as she watched Rainbow bleed out. 'RAINBOW!' Applejack and Twilight yelled as they rushed to her aid. Rainbow gave a faint groan of pain as her pains grew weaker and blackness overtook her vision. Her last words were 'I'm sorry... I'm so sorry...' Her body grew cold by the time Applejack and Twilight reached her. Twilight hurriedly scanned around her neck and hoof for a pulse, but found no signs of her being alive. 'Rainbow! Can ya hear me?! Please don't be dead!' Applejack yelled, in hope that Rainbow's soul would hear her. Fluttershy couldn't bare watching her friend be near death again, and she burst into tears. However, she was interrupted as they felt a small beat coming from Rainbow's neck. 'R-R-Rainbow....?' Applejack said softly near Rainbow's ear. Rainbow suddenly began breathing again and everyone's faces lit up in relief. Even though she was alive, the most unexpected thing happened. Rainbow's still cold and motionless body soon heated up to an extremely hot temperature, her lifeless eyes opened slowly. However, something was different it seemed. Her eyes were no longer her heavenly magenta and sweet eyes, they were replaced by a devilishly glowing red. Her blood stopped pouring and her injuries all healed quickly. She let out a snarl and sat upwards. Her friends were shocked by what they had just seen in front of them. Twilight muttered and stuttered as she quietly and softly said,'H-H-H-How did that j-j-just happen? Th-Th-That's impossible...' The devilish grin turned its attention towards Twilight's shocked eyes. The blood red teeth made Twilight cringe and flinch as the they were revealed. 'You're next! You must BLEED!' The crazed mare tackled Twilight to the ground as Rainbow bit her neck, causing the blood to start pouring out. Twilight let out a cry of pain as the teeth sunk in, coming near the bone. Applejack and Rarity tried to pull the crazed Pegasus off Twilight, but she was just too strong for them. But, with AJ and Rarity pulling at her back hooves, it made the pain grow intensely as she still had her teeth locked in Twilight's neck. Twilight tried to use her magic, but the pain and strength made it merely impossible to work under the strength of Rainbow. Fluttershy was still crying but soon noticed the crazed mare through her tears. 'Rainbow...RAINBOW! STOP! PLEASE!' Fluttershy balled at Rainbow, knowing that she would stop if she heard the voice of her fillyhood friend. Rainbow's ears pricked at Fluttershy's voice, making the cyan mare turn and focus her attention on Fluttershy. 'Fluttershy...?' The devilish voice turned partly back into Rainbow's, making the normal Rainbow regain slight control over the demon currently in control of her body. She flicked her head back at Twilight's bleeding wound and then back at Fluttershy a few times before saying anything. When she finally did say something, it came out hoarse. 'I... I'm sorry, Fluttershy....' Before Rainbow finished talking the demon interrupted her with high anger eminent. 'Rrrrr! IF SHE DOESN'T DIE I'LL KILL YOU AND EVERYONE YOU KNOW! EVEN YOUR FAMILY!' Rainbow wouldn't hold back. Even though the demon within her had control of her soul and body, Rainbow was too strong and too loyal to be broken down and be consumed. The things that kept her going were Fluttershy's love of friendship and their friend's strength. 'SHUT UP! JUST SHUT UP! YOU WILL NOT KILL ME, MY FRIENDS OR EQUESTRIA, NOR OUR FAMILIES! YOU'RE NOT HAVING MY BODY OR ANYPONY ELSE'S!' Rainbow's voice grew with total anger, making her pain slowly fade away from her tormented soul. The voice angrily protested. 'YES! I! WILL!' It then made Rainbow's body burn hotter than anything she had ever felt. It laughed and escaped her body, revealing itself to everypony there. Rainbow screamed in agony as it picked her up with the power of its dark and evil magic and began ramming her into the iron poles of a nearby cell. The pain hurt worse than being slammed like a battering ram into a concrete wall, and caused more damage to Rainbow. Her teeth began to crack and break apart with each high forced ram, this in turn, started making her squeal in agony as the feeling made her nerves fill with endless pain. 'NOOO! STOP! STOP! PLEASE STOP!' Fluttershy yelled at the demon as she saw it brutally and savagely beat her friend up horribly. 'NO! SHE HAS TO DIE! HAHAHAHAHA!' The demon cackled maniacally as it eyed its bloody work. Rainbow's blood began to pour from her mouth making trails as she was being pulled back and forth like a ragdoll. She was feeling very faint, was very bruised and bloody, and the pain was astounding, but she wouldn't give in. Twilight was still on the floor, bleeding from her wounded neck, but despite her pain, she used what little strength remained in her weakened body to summon her magic. She was able to stop Rainbow from being rammed into the wall. Once Twilight had stopped her from moving, Rainbow quickly fainted from the pain and blood loss. The demon got even angrier at what she was doing. Without hesitation, it used its power and threw Rainbow's unconscious body aside and focused on Twilight. The demon let out a loud scream of frustration and yelled in Twilight's face with a hot, brimstone-smelling breath. 'HOW DARE YOU INTERFERE WITH ME! I WILL FINISH WHAT I HAVE STARTED!' The evilness suddenly fell silent and took all control of his darkness from Rainbow Dash and transferred himself into Twilight as a new host. The feeling of darkness invading Twilight's soul was agonizing and gave her a fiery feeling that surrounded her heart and even her very soul. She screamed and let out cries of pain as she slowly and aimlessly walked around, hitting her head with her hooves. 'AHHHH! OH MY GOD! ITHURTSITHURTS! IT BURNS! AHHH!' Twilight's burst of cries of agony echoed throughout the corridors of the cell block and deeper into the facility, loud enough as to where more guards could possibly hear it. 'NGH! Fluttershy, Applejack, Rarity! AGGHHRHHH! GET RAINBOW OUT OF HERE! RUN!' 'But, Twi-' Applejack protested, but was cut off by Twilight. 'GOOOOO!' she yelled Fluttershy, Applejack and Rarity quickly ran over to Rainbow's unconscious body and scooped her up onto Applejack's back. Without looking back, they all ran off to find another route out of the prison. By the time they had left Twilight alone, screaming her head off in pain, she had been turned into what had once been Rainbow's tormented soul. Twilight had blood running from her mouth like a stream as she gave a maniacal smile, revealing her gruesome blood stained teeth. 'GRRRRRAHHH! YOU CAN RUN BUT YOU CAN'T HIDE! AHAHAHAHAAA!' The evilness now surrounding Twilight's voice was getting more aggressive by the hour. Sooner or later, she would have killed her friends, but would she ever find them to do her work? The Worst of All ThingsThe four ponies were now running from their newly possessed friend, not thinking of where they were going and what they may run into. It couldn't possibly be worse than a possessed bone saw wielding maniac, could it? There were twists and turns that never seemed to end, along with the darkness that was all around them. The air around them kept getting colder and colder as they approached Sector C. The door to Sector C was plastered with rust that was still flaking its way off the door. The four pushed the door open cautiously, knowing there was a chance that there might be more guards awaiting them. Applejack was first to peer into the damp smelling corridor to scan for the all clear. 'No pony in sight, girls. Let's get movin'.' Applejack kept her silenced voice in case she was heard by a guard or Twilight. The group trotted slowly inside the corridor and shut the door silently behind them, with a small creek. 'How's Rainbow doin, Fluttershy?' Fluttershy looked at her filly hood friend who was drained of her energy and looked on the verge of death, 'She... Um... She... *sighs* I don't know... she's still bleeding from her wing.' Fluttershy said as she pointed to the joint were Rainbow's wing once was attached. 'AJ, we need to help her. She looks like she's dying from the blood loss.' A single tear swept down Fluttershy's cheek as she watched her friend's blood spill onto the floor, making stains on her once cyan, now red, coat as it did so. Tears started to form in the corners of Rarity's and Applejack's eyes. On the way down the dimmed corridor of the sector, a small rusted sign caught the eyes of Fluttershy. The sign was very rusty, but she could still make out the faint words: "Medical Room" and then an arrow pointing left. Fluttershy quickly pointed out the sign to Applejack and Rarity and they immediately set course for the next left towards the medical room. 'I hope they have some supplies we can use. I don't know how long she's going to last.' Applejack said concerned. Without hesitation they picked up the pace and rushed down towards the medical room. It took them a while to reach the medical room from the start of Sector C due to having to slow up so they could check on Rainbow every once in awhile. The panicking group quickly burst through the door to the room and immediately began to rummage around for anything usable or at least something to kill the pain or stop the blood. It took them a while to find the medical boxes. They were concealed inside a metal medicine cabinet that was hanging on a wall. The door was almost off, hanging only on the one hinge, which was completely rusted through. The box that they grabbed was a medium sized first-aid box that had small scratches on it. Fluttershy opened the box hurriedly and picked out a few rolls of bandages and gauzes and flew over to Rainbow's unconscious body that they put on a bed in the room. She called over to Applejack, revealing the roll of bandages in her hooves. Rarity was still looking for pain killers and adrenaline to keep her awake and alive as the pain was extracted from her system. As Rarity looked, Applejack and Fluttershy tended to Rainbow's bleeding limb joint. They quickly unraveled the packaging of the bandages and carefully tied it around the joint, adding on a small amount of gauze to apply pressure to it, trying to make the river of blood stop flowing. Fluttershy stayed with Rainbow beside her bed as Applejack went over to help Rarity find the painkillers. 'Rarity! Any luck findin' them painkillers yet?' Applejack called over. Rarity rolled her eyes. 'Ugh, its impolite to rush a lady, darling.' She said in a very matter-of-fact voice. Applejack returned the annoyed look. 'Can you please quit being your fancy self for one day? Our friend is dying and she needs medicine now, consarnit!' Applejack was clearly growing concern in her voice and her eyes as she gazed over at the purple maned and pearl white coated unicorn. It took a while but Applejack heard Rarity confirm that she had indeed found what Rainbow needed. Rarity grabbed them from in the cabinet she found them in. Applejack took them from Rarity and inserted the adrenaline into Rainbow's system by injecting it to her tepid blood flow through her hoof. Just in case anything happened to her, a heart rate monitor was connected to her chest and neck, displaying her pulse and heart beat. The painkillers were inserted through transparent medical tubing and into a small opening in Rainbow's hoof that was lightly caked in blood. -12 Hours Later- Rainbow was still unconscious and hooked up to medical tools. Her heart beat had returned to normal with the assistance of the adrenaline and painkillers. She was in much better condition than before, but still wasn't waking up. There was something wrong, but what could it have been? The heart rate was normal, she was stable, and she wasn't bleeding anymore, at least not heavily, but somehow remained in deep sleep. 'Could it be a coma? No it just can't be.. was it the lack of blood being pumped throughout her system? Or severe hernea?' Applejack thought to herself while watching her friend just lie in front of her, remaining motionless. No pony could make heads or tails of Rainbow's condition, so they were all startled when they heard a slow whine coming from her mouth. 'N-N-N-No.... l-leave her alone' Rainbow muttered. Her voice was muffled by the dryness of her throat, and there was also a hint of sadness in it. Fluttershy quietly crept towards Rainbow's bed side, staring at her closed eyes. She could see a small tear forming in her eye and dripping down and off her face onto her bed sheet. 'R-Rainbow? Can you hear me?' Fluttershy said softly in Rainbow's ear. Rainbow soon began to say strange thinks in her sleep. 'No... Twi... leave Fluttershy alone. No...' she muttered and turned over onto her side. Fluttershy could clearly make out her name and what she was guessing meant she was going to be next and froze at what she heard come from Rainbow's mouth. 'Rainbow... don't worry about me.. I won't leave you...' Fluttershy remained calm and softly spoke into Rainbow's ear. She quickly gave her a reassuring kiss on Rainbow's forehead. Applejack didn't know how to react at what her friend had said and instead broke down into tears. ' 'Leave Fluttershy alone?' ' she gasped at the realization of what it meant and managed to stop crying for a little bit of time. 'Fluttershy, th-that means you're next... Twilights going to kill you.' Applejack hugged the scared yellow Pegasus as fear and tears filled her eyes. 'I won't, AJ. I won't be next. I don't want anything to happen to you or Rainbow, and I won't leave your side!' Reassurance of her friendship for Applejack, Rarity and Rainbow Dash was the only thing that kept Fluttershy going. Knowing that they were safe was enough to keep her spirit lifted. But would all of her reassurance and spirits stay lifted, or would it fall down to the point were she would break? Whatever happens, she wouldn't abandon her friends, even if it meant her life.. Is This Reality Or a Dream?Fluttershy was crying out loud next to Rainbow's bedside upon seeing that she was flat-lining. She must of died shortly in the morning when the other ponies were asleep. Unfortunately, Fluttershy was the only pony up, the rest were asleep on their makeshift beds on the floor. Rainbow's death was too much for Fluttershy to contain and she burst out loud in tears and sadness. 'RAINBOW! NO! WHY! WHY YOU!? YOU PROMISED YOU WOULDN'T LEAVE ME!' Fluttershy's cries woke up both Applejack and Rarity. At first the two were confused as to why Fluttershy was crying, but then they saw the reason behind her cries. Rainbow's heart monitor was flat-lining and shown 0 BPS. Applejack couldn't believe her eyes, nor could Rarity. Upon seeing their best friend dead before their eyes they too began to break down into tears. 'R-R-Rainbow?' Applejack said through her tears as she trotted towards the weeping Pegasus and Rainbow's bedside. 'She's gone, AJ, SHE'S GONE!' Fluttershy burst out loud, still crying, face down into Rainbow's bed sheets. Both Rarity and Applejack froze, their eyes still locked onto Rainbow's body and the weeping yellow and pink maned Pegasus. Rarity slowly trotted up towards Fluttershy and pulled her into a hug, Fluttrshy crying on Rarity's shoulder as Rarity tried to comfort her. 'It'll be alright, darling, everything will be ok..' Rarity was now uncontrollably crying the same way Fluttershy was. Applejack was speechless, she was still crying but this time out loud, trying not to break down completely, but it was not doing much good as she was staring at her former friend that was now ice cold and pale in colour. 'Why.... WHY?! WHAT did she do to deserve THIS!?' Applejack's voice turned into anger, with tears still flooding her face. Rarity and Fluttershy looked up towards Applejack slowly and stared at her emerald eyes that were now stained with tears. 'Rainbow did NOTHING to deserve this kind of fate, consarnit! WHY DID IT HAVE TO BE HER!?' After Applejack had her angered outburst, the crying trio were interrupted by a darkened voice that was coming from the door behind them. 'Hush now, quiet now, its time to rest your sleepy head, hush now, quiet now, its time to go to bed...' Cackled the voice, sending shivers down the three friends spines. It was Twilight. She was now smothered in blood around her mane and fur and staring back at the weeping friends with her now glowing red eyes. Just her look was enough to make them freak out, with the exclusion of Applejack. Applejack was too hurt by what had happened because of the reckless behavior that tormented her friend was now insulting her friends saddened and crushed souls. Applejack stared back with nothing but pure anger in her now anger stained emerald eyes. 'You... YOU did this to her...' Applejack began, 'WHY!? WHY DID YOU DO THIS TO HER?!' Twilight just gave an evil cackle at Applejack's words. She was not only tormenting their emotions, but Applejack's especially. Applejack let out a blood chilling growl and pounced herself on top of Twilight, throwing punches at her face with her hoof. Applejack felt nothing but pure anger in her body, as the flames ignited her soul and eyes, showing off her anger into Twilight's face. Twilight just laughed at the pain that was filling her face, showing now signs of Applejack's hard hits fazing her once bit. 'WHY DID YOU KILL HER?!' Applejack burst out as she continued throwing punches. Applejack wanted a reason, and she wanted one NOW. Twilight didn't give in to Applejack as the hits just got harder and harder. She just kept laughing and laughing more and more at the pain she felt around her now blood covered mouth. Applejack got tired of punching and took herself off of Twilight and threw her against a wall. 'Are ya'll gonna answer me or do I have to knock ya'll into next week?!' 'Ha,ha... Your friend was a bitch, I enjoyed killing her!' Those words made Applejack break down into pure anger and she soon became over the anger meter and began to hit viciously at her possessed friend. 'HOW DARE YA'LL CALL RAINBOW THAT! I'M NOT GONNA LET YA'LL KILL MY FRIENDS OR OUR FAMILIES!' Applejack began to headbutt and ram her hooves as hard as she could into Twilight's face, making her forehead and left cheek become bruised and bloody. Applejack didn't want to stop, she was feeling too much anger and hate for the demon inside of Twilight, and she didn't want to stop until she avenged Pinkie and Rainbow's deaths. Fluttershy and Rarity were still weeping at the side of Rainbow's body. They couldn't bare to watch their friend beat up another friend, but all they could do was watch Applejack beat the living daylights out of Twilight. Fluttershy was still staring at Rainbow with tears still pouring down her wet cheeks. Something caught her attention. She saw a small pocket of blood form inside of Rainbow's mouth and seep its way down the side of her lips and cheek. Was she imagining it, or was Rainbow still living, with very little signs of living? So many thoughts flew through Fluttershy's mind as she watched the blood drizzle onto the bed sheets and drip off. The blood dripped off the sheets and onto the tip of Fluttershy's fore hoof. It was still warm... that meant.. Fluttershy pulled herself off of Rarity and placed a hoof onto Rainbow's neck. She could feel her pulse. It was faint, but there. She checked the heart monitor and it now read 12 BPS. Relief swooped through her and Rarity as they both saw she was back with them. Fluttershy leaned next to Rainbow's ear. 'Rainbow? Are you okay? Can you hear me?' Fluttershy spoke softly and quietly into Rainbow's ear, trying not to startle her. To her amazement, Rainbow slowly moved her mouth in response, but kept her eyes closed. 'F-F-F-F-F-F Flutter-Fluttershy....? Is that you..?' Rainbow's voice was so dry it sounded like she had dust down it. 'Rainbow? Are you alright?' 'Pain....' It was clearly painful for Rainbow to talk, along with her throat aching with every word she pronounced. Fluttershy took a painkiller and placed it into Rainbow's mouth and gave her some water. Rainbow took some effort trying to swallow the pill and nearly choked herself in the process. 'T-T-T-T Thank you...' Her voice was much clearer, but it would still take time for her to recover. 'I'm glad you're ok, Rainbow.' Fluttershy kissed Rainbow gently on the forehead. Rainbow gave a weak giggle followed by a pain giving cough. Applejack was still hitting harshly at Twilight's face with her hooves and it soon made Twilight's face become bloody and messy. Her mane was frazzled and tossed around, as were Applejack's. 'Why couldn't you leave her alone?! Why?!' 'ENOUGH OF THIS! FOR NOW IT IS YOUR TURN!' Twilight opened her jaws, displaying her blood-red teeth and bit into Applejack's neck to the bone. Applejack cried in pain as blood began to trail off down her neck, creating a trail of red that dyed her coat. She tried desperately to stop the blood flow, but collapsed down to the floor with a loud thud. Twilight just cackled in amusement upon seeing her victim bleed out in front of her as she struggled to stop her blood trickling to the floor. '...Time to rest your sleepy head, cow girl. Time to go to beeeeeeed....' Fluttershy and Rarity gasped in horror at Applejack struggling for her life with blood flowing freely from her open wound. Twilight let out a maniacal grin as she stared at the shocked Pegasus and pearl white unicorn. 'What's the matter?! Can't stand the sight of your friends blood?!' Snarled Twilight in a dark and menacing voice. 'Hush now.... q-q-quiet now... time t-t to go to s-sleep....' Applejack couldn't fight anymore, she gave up and stopped moving around on the floor, her breathing weakening and slowing. She was barely alive as she began to see her vision turn to blackness. Her dying breath made Twilight laugh as she admired her work. 'Rainbow...'. Applejack was now dead, and the demon within Twilight was pleased with his work. Twilight laughed once more before taking one last gaze at the last two friends and ran off into the darkness with Applejack's blood covered corpse.

She was out cold, laying on the floor with a long and heavy ball and chain combo wrapped around her neck. Her wings were restrained by a long metal Pegasus cuff that held her wings together so that they won't move. After a few hours, the light moved onto Rainbow Dash's eyelids causing her to wake up, and regain her consciousness. Her eyes opened slowly, but began to close again. Once the sun's gaze made contact with her eyes again however, she was up for good. She once again moved her eyelids open slowly, but this time she fully opened them. This was followed by a groaning noise that came from the cyan Pegasus. ''Ughhh.... where.... where am I?' 'What's this thing around my...'' Dash screamed, she screamed for a long time in shock of having a ball and rusted chain around her neck. ''AHHHHH!' 'WHATS THIS THING DOING AROUND MY NECK!?!?' 'SOMEPONY, ANYPONY, HELP ME!!'' Rainbow's cries were so loud they hurt her ears and made her fall back down. She fidgeted for a while trying to get the thing off her, but it was no use. She was tied down, like a dog in the garden. Soon after she heard the clop of hooves down the corridor of her cell. Rainbow didn't care who it was, she just wanted someone to help her get out. ''HEY! HEYYYYY! HELP ME!'' They continued to come closer ''Help me! I'm trapped in here.....'' Rainbow was cut off by the all very similar voice of a mare. A voice that seemed too familiar to her... ''Is that... are you??'' The darkened shadow of the figure came into view. It was Applejack. ''AJ?!' 'What are you doing here?! You know what, it doesn't matter. Just help me!'' AJ, the most dependable of ponies, just gave Rainbow a smug look. ''Why should ah help ya?'' She said glumly as she stared down at her shaken Pegasus friend. ''After what you did to Pinkie, I don't think so.'' Rainbow could feel the tears coming. After Applejack said those words, the rest of her friends walked in, all giving Rainbow the same glare as Applejack. ''Whats going on? Why are you here?'' Rainbow asked, and she wanted an answer NOW! ''AJ, Twilight.... Whats....'' Applejack cut her off. ''Don't you call me ''AJ'', Dash.'' AJ's voice was sharp with hate and anger as she looked into the cyan ponies magenta eyes and even her very soul. Twilight's eyes did the same, as did Fluttershy's and Rarity's Rainbow suddenly noticed that Pinkie Pie wasn't there at the towering fences of her cell, confusing her but also making her worry. ''Where's Pinkie? D-Did something happen? Where is she?!''' They all gave her a dark look, except Fluttershy, who just burst into tears. Rarity comforted Fluttershy by patting her gently with her hoof on her shoulder then pulling her into a hug, letting her cry on her silky coat. Rainbow still gave them her same sad expression as they all still gave her a darkened look. Twilight stepped forward, standing just a few centimeters from where Rainbow was sitting. ''Rainbow, the reason Pinkie Pie isn't here...is...is because...'' She choked back on a few tears before looking back at Rainbow. ''You killed her.'' Rainbow Dash felt her heart sink. ''W-What did you just say...? I-I k-k-killed Pinkie?'' Applejack looked at her sternly, still keeping that glare in her eyes as they met Rainbow's. ''Y-You don't remember? Not anything?'' Applejack said slowly as a tear slid off her cheek and onto the floor. Rainbow shook her head, not looking back at Applejack's face as she kept her gaze on the floor, herself soon welling up with tears. She put her hooves in her eyes and sobbed quietly. AJ put a hoof on her shoulder through the bars and petted her rainbow mane attempting to calm the weeping Pegasus. ''Shhhh..... Its okay Rainbow....'' Rainbow didn't buy it. ''Its not, okay, Applejack.'' Rainbow cried, tears forming a small pool beneath her. ''P-Pinkie is dead! I killed her! My own friend! I don't even remember what happened! Maybe I am insane...'' ''You are not insane, Rainbow, darling.'' Rarity reassured. ''We are you're friends, and we still love you, no matter what.'' Rainbow was flush of emotion and tears, her face was wet with all the crying, and the reassurance of her friends didn't seem to do much good in her current situation. ''I....I just want to go home.... I don't want to be alone....'' She had more sadness in her voice than she had ever had before. Rarity escorted Fluttershy out of the door of the prison cell block and was silent when they trotted out. Not one of them said a word. They just couldn't bear seeing their friend like this. Twilight and Applejack were the last two in the room. Twilight told Rainbow about what happened and how she got here. Rainbow was brought to the prison after she gutted Pinkie in the Sugarcube Corner kitchen as if she was a psychopath possessing her body, making her do inhumane things. She said she fainted after the shock when her sanity came sweeping back to her at the sight of her bleeding friend in front of her. All of it was because of her nightmare of Pinkie giving her cupcakes and torturing her for her flesh for more cupcakes. Twilight brought her to a doctor and that's were Pinkie had died. She died in the hospital bed from pain and blood loss. Rainbow on the other hand went into a coma, and lost consciousness, until she woke up. ''Twilight, why am I here? That wasn't me doing those terrible things! I-I'm not crazy! I would never hurt any of my friends like that! You know I wouldn't! I'm your friend!'' Twilight saw Rainbow's sobs coming back. ''Rainbow, I know you aren't crazy. The thing is, everypony in town thinks you are insane and a monster for doing that to Pinkie. You're here because others see you as some kind of threat to safety. Don't worry, Rainbow. We promise we won't let anything happen to you. As long as we remain friends, we will always be here for you.'' Just then the intercom buzzed and a Stallion spoke over the speakers. ''Visiting hours are now over. Please proceed to make your out of the building.'' AJ and Twilight both said their goodbyes to their friend and left the room. A faint tear stroking Rainbow's cheek dripped to the floor. She mumbled under her breath ''Goodbye guys....'' She was alone now. More alone than ever before. She just wanted it all to end so she could go back to her normal life, but could that ever happen?
The Evil Within (rewritten)The night sky's darkness crept through the bars of Rainbows cell meeting her now blood shot eyes from both crying and no sleep. She was sat in the corner, still buckled up and crossed arms and legs up and crying. ''No... I can't of done it.... I just can't of killed Pinkie....she is my friend...'' Her voice was croaky and dry. Her tears streamed their way down her face forming small puddles of sadness from her tormented soul. She put her hooves over her eyes and began sobbing even more than before. She wished that her friends didn't leave her alone in this dark, bug ridden cell that made her feel claustrophobic and separated from the world. She needed her friends more than ever. If there was anything that could help her dark side, it was the love of her friends hearts and friendship. But now that wasn't going to happen. As the tears swept through Rainbows cyan fur down to the cold, hard ground below her, she heard a voice. The voice sounded familiar, but it wasn't Applejack nor Twilight, it was the voice that drove her to where she is now. ''Kill...... kill..... KILL!!!'' The devilish voice sounded dark and demanding. Rainbow couldn't make heads or tails of it. Rainbow had had enough of this voice the first time, this voice drove her to insanity. Was it here to turn her back into the blood craving monster that she once was? Rainbow started to thump her head. ''Shut up, shut up, shut up, SHUT UP!!!'' Her voice was now stained with anger and sadness. ''Why won't you leave me alone?! JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!!!'' Rainbows voice echoed through the jail cells walls. ''You know you want to kill... I can make you.... hehe... I WILL make you kill!'' Rainbow could feel her sanity drifting down the dark path that was her dark side. ''No... you won't... as long as I'm here, my friends are safe....'' ''That's what you think.... You never were sane.. you always had this dark personality..'' The voice stopped, leaving Rainbow in crazed thoughts. Rainbow began to feel her sanity go down the dark path again. Her insanity was sweeping back. ''NO! DON'T! I DON'T WANT TO HURT ANYMORE! I WANT TO BE FREE OF THIS NONSENSE!'' ''Too bad! YOUR MINE!'' The voice growled through Rainbows brain, sending a shiver down her spine. ''NO! PLEASE STO.....'' Rainbow was frozen. Her body was starting to heat up with that maniacal feeling. Rainbows voice suddenly changed into that dark voice she had once had. ''Giggle at the ghostly...hehe...'' Rainbows voice was darkened by the devilish voice that consumed her soul. The voice then disappeared, letting Rainbows sane self come back to her. She could feel her tears coming back. The tears were instantly running down her sliky, cyan fur coat. 'Why?! Why me of anypony?! JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!'' Rainbows tormented voice was echoing more and more down the cell block with every loud scream, making it almost impossible to hear her own voice. ''LEAVE ME ALONE! YOU RUINED MY LIFE, MY FRIENDSHIP AND MURDERED PINKIE PIE WITH ME TO TAKE THE BLAME! IT WAS YOU! YOU'RE EVIL! LEAVE ME ALONE!!!''' Rainbow covered her ears to block out her echoing cries but it didn't do much good. The screams kept coming and coming... The next thing Rainbow felt was the air moving gingerly through her hooves. This was odd. How could she be in the air? her wings were.... Rainbow then realized that she was being held up by the force of the devils power through her body. ''No... NO! Please don't..... PLEASE, PLEASE STOP! DON'T!'' The voice ignored her, and in a matter of seconds she was being repeatedly rammed into the wall, each thrust stronger than the last. ''Give up! I own you, Rainbow! Disobey me and the pain will never stop!'' The devilish voice was tormenting her even more. The laughter coming from the voice made Rainbow want to cry. The pain was growing more sharply painful with each thud against the wall. Rainbows blood now stained the once bare wall in front of her, some of her teeth were cracked upon the impact almost making her pass out from the pain. ''STOP! STOP! PLEASE STOP! I DON'T WANNA DIE!'' Rainbow saw blood flow from her mouth with each word she pronounced. Her teeth fell out and clanged against the stone floor with a rattle. However the pain didn't stop there, she was still being rammed into the wall with more force. She blacked out from the pain and blood loss from her minorly mangled mouth after she was dumped onto the floor with an even louder thud than from the wall she was being slammed into. Rainbow was now stone cold and unconscious. ONE DAY LATER - Rainbow was still out cold, but she could only just hear the voices of four mares and a colt. The voices echoed quietly through her ears as they tried to adjust to the sound. Dash's eyes slowly opened and she soon could make out the faces of her friends. ''Ughhh.... what happened....?'' Rainbow Dash's voice was full of pain and dryness. She was about to sit up but found she couldn't move much and was soon pushed gently back down by a set of hooves. The doctor came into view as Rainbows eyes came into focus. When she looked down at her hooves, she found them to be tied down to the bed she was in by leather restraints. ''Just relax, Miss Dash. Try to relax.'' Applejack stepped forward towards the doctor with concern. ''Tell me, Doc, is she going to be alright?''' Applejack's face was filled with concern. ''She should be fine in a few weeks. When she was brought in, she had severe head damage and had a few broken and missing teeth, not to mention she lost quite a bit of blood. We just can't figure out how she got that injured.'' The doctor said with a frown. All of Rainbows friends faces were all plastered with sad expressions. ''It...argh...it was...him...'' Rainbow interupted their silence. Their eyes were all focused on Rainbow Dash's innocent magenta eyes. Twilight was the first to speak. ''Him? who's him?'' Dash could clearly tell they had no idea what she was talking about. ''The... voice.. the devilish voice that consumed my soul...'' Dash continued. ''The thing that made me kill Pinkie Pie..'' Twilight said nothing more but went beside Dash and pulled her into a hug. A few minutes later, she broke from the hug and looked her in the eyes. ''Rainbow, I know you didn't kill Pinkie. She was your best friend, you would never do that to her, and I know you wouldn't for a fact. I've known you a long time, Rainbow, but don't you find it a bit strange that when the doctors here diagnosed you, they didn't find anything wrong with you?'' ''Twilight. You don't understand. There is something wrong with me. I'm a monster. I killed my bestest friend! You all think I'm insane! I think you'd be better off not knowing me...'' ''Now, that just isn't true, sugarcube. You're our friend, and we won't ever let anything happen to ya'll. We love you, Rainbow.'' Applejack told her, hugging her with the rest of her friends. As they hugged Rainbow, she felt an odd burning sensation grow around her chest, slowly getting hotter and hotter, making her cringe in pain. Her blood oozed down her lip and down her face, running down her body and onto the white bed sheets. She put her hoof to her lip, looking at the blood now staining it a shade of red. ''Ow...'' Rainbow exclaimed with a light yelp. Just then she felt her inner soul being ignited more intensely by ''Rainbow.... are you... ok? You look pale...'' Twilight asked in a concerned tone. Rainbow didn't answer. She was clutching at her heart with a strengthened grip. ''OH MY, AHHH! GET AWAY FROM ME! AHHH!!!! IT BUCKING HURTS!!'' All Rainbows friends shot backwards toward the door, but the doctor didn't want to retreat to the door with the rest of the cowarding ponies. He tried to use a shot of morphine to calm Rainbows inflamed pains. But as he got close enough, Dash's arms flung out of the restraints of the prison hospital bed with a menacing growl and knocked the doctor off of his hooves to the floor, dropping the needle. Dash quickly grabbed it off the floor and smiled evilly as she approached the now scared doctor. He tried to climb to his hooves, but just as he was able to get up, Rainbow grabbed him by the back of his head and brought the needle close to his eye, just until it was barely touching his pupil that was now the size of a pin tip and stabbed it in, causing the doctor to instantly tremble with pain and bleed heavily, some blood splatting on Rainbow's face. Rainbows voice had turned from her original voice to the darkest voice any of her friends have ever heard. ''Bleed..... bleed... BLEED!!'' Rainbow was craving every second of the doctors agony as he eventually died from the blood loss. Rainbow knelt to the floor and wiped her front hooves in it and licked the blood off with her tongue. Her friends puked in disgust as they watched their friend perform the acts of a mentalist in front of them. Rainbow seemed to have gained a lust for blood when the darkness takes over. Rainbow walked with a twitch in her eye up to the medical tray beside her bed and took out the scalpel and bone saw. Rainbows face displayed a maniacal grin. Her teeth soaked with the blood from the doctors eye. 'Who's next?!' She grimaced in a dark tone. Her friends just screamed and barged their way out of the hospital room door screaming in terror as their cyan friend raced after them, bone saw and scalpel in hoof. Guards lower down the darkened hallway were patrolling around on their rounds to check on the prisoners when they heard screams of terror and fear pass through their ears. They both looked at each other in confusion and wonder. ''What was that?'' The second guard replied with a confused look and a shrug. ''Its probably just the rainbow haired pony who was found knocked out and injured this morning.''. His voice was deep with traces of fear in his tone. It was at that moment they saw four ponies running down the hallway screaming. It was Rarity, Fluttershy, Applejack and Twilight, All equally frightened and tears flowing down their faces after seeing what their friend did in front of them. Twilight ran into one of the guards, making him topple over onto his back with her on top of him with fear all over her face and in her eyes. ''Help! Please, our friend has gone mad! S-She killed the doctor! You have to try and stop her!'' The guard still had the same look of confusion from when he heard their terrified screams. ''Huh? What? Why? Whats going on.... AGH!'' The guard stopped talking with a sharp pain and small spurts of blood finding their way out his mouth and down his face. It was Rainbow Dash. She had tossed the bone saw with such lethal force and little effort that it had gone straight into the guards back, making him collapse to the floor like a bag of bricks with a loud thud. The others, including the guard stared in horror and disgust as they watched Rainbow Dash trot up to the bone saw in the guards back and pull it out with her teeth. Upon pulling it out of the now dead guards back, Blood dripped off the razor-sharp blade revealing little bits of torn flesh in its teeth. Rainbow licked her lips at the sight and began licking up and down the blade, cleaning it as the teeth grinded across her tongue making it split in little places, but she didn't care. She was enjoying the blood feast too much to even care about her injuries. All of her friends faces went half way to pale and puked all over the floor in front of her, all except the guard who was standing next to them, eyes fixed both on Rainbow and his dead friend on the floor, blood flowing from his mangled back. His face suddenly changed from disbelief of his friends death and the rainbow maned pony who had commited the crime to a face of hate and anger. With a loud roar he caught Rainbows attention, making Rainbows eyes gleam at his own green eyes with her maniacal stare. ''You bitch! I'm taking you back to your cell, dead or alive!'' Without thinking, the guard plunged himself onto Rainbow and began throwing punched at her face that didn't even seem to faze her one bit. Rainbow just took the hard hits and laughed uncontrollably at the pain and the guard. ''Hehe, You think pain hurts?! Lets see how you like this pain then, pretty boy!'' The devilish voice howled in madness as Rainbow still had the scalpel in her other hoof and began jabbing at the guards side, making him bleed uncontrollably. The guard cried in agony of his deep wound and began hitting harder at the crazed pony with more strength in each strike as the blood poured out of his cut. Twilight and Applejack's faces both looked the same way the guards did, but didn't know if they should fight back with him, or watch and do nothing. They had just about had enough of watching their friend stab the defenseless guard as he threw more punched in Rainbows face. They saw it as a chance to run. The guard was obviously either going to pass out from blood loss or die and become a new victim of the crazed pony. They all looked around, looking for any possible exit to retreat down before Rainbow goes for them next. All the hallways seemed to be locked down, and behind them was no way out, either. Just more medical rooms. Soon enough, they found an open hallway and wasted no time in running down it, away from their former Pegasus friend and off to find a way out of the prison.
Heartache'It's not over, Rainbow.' The evil voice laughed, 'It will never be over...' Dash was back to herself and in the corner next to one of the guards she had brutally slaughtered. *Twitch* 'But... why? Why do you come back? Why won't you leave me alone....' Rainbow's voice was sad and terrified at the thought of being unable to control herself, and that this demon was going to harm her and her friends further. 'Why me...? Why did you choose to be me...?' 'Because you are the strongest host I've ever found' the voice within her interrupted, 'You are the one I chose to become my voice. TO BECOME ME!' Rainbow couldn't believe what she was hearing. She was frozen with fright and slowly began rocking back and forth next to the wall, bashing her head on it lightly with each pull. 'No.... no..... You won't.... I will never let you take me over and destroy Equestria and my friends...' The voice just laughed. 'HAHAHAHAHA! DO YOU THINK YOU CAN TELL ME WHAT TO DO?! I CAN DO WHATEVER I WANT!! I OWN YOU NOW! THERE IS NO ESCAPE! YOUR FRIENDS WILL DIE ALONG WITH EQUESTRIA!!' 'No. They WON'T!!! YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO CONTROL ME... YOU KNOW WHY?' The voice didn't respond. 'You will NOT be able to control me because I still have the bone saw in my hoof, and do you know what THAT means?!' Dash's voice was serious. The voice just cackled. 'Yeah, I do. Sweet dreams...' The voice took control of the hoof bearing the saw. 'WAIT! what are you...? AHHHHHGHRRRHH!!!!' The uncontrollable hoof swung the bone saw into Rainbow Dash's wing cutting the whole wing clean off from her body. 'BLEED, BLEED! BLEEEEEEEEEDDD!' The voice cheered with glee seeing Rainbow's wing now on the floor, making blood pour from the joint like a fountain, covering her cyan coat with her own blood. Rainbow grabbed her wing joint trying desperately trying not to let it bleed too much so that she passes out. '*sniffle* MY WING!!! AHHHH! WHY?!?! WHY?! WHYYYYY?!?!? I'D RATHER BE DEAD!!! JUST FUCKING KILL ME ALREADY!!!' The evilness withing the voice just cackled out loud as Rainbow tried to put her hoof onto her wound to stop the blood from coming out. 'In time my dear.... Hehehe.... In time...' MEANWHILE, 1 HOUR LATER, IN SECTOR B The 4 friends were still running and exhausted, but they kept on going, trying to find a safe place to rest. Eventually, they reached the end of the corridor, and found the exit door. Unfortunately, it was sealed shut by the titanium riot door that stretched all the way down the door to the end. From what they could tell it had to at least be 7 inches thick, and of course very, very heavy. Applejack sighed out loud, trying desperately to breathe. 'Consarnit! What da we do now?!' 'There is nowhere to go... She'll find us eventually!' Rarity walked up to AJ and placed a hoof on her shoulder. 'Calm down, Applejack. There has to be someplace where we can get out of this dirty prison and then we can....' Rarity stopped. There was an evil sounding laughter coming from around the corner at the other end of the corridor. It was Rainbow Dash. She had snapped back into her evil side. She had obviously found out where her 'friends' were. 'Oh god, she's found us...' Rarity squirmed. All of them gulped hard and found a place to hide. Rarity and Fluttershy of them went into an open shipping box and placed themselves inside it. Twilight and Applejack had nowhere to go however, so Twilight used an invisibility spell to turn both her and Applejack transparent. This way the crazed Pegasus wouldn't see them. They stared cautiously at the wall at the end of the corridor to see if Rainbow was coming around the corner. The maniacal laughter got louder and louder by the minute and eventually her shadow could be made out on the concrete wall before them. Twilight and Applejack's eyes both filled with fear as they saw the terrifying figure stumble around the corner, blood still flowing intensely out of her mangled wing joint. She was giggling to herself as she scanned the dimly lit corridor for her targets. 'Come out and play... Hahaha.. *twitch* Dash had a very disturbing grin on her face with blood staining her teeth making her look like a wolf after the night feast. 'Rarity..... Raaaaaaariiiiity.... Come out and play with me! Hehehe....' Rainbow's maniacal smile got wider and her eyes narrowed downwards even more than before as she kept her crazed and bloody look. 'Twilight.... hehehe... COME OUT! Come help a friend... Hehe.. You'll be sorry you ever brought me here!' She snarled and sounded demanding as she started drooling both spit and blood from the side of her lips. Rainbow had had enough of playing hide and seek with her targets and started to get violent. She began by tossing and throwing boxes or anything that she could find. She began grunting and growling more and more. The blood in her mouth bled its way out faster and faster until she looked like a blood thirsty rabid dog. 'WHERE ARE YOU ALL?! COME OUT! COME OUT AND BLEEEEEEEEED!!!' Rainbow laughed menacingly as her pains grew stronger, making her act more mental each minute. All of the ponies were petrified at what had become of their friend. Applejack was nearest to her, and that didn't make her feel safe at all, it just made her feel extremely UNSAFE and also made her breathe heavily. Heavily enough that there was no way Rainbow couldn't hear her. The sound caught Rainbows ears and she turned around. Twilight stuck a hoof in Applejack's mouth to stop her. 'I KNOW YOU'RE THERE AJ! I CAN HEAR YOU!!!' Rainbow snarled. Applejack stuttered as she responded without being seen, under the influence of Twilight's spell. 'R - Rainbow! Stop what y'all doin'!' 'You aren't your self, sugar cube, Calm yourself down!!' Applejack tried to sound calm but still sounded demanding. Rainbow twitched again. *Twitch* *Twitch*. 'Applejaaaaaack.... where are you? I've got a present for youuuuuu!' Rainbow lied. Her so called present was the scalpel. She would surely slash AJ's throat out if she ever found her. 'Rainbow! Put the scalpel away! Why don't you listen to your friends?!' Applejack sounded quite sad but still angry with what has become of her friend. Rainbow snarled a horrific growl onto her face. 'FRIENDS?! FRIENDS?!?!?' Dash continued to growl. 'YOU'RE NOT MY FRIENDS! WHAT FRIEND WOULD DRAG ME TO A PRISON! RRRRRGGGGG! I WANT TO BE FREE! AHAHA HAHA!' Rainbow continued her maniacal rampage and this time not just threw random structures and objects everywhere, but started swinging her scalpel in Applejack's direction, one swing nearly grazed her cheek bone. 'HAHAHA! I'LL SHOW YOU THE TRUE MEANING OF PAIN! HAHAHA!' Rainbow's crazy grin was now at full size, giving her a more disturbing look that made her look more of a cannibal with blood and flesh between her teeth, Twilight and Applejack had less space to move in upon all the thrown junk and pieces scattered around from their rainbow maned friend. Rainbow was now moving rapidly with the scalpel in her hand, swinging it repeatedly around, cutting Applejack's cheek as she did so. Applejack let out a loud cry of pain as the blood started to drip from her graze. The cut wasn't that deep, but it did indeed hurt. 'ARGH!' AJ held her hoof to her left cheek, applying pressure to the wound to attempt to stop the blood coming out. The yelp of pain caught Rainbow's attention and soon she heard the dripping of the blood fall to the floor and splat upon impact. 'Mmmmm.... I smell your essence..... your blood smells lovely...' Rainbow hissed under her breath. Applejack and Twilight's eyes shrunk to the size of pin-tips as they grunted in disgust of what they heard her friend say. They both had a thought about what they could do while they were not visible to Rainbows eyes. They both were trying to think weather they should try to reason with the tormented Pegasus or knock her out. But how? Just then Twilight had a thought. Applejack had a strong kick right? She is strong enough to buck trees for their apples, so why not to help a friend? Of course the most loyalist of ponies was no longer loyal due to her current insane state. Would a mind spell work if they knocked her out, or would it fail? It happened with the Discord accident, so why not on a friends tormented soul? 'Hey, AJ?' Twilight muttered from under her breath in a faint whisper. Applejack responded quietly (If they're invisible, they can't really SEE each other, so I changed this)'Yeah, Twi?' 'I have an idea, but you'll have to help me in it.' Twilight was still eyeing the cold blooded Pegasus 'Sure, Twilight. What is it?' 'Do you think you could knock out Rainbow by bucking her into that wall?' This caused AJ to let out a quiet gasp. 'Buck Rainbow?' 'I don't know, Twi. She may be insane but i don't wanna knock her down.' Twilight rolled her eyes. 'AJ, I know you don't want to, but it's the only way we are going to get out of this. She'll kill us before long.' Applejack repeated her pained look as she stared at where she presumed the purple unicorn was. Thinking about what she had been asked to do to one of her friends. Applejack let out a quiet sigh. 'Okay, Twilight. I'll do it.' Applejack got line up with Rainbow and the wall and cocked her powerful legs to push her strength into them both. She bucked them back with full strength followed by a loud grunt sending Rainbow back-first into the thick concrete wall behind her. The blow instantly knocked Rainbow off her feet and made her crumple onto the floor with a thud. Rainbow moaned in pain as she turned back into her normal self once she landed. She saw Twilight and Applejack come into view as the invisibility spell was deactivated. All Rainbow said before blacking out was, 'Ngh... Twilight....'
Pains and FriendshipRainbow had been knocked out cold, and was badly hurt. However, there was one thing that hurt her more than the possessing demon inside of her, and it was the heartache of knowing it was going to kill her friends. A few hours have passed since Applejack bucked and knocked her friend out and now there was a bigger problem other than a knife wielding, blood thirsty Pegasus. They had to decide what to do with her. The day had passed into night and there was nothing to do with the broken down Pegasus other than to drag her body into an open cell. 'T-Twilight... her- her wing... it's missing' Fluttershy spoke in a quiet tone, pointing to the missing limb's bleeding joint. 'Oh my god.... Could she of done....' Twilight was interrupted by Rainbow's groaning as her eyes slowly opened as she regained consciousness. Twilight hesitantly used her magic to seal the prison cell's non-functioning door, making it impossible for Rainbow to escape. They all watched as their friend squealed in pain as she tried to move her wings to aid her in getting up. Rainbow's head slowly tilted her head only to shoot up off the floor in horror in discovering that her wing had been sliced off, clean from her body. 'AHHHH! MY WING! WHERES MY WING?!?!' Rainbow's eyes started to tear up as she held her wing joint. Rainbow Dash, the loyalist and toughest of ponies was crying over the loss of her wing and torn apart soul. Fluttershy was the first to speak. 'R- Rainbow? Is that you?' Fluttershy spoke quietly and softly as she tried to talk to the now weeping Pegasus. 'F- F-F-Fluttershy...?' Rainbow's cries grew silent at the sight of her long maned filly-hood friend. Fluttershy let out a weak smile and a light blush of joy as she heard her friend say her name. That was just the indication that she needed to know her friend was back to herself. Applejack was the next to speak to Rainbow. However, AJ still kept her look and looked at Rainbow with eyes of sorrow. 'Rainbow, what happened to y'all?' Applejack continued, 'You look terrible...' AJ's eyes transformed from a look of sorrow to a look of concern. Rainbow's cyan coat went pale at that question she was asked. Of course she had to tell them the truth, anything that would possibly help her get from were she is now back to her normal life, back in the sky, cloud busting and relaxing as she fly through and sleeps on clouds. 'That... T-t-t thing.... did this to me... He wants to.. take my soul over so....' Rainbow paused a moment. She was now staring at all of her friends intently with her large magenta eyes. 'He... he... he... wants to.... kill you... and destroy Equestria..' All of her friends gasped at what they just heard. Their jaws dropped in horror of what might become of her friends and Equestria if this.... thing gets control of Rainbow Dash. 'B-B-B But how...? How?!' Rarity cried, still in her usual drama-queen voice. Rainbows eyes looked directly into Rarities cold blue eyes, and into her very soul. Her voice darkened in sadness as she was about to give her the answer she would dread hearing. 'By... using.... me as his host body....' A single tear swept down Dash's cheek. Again all of their expressions turned to those of horror and fright. 'Rainbow are you saying....' Fluttershy softly mumbled. 'Yes.... he wants to kill me...' 'I.... don't want you all to see that happen.... as long as he's in me, you all are vulnerable to his attacks if he comes out...' Rainbow continued, 'I don't want to see that happen to you all. I want you to be and stay safe..' Tears began sweeping out of the corners of Rainbows eyes as she was about to ask her dearest friends to do her one last favor. 'Twilight, Fluttershy, Applejack, Rarity.... I want you to do this for me... Don't refuse to do this for me... its something i want...' All of her friends eyed her cautiously at what she was going to ask. 'What... what is it..?' Rainbow took a deep breath. 'kill me...' 'I.... don't care how, but....' Tears began to form in the corners of their eyes. 'But... but... Rainbow....' Fluttershy began. 'NO. No buts, Fluttershy. I don't want you or any of you to die, let alone Equestria.' Rainbow reached out to hug Fluttershy through the bars of the cell. Fluttershy put her hooves around Rainbows back, being careful not to reignite her pain from her wing joint. Rainbow slowly rubbed her own mane and face into Fluttershy's as she caressed her back gently. As they hugged each other about to say her goodbyes, Rainbow felt her internal pains reignite. The power of the evil within her was coming out again, to kill her and her friends.... 'AGHHGGHHAAH!' Rainbow squealed out loud in agony as the pain became stronger and to the point were it got unbearable. Fluttershy quickly repelled herself away from the cyan Pegasus as she watched her transform into the dark killer within her. 'NGH! Fluttershy.... RUN! PLEASE! PLEASE,PLEASE RUN!' Rainbow screamed through gritted teeth. Fluttershy didn't hesitate to argue, she ran back towards her friends. All of them quickly began to weep and tears flushed down their faces. Blood began to pour out the side of Rainbow's lips and trickle down to the floor with a plop and splat. Her eyes suddenly started to change colour from her lovely, heavenly magenta to a satanic blood red that gave her an insanely menacing appearance. 'He... hehehehe....Bleed.... FEEL THE PAIN!' The voice that was once Rainbow Dash's turned into an evil cackle that made her friends get a cold shiver down their spines. Rainbow growled at her friends which was so horrific it made Rarity faint in terror. He... hehehe... Hush... now,quiet, now.. its time to rest your sleepy head, its time to go to sleep...' The soul that was once Rainbow's was suffocated with darkness and suffering. She gave her friends a blood craved look, which admittingly made Twilight cringe as she stared at her with her blood-shot eyes. She stared at Twilight for a while before giving her a blood-toothed grin. 'Your Next!' She snarled. Twilight's body froze, her eyes still fixed on the cyan Pegasus. After the voice said those words, Rainbow's body collapsed to the ground, sucking all the life out of Rainbow as it happened. Rainbow's body now lays on the cold, hard ground of the cell, not showing any signs of life. Was she unconscious? Was she knocked out? Did all her energy get drained out of her, making her sleep? Seconds later they could all see her breathing, she was breathing very slowly in pace and looked almost dead. Her body was still a pale shade of cyan, her coat a blood-red dyed down her side and lips. 'Twilight! Help her!' Applejack yelled as she cried. Twilight used her magic to unlock the cell door and rushed to Dash's unconscious body to help her. The first thing Twilight did was take some bedding off the mattress on the prison bed and rip it to form a small bandage to apply pressure to Rainbow's wing joint. She was surely losing enough blood as it is. She had already lost one third by the time it had been cut off, now she was down to at least half her blood left. 'Come on, Rainbow, don't die on us! I want you to live!!' Twilight's face became a flow with tears as she attempted to bandage up her small, mangled wing joint. 'Rainbow! Can you hear me?! RAINBOW!' Applejack couldn't express what she was feeling right now. Fluttershy had the same look plastered on her face as she cried. She didn't want to lose her filly-hood friend, the one whom made it possible for her to get her cutie mark, the one who stood up for her at flight camp in Cloudsdale when she was being bullied. All of the memories they had together were drifting one by one into her mind like they were being relived all over again. Dash's breathing stopped. Her body was getting colder very fast. She was near being ice-cold. Fluttershy went to go assist her friends in reviving her friend. If there was anypony who could make her wake up, it was Fluttershy's love and voice that couldn't be mistaken by her friend. 'Rainbow... Wake up... I need you.. Don't die...' Fluttershy's voice remained quiet and dormant. Fluttershy could already feel the pain that was loss. 'RAINBOW! WAKE UP! WAKE UP! DON'T LEAVE ME!' Fluttershy raised her voice, in hope that it would go through her friends ears to her sleeping soul. Twilight tried to use her magic to generate electricity into Dash's body hoping it would revive her. The electricity came in a purple light jolting through Rainbow's insides, but didn't seem to do much. Twilight searched for her pulse around her neck, but it remained dead. She repeated the spell with a higher charge and felt for a pulse again, in the same spot. She could feel a very low, and very faint pumping feeling. Her pulse was going a little bit faster. Rainbow still stayed on the floor on her back, with no sign of life. Fluttershy just wanted her friend back and immediately started to try and pump Dash's heart up again. 'Come on, Dashie! COME ON!' Her voice was starting to get more and more saddened by the minute. 'DON'T DIE ON ME DASHIE!!!' Fluttershy started to pump at Dash's heart faster and faster, but it was no use. She then tried to perform CPR. It had to work. It just had to! Fluttershy pushed down Dash's nose gently, trapping air inside and started to blow air into Dash's mouth. After a few tries Dashie's eyes slowly opened as she gave off a heavy groan, breathing for air. Fluttershy wanted to grab her and pull her into a tight hug, but resisted for the lack of oxygen she was getting to her lungs. All of her friends sighed in relief of having Rainbow Dash back. Fluttershy instead gave her usual soft 'Yay'. Rainbow, despite her pains, hugged Fluttershy and rubbed her head against hers with a tear in her eye, making its way down her cheek. 'Fluttershy...I won't leave you again! I PROMISE!' Both Fluttershy and Rainbow cried together as they rubbed each others backs. Applejack and Twilight joined the hug as they gave their revived friend a welcome back cuddle. 'RAINBOW! YOU SCARED THE HAY OUTA ME!' Applejack cried with joy 'ME TOO!' Twilight added. Dash paused noticing that her wing was bandaged up. 'Twi? Whats this?' Dash asked with a confused look. 'I bandaged your wing while you were dead... You should be fine if you get it cleaned up.' 'Try not to injure yourself more than that demon already has.' Twilight gave Rainbow a big grin followed by a squee. Rainbow returned the smile. 'Twilight?' Dash began, 'We still need to find a way out of here, before the guards come for us and lock us all in with the lock down system.' Twilight began to look worried. 'AH! You just reminded me that we can't get out that way to the left. The door is sealed shut and is at least 7 inches thick of titanium.' 'As for the A Sector, I don't know, but we need to check.' 'Sounds good to me.'
Looking for a way outRainbow was back with her friends, including Rarity who was still out cold. They all searched for a way out of the prison, but had no luck. They looked up and down of B Sector's long, dimmed corridors that now smelled like the rotten corpse's flesh and blood. Rainbow and the others walked by, but something stopped Rainbow, dead still in her tracks like a statue. Shivers went up Rainbow's spine as she eyed the work of her possessed soul, not believing in her mind that she could have done this. Her eyes looked at the two bodies with sorrow and pity for what she had done to them. 'Rainbow? Are you okay?' Twilight asked in a concerned tone of voice. Rainbow didn't answer. She was too horrified by the crime she had committed. Twilight repeated herself. 'Rainbow? Are you okay?' This time Rainbow responded in a scared tone. 'Y-Y-Yeah... I.. I'm just scared...' There was a slight hint of sadness in her tone. 'Can we please carry on, Twilight..?' Rainbow's voice sounded as though she was near fainting by the sight of blood and gore she was staring at. Without a response, they all continued onward, Rarity on Applejack's back. They continued down the corridor which led them into an even darker corridor. The whole section of cells were dimmed and darkened due to the current power outage inside the prison. Just the feeling of being there made all of the ponies cringe as the cold air that swept through each of their coats. The foulness in the air made it every bit as worse as they took another step after the other. 'Alright, y'all, just stay close and we should be fine.' Applejack's voice was slowly cut silent by Rainbow's whimpering and moaning. 'Ngh! Ow....' Rainbow clutched at her chest with her hoof at the pain that surrounded her heart with a burning sensation that felt like a knife was slowly piercing her heart. 'Rainbow? You okay?' Applejack placed a hoof on Rainbow's shoulder and looked into Rainbow's magenta eyes with her large, emerald eyes. 'I.. Ugh.. I'll be fine... I'm just hurt by what I did to them guards.... Don't worry about me...' Rainbow didn't even look up to Applejack, she just clutched to her chest and whimpered. 'Come on Rainbow, you gotta keep moving, it will get even worse if you don't move around.' Applejack gave her a reassuring smile. Rainbow returned the smile. 'Yeah I guess you're right. Lets keep moving.' The group of friends carried on down the hallway, still in full concern of Rainbow's current condition. The deeper they went in, the more the smell turned foul, it smelled almost the same as the two now rotting corpses of the guards, but was some how even stronger and more putrid. 'UGH! WHAT is that smell?!' Twilight said under her breath. 'I dunno, Twi, but....' Applejack began but was interrupted. 'It's um...' Rainbow stuttered, 'Its the smell of the doctors corpse....' Rainbow said in a quiet tone. 'Don't you remember..? I.... took his eye out...' Rainbow reminded everyone quietly. Her friends looked at her with the same sadness she was being suffocated by. They could all tell what she was feeling. They were her friends, and would do whatever they could do to get her back to herself, and back to the way things used to be. But it didn't look like it would be like that in the end. The thoughts of her nightmare and memories here would still be burned into her mind like a tattoo on skin. They all saw a tear sweep its way down Rainbow's cyan cheek and drop to the floor with a plop. Fluttershy was walking next to Rainbow, hoping to make her feel safe and comfortable as she did so. '...Um....Rainbow?' Fluttershy looked at Rainbow. Rainbow lifter her head slightly, without looking back at her friend. 'What...um... what happened to you?' Fluttershy kept her expression the same. Rainbow continued to look at the floor, trying not to make eye contact as they trotted along. 'Before I was possessed by the' she paused there and gulped 'the demon that now has control over my soul, I was having horrific nightmares of Pinkie Pie torturing me, and butchering me with knifes and such to harvest my organs and....' Rainbows heart pounded faster and faster as she went pale. Fluttershy looked at her now pale friend, eyes wider than before with concern at what Rainbow had said to her. 'She was cutting my organs for... for cupcakes. She wanted to kill me to make cupcakes for herself and her friends, with my heart as the 'essence' of the flavouring. I saw it all as if it were real...it was just so...' A track of tears flowed down Rainbow's face, making her cheeks become wet. Fluttershy was sorry that she had to go through that tormenting every night. Fluttershy couldn't bare to see a friend go through anything like that, much like how Rainbow can't stand losing at sports or the Iron Pony contest. 'Fluttershy?' Rainbow stopped looking at the floor and gazed upwards into Fluttershy's eyes that now formed a tear. 'Yes, Rainbow?' 'I won't leave you again.... I promise...' Rainbow gave a weak grin through all her lowered strength and pain she was feeling. 'I won't leave you either, Dashie...' Fluttershy gladly returned the smile. The group of friends finally got to the bend in the corridor. What they saw was a shock to their eyes. The sealing point of the door was still open, but had the warden and his guards next to it. There was at least six guards, armed and vicious. They all gasped out loud. Rarity fell off Applejack's back and regained consciousness after landing. 'Oh.. my... my head...' Rarity's voice was pained by the hard awakening. 'AHHH!' Rarity screamed upon seeing a guard hold a gun firmly next to her head. All of them froze. Rainbow just gave her same look at the guards and the warden with stone cold eyes. She knew what they were going to say, and it wasn't going to end well at all..... The warden was first to speak. 'Miss Rainbow Dash.' he began, 'You escaped care and killed the doctor along with two of my best guards. These criminal offences would extend your sentence, but that's not what's going to happen.' The eyes on all of her friends turned into a look of confusion at what the warden meant... they hoped he didn't mean... 'Miss Dash, you are sentenced to execution later today. You are clearly too dangerous to keep in prison walls and the land of Equestria.' 'Guards! SEIZE HER!' With the command the warden said, the personal guards didn't hesitate to grab Rainbow Dash, guns still in hand. Rainbow didn't move, she remained still as a stone and kept her hard look on all the guards. As the guard reached out to grab her by the mane, she let out a horrific snarl and growl and bit the guards hoof, causing it to bleed. The bite wound was deep and caused the guard to let out a scream of pain as he held the bite mark, trying to stop the blood. Within all his pain, he dropped his pistol, unfortunately, it was right next to Rainbow Dash. Rainbow Dash grabbed the gun off the floor and pointed it at the guard. Rainbow's mouth began to become a flow with drool and blood once more as she gave a maniacal grin at all the guards and the warden, revealing her blood red teeth. 'COME NEAR ME, I'LL PAINT THE WALLS WITH HIS BRAIN!' she snarled. Her voice now as dark as it was before. The guards didn't bother to argue or obey to the commands Rainbow wanted. Instead the guards knew better to back down and opened fire, all bullets focused on Rainbow. Most of the bullets missed Rainbow as she ran around trying to dodge them coming towards her. Very few rounds hit her, grazing her cheek and hitting her in the chest and left fore hoof. Rainbow screamed in agony after the bullets scratched at her skin with each shot. Eventually she fell down, blood pouring from her hoof wound. The bullet that hit it went straight through like nothing. Rainbow collapsed by her friends, preparing for the final blow as she turned back to herself. Her friends knew what she wanted. She wanted to die because she was a danger to them. But danger or not, she was still their friend. Her friends couldn't bare to watch her die in the most painful way right in front of them so they all got in front of Rainbow, shielding her from the spray of bullets that was going end her, this time, for good. 'MOVE OUT THE WAY!' the warden demanded. They could all tell he was serious and wouldn't hesitate to shoot through them, but they didn't care. Their friend was more important than they were, especially in the condition she was in. 'NO!' they all said in unison at the same time. 'LEAVE HER ALONE! YOU ARE NOT HELPING HER THE WAY YOU SHOULD! YOU ARE MAKING HER WORSE!' Twilight said, face red hot with anger at what they were going to do. The guard still came forward and were about to shoot them all without hesitation. Before anything happened, Twilight used her teleportation spell to beam them all behind where the guards were standing, and locked the door behind them. All of the friends grunted in relief, apart from Rainbow who was now caked in her own blood. Her mane was splattered with specs of blood in small areas and her hoof was bleeding uncontrollably, leaving a big red stain down her fore hoof, but the worst was her chest. She was losing too much blood from her wounds, but she was bleeding a more from her chest than anywhere else. Blood from her chest wound was splattered everywhere around her chest area and down to her back legs as she laid down on her back. 'RAINBOW! NO!' They all yelled as they saw Rainbow's eyes slowly close before deaths cold embrace.
When Death Comes For YouRainbow was deeply caked in her own blood, and she could feel the pain growing slowly as she was near her time of death. Her last sight was her yellow skinned, pink maned friend next to her side, crying uncontrollably as she watched Rainbow bleed out. 'RAINBOW!' Applejack and Twilight yelled as they rushed to her aid. Rainbow gave a faint groan of pain as her pains grew weaker and blackness overtook her vision. Her last words were 'I'm sorry... I'm so sorry...' Her body grew cold by the time Applejack and Twilight reached her. Twilight hurriedly scanned around her neck and hoof for a pulse, but found no signs of her being alive. 'Rainbow! Can ya hear me?! Please don't be dead!' Applejack yelled, in hope that Rainbow's soul would hear her. Fluttershy couldn't bare watching her friend be near death again, and she burst into tears. However, she was interrupted as they felt a small beat coming from Rainbow's neck. 'R-R-Rainbow....?' Applejack said softly near Rainbow's ear. Rainbow suddenly began breathing again and everyone's faces lit up in relief. Even though she was alive, the most unexpected thing happened. Rainbow's still cold and motionless body soon heated up to an extremely hot temperature, her lifeless eyes opened slowly. However, something was different it seemed. Her eyes were no longer her heavenly magenta and sweet eyes, they were replaced by a devilishly glowing red. Her blood stopped pouring and her injuries all healed quickly. She let out a snarl and sat upwards. Her friends were shocked by what they had just seen in front of them. Twilight muttered and stuttered as she quietly and softly said,'H-H-H-How did that j-j-just happen? Th-Th-That's impossible...' The devilish grin turned its attention towards Twilight's shocked eyes. The blood red teeth made Twilight cringe and flinch as the they were revealed. 'You're next! You must BLEED!' The crazed mare tackled Twilight to the ground as Rainbow bit her neck, causing the blood to start pouring out. Twilight let out a cry of pain as the teeth sunk in, coming near the bone. Applejack and Rarity tried to pull the crazed Pegasus off Twilight, but she was just too strong for them. But, with AJ and Rarity pulling at her back hooves, it made the pain grow intensely as she still had her teeth locked in Twilight's neck. Twilight tried to use her magic, but the pain and strength made it merely impossible to work under the strength of Rainbow. Fluttershy was still crying but soon noticed the crazed mare through her tears. 'Rainbow...RAINBOW! STOP! PLEASE!' Fluttershy balled at Rainbow, knowing that she would stop if she heard the voice of her fillyhood friend. Rainbow's ears pricked at Fluttershy's voice, making the cyan mare turn and focus her attention on Fluttershy. 'Fluttershy...?' The devilish voice turned partly back into Rainbow's, making the normal Rainbow regain slight control over the demon currently in control of her body. She flicked her head back at Twilight's bleeding wound and then back at Fluttershy a few times before saying anything. When she finally did say something, it came out hoarse. 'I... I'm sorry, Fluttershy....' Before Rainbow finished talking the demon interrupted her with high anger eminent. 'Rrrrr! IF SHE DOESN'T DIE I'LL KILL YOU AND EVERYONE YOU KNOW! EVEN YOUR FAMILY!' Rainbow wouldn't hold back. Even though the demon within her had control of her soul and body, Rainbow was too strong and too loyal to be broken down and be consumed. The things that kept her going were Fluttershy's love of friendship and their friend's strength. 'SHUT UP! JUST SHUT UP! YOU WILL NOT KILL ME, MY FRIENDS OR EQUESTRIA, NOR OUR FAMILIES! YOU'RE NOT HAVING MY BODY OR ANYPONY ELSE'S!' Rainbow's voice grew with total anger, making her pain slowly fade away from her tormented soul. The voice angrily protested. 'YES! I! WILL!' It then made Rainbow's body burn hotter than anything she had ever felt. It laughed and escaped her body, revealing itself to everypony there. Rainbow screamed in agony as it picked her up with the power of its dark and evil magic and began ramming her into the iron poles of a nearby cell. The pain hurt worse than being slammed like a battering ram into a concrete wall, and caused more damage to Rainbow. Her teeth began to crack and break apart with each high forced ram, this in turn, started making her squeal in agony as the feeling made her nerves fill with endless pain. 'NOOO! STOP! STOP! PLEASE STOP!' Fluttershy yelled at the demon as she saw it brutally and savagely beat her friend up horribly. 'NO! SHE HAS TO DIE! HAHAHAHAHA!' The demon cackled maniacally as it eyed its bloody work. Rainbow's blood began to pour from her mouth making trails as she was being pulled back and forth like a ragdoll. She was feeling very faint, was very bruised and bloody, and the pain was astounding, but she wouldn't give in. Twilight was still on the floor, bleeding from her wounded neck, but despite her pain, she used what little strength remained in her weakened body to summon her magic. She was able to stop Rainbow from being rammed into the wall. Once Twilight had stopped her from moving, Rainbow quickly fainted from the pain and blood loss. The demon got even angrier at what she was doing. Without hesitation, it used its power and threw Rainbow's unconscious body aside and focused on Twilight. The demon let out a loud scream of frustration and yelled in Twilight's face with a hot, brimstone-smelling breath. 'HOW DARE YOU INTERFERE WITH ME! I WILL FINISH WHAT I HAVE STARTED!' The evilness suddenly fell silent and took all control of his darkness from Rainbow Dash and transferred himself into Twilight as a new host. The feeling of darkness invading Twilight's soul was agonizing and gave her a fiery feeling that surrounded her heart and even her very soul. She screamed and let out cries of pain as she slowly and aimlessly walked around, hitting her head with her hooves. 'AHHHH! OH MY GOD! ITHURTSITHURTS! IT BURNS! AHHH!' Twilight's burst of cries of agony echoed throughout the corridors of the cell block and deeper into the facility, loud enough as to where more guards could possibly hear it. 'NGH! Fluttershy, Applejack, Rarity! AGGHHRHHH! GET RAINBOW OUT OF HERE! RUN!' 'But, Twi-' Applejack protested, but was cut off by Twilight. 'GOOOOO!' she yelled Fluttershy, Applejack and Rarity quickly ran over to Rainbow's unconscious body and scooped her up onto Applejack's back. Without looking back, they all ran off to find another route out of the prison. By the time they had left Twilight alone, screaming her head off in pain, she had been turned into what had once been Rainbow's tormented soul. Twilight had blood running from her mouth like a stream as she gave a maniacal smile, revealing her gruesome blood stained teeth. 'GRRRRRAHHH! YOU CAN RUN BUT YOU CAN'T HIDE! AHAHAHAHAAA!' The evilness now surrounding Twilight's voice was getting more aggressive by the hour. Sooner or later, she would have killed her friends, but would she ever find them to do her work?
The Worst of All ThingsThe four ponies were now running from their newly possessed friend, not thinking of where they were going and what they may run into. It couldn't possibly be worse than a possessed bone saw wielding maniac, could it? There were twists and turns that never seemed to end, along with the darkness that was all around them. The air around them kept getting colder and colder as they approached Sector C. The door to Sector C was plastered with rust that was still flaking its way off the door. The four pushed the door open cautiously, knowing there was a chance that there might be more guards awaiting them. Applejack was first to peer into the damp smelling corridor to scan for the all clear. 'No pony in sight, girls. Let's get movin'.' Applejack kept her silenced voice in case she was heard by a guard or Twilight. The group trotted slowly inside the corridor and shut the door silently behind them, with a small creek. 'How's Rainbow doin, Fluttershy?' Fluttershy looked at her filly hood friend who was drained of her energy and looked on the verge of death, 'She... Um... She... *sighs* I don't know... she's still bleeding from her wing.' Fluttershy said as she pointed to the joint were Rainbow's wing once was attached. 'AJ, we need to help her. She looks like she's dying from the blood loss.' A single tear swept down Fluttershy's cheek as she watched her friend's blood spill onto the floor, making stains on her once cyan, now red, coat as it did so. Tears started to form in the corners of Rarity's and Applejack's eyes. On the way down the dimmed corridor of the sector, a small rusted sign caught the eyes of Fluttershy. The sign was very rusty, but she could still make out the faint words: "Medical Room" and then an arrow pointing left. Fluttershy quickly pointed out the sign to Applejack and Rarity and they immediately set course for the next left towards the medical room. 'I hope they have some supplies we can use. I don't know how long she's going to last.' Applejack said concerned. Without hesitation they picked up the pace and rushed down towards the medical room. It took them a while to reach the medical room from the start of Sector C due to having to slow up so they could check on Rainbow every once in awhile. The panicking group quickly burst through the door to the room and immediately began to rummage around for anything usable or at least something to kill the pain or stop the blood. It took them a while to find the medical boxes. They were concealed inside a metal medicine cabinet that was hanging on a wall. The door was almost off, hanging only on the one hinge, which was completely rusted through. The box that they grabbed was a medium sized first-aid box that had small scratches on it. Fluttershy opened the box hurriedly and picked out a few rolls of bandages and gauzes and flew over to Rainbow's unconscious body that they put on a bed in the room. She called over to Applejack, revealing the roll of bandages in her hooves. Rarity was still looking for pain killers and adrenaline to keep her awake and alive as the pain was extracted from her system. As Rarity looked, Applejack and Fluttershy tended to Rainbow's bleeding limb joint. They quickly unraveled the packaging of the bandages and carefully tied it around the joint, adding on a small amount of gauze to apply pressure to it, trying to make the river of blood stop flowing. Fluttershy stayed with Rainbow beside her bed as Applejack went over to help Rarity find the painkillers. 'Rarity! Any luck findin' them painkillers yet?' Applejack called over. Rarity rolled her eyes. 'Ugh, its impolite to rush a lady, darling.' She said in a very matter-of-fact voice. Applejack returned the annoyed look. 'Can you please quit being your fancy self for one day? Our friend is dying and she needs medicine now, consarnit!' Applejack was clearly growing concern in her voice and her eyes as she gazed over at the purple maned and pearl white coated unicorn. It took a while but Applejack heard Rarity confirm that she had indeed found what Rainbow needed. Rarity grabbed them from in the cabinet she found them in. Applejack took them from Rarity and inserted the adrenaline into Rainbow's system by injecting it to her tepid blood flow through her hoof. Just in case anything happened to her, a heart rate monitor was connected to her chest and neck, displaying her pulse and heart beat. The painkillers were inserted through transparent medical tubing and into a small opening in Rainbow's hoof that was lightly caked in blood. -12 Hours Later- Rainbow was still unconscious and hooked up to medical tools. Her heart beat had returned to normal with the assistance of the adrenaline and painkillers. She was in much better condition than before, but still wasn't waking up. There was something wrong, but what could it have been? The heart rate was normal, she was stable, and she wasn't bleeding anymore, at least not heavily, but somehow remained in deep sleep. 'Could it be a coma? No it just can't be.. was it the lack of blood being pumped throughout her system? Or severe hernea?' Applejack thought to herself while watching her friend just lie in front of her, remaining motionless. No pony could make heads or tails of Rainbow's condition, so they were all startled when they heard a slow whine coming from her mouth. 'N-N-N-No.... l-leave her alone' Rainbow muttered. Her voice was muffled by the dryness of her throat, and there was also a hint of sadness in it. Fluttershy quietly crept towards Rainbow's bed side, staring at her closed eyes. She could see a small tear forming in her eye and dripping down and off her face onto her bed sheet. 'R-Rainbow? Can you hear me?' Fluttershy said softly in Rainbow's ear. Rainbow soon began to say strange thinks in her sleep. 'No... Twi... leave Fluttershy alone. No...' she muttered and turned over onto her side. Fluttershy could clearly make out her name and what she was guessing meant she was going to be next and froze at what she heard come from Rainbow's mouth. 'Rainbow... don't worry about me.. I won't leave you...' Fluttershy remained calm and softly spoke into Rainbow's ear. She quickly gave her a reassuring kiss on Rainbow's forehead. Applejack didn't know how to react at what her friend had said and instead broke down into tears. ' 'Leave Fluttershy alone?' ' she gasped at the realization of what it meant and managed to stop crying for a little bit of time. 'Fluttershy, th-that means you're next... Twilights going to kill you.' Applejack hugged the scared yellow Pegasus as fear and tears filled her eyes. 'I won't, AJ. I won't be next. I don't want anything to happen to you or Rainbow, and I won't leave your side!' Reassurance of her friendship for Applejack, Rarity and Rainbow Dash was the only thing that kept Fluttershy going. Knowing that they were safe was enough to keep her spirit lifted. But would all of her reassurance and spirits stay lifted, or would it fall down to the point were she would break? Whatever happens, she wouldn't abandon her friends, even if it meant her life..
Is This Reality Or a Dream?Fluttershy was crying out loud next to Rainbow's bedside upon seeing that she was flat-lining. She must of died shortly in the morning when the other ponies were asleep. Unfortunately, Fluttershy was the only pony up, the rest were asleep on their makeshift beds on the floor. Rainbow's death was too much for Fluttershy to contain and she burst out loud in tears and sadness. 'RAINBOW! NO! WHY! WHY YOU!? YOU PROMISED YOU WOULDN'T LEAVE ME!' Fluttershy's cries woke up both Applejack and Rarity. At first the two were confused as to why Fluttershy was crying, but then they saw the reason behind her cries. Rainbow's heart monitor was flat-lining and shown 0 BPS. Applejack couldn't believe her eyes, nor could Rarity. Upon seeing their best friend dead before their eyes they too began to break down into tears. 'R-R-Rainbow?' Applejack said through her tears as she trotted towards the weeping Pegasus and Rainbow's bedside. 'She's gone, AJ, SHE'S GONE!' Fluttershy burst out loud, still crying, face down into Rainbow's bed sheets. Both Rarity and Applejack froze, their eyes still locked onto Rainbow's body and the weeping yellow and pink maned Pegasus. Rarity slowly trotted up towards Fluttershy and pulled her into a hug, Fluttrshy crying on Rarity's shoulder as Rarity tried to comfort her. 'It'll be alright, darling, everything will be ok..' Rarity was now uncontrollably crying the same way Fluttershy was. Applejack was speechless, she was still crying but this time out loud, trying not to break down completely, but it was not doing much good as she was staring at her former friend that was now ice cold and pale in colour. 'Why.... WHY?! WHAT did she do to deserve THIS!?' Applejack's voice turned into anger, with tears still flooding her face. Rarity and Fluttershy looked up towards Applejack slowly and stared at her emerald eyes that were now stained with tears. 'Rainbow did NOTHING to deserve this kind of fate, consarnit! WHY DID IT HAVE TO BE HER!?' After Applejack had her angered outburst, the crying trio were interrupted by a darkened voice that was coming from the door behind them. 'Hush now, quiet now, its time to rest your sleepy head, hush now, quiet now, its time to go to bed...' Cackled the voice, sending shivers down the three friends spines. It was Twilight. She was now smothered in blood around her mane and fur and staring back at the weeping friends with her now glowing red eyes. Just her look was enough to make them freak out, with the exclusion of Applejack. Applejack was too hurt by what had happened because of the reckless behavior that tormented her friend was now insulting her friends saddened and crushed souls. Applejack stared back with nothing but pure anger in her now anger stained emerald eyes. 'You... YOU did this to her...' Applejack began, 'WHY!? WHY DID YOU DO THIS TO HER?!' Twilight just gave an evil cackle at Applejack's words. She was not only tormenting their emotions, but Applejack's especially. Applejack let out a blood chilling growl and pounced herself on top of Twilight, throwing punches at her face with her hoof. Applejack felt nothing but pure anger in her body, as the flames ignited her soul and eyes, showing off her anger into Twilight's face. Twilight just laughed at the pain that was filling her face, showing now signs of Applejack's hard hits fazing her once bit. 'WHY DID YOU KILL HER?!' Applejack burst out as she continued throwing punches. Applejack wanted a reason, and she wanted one NOW. Twilight didn't give in to Applejack as the hits just got harder and harder. She just kept laughing and laughing more and more at the pain she felt around her now blood covered mouth. Applejack got tired of punching and took herself off of Twilight and threw her against a wall. 'Are ya'll gonna answer me or do I have to knock ya'll into next week?!' 'Ha,ha... Your friend was a bitch, I enjoyed killing her!' Those words made Applejack break down into pure anger and she soon became over the anger meter and began to hit viciously at her possessed friend. 'HOW DARE YA'LL CALL RAINBOW THAT! I'M NOT GONNA LET YA'LL KILL MY FRIENDS OR OUR FAMILIES!' Applejack began to headbutt and ram her hooves as hard as she could into Twilight's face, making her forehead and left cheek become bruised and bloody. Applejack didn't want to stop, she was feeling too much anger and hate for the demon inside of Twilight, and she didn't want to stop until she avenged Pinkie and Rainbow's deaths. Fluttershy and Rarity were still weeping at the side of Rainbow's body. They couldn't bare to watch their friend beat up another friend, but all they could do was watch Applejack beat the living daylights out of Twilight. Fluttershy was still staring at Rainbow with tears still pouring down her wet cheeks. Something caught her attention. She saw a small pocket of blood form inside of Rainbow's mouth and seep its way down the side of her lips and cheek. Was she imagining it, or was Rainbow still living, with very little signs of living? So many thoughts flew through Fluttershy's mind as she watched the blood drizzle onto the bed sheets and drip off. The blood dripped off the sheets and onto the tip of Fluttershy's fore hoof. It was still warm... that meant.. Fluttershy pulled herself off of Rarity and placed a hoof onto Rainbow's neck. She could feel her pulse. It was faint, but there. She checked the heart monitor and it now read 12 BPS. Relief swooped through her and Rarity as they both saw she was back with them. Fluttershy leaned next to Rainbow's ear. 'Rainbow? Are you okay? Can you hear me?' Fluttershy spoke softly and quietly into Rainbow's ear, trying not to startle her. To her amazement, Rainbow slowly moved her mouth in response, but kept her eyes closed. 'F-F-F-F-F-F Flutter-Fluttershy....? Is that you..?' Rainbow's voice was so dry it sounded like she had dust down it. 'Rainbow? Are you alright?' 'Pain....' It was clearly painful for Rainbow to talk, along with her throat aching with every word she pronounced. Fluttershy took a painkiller and placed it into Rainbow's mouth and gave her some water. Rainbow took some effort trying to swallow the pill and nearly choked herself in the process. 'T-T-T-T Thank you...' Her voice was much clearer, but it would still take time for her to recover. 'I'm glad you're ok, Rainbow.' Fluttershy kissed Rainbow gently on the forehead. Rainbow gave a weak giggle followed by a pain giving cough. Applejack was still hitting harshly at Twilight's face with her hooves and it soon made Twilight's face become bloody and messy. Her mane was frazzled and tossed around, as were Applejack's. 'Why couldn't you leave her alone?! Why?!' 'ENOUGH OF THIS! FOR NOW IT IS YOUR TURN!' Twilight opened her jaws, displaying her blood-red teeth and bit into Applejack's neck to the bone. Applejack cried in pain as blood began to trail off down her neck, creating a trail of red that dyed her coat. She tried desperately to stop the blood flow, but collapsed down to the floor with a loud thud. Twilight just cackled in amusement upon seeing her victim bleed out in front of her as she struggled to stop her blood trickling to the floor. '...Time to rest your sleepy head, cow girl. Time to go to beeeeeeed....' Fluttershy and Rarity gasped in horror at Applejack struggling for her life with blood flowing freely from her open wound. Twilight let out a maniacal grin as she stared at the shocked Pegasus and pearl white unicorn. 'What's the matter?! Can't stand the sight of your friends blood?!' Snarled Twilight in a dark and menacing voice. 'Hush now.... q-q-quiet now... time t-t to go to s-sleep....' Applejack couldn't fight anymore, she gave up and stopped moving around on the floor, her breathing weakening and slowing. She was barely alive as she began to see her vision turn to blackness. Her dying breath made Twilight laugh as she admired her work. 'Rainbow...'. Applejack was now dead, and the demon within Twilight was pleased with his work. Twilight laughed once more before taking one last gaze at the last two friends and ran off into the darkness with Applejack's blood covered corpse.
