Celestia was trotting down through the Castle halls, her hooves making soft noises against the carpeted floor.
She was enjoying a mid-afternoon snack, of a large cake. The day could not have gone better. She continued down the hall, nthe white marblenand stone reflecting everything from her to the sounds she made. She came to a stop so she could devour the last of her snack. Stuffing the remaining bits in her mouth, she set off to tour the castle gardens. Saying hello to any servants that happened past her, the trip was added on to her delightful day.
she rounded the cirner entrance to the gardens and stopped dead. Her ears perking at an unknown sound. She searched the wind again, only finding its soft
breeze playing through her ears. She shrugged and continued on. Taking in the delightful smells and looks of the many exotic flowers.
She leaned over to smell a delightful purple rose.
Just as she took in a breath, something latched on to her muzzle. She recoiled in shock.
pulling her face back only to see a small pair of grey hooves still holding on to her muzzle. She was still in shock when she heard a little giggle and felt the mass start to swing making little "whee!" Noises. Celestia reached up and removed the mass from her muzzle and held it up in front of her.
In her hooves was a small pegasus colt with a grey coat with slashes of red across it. His mane was stylized into a Mohawk and he had deep amber eyes that were alight with a foals wonder and curiosity.
He giggled and bounced up and down in her hooves. Giggling like a madpony.
Celestia looked curiously at the foal. Turning him over to inspect him for any injuries, all while the colt was giggling. She placed him on the ground and watched him as he crawled around, using his front legs to pull him while his back legs pushed him, she watched him crawl and giggle, making
"Pppphhhhbbbbtttt!" Noises as he went. He crawled towards a plant that was colored green with a yellow bud on the top.
He poked it with a hoof, getting the plant to sway gently, he eyed it with curiosity until he opened his mouth and bit down on it. His toothles gums trying to
cleave through it. This resulted in him simply mashing it in his gums. He spat out the plant and slammed his front hooves on it.
Celestia would have thought this cute had it not created a massive shockwave that flattened everything in the gardens.
She coughed up the dust that had coated her and stared wide eyed at the colt. He was back to crawling around on his belly looking for more things to play with. He crawled towards her and lifted up his arms. Begging her to pick him up. She hesitated and in the time of her pause, the colt had started to become teary eyed, his eyes filled with water and he let out a ear piercing wail
She quickly scooped him up and flew straight to her tower, once there she gently laid him on the bed, turned to open the door
and asked one of her guards to fetch Luna and the elements of harmony. Once the guard had left she turned back to find the colt sleeping on his back, all
hooves bent inwards to him. She smiled a bit and slowly crept towards him. She inspected his hooves, only to find them perfectly normal.
She inspected his belly, even poking it a few times, eliciting a few giggles from the colt.
a knock at the door kept her from investigating further. She slowly opened the door to find her sister Luna and the Elements of Harmony standing outside.
"Hello sister, you requested our presence? "
Luna stood a head shorter than Celestia and instead of a bright rainbow colored mane and a pearl white coat, she had a dark mane that reflected the stars and a dark blue coat. The six elements were standing outside right behind her.
"Yes, but please keep it quiet, don't wake him up and whatever you do. Don't let him hit you."
"Ooookkkkkkaaaayyyy....?"
The group trotted silently into the room and looked at the bed.
"Sister, if this is a joke. We are unamused."
Celestia stared at the empty bed, her mind in a state of confusion.
"Wheeeeee!"
Celestia and the group looked over to where the noise originated fromñ and their curious expressions changed into horror qs they saw a colt dive right off the
edge of the balcony.
"Celestia wasted no time in her reaction, flying out of the balcony at blinding speeds. She spotted the falling Colts grey and red coat and doubled her efforts as she saw him a hundred feet from the ground. She was slowly gaining on him when she realized that she would never reach him in time to pull up.
She shed a few tears as she pulled up away from the colt. Covering her eyes with a leg, waiting to hear the splattered sound of the colt hitting the ground.
When no such sound came she uncovered her eyes and opened them to see a blonde maned Pegasus with grey fur holding the colt in her arms.
Celestia calmly floated down to the Pegasus, who was tickling the colt and msking faces at him.
She looked up to Celestia and a large smile came across her face as she bowed her head to the Princess.
"Um. Princess, I caught your son."
Celestia was shocked by those words. The phrase tearing through her mind.
Son.
"Yes, and I thank you. You are welcome into the castle anytime and will be treated as a honored guest."
The Pegasus cried out in joy and flew straight into the castle.
Celestia didn't care as she held up the colt.
She had a son.

Luna sat at her desk, the dark oak wood heavily contrasting with the piles of letters and complaints laying atop it.
She sighed and rubbed her temples with her hooves. She hated to do Royal work, absolutely hated it.
"*Sniff* Auntie Luna? Auntie Luna, I had a bad dream...."
Luna turned her head to the doorway, standing there was her nephew, his grey coat contrasted by the slashes of crimson, his white mohawk was frizzled and disorderly, and his large Amber eyes were filled with tears.
He held a stuffed toy that resembled a dark pony with a green mane and a large 'X' For a CutieMark. He held the doll close to him as he walked inside.
Luna Smiled and patted the seat next to her.
"Well come Child, tell me about it and it'll all make everything better."
"Okay...."
The Colt put the toy on his back and scrambled up onto the stool Luna sat in. His eyes still held a sadness that broke her heart.
"So what happened in this dream?"
"Well, in the dream, I was running through a dark forest, there was fog everywhere and I could barely see. I could hear voices from all around me, they kept whispering. All I could hear them say was 'He is unseen. He is Unseen.' Then the whispers grew to a regular level. And this time they were saying 'The blooded one returns, and he will kill all.' I just kept running, and running, i eventually came to a cave, it was filled with mold and bones, I crawled inside, and inside was a strange two legged creature, sitting on a throne, I could see it's bones Auntie, it's bones! Then the whispers started screaming and it hurt so much, just so much. They were screaming 'The blooded one brings death, all hail the Blooded One!' Then the skeleton on the throne stood up and it stomped right up to me, it looked at me and it's eyes were flaming whirlpools of hate, it looked at me, then it knelt before me like ponies do to mom and you Auntie, and it said....."
Luna was terrified by this. But she needed answers. "Yes Child, what did it say...TELL ME!!!"
Her nephew recoiled from this, and his eyes seemed to grow even more scared.
"It said.....It said..."
"What did it say?"
"It said ' All hail the blooded one."
