A cyan pegasus with a rainbow mane trotted back and forth as she waited for the next train to come. " Come on! I don't have all day! The train was supposed to be here at 9:00 sharp!" she yelled. Her purple acquaintance with a bluish mane with purple and pink streaks had tagged along to see why Rainbow Dash was so urgent to see this train." Urgh! Twilight, what time is it?" Rainbow screamed.
" 9:01" Twilight Replied unamusingly.
" THE TRAIN IS LATE!!!!!!!!!"
" But it's only 1 minute late."
" RAAAAAAAAAARRRGGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
" UGHH!"
Soon, a large train came down a hill, trudging as slow as a snail. " FINALLY!!!" Rainbow Dash yelled.
The train slowly chugged into the station. Ponies stormed out of the train until a tall mare stood up and looked at Rainbow Dash. " Rainbow? Is that you?" the mystery mare called.
"OHMYGOSHOHMYGOSHOHMYGOSHOHMYGOSH!!!!!!" Rainbow Dash screamed. By then, the 2 mares were already laughing their butts off. The mare that was hysterically laughing was yellow with a purple and yellow mane. Twilight could see that the mare was an alicorn . Out of the train came a stallion. He had a white coat and a golden mane. But something was off about this stallion. He seemed angry. This stallion seemed different. The mare now walked toward Twilight. " Um, Hi, I'm Lightning Star."
" Hi. I'm...Equinox." The stallion said hesitantly.
There was something wrong with these ponies but Twilight couldn't think what it was. Something gave her the chills about them. Was it that they were BOTH alicorns, or that Equinox seemed extremely familiar.

" Well, see you later" Twilight said
" Aren't you going to stay with us for the party?!?" Rainbow Dash exclaimed
" I have lots of studying to do. Spike is waiting for me anyways."
"You are SO boring!"
" I am NOT"
" I bet if I looked up the definition of lame, youe picture will be there."
While the 2 mares quarreled, Equinox and Lightning Star stood and waited for somepony to give uptheir argument.
" Lightning?" Equinox whispered
"Yeah," Lightning Star said
" This is going to be a while, isn't it."
"Yup."
"Wanna go get some coffee?"
"Sure."
The 2 ponies walked to the nearest coffee shop, got some coffee, talked for a while, and came back. When they had re-arrived, Twilight was on one side of the train station, murmuring to herself, and Rainbow was on the other side, playing on her phone. Apparently, neither of the two cared what the other one was doing, as long as they weren't bothered. Equinox budged Rainbow Dash while Lightning tapped Twilight softly. Rainbow got up and took Lightning adn Equinox away from the train station and to her house. Twilight looked into the sky as they flew off
"Jerks." she muttered.
