School was terrible... Again. I'm always the end of the jokes. My social life was a complete disaster. I was a good student, I made straight A's most of the time, never got in trouble, and a perfect attendance. People just never liked me. I could live with that, but when they tease me, Insult me, or try to pick a fight, that's what annoys me. I shrug it off as I walk home, admiring all the items in the local shop windows.           Something catches my attention out of the corner of my eye. A new shop? That's... Odd... I go up to the door, place my hand on the bronze doorknob, and walk inside. I'm instantly greeted by a wash of cold, dusty air that makes me cough. The shop is filled with antiques covered cobwebs and dust. "Hello?" I wait for a response, but nothing came forth. The curtain behind the counter then swayed to the left. I immediately notice and walk towards it.           "Is someone there?" Still no response. I continue my progression towards the curtain, and I slide it out of the way. I feel a strange pull enclose my body, and it continues to grow stronger and stronger. I begin to hear a strange, suction noise rasping. Instantly I'm whipped off of my feet and fall on my back and hit my head on the concrete floor underneath me. I look up groggily to see a strange entity. It was a dragon, but with lions paw and antlers. It had a goat leg and a lions tooth as well. I try to think of what it was because I had studied mythology two years ago. Instantly it hits me, It's a draconequus. It smiles at me devilishly and raises its hand, and it snaps it paws. Then... Blackness... Pain. My body aches as I try to move, but it was a vain effort. All it does is allow me to realize how much I hurt. I try to pry open my eyes to check my surroundings, but that doesn't work either. I open my mouth to cry for help. All that comes out is a faint moan. I try to listen for something, anything that would help me locate where I am. I hear some mumbling.           Maybe somebody has found me, or maybe I'm in a hospital. That thought is quickly demolished when I hear a faint sound of running water behind me as well as the sound of chipping birds. The mumblings stop an I hear running, wait... No...Trotting towards me. I hear worried voices and bickering conversations, but I can't make out what they're saying. Then, I feel a strange sensation over my body. I feel like I'm floating! Like something's levitating me. It feels soothing... Comforting... I feel at peace now. I quickly lose consciousness and fall into a deep sleep.          I regain consciousness and open my eyes. I'm drawn back by the creature I see before me. A violet... Thing... Standing above me. "Spike! Get down here! He's awake!" I try to sit up and observe my surroundings, but the violet creature gently pushes me back down with its... Hoofs? "You don't need to strain yourself. Just lay there and rest..." I noted that it was a female voice. She also had a sense of worry and comfort in her. I opened my mouth to say something, but it was to no avail. I couldn't think straight, my head was spinning and I felt terrible.           "He looks a little better than we found him. At least he's not wheezing anymore." I tilted my head to the direction of the small boyish voice. The only thing I saw was a small dragon. Purple scales with a green... Spiked... Mohawk... Thing...          "Spike!" She looks at him with annoyed face,"Don't say that! Go get him some water." The dragon walks out of the room and I lay there trying to steady my breathing. I try to say something, and I'm surprised by what comes out of my mouth "Thank you..." I tell her weakly. She turns and looks at me surprised as well, "It's no problem. I was worried you wouldn't wake up and I'd have to take you to the hospital. Glad you did, I don't like filing out medical records."           I clear my throat, "Where am I?" As I ask her, she proceeds to place a hoof on my forehead. "Ponyville, Equestria. How did you not know that?" She looks at me concerned, "Your fever is still the same... How do you feel?"           "I feel fine.... My head hurts, but I can deal with that. Wait... Equestria? But I was just in..." My eyes wander around and look at my side. I almost jump up, if it wasn't for the aching all over my body. I see that instead of my arms and hands, I have hoofs! That's not right... Something's wrong...            The violet equine looks at me concerned and lays me back down, "Are you alright? Why are you freaking out?" I hadn't realized I was Hyperventilating until she had told me, so I calmed down and took deep breaths. I then look back at my ha... hoofs, they're hoofs."What happened to me?! Where are my hands? What am I?!" She looks at me with a questionable look,"You're a pony. Why would you be anything else?" This isn't right...           "I wasn't a...a... Pony before! I was a human! What's going on?! Is this some sort of dream?! Wha-" Placing my new hoof on my left cheek, I could feel the sting of where she had slapped me. I locked eyes with her for a few seconds. I could see she was confused, scared, and curious all at the same time. "You... Slapped me..." Suddenly she breaks eye contact and begins to pace around. "I'm sorry, but you were freaking out, and I didn't know what to do and..." I pull my thoughts back together and tell her, "It's alright. I understand... I'm just... confused." She sits down next to me, "Please tell me what happened..."
