Rhodes: Royalty

Her beauty was indescribable.

He couldn't comprehend how majestic she was with her lavender coat, deep purple eyes, purple-pink mane and tail, and sunny disposition.

He internally wept from her sheer beauty.

"Oh! I'm sorry. I was lost in my head. Heh." She said apologetically and embarrassedly.

Rhodes was entranced by her voice and unable to form a coherent sentence.

She gave him a look of knowing and blushed.

He felt HIS face grow warm and shook it off.

"I'm Twilight Sparkle. What's YOUR name?" She asked warmly.

"Rhodes. Cross Rhodes. It's an honor, Your Majesty." He said as he bowed.

"Please, it's just Twilight." She said humbly.

"My apologies...Twilight." He said respectfully.

"Ah, a gentlestallion. How pleasant." She mused.

She had gotten plenty of offers from prospective suitors. They hadn't panned out.

Could THIS one be different? Admittedly, since becoming Princess, she hadn't had much time for dating, but, hey, a mare has to date SOMEPONY in her life, right?

"So, I've never seen you around here before." She said.

"Uh, I moved from Fillydelphia." He said.

"Ooh! Exciting!" She said genuinely.

He felt comfy and peaceful around her.

He offered to buy her a lunch and discuss his life with her.

He would bide his time and then, when he was her BFF, he would stab her in the back.
