Chapters "Stay in your cave you kracken!!"
I am Malvin Darkrider The life wizard. Master collector of treasure cards.
" You will never learn will you," I said walking off from the badly beaten kracken back to wizard city.
Once I reached the city staff in hand I saw the Headmaster looking for me with a weird letter in hand.
"Headmaster Ambrose do you need anything," I said with respect.
"Yes young wizard. It has come to my attention that Malistare has returned. and your assistance is needed once again." he replied.
"Where is he?" I asked.
"He is trying to take over the death school in nightshade," he then handed me the letter, " This card in this letter is over one thousand years old, and I am entrusting it to you to defeated Malistare."
"I won't let you down headmaster," I said leaving for nightshade to defeat Malistare,
again.
As I aproched the waterfall I opend the letter to look at the card.
It read.
Discord spirit of chaos Astral spell 7 pip Coin flip Lands on heads Summon Discorded minion Lands on tails Steal 550 health and absorb 225
"Strange card" I said aloud to my self adding it to my deck.
I charged into nightshade to find Malisteire trying to kill the death tree, which is actually already undead.
"Hey try to kill something that isn't already dead it's easier," I shouted out of my own ego.
"Oh, no. Not you," Malistaire said board as ever, " Now we are forced to fight. I hope you got better since last time."
We entered the battle circle and he had the first move, luckily I had a power pip already.
We each passed our first move.
During the second move he cast a dark fairy which I countered with a spirit shield.
Third move he passed letting me fortify my defense with a death shield.
The next six rounds were carbon copies of the third move.
On the next move drew the Discord card. I thought a moment and decided to take some damage before using this card. I passed and Malistaire used Medusa stunning me for two rounds.
Those two turns he put up two life shields while I could do nothing.
Once the stun wore off I used the Discord card.
"Common baby. Tails."
The coin flipped several times before landing on heads.
In the middle of the field what could only be described as living chaos formed as a mixed-matched creature walked to my side of the field.
Malistaire laughed at the astral minion I summoned, "You think a mere minion can stop me, hahahaha, You are better off killing me with laughter, cough !"
The creature merely smiled at the insult.
The next turn I passed with my minion playing a bugged card, no image, no name, no description.
Malistaire attacked my minion with a scarab, which no damage was dealt the counter flue over me and to Discord the spell he cast at me was an astral spell, then an empty white surrounded me.
And I was gone from the spiral.
I found myself in a white room which appeared to stretch on forever.
When I looked behind me I saw a Memory of Headmaster Ambrose during my first duel in wizard city.
How kind he treated me.
Then a memory of Moolinda Wu appeared. The time she helped me with a difficulty with a spell. That memory is still one of my favorites.
The memories flashed into just a pile of cards, and I felt my memories being flooded with visions of all the spells.
The only people I could still remember were Headmaster Ambros and Moolinda wu.
I suddenly found myself falling towards a planet.
Aren't planets just a myth. ran through my head making me forget I was falling.
When I snapped back into reality The ground was about twenty meters from me.
I knew this was going to hurt so I just closed my eyes imaged I would float on top of the ground, with my staff in hand.
When I realized I should be dead I opened my eyes to find I was surrounded in a greenish white aura floating two inches above the ground.
Then the aura surrounded me faded slowly and set me gently on the ground while my staff started to smoke for a few seconds.
Slightly confused and needing help I quickly realized a beckon would be needed, so I shot a beacon straight into the air hoping indigent life, hopefully another wizard, would come to my aid.
Realizing what I done could attract a hostile creature I quickly put on my winter-bane attire along with the winter-bane ax and shield climbed a nearby tree and waited.

Twilight was outside trying to change an apple into an orange when a sonic boom erupted from nowhere disrupting her focus turning the apple into a red pear.
moaning in frustration she turned around to find a green fireball heading straight toward the ever-free forest. When it had made a small smoke cloud she scanned for a forest fire that could threaten ponyvill, but instead sensed a strong magical force coming from that area.
Suspecting the worst she gathered her friends and set out to determine if the aura as an artifact, friend, or foe.

I spent about five minutes in the tree when a creature even the school of myth considers a myth. A manticore.
If I get that creature bound to a card it will be the most successful thing for the school of myth I have done. I thought while casting a wood-walker to test it's strength.
The wood-walker appeared as normal and threw it's rock seeming just to agitate the creature, but something was wrong. Instead of vanishing before my eyes it stayed as the manticore pounced at the tree-like-beast, not making a dent in the bark. This agitated the normally docile wood-walker who suddenly turned aggressive. Finding even larger, heavier objects to throw at the threat.
Somewhere during that time I decided not to let the wood-walker have all the fun and launched myself at the manticore, wielding my ax and shield.
When I made contact I bashed the manticores skull open killing it before I could bind it.
Disappointed I turned around to see my wood-walker dispersing and my beacon gone.
Luckily this did not put a scratch (or drop of blood) on my black and gold armor.
Deciding not to be near a corpse when and if intelligent life finds me, I walked a good distance away and setting up another beacon.
After waiting thirty minutes in a tree (which I swear moved five meters since I climbed it) I saw a group of three ponies, one being a purple unicorn, and two pegasi, the one being a little more ground oriented than the other was a cream color with pink main and tail, the other being more flight oriented was a cyan coloring with a literal rainbow main and tail.
Since I was out of earshot I could only make out that the purple unicorn was studding my beacon trying to replicate it or remove it.
Being smart I summoned my fary guardian and enchanted our ears to where I here what she hears, along with a cloaking spell, and sent her down with the order to see if they are aggressive, which she flowed best to her ability.
When she got close I couldn't believe what I was hearing.
"Well what ever made this beacon wanted somepony to find It," the Purple unicorn said, "The question is where is the maker of the beacon."
Some mumbling was all that I herd from the cream one.
"Well twilight if it wasn't a chicken," The cyan one started giving me info on names, and insulting me, " It would show it's self."
Pulling my last nerve but still thinking rationally, I recalled my guardian in it's place a troll minion with the command to startle them attack and fail with me jumping in to the rescue only to recall the minion.
The troll did as I ordered and went into a controlled rage and went to attack Twilight and company.
To my surprise the unicorns magic was able to injure but not stop it.
As the troll got close he raised his club giving me the perfect opportunity.
"look out," I said as I charged in ax and shield in hand going to block the attack.
Bulls-eye I thought as the club made contact with my shield.
I jumped back and stood at front of the three who were stiff with fear.
The troll did as planed and attacked me Ignoring the three.
He then charged at me again.
I casted an Imp hopping to get it right for if just to attack. My luck payed off.
The Imp with it's viola were summoned perfectly and the troll let the attack hit flawlessly.
In it's weakened state I pulled out a blank card and the card it was bound to, with a little optical illusion I unsummoned the troll switching the cards and making it look like a binding ritual.
Turning around two of the three were in a battle ready position while the other was cowering in a bush.

back in the spiral
Malistaire blinked in surprise A minion was going to attempt to defeat him, alone.
"Well that makes absolutely no seance, why would a minion get rid of the master?" Malistaire questioned the minion expecting no response.
"Seance? Now their Malistaire, what is the fun in making seance?!?!" the minion responded throwing Malistaire off guard.
"GA!! It talks!! Kill it, with fire!!" Malistaire yelled casting a Sun Serpent at the Discord minion.
It flew out as it should not even phasing the minion.
"There is a reason they call me, Discord the spirit of chaos." The Discord minion yelled as the Sun Serpent attacked blocking Discord from view for a moment.
Malistaire smiled in an early celebrated success when he saw the minion again his elemental class changed from balance to fire. Still keeping his normal form.
"What!!!!"
"Ah good ol' fashion chaos. Never gets old," Discord said taking negative damage from the attack, healing him.
"No matter, you can change your class," Malistaire said regaining his calm, "but you will die by my ghoul,"
Malistaire summoned his ghoul, attempting to steal health from Discord.
He yawned and snapped his eagle claw changing his class to death.
When the ghoul tried to absorb health he actually absorbed damage again healing Discord and the damage absorbed was dealt to Malistaire two fold.
"I believe it is my turn," discord said playing the glitched card again, "and F.Y.I. I am NOT a minion, I'm a spawn, ta ta."
With a wave of his lion paw Malistaire was surrounded in a white aura witch intensified as he put up resistance.
"This isn't the last you'll see of me," were Malistaire's last words before he vanished leaving the discord spawn to spread chaos throughout the spiral.
Midnight
Malistaire refused to pass out before crossing dimentional plains and saw a large castle heading straight toward him.
Knowing all he needed for a small levitation spell was a bit of mana and something to chanel it through he used his book to slow his fall tremendously but still knocking him out on contact with the castle floor.
Author's Note
Malistaire's arrival how will ponyvill react
to the future Malistaire related chapters will have Malistaire in the begging of the name.
Apparently those three took me as a threat with my ax and shield.
The two that confronted me seemed to be ready for a fight with the cream one still hiding in the bushes.
If they think I'm a monster like that manticore they are wrong, I thought griping the shield tighter and relaxing the hand with the ax.
The cyan one took that chance to attack who took my shield to the face.
The purple one saw this and took me as an even bigger threat and opened up with several magic blasts while screaming, "You will not hurt my friends you monster!!"
Seeing attack magic from a unicorn was unknown but I still countered with a spirit shield which shattered upon the last of the bolts. Scratching my cheek.
I felt power build within me and a card filled my vision, Icezilla.
When my vision cleared spell in my head I found myself casting the dangerous Ice spell.
The cyan one went back to her ally in an attempt to regroup.
"If you think I'm a 'monster' then check him out," I yelled as the Icezilla egg appered.
"An egg?" the cyan one said dropping her guard at the sight of the seemingly harmless egg. Until it hatched.
A Blue T-Rex hatched from the egg and grew extremely fast reaching one ton in a matter of thirty seconds.
The beast let out a defining roar as ice shot from it's mouth aimed at the purple one.
If I'm right Cyan and white mean Ice elemental so using it agents her would be ineffective. I thought as the Icezilla rendered the other K.O.ed in a block of ice.
The cyan one was a little stunned by this and looked at me with fear as I stood ready to defend myself.
Staying on guard in case the cream one tried to stab me in the back I fixed my gaze locked on every thing I could physically see, but the bush where she was was void of life.
Since I was a little damaged I casted a minor blessing sealing the scratch instantly.
The cyan one was gathering what courage she had left when a pink blur flue at me bounced off my shield multiple times as if a rocket was propelling it at me.
"This is getting repetitive," I said my voice bouncing with each hit my shield took.
While I was being preoccupied by the blur I was bucked in the side causing extreme damage.
Being annoyed by this and wanting a fight that was more or less fair I used a potion to restore my health and mana and using a good deal of it to summon the battle circle.
The instant the circle was put to use my feet started running toward the sun emblem while the other three were dragged to the dagger, key, and red diamond.
Try as they did they weren't able to move there feet as they wanted.
"Now that we are fighting my way," I said knowing in this dome I could monitor health and mana a lot better than on open combat setting while controlling the more destructive spells, "Let's see who will survive."
The counter randomly selected me for my luck was finally beginning to turn.
Being nice I used a life shield and ended.
They seemed to know only minor spells in total doing ten damage.
"Really...... Just, Really," I said wishing they actually knew more.
The counter flew over me and I just passed going to end this with a Humongo frog.
They simply repeated what they did the prior turn.
The turn was mine, deciding to forget the old plan and just take one out at a time like most life wizards do. I aimed a fire elf at the cyan one who's health maxed out at 259.
As I casted I noticed something in the corner of my eye. A white unicorn was with the pegasus trying to free the purple unicorn from her icy prison.
I knew what I had to do but the field spell isn't the easiest to break unless their are others trying to overload the spell.
The fire elf fizzled which brought my pip counter standing at a 3.
Now the counter was with the opponents.
The two pips they had were enough to cause some damage bit not enough to cause harm.
Yet they still used their minor spells doing only eleven damage this turn.
I knew I had to end it this turn in order to bring back respect to the life school.
I calmed myself thinking on another backup plan if another fizzle were to happen and remembered the discord card.
"No I am not using that card if my life was on the line," I thought out loud while passing turn for all the cards I had were 4 pip cards.
I suddenly caught a pattern to this. I am too far detached from the spiral and my magic is weaker and less accurate than before.
Their turn and instead of a regular power pip they had gained a rainbow shaded pip.
The orange one used an astral spell I have never even seen. The symbol was that of an... apple?
Confused at the symbol but also realizing the rainbow pip was gone.
I then saw her disappear and reappear in the middle of the field.
"Apples!!! Charge!!!!!! " she screamed running at me witch I expertly dodged.
"Is that It?" I said disapointed as a herd of Pony's charged at me. SHIT
I checked my health Which had been cut clean in half from one attack. Putting my health at 750. I shook my head to make sure my vision was accurate.
It was still 750.
Next was the pink ones go and she used an astral spell using her rainbow pip this one in the shape of.... Balloons???!?!?!!!
Two of her appeared in the center of the field, the one on the right had no color except black and white and hair as flat as a level could get it, while the one on the left was full of colors brighter than the one that summoned these two.
The gray one attacked first crazily grabbing a knife from no where and slashing at me in random spots doing only two damage.
The other pulled a cannon out of no where and blasted me with confetti doing three damage while cutting my defense in half.
Next was the cyan one's turn she flowed up the pattern by using her rainbow pip to use her astral spell which was in the shape of a cloud and a rainbow lightning bolt similar to that of the storm class yet still similar to an astral.
She than took to the middle of the field with her wings extended and a strong wind started blowing.
I was on edge hoping this spell was a joke spell.
It wasn't.
She started to pull s sonic boom standing still, but as soon as the corona formed she blasted at me with no time to react taking the last of my health with me being K.O.ed.
The one called Fluttershy was watching me at a distance with a scared look on her face.
Can she feel them as well I thought seeing my stuff on a table in a room they were blocking from view.
Concentrating, with my eyes closed, I went to work on the binds again hoping to break them finally.
Fluttershy just watched me from her corner half-curled up in a ball.
I snapped my eyes open when the binds were broke, and no sooner than I had broke them a unicorn skeleton burst through the door.
It charged at fluttershy, God, I hate skeletons . I did what any good life wizard would do.
I grabbed the skeleton right as it passed over me and slammed it onto the ground turning it into dust that flew out the door with a mind of its own.
"lucky I broke those binds when I did," I said with a confident tone.
Walking up to her I could see she was crying and holding her right foreleg.
"Are you hurt?" I said.
She responded by crying more.
"It's Okay, you don'y need to cry," I said kneeling trying to see if she is hurt.
I then saw a drop of blood hit the floor proving my suspicion.
Being a life wizard is a pain I thought as I went to my stuff.
I grabbed my last potion along with my ax and shield.
I walked up to fluttershy again taking a sip of the potion before setting it down.
"Drink that. You will be healed in no time," I said before leaving the liabary.
What I saw was pure chayos.
The five that had put up a skirmish agents me were facing Malistaire and one of his minions, along with a horde of skeletons and loosing badly.
"Hey!! Bones for brains." I yelled to get their attention, "Pick on someone who can fight back for once."
Malistaire looked at his new minion and said, "Death armor, Kill Darkrider."
The minion impudently quit staring down the five that he was attacking and switched to me and charged with a spell charged.
I quickly took to the defensive and used my spirit armor blocking the attack and knocking death armor back.
Then he smiled a sadistic smile and turned into dust flying right behind me and attempted to stab me in the back with his horn.
Luckily my spirit armor wasn't broke so the horn turned to dust upon contact.
I glanced at the five and saw Malistaire use an old trick, Fake being hurt.
Turning to yell at them I was met with a hoof to the face then being restrained by two skeletons.
"This is too easy," He said lazily, "Are you sure this is the guy you were talking about?"
Using this small conversation as a distraction I was able to smash the two skeletons restraining my arms, reducing them to bone fragments.
Death armor looked at me with a smile only a madman would use. "This IS going to be FUN!!!!! "
He then turned back into his dust form and started collecting any small particles that would be caught in his whirl wind.
When the dust settled a skeleton dragon had formed with the collected dust with Death Armor standing on the skull, the entire monstrosity reaking of death.
"Why don't you stop foaling around," I taunted throwing in a pun, "And face!!!!"
Power started to build within my soul as a card appeared within my vision.
"Hell hound!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
He appeared in his dog house and his puppy form came out.
Both the dragon and Death Armor dropped their guard at such a cute puppy even though it was on fire.
I smiled and ordered in a lazy tone, "Hell hound, sick em."
When the hound herd the order his pupils shrank with his ears folding back on his head as a fire engulfed him.
What leaped out of the fire was a wolf with a red and white coloration. Fueled by my life energy he attacked with all our strength.
He made quick work of the dragon with a simple slash of the skull detaching the source of its power it fell over like a pile of bones and causing a chain reactions with all the skeletons.
The hell hound then turned into a puppy and started gnawing on a rib he dislodged from the rib-cage.
Since Hell Hounds don't get much time to be happy I let him chew on his bones.
I turned to the minion who was paying no attention to me but trying to convince Malistaire to retreat.
"No! We fight until Darkrider is dead."
"Fine have it your way!" Death armor screamed as he turned back into dust to collect more dust.
If they want me they can have me I thought casting a minor spell to get malistairs attention.
He looked at me with a near blank face and said, "Shall we finish this."
...
....... What is that power heading this way?
Celestial Encounter
I had lost my focus when an extreme amount of magic that had been extinct for millions of years made itself known.
Light magic.
The kin to life magic except it focuses on healing and defending not attacking, but that didn't stop them from using powerful attack spells.
The Hell Hound that was behind me vanished out of fear, rare for them to run from a fight.
"Time's up," Malistaire said casting a dark fairy while I was distracted only for it to be blocked by a white shield.
When I realized what had just happened I took the white shield as a warning and cast my spirit armor putting on an extra layer of defense.
Death armor then stopped his collecting of dust and returned into his normal form. If you consider drake wings on a unicorn normal.
"We need to leave NOW! " He said ,panicked for no reason.
Not knowing if this magic was friend or foe I stayed on the defensive until It ether showed itself as friend or showed it's weakness.
From the sky a white unicorn with angelic wings landed between the five ponies and Malistaire.
Seeing that it was protecting my hopefully future friends I knew it was friendly.
Using a short-range teportaition spell I teleported between the two facing the angelic white unicorn.
From a close range she seemed angered by something, yet the last thing I saw before turning around was her crown.
"Can you get them to safety," I asked her while redyeing myself for hopefully the last showdown between me and Malistaire.
"I am afraid I will have to ask you to do that," she said calmly, "Because this one will have to pay for endangering my citizens."
"I can't allow you to fight," I said sternly, "At least not alone."
"Now will be the perfect time to retreat," Death Armor said even more tense then dust could manage.
The angelic white one looked at Death Armor like she saw a flaw in the randomness of the dust.
"Slashed Armoring," she said seeming to not have heard that name in some time.
He then froze up with his right eye showing a caramel eye instead of black, "Yes Princess Celestia," he said seeming to have been caught in a death and light magic waltz, one wrong move and he becomes dust again.
I sensed not only was he juggling light and death magic but that Death Armor and Slashed armoring were fighting in their head.
I turned around, "You five get back to the library, now!," I ordered for their safety.
"How did you brake those binds," The purple one said thinking I couldn't use their magic.
"Story for later, run!" I said being struck by a flying skull.
I put up a barrier around me Celestia, along with out opponents to contain the battle, hopefully.
"You know an ancient barrier spell," Celestia said as if she never seen a wizard circle in progress.
The five ran off to the library when they saw the barrier was impervious.
"If by anchent you mean rediscovered by the wizards of the spiral ten years ago then yes," I said finishing the battle circle, "Side note, you may not have control of your legs for a moment."
We then ran to our respective symbols, Celestia to the sun symbol with myself to the eye. Facing our opponents, Malistaire on the dagger with Death armor on the key.
Celestia looked surprised like she hadn't seen the spell for a long time and said, "I have not seen this spell in quite some time. Where did you learn this spell?"
The counter selected Malistaire to go first when I was able to reply, "Tell you 'bout it later."
Malistaire used a life shield on himself with death armor putting on a life shield as well.
Celestia smiled and said, "Keep our defenses and health up I will finish this," and passed.
All of the spell cards I had happened to be shields and minor blessings except for a well placed Dryad.
I replied with a nod and used a legendary shield on Celestia knowing they would be using death spells.
This brought Malistaire and Death Armor up to two power pips each me and Celestia at three.
Malistaire used a Death trap with Death Armor using an advanced Death trap.
Celestia this turn casted a warped hydra with an astral spell that costed three pips.
The spell was a sun class that dealt Ice, Life, Storm, and Myth damage.
Aimed at Death Armoring who had 1,000 health with this card with full effect would cause around 900 damage total , but with Armoring being a death type the bonus would bring it up to 958.
He screamed loud enough to be heard in space when he saw the hydra. When the damage hit something strange occurred.
His eyes glowed red and the dust reformed into a small dragon, but his body language changed from minnion to 'Get me the hell out of here' as the attack ended.
Malistaire was surprised of how his minion was quickly reduced to 42 health and said, "It appears I have underestimated your companion," he started fliping through the pages in his book stoping dead center, "I am afrade we will have to take our leave now."
As he and drake Death Armoring fled by flight from the battle breaking the circle of battle I started to use a small fire explosion to catch them but was stopped by a white aura forming around me.
"You are outmatched and out numbered," Celestia said giving me a warm smile, "Let them be for now."
This is the second time he has gotten away, yet maybe she has information on the discord card.

Malistaire the long flight
Death Armoring was flying as fast as he could in his drake form with Malistaire on his back having a predetermined destination in mind.
"For the fifth time stop," Malistaire said once the town was out of sight.
"You don't know Princess Celestia like I do," Armoring said, "Harm a single one of her 'little ponies' and she will try to have you executed."
"Then at least tell me where we are going," Malistaire said as they flew over the abandoned castle, "and how do you know so much about this Princess."
"I won't tell you where we are going but I will tell you that I was Captain of her Royal Guard before 'Shining Armor'" he said disgusted at the taste of the new Captain's name as it rolled off his tong, "beat me in a magic duel for the tidal."
"Let me guess," Malistaire said knowing his minion is thinking what he is about to say, "This will benefit both of us because where we are going will have something that will give us eminence power, or someone else that has a grudge on Celestia will be willing to help us destroy Celestia, Shining armor and Darkrider."
"Priestley."
"You better not double cross me."
"I wouldn't think about it, Master," Slashed armoring said as they continued to fly towards their destination.
"We should head back to the library," I suggested to Celestia who responded with a simple nod.
When I opened the library door I was met with a kick to the face making myself black-out.
The last thing I herd was someone screaming'"Applejack."
I came to, not in binds, but on a surprisingly comfy couch.
"Can we go one day without knocking me out more than once, ONE DAY," I said in an almost drunken state.
A pink blur shot at me and said with it's words slurring together "Great your awake I was worriemurf," before I put a hand around it's muzzle.
Putting my free hand on my forehead and setting up I got a major shot of pain where my skull had been cracked.
Sitting up I felt the full effect of my exhaustion nearly blacking out again but forcing myself to stay conscious for what is to come.
"I'm sorry 'bout bucking you," the orange one said not seeing the green aura around my hands after I let go of the pink blur to heal myself.
"You really shouldn't be using magic with a concus....," The purple one said, stopping when I raised my left hand and the aura around it turning white.
Then I placed it over My right Hand which was over the crack in my skull which quickly sealed.
I stood up at speeds which if I had a concussion I would have passed out.
"What concussion?" I said.
"How did you do that, you aren't a unicorn," The purple one said.
Trying to regain my focus I said in a false sense of confusion, "Uh, sorry I believe we haven't been introduced before, or any of us."
Almost every.... er... pony face-hoofed at the notice that I didn't know their names.
The cyan one spoke up, "I'm Rainbow Dash, fastest flyer in all of equestria."
I rolled my eyes at the last part because I have seen lightning bats break the speed of sound from a stand still.
The pink one started bouncing as she said, "I'm pinkie pie, gasp I have to plan you a 'welcome to equestria party.'" Then she shot out the door like a fire elf's arrow.
"I'm not even going to ask," I said at the randomness of her shooting out the door.
"I'm Twilight Sparkle, and that would be a good Idea," The purple one replied.
"I'm Applejack, again sorry about bucking you," the orange one said.
"Don't worry yourself about it. I've had worse." I said remembering the time I upset a flock of Blood Bats.
"I'm Rarity, and darling, you must tell me where you got those clothes, they are nothing like I have seen," the white one said.
"I got this outfit from bazar, expensive little garment costed me 5,000,000 gold total,"
This got Celestia's attention, "Is that the currency you use?" she and twilight said at the same time.
"One thing at a time," I said even though I knew Fluttershy's name I wanted to know her voice as well, "I know there is one more per... er ... pony I have yet to meet."
Fluttershy peeked her head up timidly, and I saw a small scar on her right foreleg, "I'm Fluttershy," She said in a timid whisper.
I had just barely herd what she said, but I sensed how tense she was but paid it no mind remembering the first time I drank one of those potent healing potions, I could barely breath for ten minuets.
"Back to the currency, yes," I said reaching into a nearly invisible pocket and pulled out a gold piece, "I have approximately 500 on me now,"
Celestia looked at the coin then said, "I would like to speak to Darkrider for a moment, alone."
"I will let you know My full name is Malvin Darkrider, for future reference," I said as the six started to leave causing Celestia to gain a confused look.
"You can cut the act now Exaveian Darkrider," Celestia said as soon as the others were out the door and soundproofed it.

"I don't see why you wanted me to stop," Death armor said annoyed by the loss of time.
Malistaire looked at Death Armoring, "Do you know who this is?"
"I'll bite."
"This is Exaveian Darkrider, the best death wizard of the spiral," He then gained a slightly confused look, "Yet how it got here is a mystery."
"Let me guess this statue is suppose to be in the spiral," Death Armoring said.
"Yes, but instead of changeling warrior it said Death Wizard."
"We should get moving."
Malistaire looked at the golden statue one last time before climbing on Death Armoring and left the statue.
When they left the statue burst into green flames revealing an insect like creature.
"I must tell my queen about this."
I awoke in a white room with blue spheres floating around me.
"Ah, young wizard," A familiar voice said, "I was afraid I would not find you."
"Headmaster," I said small bits and pieces of my memory coming back.
"It has been a year since I sent you to defeat malistaire with that card," His voice suddenly went depressed, "A year since chaos took over."
"What are you talking about?"
"It's a long story," He said walking out of one of the blue orbs, "one that must be told from the beginning."
"One question before we start," I asked looking at the dream-space, "How did you acquire that card?"
"A crazy merchant gave it to me saying 'the end of the spirial is here' then ran off," he said thinking it was the craziest thing I've herd.
"Believe it or not, not the most random thing I've herd," I said remembering Pinkie Pie.
"Okay, but before I begin, where in the spiral are you," He asked.
"Planets don't exist in our universe," He said, "But that does explain why I feel a little drained."
"Why is that?"
"You aren't in our universe any more."
"What will it take to get back," I said not wanting to leave my pets unattended.
"If my theory is correct," Ambrose started, "Defeat the original and order will be restored to the spiral and you can freely jump to our universe and back."
"Great, another world, but only I can proctect this one," I said slightly anoyed.
"Back to the topic of the year you were gone," He said realizing how off topic we were, "The day after you left......."

Discord walked out from behind the waterfall and looked at the buildings.
"No, no, nonononono, no," He said snapping his eagle claw and gaining a landscaper's outfit, "This is to much order for the chaos outpost."
"One of chaos that is not of the six," A wizard dresed in a tan and gold robes with his eyes obscured by his hood, "What magic to you bring to this mix."
Discord payed no attention to the wizard as he took random buildings and started to flip them before imeadently going back to how they were.
"How odd," discord said stroking his goatee.
"Enough," an older wizard said as he walked out of a building that had been flipped multiple times.
"Headmaster," the young wizard said.
Discord paid no mind to the two and continued to flip buildings until they stayed where he wanted.
"Calvin Lightfire," A miniature Discord said walking on the young wizard's shoulder, "Balance wizard, arena rank 52."
Another miniature Discord appered on Hedmaster Ambrose's head and said, "H.M. Ambrose, School of magic is unknown or extinct."
The two miniatures fused to make a slightly larger Discord.
Ambrose through this time they were studding them he remembered the card he gave Malvin.
"I feared something like this would happen someday," Ambrose said as he got a reading on his true power.
"Headmaster, what do you want me to do," Light fire said steeping between the dwarf Discord and Ambrose.
"Run."

Ambrose looked saddened by this, "He defeated me, and is causing the core of balance to fall apart, but the worst part is, none of the students are trying to stop him. almost all of them have been put under his influence. Only those on Grizzleham have not been Discorded."
"What about the teachers."
"Locked inside the golm tower back in the spiral, but the amount of clockwork's that are there have increased to where it is impossible to pass."
The headmaster started to fade at front of my eyes, "I must leave now, I will try to protect those that are on my end, Good luck."
"Good luck, Headmaster," I said after he had vanished.
"Headmaster!!"
"Headmaster!!" I yelled when I woke up.
Realizing how rapid my breathing became I quickly cast my calm spell to slow my breathing.
"It was just a dream Darkrider, just a dream," I reassured my self while sitting up.
There is only one thing that can help me but I can't use it, I thought remembering the celestial calendar. An artifact that shows what was and when it might happen again. If I had that at my disposal I could see when the space-time barrier is at it's weakest and cross.
"No use dwelling in what could be," I said to myself, "look toward the future while living in the present."
I stood up and went to my pack with all my stuff.
"Let's see, nope, no, no, not you, there you three are," I said grabbing my old notebook, deck, and staff.
Clipping my deck onto my belt I made my way to the kitchen to see if twilight was up.
Upon reaching the ground floor I smelled some eggs frying. Eggs. I remember them from back home, to bad Lord Angle ate my chickens.
Flowing my nose to the smell I found not only the eggs but a small grounded dragon cooking them staring right at me.
"Intruder!!" the purple dragon yelled as he ran at me.
He then bit my leg.
Let's see if training with the ninja-pigs did me any good, I thought with the dragon's jaw pressure starting to bite a small amount of my leg off causing some major bleeding.
Screaming in pain I back flipped throwing the dragon agents the stair case with a portion of my calves in his mouth.
"Spike what did you do," an irritated Twilight said at the top of the staircase.
"Twilight, this... thing broke into our house," the dragon said scrambling up the stairs.
"Spike, That was the teacher I told yo about last night," Twilight said catching Spike off guard, "Malvin, Do you need a hospital."
"Na,I got this," I said making seemingly random hand gestures in the air to summon my fairy.
The fairy appeared not surprised that I had been Injured and healed the wound quickly. Unlike a normal summon the fairy looked at me and gave me a cute little smile before vanishing.
"H-h-how did you do that," Both spike and Twilight said in unison.
"What? That old trick?" I asked them.
"Yes."
"But you aren't a unicorn," Spike replied pointing out the obvious.
"I channel life energy through my hands to create my magic similar to that of a unicorn horn," I said knowing this all because of Light.
"Let's eat, then you can show he some of the spells you know," twilight said enthusiastic about learning.
"Only life magic, not storm, not myth, just life," I reminded her.
Breakfast was uneventful except one-hundred apologies from spike for taking a chunk out of my leg.
Spike after finishing his breakfast ran to Rarity's shop to help out.
"So how will we get started?" were the first words Twilight said during our lesson.
"Like all wizards, new or veteran you need to know your class symbol," I said grabbing a fairy card and my notebook.
"How will a card teach me magic?"
"You remind me of myself when I first joined the wizard academy," I said remembering my friend and rival Calvin Lightfire as I found the page with the life symbols on it.
"The first symbol is what shows you the class," I said referencing the leaf on the notebook and card, "the other is used to cast all manor of that class of spell."
"Why don't you use the cards any more?" she asked for how well I used the card to heal my leg without looking at it.
"I just memorized the card and it's powers and I see them in my head before I use them," remembering all the times I fought without using my deck, "Yet beginners should always look at the card before they cast...." I was cut off by two sonic booms followed by lightning.
"What was that?" I said startled by the two sonic booms.
"Probably dash," Twilight said like sonic booms were normal.
"Alright, anyways the basis of a life wizard is to heal and defend to burn up your oponents...." two more sonic booms cut me off followed by more lightning.
"Dash isn't that good," Twilight said.
"Wait a minute," I said going to a window.
I then saw a black ring and a white ring form deep within the forest along with lightning jumping between the two.
My eyes went wide when I felt some familiar storm magic from that area.
"What is that," Twilight asked.
"Three magics combined, Life, Death, and storm. We need to find the source."
"We need Fluttershy, she will want to know if any animals are hurt," Twilight said as we went out the door.
"Good thinking, My magic doesn't work so well with wild animals."
We reached Fluttershy's cottage which was right next to the forest entrance.
"Oh my, please calm down," Fluttershy said trying to calm her animals down every time the sonic booms went off.
"I hope this works," I mumbled to myself casting a major calm spell over the area catching all of their attention.
"What was that? why do I feel so calm?" Twilight asked.
"A major calm spell, d for a first test run I say it did quite well."
Another set of sonic booms went off but the animals stayed calm.
"Fluttershy, animals in the forest might be hurt. Grab what you need and lets move," I quickly said.
"I already was heading that way when my animals got so scared."
"Don't worry. The spell I used will wear off in about two hours though."
She then grabbed her saddlebag and we made our way into the forest.
It took about one hour but we were close to where the sonic booms were coming from.
"I should take the lead in case the sonic booms are from a wizard trying to get back home," I said taking a slightly faster pace.
I had reached where the noise was coming from and motioned to the other two to wait behind a shrub while I check it out.
I saw a black dragon and a white dragon getting their stamina enchanted by a white unicorn with a mint green mane while a purple unicorn with a purple hue with a dark purple striped mane cast lightning spells.
"At this rate we should just give up," the black dragon said.
"Why, you are putting on such a nice show," I said drawing their attention.
"Malvin!!!" both of the dragons screamed tackling throwing me over the shrub where Twilight and Fluttershy were hiding.
Their eyes were Green and Grey.
"Get off him," I herd Fluttershy.
The two dragons payed no attention to her.
"Yin, Yang, is that you," I said looking at the eyes.
"Who else would you expect, me and light," two unicorns said walking into my vision.
I managed to get the dragons off me and sat up, "Storm, light," my joy of seeing them suddenly went into a serious tone, "What happened?"
Fluttershy and Twilight just stood their stunned by what they were seeing.
Yang spoke up, "The islands have turned grey."
light continued, "The life has been drained."
"Freaky balance magic has taken over," Yin continued.
"And the spiral," Storm said, her horn lighting up for a split second, "Is gone."
This stunned me into silence.
When I had realization of what had happened I said to myself, "Headmaster, contact me."
Yin and yang's eyes glowed gold and said together, "Young wizard, this is Headmaster Ambrose, the spiral is not lost, there are six elements that need a seventh, Exaveian Darkrider has revived, this is your warning," before falling over, passed out.
"The Darkrider prophecy," I began turning to light, "Do you remember it,"
She nodded, "When the darkness is sealed balance will take hold, on the thousandth year balance will fall and chaos will take hold, resurrecting the darkness leaving the future in distress."
"Discord will pay," I mumbled pulling out the card.
"What does that mean?" twilight asked light, "Six elements need a seventh."
"Back home there are seven classes. Though most say there are only six."
"Fire, Ice, Storm, Myth, Life, Death, the seventh is a composite of all six, Balance," I interrupted, "Yet balance is taught by a travailing merchant."
The two dragons finally came two with yang saying, "We will figure out the details later."
Twilight then saw something about Storm and light and asked, "Where are your cutie marks?"
"Uh, cutie what now?" storm asked with confusion.
"You know, cutie mark, it appears when you find your special talent."
"Twilight remember, different universe. Our magic doesn't work like that," I reminded.
Fluttershy was just watching us for the longest before yin and yang took notice of her.
Not seen by Twilight, Storm, or Light they left with my attention turning towards them.
"Hey, you alright back here," yang said an almost carefree smile on his face.
"Please, don't hurt me Mr. Dragon," she pleaded throwing yin into a fit of laughter.
"Him, hurt you," Yin said trying to control his laughter, "Kid, that is funnier than a firecat frozen in Ice with the flames still burning."
I spoke up gaining everyone's attention, "We can talk latter lets get back to town," which everyone quickly agreed to.
We made our way to Twilight's but unlike when we left the streets were void of life.
when we opened the door the lights came on.
"Surprise! ..... AHHHHHHHHHHH DRAGONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
The spiral one year after Malvin's disappearance.
"I must admit, this is much easier than I thought," Discord said looking through the Headmasters forbidden archive.
"Let's see, forbidden magic," Discord said rummaging through the endless books and scrolls until he found one particular scroll, "Exaviean, the bringer of chaos. Sounds like my kind of guy."
Looking over the scroll he found it to be a simple blood ritual.
"Bring fourth blood of chaos and you will revive, chaos beyond your wildest dreams," Discord read, "Break the seal with blood so nice, and your world will turn to ice."
Discord smiled as he put a drop of his blood onto the seal causing the scroll to burst into black fire.
Within the flames two black orbs flew out then slammed into discord.
Discord's voice was warped as he spoke, "Foolish one who holds more power than I, your body, soul, and wisdom are mine."
His voice went stable long enough for him to say, "I am Discord, Spirit of chaos, you will not control me."
His voice went warped once again as Exaviean took control, permanently, "You are no more. I am now Exaviean, Lord of dark chaos."

I woke up in a small, dully lit room, If you call it waking up.
I touched the nearest wall and the life class symbol appeared.
"Well this is new," I said breaking the symbol with life magic only for the moon astral symbol to appear.
The entire room broke up leaving me to float in an empty blackness.
"We have seen a creature such as yourself only once before," A voice echoed as the moon astral symbol became the ground below my feet.
A black pony-like creature similar to Celestia walked out of the empty blackness.
"We are princess Luna," She said as I saw her in more detail yet one thing stood out, a hint of shadow magic, "So do you come as a friend this time, young Exaviean Darkrider."
"Everyone here thinks I am him, Just because I carry his blood and magic doesn't mean I am him."
"Then who are thou," She said, "Still one of darkness and death," she said as if she wanted me to attack.
I closed my eyes, "Again, I am Malvin Darkrider, Life wizard," I opened my eyes and stared into hers and saw something in her eyes, fear, "Why have you came into my dreams!"
The pony-like creature seemed to change when I raised my voice, "Sorry, I didn't want what happen to me to happen again."
"That was my ancestor, not me," I said, the space changing again to a plain during a full solar eclipse.
"What is this," She said as if she had never seen an eclipse, "I have never seen anything so beautiful."
"A little something to calm us down while we talk," I said getting used to the dream-space.
She then said something that caught my attention, "Why have you came here."
"I didn't chose to come. Discord forced me here," I said forming the creature from my memory.
"Him!!" She almost yelled.
"Yes, and he is causing havoc in the spiral," I said remembering Headmasters words, 'six elements that need a seventh, Exaveian Darkrider has revived,' "And Exaveian is returning."
"We have to warn.." She started but I cut her off.
"You will tell not a living soul until I figure out what Headmaster Ambrose said! Got it!!" I yelled in a troll like voice that anyone would obay.
"It is getting light out, I should go," She said then left.
"Six elements that need a seventh. What dose that mean?" I thought out loud in my dreams.
When I woke up I smelled something in the kitchen.
I made my way down to find spike along with yin and yang preparing breakfast, pancakes.
I couldn't help but remember a fuzzy bit of my past from the smell, before the academy but only one thing stood out besides the pancakes.
A lone dark figure cloaked in shadow magic.
I shook the memory away as I sat down at the table.
After breakfast I left Twilight with the Fairy card to study and went outside for some alone time.
I took a moment to enjoy the dawn, then remembered a leaf whistle tune I wrote.
Deciding the song could use some lyrics I closed my eyes and started to sing.

When I had finished singing I opened my eyes to find a small crowd surrounding me listing to the song.
I looked into the crowd and saw Twilight and a few others start clapping followed by the rest of the crowd.
"Thank you," I said to myself slightly ashamed of my singing voice.
One member of the crowd came up to me, her gray mane and purple eyes seemed a bit formal when she said, "Come to the music store when you get the chance," before disappearing back into the crowd.

My side project is coming slowly so here is another chapter.
I quickly made my way back into the library to escape the crowd and find a map of the village.
"Hey spike," I called for the purple dragon.
"Right up here," He said shelving a few books with yin and yang, "Need something?"
"Just a map of town," I said seeing my spell book on a desk, "That is if my spell book hasn't already mapped the area for me."
"A Book creating a map out of thin air," Spike started, "That's hilarious."
"Willing to put money on that," I said flipping through the pages until I reached the map section. Only one page but had over thirty maps that would change as the area did.
The map was still in the process of mapping the area but had the music shop already located along with a few other shops and an area called everfree.
I closed the book when I herd the door close.
"Hello Twilight," The three dragons said simultaneously.
Spike was slightly shaken but still continued shelving books.
"Hello spike, yin, yang," twilight said walking straight at me.
"How did you learn to sing like that?" Twilight started bluntly.
"When you hang around the imps, when they are actually playing music, you actually learn a thing or two by listing,"
"Imp?"
"Easier shown then described," I said summoning the Imp and containing it in a small bubble so it's music wouldn't destroy anything and containing the noise in the room.
The notes the imp played were horribly out of tune as they bounced around the small bubble I put around it before I had to forcefully unsummon it before It killed my taste for classical music.
Twilight looked sick after hearing the imp 'play' it's music.
"That is the last time I summon an imp without ear plugs," I said relaxing now that the awful 'music' had stopped.
"Please warn me next time you do that," Twilight said trying to calm herself.
"If we are lucky I won't have to do that again for a while."
I reached for my spell book and saw Twilight's interest spike a bit as I flipped through the pages.
"What is that?" Twilight asked.
"A wizards best friend," I said stopping on what seemed to be a page warped by shadow magic but it quickly cleared, "The spell-book that is issued to each wizard who enrolled in the wizard academy. It holds maps, books, instructions, notes, and a weird section that..... Even I don't know what it does and I will not touch it unless a life or death situation," I gave a light chuckle to the saying 'life or death' because of my class that I majored in was life.
"Maps of what," was the first thing that escaped her mouth.
"Everywhere," I said turning to the map section, "Well. Most everywhere, and expanding," I said showing her the map with the map still slowly growing.
"With an enchantment like that we can create maps much quicker, Please show me how to create something similar," Twilight said excitedly.
I shook my head to remember where I was supposed to go, "Sorry can't help you there only the headmaster can create maps like this, and I was asked to go to the music shop."
"Do you need help getting there?" Twilight asked.
"What part of map of most everywhere and expanding didn't you catch, Besides I could stand to do some sightseeing," I said throwing her a smirk walking out the door, spell book in hand.
Finding the shop was fairly easy but upon entry the noise I herd was a blaring electric dub-step and a voice.
"Vinyl, stop! Your going to blow the......" the electric lights went out with only a singal candal lighting a small area, "Power."

"Not my fault they don't send enough power here," one voice said.
I closed my eyes attempting to remember a small contained electrical spell that I could use to jump start the power or make an infinitely self charging circuit.
"Now I have to call an electrician and... what is that!!!" The other voice yelled when an ark jumped between my hands and into one of the light sockets turning the power back on.
"That takes a lot out of a person if they haven't studied in storm magic," I said slowing my breathing and looking around the room seeing a unicorn and the one that came and talked to me after my 'performance' by the library.
"I believe you wanted to talk," I said to the grey one.
She didn't respond her eyes darting from my still slightly statically charged hand and the lights along with the other one.
"H-h-h-how," they both the voices stuttered.
I looked for the owner of the other voice and saw that she was snow white with a combination of neon blue and azure mane and tail coloration, yet unlike the first she seemed to stare at the spectacle as if she had never seen lightning before.
"What, havent you ever seen lightning before," I said trying to break the silence of the room.
"That Should be impossible impossible," The grey one said.
"Well Octavia, He's your problem now," The white one said.
"Vinyl wait," Octavia started yet Vinyl was already in the other room.
I eventually got her to settle down and we talked a little business, even Vinyl came back and started chatting with me wanting a personal power source that could withstand her equipment at full blast. Before I left them that night I was able to get an imp that could actually play more than just his viola for Octavia and mixed an imp, skeleton and storm magic to create an Imp with personal turntables.
Queen Chrysalis showed Malistaire to the bone pit.
"I still don't see why you need to see where the dead are kept," She said as she opened the door to the bone pit.
"Just watch," Malistaire said slamming his septer into the ground black magic filling the room as the carcasses of the dead were filled with a new life.
"ALL HAIL MALISTAIRE, ALL HAIL CHRYSALIS," The new undead shouted as they awoke and quickly turned the bone pit into a place of new life through death.
"Your good," Chrysalis said as she gazed upon an army that dwarfed the current one as a dead changeling was thrown from above hit the ground.
"I do try my best to get rid of that life wizard scum, all of them," Malistare said as the changling rose new life coursing through it's old body
Time seemed to fly quickly.
Yin and yang seemed to bond with spike as well as help twilight around the library while storm and light were trading places between Rarity's boutique and the cutie-mark crusaders while I did what I could teaching twilight an array of life spells until she had mastered summoning a Guardian, and in my past time to myself I juggled going to the hospital helping with broken bones and lacerations.
Rarity kept begging to make another outfit which I am glad she did. She was able to make some exquisite green robes with golden trim. On the back of the robes was the trademark life class spell symbol while on the front had her cutie mark on the right shoulder, might as well advertise her work if she is willing to make me free cloths that look this great. Yet I had to personally enchant them to give them an armor ratting.
I was also able to meet Zecora, she always spoke in rhyme yet made sense in her own mysterious way. My first time in her hut I could tell she was good with potions and with the drop I had left of my potions I asked her to create a replica which she was able to after creating ten others failures, each one I had to test.
Yet all this time I kept the Discord card hidden eventually sealing it with all the symbols making it's successful casting rate tem percent as to limit chances of usefulness in the wrong hands that was until.....
"So you want us to help retrieving a sample of manticore poison to make a possible cure to it," Twilight asked.
"Not a cure for the fifth time, an anti-venom," I reminded.
"Why do you need me again," Fluttershy asked.
I slashed through some vines with my anthem ,"first course of action is to keep it still and calm, with your skill with animals that should be easy yet as a plan B twilight will restrain it with her magic.
We found the manticore and executed the plan Flutershy was able to keep the manticore calm While I extracted the venom.
It was on our way back though that something seemed off. I took a good smell of the air.
"Celestian air in this forest. Rising heat," I whispered as I thought for a moment before I yelled, "Get down!!!"
A fireball flew over their heads hitting me square in the chest, If it were not for the enchantments on my robes It would have burned me to a crisp.
"The clouds shall part only when Blades and traps are present," A voice rang out from the forest getting closer
"MythRaya," I said seeing the Boss of the world of Celestia, "I thought I Left you back at Celestia."
Saying that seemed to confuse Twilight and Fluttershy.
You only thought you had defeated me But my new master Has given me new life and I vow to destroy you and anyone that stans in there way.

Mythraya, element of eclipse
"Malistaire, How did he revive you when he is somewhere here, unless..." I started.
Mythraya flew out and looked different. Her sun element even seemed off.
"My new master, Discord, who has proven to be a better master, has granted me with a power superior to the simple sun. I am Mythraya, the first eclipse," She said her normal wings glistening with silver, her dress, black with a metallic flame pattern.
"Discord!!" Fluttershy and twilight seemed surprised by Mythraya mention of her new master.
Eclipse, Why would Discord combine the sun and moon elements, I hope the headmaster has this under control, I thought to myself.
"Fluttershy, Twilight get back!!" I yelled as Mythraya cast the wizard circle pulling me into the dagger while Mythraya stood on the sun.
Fluttershy was able to fly out of the pull of the circle and hide, but Twilight wasn't so lucky as she was pulled toward the key symbol.
"After you humiliated me I took time to learn a few things," She gloated as the counter selected her, "Like how to force the odds to your own favor."
Mythraya had two power pips already agents my two pips and Twilight's single pip.
"I also was able to forge this," She said waiving her hands using up both of her power pips forming the sun symbol then placing the moon symbol over and summoned a minion of eclipse that had five thousand (5,000) health. The floating golden armor seemed to be suspended with a blueish aura.
"Malvin why can't I move," Twilight asked frantically after a few seconds of struggling.
"All you need to know right now are two basic rules of the wizard circle, the first is you physically can not move your body unless you are casting a spell," The counter spun over to me," the second is you can only cast when the triangular counter allows you."
It had been a while since I had seen the cards In my vision, translucent, but still there.
All I had were life cards that were no use, Legend shield, Satar, Forest lord, Gnomes!!,sprite , and a minor blessing. The seventh card was just static in my vision.
I used the legend shield on twilight then the counter went to her.
Twilight seemed a bit over taken for one reason or another yet was able to copy my move targeting me instead.
Mythraya gained another Power pip and passed while her guardian cast a one pip eclipse spell that cut my full health clean in half and raised my pip count to five while her minion used a Life shield on her.
The turn was ours and the static card showed a slightly warped life symbol with seven pips, yet no picture or effects listed.
"Twilight keep us healed for at least two more turns, This might be crazy but it just might work."
"What might work," She said casting a spirit armor on herself.
"You'll see."
I hope the elemental seal can hold, I thought to myself as Mythraya gained another power pip and used both of them for another Eclipse spell.
Two dragons, one silver, the other onyx were summoned to the field they attacked one after the other each attack speeding up eventually adding up leaving me with barely enough health to take another attack while her minion copied her attack targeting twilight instead.
The counter moved slowly towards me, all I knew was one power pip might save us.
The counter slowed as the pip slot began to glow.
The safety of the golden power pip was there, I had finally gotten the one thing I needed to save us.
As I drew the life symbol at front of me the seal on one of the Discord cards were broke and relieved its stats have changed and said, effects are random on the card, as a giant coin spun on the battlefield.

The coin got dangerously close to landing on me and twilight but instead fell on Mythraya and her minion dispelling the field.
Mythraya was lying on the forest floor while her minion dissipated leaving nothing but a few wisps.
"H-how," Mythraya said weakly, "I thought he said I was invincible."
She started to dissipate in to wisps like her minion as a world door opened under her pulling her through.
As the door sealed it's self we could here an insane laughter until the door was no longer in existence.
"That could have gone a lot better," I said trying to recap what just happened.
Is this his true power, creating a new class by smashing two together because he feels like it, I thought, or is there more.
"I thought Discord was sealed in stone, How is he still causing havoc," Twilight said.
"This is all my fault," I said under my breath, "I have to make this right."
"Make what right?" Twilight asked, "Did you cause this!!"
For once I was at a loss of words, I couldn't tell the truth, yet I couldn't lie.
"Answer me!!"
I started to run deeper into the forest knowing I had to stop one thing as a time starting at the scorce.
"Malistair, This Is war!!!" I yelled into the air.
When I came to I found my self in a library with my arms and legs bound together and my backpack missing.
The four that had attacked me along with the other two were in a corner of the library talking. Since they seemed pretty confident to be talking to each other I tested the binds which must have sent off a ward because the one that I froze in a block of ice walked towards me.
"Why did you attack me and my friends," She said oblivious that I had used my shield first instead of my ax.
I stayed silent for two reasons, one; I don't like people that are oblivious, two; I was in mid process of braking these magic binds.
The cream one walked up to me and asked the same thing flowed by a stare throwing off my concentration.
She continued the stare for a good two minutes until I said, "Is this going to take long? I have better things to do."
"Then why did you attack us you big meanie," the pink one said again oblivious that I used the shield first, yet she wasn't their when the battle started.
"I forgive you for you ignorance, for I used the shield first instead of the ax," I stated surprising them all except the cyan one who knew what she did.
Trying to turn the odds in her own favor she stated, "You saw how threatening he looked," giving us a sheepish smile.
Knowing the best thing to do was to replay my memory yet knowing I didn't have enough mana to use it I said, "I know unicorns can use magic, so do you have a spell that replays someones memory?"
The purple one was a little to eager to reply with a, "Yes, do you want me to cast it now,"
A bit surprised by the eagerness I nodded my head in approval.
She the galloped to a spot on a shelf near the door and got a book named 'mind spells 101'.
So that's the book that Gamma burned, I thought as she flipped through pages in the book until she found the page she wanted.
She then closed her eyes with her horn lighting up as soon as she closed them.
Grabbing the opportunity to break the binds I started to focus what little mana I had in order to break the binds.
I was only 50% into breaking the binds she touched her horn to my forehead taking my focus away from breaking the binds.
My eyes went from brown to white projecting the memory of me using my shield to defend myself from the cyan one.
"So you weren't..." The orange one started but was cut off by screaming.
"Fluttershy, watch him we need to see what that screaming was caused by," the purple one said and ran out with all but the cream one leaving.
I closed my eyes to attempt to break the binds again, but instead senced an all to familar magic.
Malistaire's death magic and another breed of death magic.

Malistaire awoke early in the morning finding himself in an old throne room with the roof caved in from his fall.
"Not the worst of places I have came upon," Malistaire said while looking at the throne.
Malistaire herd a sonic boom from outside the castle walls and looked up to see a green fireball that was quickly slowing leaving no explosion where it landed.
"Darkrider, I will defeat you," he hissed walking into an odd room of the castle where an old pedestal lay in ruins.
Placing a hand over the pedestal he felt balance magic yet it was sculpted with an odd amount of life magic.
"What a pitiful thing to do, the creator of this must have been weak to use an excessive amount of life magic."
He then made his way into an ancient library where the only thing surviving was a map carved out of stone.
Using his magic he got a good idea of the area my duplicating the stone map onto paper and updating the paper copy.
Turning he tripped on a skeleton and getting an idea.
"I might need something to help me navigate this world. Now arise my minion," he said casting an animation spell.
The bones started to rise constructing themselves into a unicorn body, then the dust that the bones sat in swirled around the skeleton giving the bones strength and support. Near the flank a slashed shield was embedded in the fur.
The skeleton opened it's solid black eyes and said, "In life I was Slashed Armoring, now I am death armor." The dust from surrounding bones started to swirl around death armor as Malistaire smiled at his handy-work.
Different bones started to swirl around Death armor and a few started to embed themselves into his back as the dust started to concentrate on the flanks and back.
The mark on the flanks changed from a slashed shield to a shield with a skull missing the bottom jaw as the dust and bones started to finish constructing the drake-like wings sprouting from his back.
"Do you remember anything of the days when you were alive," Malistaire said to his minion.
"I only know of two cities," Death started, " but I am afraid that time has claimed them both. Yet if you have a map of the forest I can guide us through. My master."
Taking the map he made and handing Death Armor the map he thought I hope this minion is more 'contained' than my last two as he remembered the drakes he made that attacked him.
The minion smiled as he took the map and saw three cities and said, "If you are tracking somepony then you might want to head to the new town called ponyville."
"More like crush the only thing that tries to stop me," Malistaire said looking in the direction where Darkrider landed, "Is the town in this direction?"
"Just a bit to the east."
"Then lets go."
"Uh, heh heh, Excuse me," I said remembering the first Darkrider's name, "The one that gave my family its feared reputation."
"Quit playing dumb," Celestia said in a stern voice, "You are should be banished from this plane."
I looked at her square in the eyes and said, "I am Malvin Darkrider. The one you are talking about is a death wizard who has been dead for over 9,000 years."
"Impossible, because one thousand years ago he used his magic to turn my sister into Nightmare Moon..."
"I don't care what he did because I am not him!" I yelled, cutting her off "He was a wizard of darkness and impurity...."
"And that is why I banished you," she said incorrectly finishing my sentence.
"No. You banished him," I said refusing to say Exaveian Darkrider's name for the disrespect it brought to the Darkrider name, "I am the first of the Darkrider's to naturally use life magic."
"Prove It," she challenged me.
I took out my dagger with my right hand and closed my eyes, This is going to hurt , I cut off my left hand screaming in pain.
Celestia was slightly surprised at what I was doing to prove my point.
I focused what little mana I had to summon my fairy.
When the fairy saw the state I was in she gasped, then regrew my hand out of my own cells, and replaced the lost blood.
"So you were telling the truth," she said.
"I must tell you the tale of Exaveian Darkrider," regretting saying his name, "Can you pause time for a moment this story is a little long to tell."
"Sorry but I must be going," she said walking towards the door, "I hope to see you again, Malvin Darkrider."
She walked outside and talked to the five before flying off.
Twilight came in with the other five going their separate ways.
"Do you want to sleep in the guest room?" She asked.
"As long as it's better than my old dorm," I said as I saw a familiar shine in her eyes, "And do you want to learn some life magic," I said with a little regret.
That set her off like a bomb, "Yes, please teach me, please."
"Alright. Just don't get so wound up about it." I said going to grab my bag.
"When will we start," She said once I turned around catching me off guard.
"In the morning. I need to recover my energy."
"Alright."
She then lead me to the guest room which had a small book shelf and a bed.

Malvin Darkrider had just left home to go Kracken hunting leaving his two dragons and two unicorns to play in his garden.
"Yin,Do you feel that," A white and green dragon said.
"Yes, I Do yang," A black and grey dragon said
"Should we concern the two unicorns."
"Yes."
The two dragons flew to the two unicorns to tell them what they sensed.
"Hey, storm, light," Yang said, "Did you feel that surge of magic."
"No, but our master has been teleported somewhere," a purple unicorn said.
"And I sensed some out of whack balance magic being thrown in that area," a white unicorn said looking in the direction of the surge.
One of the neighboring islands went from a colorful landscape to a dull grey.
"Activate plan 65-2," they said in unison.
The two unicorns were charging up a rift to travail to their master while the dragons stayed on a lookout for what was causing the color to fade.
Their island started to turn grey causing the dragons to get a little nervous.
From their corner of the Island the unicorns have found their master and were now opening the rift.
"Yin, Yang, Light, Jump through the portal," Storm ordered, "I will fallow you."
Yin and Yang herd Storm call but not what she said. Yang grabed light while yang grabbed storm and flew through the rift their home turning grey before the rift closed.
Through the rift Yin and Yang's coloration and body changed. Yang scales turned white while his eyes turned a dark green while yin turned a solid black with grey eyes. their bodies became bigger and bulkier with their wings and full length of their bodies measuring two meters.
Light ad storm were also feeling the effects becomingabout waist high to their master, but slightly shorter than the dragons.
"We are nearing the end of the rift. Brace for impact," storm yelled.
They found themselves falling toward a planet not caring real or myth just on slowing their descent.
Yin and Yang held onto their friends as they glided towards a castle in a forest landing in what was a marketplace.
"It has been abandoned," Yin said, "lets find, the gate then try to signal our master."
Not questioning him the four made their way to the gate and got ready.
Time to make some noise!!!!!!
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH DRAGONS
Everything that was alive except Twilight, Fluttershy, Storm, Light, Yin, and Yang were screaming and causing a wreak of the room.
Yin and yang looked at each other, nodding their heads in unison, "ENOUGH!!!!!" they yelled.
All but one stopped in their tracts in fear.
"Ooh, who are you," Pinkie said bouncing around Yin, Yang, Light, and Storm.
Everypony in the room seemed to ease up but still on guard when the dragons simply watched Pinkie bounce around them.
"We are yin and yang," Yang said.
"The other two are Storm and light," Yin finished.
"And will you please stop bouncing around us," They said again in unison.
I think I went a little to hard on them with their tag team training.
Pinkie quickly went to a cannon and shot the banner down and replacing it with one that read,
'WELCOME TO EQUESTRIA
Cue party music.
The party went great, when I asked pinkie how she had access to just about everyone she replied that everypony in the town had shown up.
I met the rest of Applejack's family while Storm and light talked with a group of fillies calling themselves the 'cutie mark crusaders.
Yin and Yang met Spike and though their ages were hundreds of years apart became quick friends.
It was late when the party had ended and Twilight had offered me another night in the guest room which I accepted along with Yin and Yang while Rarity Generously let Light and Storm sleep over
Malistaire New alliance
"We're here," Death Armor said as he landed in what seemed to be a black wasteland.
"Well where is here?" Malistaire said seeing nothing except the empty blackness.
Death Armor rolled his eyes at his 'masters' inability to see in a pitch black night and cast a small light spell.
"What the...." Malistaire said looking at the giant hive that was in front of him.
"The changeling hive," Death Armor said looking at the structure, "Come on, we have a queen to talk to."
They walked in to a tunnel that was dimly lit with black things scouring away from them.
"Appears they already fear me," Malistaire said a bit overconfident.
One of the black creatures braver than the rest walked forward, "So you have returned, the one who carry's the torch of Exaviean, My queen would like a word with you."
"So your still around I see, Zack," Death Armor said blocking Malistaire from going forward.
"I thought ponies only lived for around 80 years except Celestia and Luna," The creature said.
"Shut up!" Malistaire yelled at Death Armor tried to make a remark knocking his head off causing his body to drop and left only his floating head.
"Raising the dead," Zack said, "Our queen will need that for the assault on Cantorlot." he then turned, "Come."
Malistaire waited a moment for Death Armor to pull himself together before following Zack.
The three continued walking down the tunnel passing more of the creatures that seemed nothing but a dyeing shell with eyes.
The trio then came upon the only thing that wasn't made of black onyx, a Golden door with old text around the arch.
"Wait here," Zack said walking into the room.
Malistaire and Death Armor waited out side of the door for a good hour before Zack came out.
"The queen awaits," He said opening the door then slaming it behind them.
"Typical trap, not a good one even," He said walking in through the tunnels, "Not even one spike plate."
They walked until they saw one of the creatures yet quite larger sitting on a throne.
"Why are you here," She hissed at them, "Here to try to kill me, Queen Crisilist again."
"Oh how I wished," Death Armor muttered.
Malistaire was irrtated enough so he cut to the chase, "We need your help to take down Malvin Darkrider. A discrase to Exavieans name."
"I senced you wanted him, but I need some help with something first, then we will help you," She said standing up, "My people are starving and we need the love of ponies to survive."
"Let me guess, a body swap at a wedding," Malistaire said.
"Not just A wending, the wending of a princess."
"Sounds like a challenge, You have a deal."
Author's Note
This will be my last chapter for a while because I am working on a side project that is Wizard101 oriented.
"Good malistair," Chrysalis smiled as Malistair successfully used changeling transformation magic, "With your progress you will be able to be able to lead parts of the stealth force from the inside."
"You know," Malistair said transorming back into his normal form, "This is not just a little invasion, This is revenge."
"Why do you say that?" Chrysalis asked.
"This is Revenge on that Little life Wizard that stained the Darkrider name," Malistair said still in his monotone voice, "He might have stopped me once but I will defeat that insulate little prick."
Malistaire and Chrysalis did as they planed and implanted spies all throughout the city of cantorlot. Malistaire himself even took the place of one of the other ponies and waited for the invasion to start when the other changelings took down the shield protecting the city.
Back with Twilight.
Twilight was searching for fluttershy after Malvin had ran off deeper into the everfree. She was a bit shocked of how he seemed to throw there friendship away with the words, 'Malistair, this is war.'
"There you are fluttershy," Twilight said finding her friend in a tree, "I've been looking all over the forest for you."
"Sorry twilight," Fluttershy said, "I just can't stand fighting." She looked around for a moment before asking, "Where is Malvin?"
"I don't know," Twilight said a bit of sadness in her voice, "He ran off declaring war agents Malistair. I think Malistair summoned Discord into Malvins world and now he is out for revenge."
"That's terible we have to stop him before..." Fluttershy started but was cut off by Twilight.
"I think he wants to fight this battle alone."
