It is widely known that history is written by the victor, and that the graves are filled by the defeated. There is no changing that. However, when the defeated rise from their graves, they will stop at nothing to rewrite their end.

Millennia after their damnation, enemies of the Equestrian sun monarch have resurfaced in the far west. They clamor for peace rather than war, a chance to reconcile the old grievances. However, not all is well in these old kingdoms, as clashing ideologies between the fringe-cults of old begin to shatter the hard-fought stability of the realms.

With brother-kings turning on one another and an entire faith on the war march, Equestria must rely on more than just friendship to dull swinging blades...or else face annihilation at the hands of steel-clad ghosts.
