The New Hope Arises

                                                                        ~Prologue~

                The lavender alicorn stood her ground and put up her shield just as the King charged forth. Instead of the attack she was anticipating,King Sombra's spell went right through the shield and into her head where the dark magic begin to take hold of her. Twilight's eyes turned green and smoke began to appear out of her eyes.

                Twilight Sparkle,the new princess who had went to the Crystal Empire to see her in-laws,found a strange horn and after probing it with magic,it turned smoky,then into the pony she thought she had defeated long time ago. Twilight was soon on the ground,screaming  and screaming as the spell did its work. It tore away everything and her memories that she held dear to,her friends,her family and her mentor,Princess Celestia in the most painful way possible. Her true self,was shut away,within the confines of her heart and a new one took over. Twilight Sparkle had turned into a new slate,one for King Sombra to write upon.

                                         ~Later ,that day~

                                "Twilight!" Cadence cried out just as Twilight set foot on the land

                               "Sunshine sunshine-"   "What are you doing?" Twilight dumbly asked,her eyes glazed over with a confused and shocked expression. Cadence stood up from her position and stared at Twilight with a confused face.

"I was just-"Cadence was cut off with a rude reply,"Get out my way,loser!" Cadence,now suspicious,tailed her .

"Twilight what is with you?You were never like this!"Cadence asked

"Well,now I am like this,so stop following me around like a stupid dog!" Twilight harshly retorted. Cadence stopped in her hoofsteps and tears begin to gather in her eyes. Without realizing that a tinge of smoke began to leak out of Twilight's eyes,Cadence turned tail and ran away sobbing.

               As soon as Cadence ran away,a shadow came out of Twilight,hissing in delight. Sombra had did it. He managed to sneak inside the Crystal Empire.

            "Twilight Sparkle my fiance,be a dear and help me hide the Crystal heart." Sombra softly whispered into her ears. That was all she need to hear before taking off to hide away the Heart.

That day onwards,Sombra began to take over Equestria through Twilight. Her magical abilities were so great, she turned Celestia and Luna in to stone without a single sense of remorse or sweat.Back in Ponyville,Discord had heard of Twilight's sudden change and as quick as a lightning,placed up a shield around Ponyville,and helped to evacuate all the ponies he could from Twilight's grasp.

                                       -20 years later,in our world-

           "C'mon Crysie,it's only one glass and your done!"Drew pushed the glass full of wine,hot sauce ,apple juice,soda , some funny clear rock  they found just outside the backyard. and all the spices the little group of teens found in the kitchen like rosemary,pepper ,salt,coffee,etc. Crystal and her friends were having a sleepover and this was a dare challenge Crystal had to face.  The rest of her family had gone to Canada while she had to stay at home to take care of everything.

"O-Okay. All in one go!"Crystal took the glass and gulped it down in two,three great gulps. As the group cheered,Crystal croaked,"Ughh,I think I swallowed the rock." What Crstal didn't know is she would be taken to a magical land called Equestria.
