The four remaining Jaegers(Crimson Typhoon, Gipsy Danger, Striker Eureka and Cherno Alpha) with 2 Kaiju's(Otachi and Leatherback) got teleported into Equestria. With an unexpected twist of turn that the Kaiju's could talk to the Jaegers and helping them, they must find a way to escape before they are caught by Princess Celestia, who wants to reverse engineer the Jaegers for their own use.

Meanwhile, Twilight and her friends comes up to another, but rather inoperable and deserted Jaeger, Coyote Tango. Putting their risks to the very limit, they must pilot the Mark I and help the remaining Mark I, III, IV and V Jaegers to escape, and might come up one of the most honorable but sad decision.
