A year after the events of Hurricane Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash has been asked to assemble the Ponyville pegasi again to create another tornado needed for Cloudsdale's water reserves.

One pegasus mare refuses to help out - despite (as Dash discovers) her natural ability and talent with weather. Determined to find out, Dash delves deeper into a past that was better left buried.
