The Meaning of Life
A rare new disease, only happening to a select few people. They go into comas and never come back, sometimes even gone when the nurse comes back in to check on them. What the doctors don't know is that they disappear-to the land of equestria.
There's a new disease, rare, few will get it. It causes you to go into a coma. Shortly after, you disappear, leaving no trace. Doctors cannot find an explanation of this rare disease, and so far only two have gotten it. One fourteen year old with no family contracts the disease and ends up in a forest, with no hands or feet, and a horn sticking out of her head. What should she do when she encounters strange new creatures, trust them, or lie?
