Born within a facility as an artificial android, Tornado Dash, otherwise known as Android-1323 leaves his home known as the Nexus, hoping to start a new life. Unfortunately, the world beyond the Nexus is not the one he had hoped it would have been. Disappointed by the world he is greeted by, Tornado must get used to the lifestyle of the Wasteland that surrounds him, in hope of soon unlocking a brighter future for this desolated land.
