Derpy, being her usual ditzy self, accidentally screws around with one of Doctor Whooves' hourglasses and now he is no older than a year-old foal. Now she must play babysitter for her infantilized friend until Twilight can come up with a solution. In the meantime, Whooves must adjust to his new life as a foal. That includes those dreadful diaper changes…
