Chapters As the trio zoomed through the vortex, Flare was throwing punch after punch as they crashed into Flash's face. The anger coursed through Flare's veins like molten lava, his vision was pure red as he repeatedly beat Flash Sentry, the blood stained on his knuckles from the open cuts he created was making Flare want to cause Flash more pain.Twilight grabbed Flare by the neck as the portal became smaller and the three landed inside the portal room. Flare landed on the carpet across from Flash and Twilight as she began to help Flash stand up. Flare only growled as he stood up and rushed over to flash as he grabbed him by the throat. Twilight tried to stop Flare, but she was too late as he tossed Flash through the door. The door was smashed from Flash''s weight as he rolled on the floor, trying stand up. As Flare approached Flash, his body was slowly shifting to it's new form to match this universe, but he was too angry at Flash to notice.
"So you just leave the Earth for some girl that's not even from our planet, you sure know how to pick girls." Flare growled as he grabbed Flash by his neck and lifted him off the ground. Flare began to punch Flash in the rib-cage as he started to struggle, Flare only smiled as he punched harder for he wanted give Flash an ass kicking he will never forget. Before he could punch Flash again, Twilight shot a bolt of magic at him as it collided with his spine. Flare grunted in pain as his lower back was slowly becoming covered in fur, Twilight gulped as Flare turned around and looked at her with rage in his eyes.
"I'm gonna beat you next." Flare said as he stomped over to Twilight, his feet cracking the marble floor. She was frozen in fear as Flare was standing over her, his body transformation was nearly complete. Twilight gasped as Flare was hit with a spear in his left shoulder, his blood splattering on her face. Flare stumbled backward as he hit the open window, the high fall would probably kill Flare if he fell. Flare looked as Twilight and Flash was blocked off by Guards as they wore gold armor and armed with spears. Time seemed to slow down as another spear was headed straight for Flare's leg, but he looked at Flash as he spoke with the strength he had.
"Your no friend of mine." Flash spoke in between coughs as the spear collided with Flare's leg. Flare howled in pain as his transformation was complete, he fell through the window as quickly slammed into the bushes below. Flare was badly wounded as his vision was blurry, his body aching from pain, and his voice silent. He felt his blood slowly trickle between his wounds and down his forehead, but he looked at his hands and became wide eyed with shock. His sat up as his hands were now large furry paws, he stretched his fingers as claws quickly erupted from them, he felt the top of his head as more fur covered it, just what the hell was he? Before Flare could ponder more, he heard the shouts of guards as they were closing in on his position. He stood up and grunted as the spears were still lodged in his shoulder and left leg, he grabbed both of them as he clenched his teeth from the agony as he pulled them out, causing more of his blood to splatter on the dirt.
Flare stood up and dashed out the pushes as the adrenaline was rising fast, he could hear the guards chasing him as they thrown spears and expelled bolts of magic at him. He covered his head as one magic bolt crashed into a small building, causing debris to fall on him, he ran faster as his new body was hard to use at the moment. Flare evaded the guards spears as he was out of their range of magic as well, he quickly scanned the landscape as a thick forest was in range. He smiled with relief but quickly became fear as another spear crashed into the dirt next to him. Flare dashed forward again as the adrenaline reached it's peaked, he was acting on instinct as he went on all fours as he was going twice the speed of what the guards was. He jumped in the thick bushes and hid in between the branches as the guards came to a screeching halt.
The guards stood there for a brief second before turning back, clearly angry. Flare felt his body began to slowly release itself from the heat of the moment as he dropped from the branch and onto the dirt. He looked around as the dark forest surrounded him with it's ominous feeling, he shakily walked forward as he was losing more blood from his wounds. His started to be cold as his body was shutting down from the loss of blood, he needed to find something to stop the bleeding. He searched as he ripped the vines off an nearby tree and began to wrap them around his wounds, he pulled them tight as the vines held together in sync. Flare sat down on the dirt as he slowly breathed in and out, he listened to the forest as the noises were unusual to him. The sounds of strange creatures made him nervous as the bushes started to shift movements.
Flare turned his head as two wolves jumped out of the bushes and growled angrily at Flare with razor sharp teeth, he was going to run but he felt his body move on it's on as he opened his mouth and growled back at the wolves. The wolves kept growling as they slowly moved toward him. Flare growled more as he tore a large branch off the tree next to him and held it tightly is his paws.
"bring it." Flare said before the two wolves leaped at him, both their mouths open and teeth ready to rip flesh from bone.
Flare smashed the heavy branch into the first wolf as the branch shattered into small sharp pieces that pierced the wolf's mouth. He grabbed the second one by the throat as he squeezed as he could feel the wolf's wind pipe slowly crack audibly, he let go of the wolf as hit the hard dirt, slowly suffocating. The first wolf was stumbling as it looked at its fallen pack member as it growled at flare with pure hatred, the blood from the branch was lodged in between the wolf's gums as the thick crimson liquid dripped onto the dirt. Flare only glare at the injured wolf as he released his large onyx black claws as they glowed from the moon's refractive image, the wolf leaped at Flare once again as he only side-stepped the wolf and trusted his claws deep inside the wolf's calf and pulled. Flare heard the wolf howl in agony as it fell onto the dirt with a torn open calf muscle, the blood pouring into the soil. He stood over the wolf as he lifted his foot high in the air, he could see the wolf's pleading expression plastered all over it's face, Flare only slammed his foot down onto the wolf's skull.
The sound of the skull breaking, blood splashing onto his fur, the brain inside become warm mush made Flare smile. He moved his foot from the flattened wolf skull as he tried to wipe the brain's off his foot but it only made the mess greater. Flare grunted as his wounds were still stinging from the spears, he slowly walked deeper into the forest as he tried to find some water to drink. The dirt was thick under his large feet and made his tracks appear in the dirt, his breathing was low from dehydration, his and his nerves were numb from the small encounter her had with the wolves. Flare sighed as he was slowly down from fatigue, his ears twitched as he heard the sound of flowing water as he shakily stood up.
Flare made his way through the thick vines as his view was set upon the gleaming lake before him, he smiled as he ran to the lake and dove straight in. The sound of the splash echoed throughout the forest with an audible crack of the water, he stayed under the water for a few seconds before reemerging with a loud sigh of relief. Flare looked down at the water as he took a good look at himself and his features, both of his eyes were to different colors, his fur was pure onyx black, and his face was like a dog's. He only grew more confused as to what he has turned into, why did he turn into this thing?
Flare existed the lake as he shook himself clean as the water splashed in all directions, the warm feeling of the air in his fur made him smile as he sat down on the dirt. Flare felt his stomach growl loudly as he groaned in frustration, he mentally cursed as to why he did not eat the wolves when he had the chance. He stood up as he moved through the bushes in search for his food, the bushes made loud noises as he was trying to stay silent. Flare stepped out the bushes as he spotted a large rabbit, just enough to hold him till morning. He position himself on all fours as he dashed after the rabbit with his mouth watering, The rabbit was moving swiftly through broken branches and small shrubs, but Flare was largely built as he crushed the small blockades with ease as he lunged at the rabbit with his sharp claws ready. Before his claws were able to reach the rabbits flesh, Flare crashed into a heavy white pillar as he rolled uncontrobly to the side, the rabbit got away.
Flare rubbed his bruised head as he stared at the pillar he ran into, how did he not see that. He looked around as the pillar was only a object that was apart of the large shattered ruins that he stumbled upon. Flare ventured deeper into the ruins as many markings were painted across the walls, multiple moons were spreaded all across the ruins as he felt nervous inside. Flare felt a chill run down his spine as his fur stood up, his eyes scanning the room, his paws bawled into fists, and his tail stiff, something was not right about this place. Flare jumped in surprise as he stepped on a tile, the tile sunk into the floor as the walls opened. Flare stepped back as the new room that came to view was pitch black, he breathed slowly as he started to back away. He was stopped in his tracks as a pair of light teal eyes glared at him with a toothy smile, the unknown figure slowly stepped out at it was a dark purplish blue mist.
The mist looked at Flare as it circled him with curios intentions, he tried moving his arms but the mist had him locked in place somehow as he struggled more. The mist seen Flares feeble attempts to escape as it spoke with a calm, gentle voice.
"Do not struggle, I have no intentions of hurting you, but I must ask as to why did you release me?" The mist questioned Flare as he stopped struggling.
"It was an accident, I'm only lost in this damn forest." Flare responded with a rough voice as the mist lossened it's grip. Flare felt his limbs as he slowly started to move with his own will, the mist swirled as it bega to shape itself into a form as it glowed bright. Flare removed his paws from his face as the mist appeared to be a onyx black unicorn, but it had wings as well, it had a moon tattooed on it's ass and that made Flare laugh a small bit.
"My name is Nghtmare Moon, what is yours diamond dog?" Nightmare spoke as flare raised an eyebrow in confusion.
"Frozen Flare" he responded as he pondered as to he was a "Diamond Dog" this horse called him. Nightmare smiled as she approached Flare with a smile and stood in front of him.
"I can smell your deep hatred for somepony, the very essecne makes me crave for more." Nightmare said as her long tongue slithered out her mouth and moved across her lips, that made Flare shiver. He nodded as Nightmare returned to her ruined throne as she sat down, Flare only groaned as his stomach started to growl again but the growling made a loud echo throughout the ruins. Nightmare Moon laughed as she stared at Flares misfortune, her horn started to glow as she aimed it toward a small bush and fire a bolt of lighting toward it. The bush was set a blaze as the very rabbit Flare was chasing zoomed out, the flames were scorching the rabbit to crisp as it slowly succumb to death and laid on the dirt still burning.
Flare looked at Nightmare and his eyes told everything as she nodded in approval, Flare grabbed the rabbit and opened his large mouth and took a large bite out of the rabbit, the cooked meat dripped fresh blood onto his claws, his tastebuds were dancing with glee as the food slid down his throat, he was no longer hungry at the moment.
Nightmare Moon tapped her chin with her hoof as she thought this dog could be very useful to her, maybe even benefit the both of them, she could use this dog to carry out tasks for her outside of the ruins for she cannot leave them. Nightmare slowly approached Flare as he finished eating his small dinner, she gently spoke up as he looked at her.
"For releasing me sir Flare, I would wonder if you would like some assistance on gaining paypack against the one you hate?" Nightmare asked as Flare thought to himself. Flare nodded as his tail wagged in anticipation, Nightmare Moon smiled as the first part of her revenge was set in place. All of Equestria will pay for their foolish actions against her, she will gain control this time, and nothing will get in her way.
Frozen Flare silently slept near Nightmare Moon's throne as she quietly plotted out her revenge against equestria, but she became curious as to what her new companion is dreaming about. She quietly placed her horn on Flares head and observed his dream, unknowing of his past life.
Flare was riding in the back of a police cruiser as his black hood was over his head, the back seat was torn and full of misplaced springs as one dug into his back, piercing the the cloth that covered his skin. He grunted as the car came to a sharp stop and his head jerked forward, his cheek collided with the metal bars as he jerked back in minor pain. His vision was blurry and his ears ringing, the door to his left opened as the officer grabbed flare by the collar and thrown him onto the asphalt.
Flare scratched his arm as he winced in pain, blood slowly pouring from his wound as he was forced to his feet. The officer had a cigarette in his mouth as he blew a puff of smoke into Flare's face, he coughed as the smoke entered his lungs with its menacing suffocating substance. The officer unlocked Flares handcuffs as they dropped to the ground with a heavy 'clang' as he rubbed his wrists.
"Alright Frozen Flare, take your file to the principal and have fun at your new school, cause your on your own now." The officer said as he handed Flare his file, the density of that file was outright ridiculous.
Flare walked inside the building as the halls were empty as his footsteps echoed throughout the hallway, he came to the principals office as he opened the door. There was a woman with beautiful hair as she looked at him with a smile, Flare only frowned as he slammed his file on her desk and spoke.
"I am the new student here" Flare said as she was looking through his file with wide eyes and mouth agape, she gulped as she closed his file.
"Well Frozen Flare, I welcome you to Canterlot High with open arms." The woman said as Flare only rolled his eyes and walked out the door. He walked outside to the field as he sat on the grass by himself, in the corner of his eye he could see other students look at him with curious looks as they whispered. Flare only looked away as he reached into his pocket and pulled out a picture of a woman with wondrous light blue hair, he blinked a small tear away as he put the photo away. Flare scratched his head with anger as it was bugging him, but that itch was replaced by numbness as a soccer ball crashed into his forehead.
Flare fell against the grass in anger as he quickly stood up, he looked forward as a girl with rainbow hair was laughing loudly. He stomped over to the girl as he was taller by 3 inches, he said angrily in her face.
"Watch where your kicking that damn ball!" Flare said as the girl looked back at him with a smirk.
"Watch where your sitting then stupid, and my name is Rainbow Dash." She said as she poked his chest. Flare gritted his teeth as he spoke back.
"Well my mistake Skittles" Flare said as the girl gritted her teeth in anger as she grabbed his shirt and pulled him forward.
"Who the hell are you calling skittles asshole!?" she shouted as Flares hood fell off showing his vibrant ice blue hair.
"I am talking to you Rainbow bitch" Flare said as their foreheads touched. Rainbow dash grew angry as she shouted.
"Fuck you!" Rainbow dash said as her fists were clenched tightly, Flare only smiled as he responded calmly.
"You know you want too" Flare said as he turned around and walked off the field, leaving an flustered and pissed of Rainbow dash behind.
Flare entered the hallway once again but the halls were crowded and he slipped on his hood. Flare hated showing his face, for he might become 'friends' with someone, he shivered at the foul word. He slowly looked for the cafeteria as he bumped into other students on the way, giving them hateful glances as he passed by. Flare finally reached the cafeteria through the crowd of students, constant noise showed where Flare needed to avoid. His brain was throbbing from the noise, his fists were bawled as they craved for blood, but he only sighed as he sat at a empty table.
Flare sat with his hood over his head, the laughter from other students and there friends stared to make Flare groan in annoyance as someone sat next to him. Flare looked to his left as he spotted a boy with tan orange skin and dark blue hair. The boy smiled and held out his hand and spoke to Flare.
"Hi my name is Flash Sentry, what's yours." Flash said as Flare simply chuckled and shook Flash's hand firmly.
"Frozen Flare, nice to meet you too." Flare said as he wakes up from his dream.
